I was with Kenzie Collet this afternoon and she was wonderful! She took her time and made sure I was pleased with the work she did. I had a blue light therapy treatment done and I will definitely be back! She took time to explain the difference between red light and blue light therapy’s, and made sure I understood what was being done in the treatment. As far as the facility, very very clean and comfortable seating options, and the sweetest staff! Vitality Medical Center has a 5 stars for me!!

I came to Kristen to help me heal my diasis recti after having multiple babies. Exercise was not closing the gap. Emsculpt did the trick and now I can carry on with exercise at home. Years of struggle with a gap in my muscles led to little progress but just 4 relaxing sessions with Kristen did the trick! Very grateful.

Good luck getting an appointment… Beyond stressful just trying to get through, and once you do they have zero flexibility in working with you. I asked if I could get bloodwork done before my first appointment to accommodate a major surgery- they said no. Then, I was disconnected unexpectedly after being told functional medicine doctors book out three months in advance, and then when I called back they would answer and hang up? I don’t know if it was an audio problem on their end but the conversation before being disconnected was pretty disappointing. If you’re suffering from an autoimmune disorder and desperately need to manage your cortisol levels- this is not your place or your people.

I had a consultation with Kristie today and I must say - I have never met anyone that I felt was a more trustworthy person and truly had me a person in her true interest. This is the type of person I want taking care of my needs. Thanks Kristie!

I was hopeful after reading reviews that Vitality would bring some answers to my long-standing health issues, but my experience was very negative, very unprofessional, and not worth the money.

I love how diligent and caring the staff is here! I went in not feeling well and wanted answers and was amazed on how attentive the staff was! I’ve been to a lot medical facilities but none that compare to this I will definitely be back! Dr. White is an amazing doctor, who knows how to explain everything to her patients. Her knowledge of functional and integrative medicine was astounding. The things that can be solved, just by changing your diet.The office is cozy, comfortable, quiet, and clean. The staff is extremely helpful. There are books that we can check out, so that we can make healthier choices. Its truly amazing what they do at Vitality Wellness Center!

I had my first appointment and it was by far the best experience Ive ever had with a dr. Dr. White actually listened to me and was very understanding! She gives a simple easy to follow plan but is not pushing in anyway and I did not feel that her opinion was forced on me as I have with other drs, and for the first time I was not told to take medication for my acid reflux, she actually wants to fix the problem. I definitely feel Im on the right path to getting better and look forward to going back.

I was a patient here in 2017-2018 and loved it. They helped me figure out a lot of my issues and make lasting changes to my lifestyle to feel better. I started having symptoms again, so I made an appointment to come back. However, when I asked about COVID protocols or guidelines, the nurses and front desk attendant were very evasive. I had to call to find out that they were not enforcing a mask mandate, checking vaccinations, or requiring employees be vaccinated. I canceled my appointment, so I cant speak to the care provided in the facility, but I can say that their reason for not requiring masks was that their upper respiratory patients could experience distress, but they are not verifying vaccines of the unmasked patients, or requiring the staff to wear masks or be vaccinated. I am disappointed because the care is good, but if you are worried about COVID and want to protect yourself and your loved ones from the virus, find somewhere else.

Dr. Sommer White is probably the kindest and most compassionate doctor in Nashville, TN. She works hard at trying to get to the root cause of your health concern instead of just trying to just relieve the symptoms. She is knowledgeable in her field and explains everyting in simple terms so you can understand. Her suggestions for dietary and lifestyle changes are realistic to your needs. The appointments never feel rushed or constrained by time. She really listens to your problems and works to address any and all health concerns. My experience with her care is the one I would recommend to anyone!

After 8 doctors and so many disappointments, it was such a relief to find Dr. White. She really cares. If you feel like your doctor could care less about helping you (and I think we all do) then you need to check out Dr. White, shes not going to give you a pill quick fix and send you on your way. Shes going to get to the root of the issue. Vitality is an incredible resource for greater Nashville.
