Nashville CARES

Ive had nothing but great experience going there they are extremely nice and they really care. They are very good to talk to and make you feel comfortable when I go they talk me down because Im so nervous of getting the test.

I went in for routine HIV testing and the process was so smooth and not stressful. The gentleman who helped me out was so kind and made me feel very comfortable! I highly recommend

I moved here and this place was highly recommended by so many. Within the past 8-12 months, this organization has lost its way.- case managers do not return calls. They are uninformed, not experienced, unprofessional and make false promises then ghost you. Ive gone through 3 case managers in the past year and the experience has been the same with each of them.- case managers sleep with their clients and do not care. They also talk negatively about clients (by full name and pics) and tell their confidential medical information amd personal business to people inside and out of the organization.I say this because I went on several dates with someone who is a case manager there. This case manager (who still works there) started telling me about their stressful day one evening. The amount of information he told me about several clients made my heart drop. What made me feel worse was that I am also a client there but didnt tell him.If he is telling me all this inappropriate information. I stopped seeing him after that. But Im pretty sure strangers know things about me that they shouldnt.

The personnel was extraordinary. John Pointer especially. He is an absolute delight and a beacon of light. On his own, he deserves a million of stars give that man a raise! lol

I’ve always had a great experience with Nashville cares. In the past year I haven’t had my phone calls returned, I’ve been strung along…there’s no sense of urgency…case management used to be so much better! I miss Maude her and I never had any issues.

They actually are supposed to help people? Could’ve fooled me! I moved back to this awful state several months ago and Nashville Cares was suggested to me. I then went through their dumb, convoluted “sign up” procedure. I needed (and still do) assistance with finding stable independent housing; all Nashville Cares could do is tell me they couldn’t do anything and make empty pie-in-the-sky promises. After that brief encounter, I have heard absolutely nothing from this useless organization. Nashville Cares? They care not at all.

THE STAFF DONT CARE THEY ARE AWFUL TO THEIR EMPLOYEES AND ESPECIALLY THE CLIENTS I HAVE HEARD A STAFF MEMBER TALK VERY BAD ABOUT A CLIENT I THOUGHT THIS WAS A GOOD PLACE BUT ONCE YOU GET DEEP INVOLVED THEN YOU WILL SEE HOW HORRIBLE IT IS

I love this place. This time they went above & beyond to accommodate me. I came in for choice pantry & forgot I missed an appointment months ago so I needed to update my paperwork within a couple weeks but because of work I need to give 30 days advanced notice for my day off during the week. They still provided me services & made my appointment for me. I just wish I could participate in more here but my work schedule doesnt allow it.

A true blessing. Staff members are very helpful. Case management work hard to meet your needs. They offer food bags to those in need, counseling for almost any occasion. Assistance in helping paying bills, medication, utilities.

Top notch organization at this time. Very helpful and friendly staff. They address your needs with incredible ease and speed. I have found working with my Case Manager extremely rewarding. Kudos to Kasheena Demps.

Not sure what to put... Im waiting for some staff to contact me. Was looking for help concerning certain matters but never got a reply.. Asked a few times but still no reply... Friendly when entered but after initial consult really have no contact from anyone... Wouldve been nice doing business with them but only ask for help so much before giving up...

The people here truly do care. I have been here and have experienced nothing but the best. I feel appreciated and loved at this place, to the point where I will only go here rather than anywhere else (even if its closer).

I recently had to change my insurance plan. The provider and pharmacy I have used for PREP is no longer in network. I searched the internet trying to figure out how to solve the problem, and realized quickly how big of a mess the healthcare system really is. I came across Nashville Cares online and decided to give them a call thinking maybe they would have some information. I was put in touch with Ronellis, a very knowledgeable individual. Ronellis got me in touch with all the right people and helped me connect the dots. It didnt take much time at all to get it sorted out. I am very grateful for the help Nashville Cares provided at no cost to me.

Ive been going there for years and they treat me with respect and help me when Im down and need some one to talk to so yes they are very helpful to me

Everyone Ive encountered here has been great and very helpful. Great place for resources.

They are super helpful and helping fight tree AIDS and HIV Epidemic. They can help people or point them in the right direction. There are several government assistance programs available to help those in need. If you are unsure of your HIV status, they can help you get tested.

This organization has been a lifesaver! Weather it has been utility/rent assistance or food bags. They have helped me every time I asked

Worst place to get service.The dental program is a total joke.Staff never available to speak to.Their federal funding needs to be stopped!!!
