Checked in online, showed up at scheduled time. Quickly called back and seen. Whole time in building under 30 min. Staff was friendly. An epipen was ordered if needed in the future. Jennifer Burns NP did great with explanation of when and how to use. Having two young boys we are in urgent care far too often, this was an exceptional experience. Thank you!

They keep charging us $45 each time we go there even though I have HAP tiered insurance and on the HAP website it clearly states a $35 copay for tier one. Henry ford GO is a tier one facility. They had to refund me my $10 and the next time I went they were again trying to get $45. I didn’t pay it and when my bill came it was for $35 like it’s supposed to be. Today my daughter went and the charged her a $45 copay and would not let her be seen without paying. I have tried to call billing and was hung up on. They will not review and correct the error in their system. I shouldn’t have to pay $45 when the contract clearly says $35. This is unacceptable.

From the moment I walked in with Lisa at the front , to Dr. G and X-ray tech , their friendliness , professionalism , caring , knowledgeable, compassionate.. I can go on and on … it is staff like this that when you are scared and sick you want with you. And it was as it should be for an Urgent care smooth quick process. Thank you all ,it meant a lot to come across you all when in time of need.

My husband and I went to this location for flu shots. The HFH website said the wait time would be 15 minutes. We waited only 5 minutes! The personnel were very cordial, kind and professional. Well done HFHS!

I think Jennifer Burns the NP is absolutely amazing. I have had a 2 experiences with her and she is very thorough and very knowledgeable and professional. I was so thankful she treated me and I was able to follow up with my doctor. The nurse was very supportive and was in and out in a jiffy and go home and rest.

Made an appt on-line re a possible UTI. Arrived 15 minutes early and they got me right in. The staff was terrific, very nice and efficient. I did have a UTI and PA G explained the testing they would do to ensure there were not any additional issues. He sent my prescription order through right away and I picked it up in less than 5 minutes right there at the clinic. Couldnt have asked for a better experience. Thanks!

Took my husband to Henry Ford Urgent Care & he was seen promptly. The doctor diagnosed the problem quickly, & did a minor procedure & sent a prescription to the pharmacy immediately. Very pleased with the care given.

The wait time that I experienced from the time I walked in the door until I was seen was less than 10 minutes. Every Henry Ford employee that I encountered was professional, very knowledgeable, understanding, and compassionate. Henry Ford health system is lucky to have them as employees.

Crnomarkovic, Goran, PA was on the ball, immediately identifying the sore on my lower leg that developed from a bruise but he called it my ankle instead of shin. Later, when they printed out the paperwork, , I was given someone elses Summary - and mine to someone else! There are some very private things in those papers and I want mine back! PS - these are a waste of paper and shouldnt be printed for this reason alone. There were only 2 other people in the clinic at the time I was there.Gary S.

I was treated with the utmost courtesy and respect by everyone I came in contact with during my visit. The genuine concern that was displayed was comforting to me.

The nurse ( Im not sure her title) that helped me was amazing. She was helpful and helped me calm down. The Dr was very polite and didnt make me feel dumb. Very friendly.

Would not recommend. Waited 1 1/2 hours and had a 10:30 appt. Had to leave because I had to be somewhere else. The facility was not busy to justify this wait time. In my 20 years of going here that will be the last time! Go to Beaumont Lenox Twp!

I went to the Henry Ford Urgent Care- Chesterfield this past Wednesday. I felt (feel) terrible! Flu like symptoms and my throat was on fire! I did sign in ahead of time to hold my place in line. I was taken back promptly and my vitals were taken. The nurse in staff listened carefully and did a few swab tests- very gentle and concerned. The doctor came in to introduce himself and we waited for the test results. All and all a good appointment. I did get my results at the clinic and in my online chart. I was surprised as the charting notes weren’t 100% what we discussed and I do find that concerning.

I needed a TB test for a teaching job, and although Occ Med is no longer at HF 23 MI Chesterfield, Urgent Care did give them and read them. The cost was reasonable and registration, administration and reading were done quickly and efficiently.

Tiffany at Chesterfield HF Urgent care was comforting and reassuring to my daughter when we came in for an arm injury. She was patient and kind and gave her a hug.

The pre check-in process was so easy. I spent the previous night with extreme back pain, but scheduled time first thing in the morning via their online process, and was in and out in 15 minutes with immediate relief. It was efficient and effective.

Good all around. However the person( who was very nice) who took my vitals had fingernails at least 2 inches long or more on every finger. Disgusting from a healthcare point of view. I believe this is also against company policy. I am sure this is very apparent to her manager who just has let it go.

Came just before Christmas and was in and out in about 30-40 minutes. The staff is pleasant and professional. Ive come here a few times and almost always get through the process is less than an hour. There is an online check-in and a kiosk at the door, which I always forget about. I guess it expedites the check in, which was the longest part of the process for me.

Had to take two trips to urgent care for my daughters rash and the first time the cream didn’t knock it out. So we came back for a second visit with Dr. Spencer K, he went above and beyond for my daughter and when one cream wasn’t working he prescribed another until it was working. Very thankful. Will always come to this office if I need any urgent care help. Amazing staff and great patient support.

Go on line to make your appointment if you are a walk in you wait and wait and wait. Even if youre the first person in the building. Waited 45 minutes. after they take your money you are at their disposal. Had a swelled up eye. Doctor came in after 45 minutes and spent no more than 2 minutes with me, didnt look at my eye and told me I have a foreign object in my eye they will need to send me to an optometrist. Never came within 5 feet of me and kept looking at me like I was a leper. I asked her what the deal was as Im thinking something is wrong with me because she is also wearing a mask. She tells me she is sick and trying to keep a distance. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! even I know not to come to work if your sick. So I went to the optometrist..... no foreign object in my eye just an infection. Thanks for taking my money 65 dollar copay. Ill have to work 3 hours to pay off the bill. How about a refund for a misdiagnosis? Being you didnt even look at me? Think about coming here. A Copy for a hospital visit might be a better bet.

We saved a spot on line, got there a couple minutes after the scheduled time, waited not even 5 minutes before being called back to a room. The MA and doctor were very friendly and professional with my 6 year old. The whole visit was only about 30 minutes. I’ll definitely be going here if needed in the future and checking in on line.

Doctors are great. But intake staff that was on the phone trying to return their in store purchase couldnt take the time to help and seemed inconvenienced that I needed to check in. Asking me to hold for a second so they could continue their personal phone call.Care by medical staff was excellent once I was able to check in.

I was here with a friend and everyone was very nice while i was their a patient was being very rude to the front desk lady i think her name was dayonna and she was very calm and sweet even though the guy was being rude. They were prompt and gave great care.

TLDR: This urgent care on 2 separate occasions sent us home saying baby was fine. Both times we ended up at the ER shortly after anyway in severe condition. Trust your gut because you know your baby better than anyone else!Would give 0 stars if I could. Twice now weve gone to this urgent care and been told everything was fine with our baby when it was not. Both times we were told just wait it out and continue OTC meds. Both times we trusted our gut and went to the ER and were kept overnight.This time baby had labored breathing. First, no one was at the desk when we came in. Waited around. Someone finally came out and took forever to check us in (not sure why even when all our info was already on file from before).Then we are brought back quickly but not seen for over an hour. Only tested for RSV which was negative so they said its just a cold and hes breathing just fine. We went home confused over how a cold could make him struggle to breathe so much. She told us he wasnt retracting but to watch out for it, so we got home and looked up a video to see what to look for. He obviously was actually retracting!So we recorded a video of his breathing quickly and went to the ER. They got us back before even checking us in. Checked us in while a doc started looking at him. His oxygen was low, multiple breathing treatments later and those barely maintained him. They suspected right away it was probably croup but tested him for a whole range of things. Asked us what urgent care we went to because they couldnt believe they sent us home saying his would be fine. The nurse said she heard his awful breathing right from the moment we walked in the front door at the ER. Im writing this as I sit in the ER with my baby listening to the nurse chat with other nurses in the hall about how they couldnt believe an urgent care sent us home and especially a Henry Ford which they thought was usually good!

Compassion, respect, honor and setting the needs of patient first.Empathy from each person was shown to me as I was really feeling bad and felt they cared! Patricia Wright saw my husband this week on Wednesday 8/16 for a very serious issue. She said she would send his referral thru with a priority ASAP note and a surgical scheduling team would be calling him, and to wait 48 hours. As to not rush the process, my husband waited the full 48 hours before following up. Well today is 8/18 and he just called and come to find out she put the referral thru as standard non emergent, and my husband is more pain than ever. She did NOT do her job, and he is suffering because of it, shame on you Patricia.

I have gone here awhile back when this place had different staff & a different name. There was one doctor who was creepy & kind of rude which blows my mind to say that. However, coming recently I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of the kindness, the openness, the communication & how everyone there made me feel comfortable, heard & seen! Dan & Jacqueline or maybe Amanda was her name haha.. they are genuine people!

The nurse and Dr. Hassan were so patient with our daughter. My husband and I walked out of there feeling like our daughter was very well taken care of. We could not have asked for a better experience.

I absolutely adore your staff that you provided me with from the Doctor down to the administration..They had just what it requires to give me comfort as well as being efficient caring and sufficiently evaluating and fixing the problem at hand which was the injury to my left foot.Yes, I would recommend others to your medical facility especially with the staff that was present on the day of my admission.I give to you a scale of 10Thank you for tending to my needs.

Not very friendly or helpful.. I love Henry ford hospitals, but this urgent care is a huge misrepresentation of the Hernry practice. This urgent care is garbage compared to other urgent cares in the area and Ive been to several. Wait times are ridiculous and I only go there if I need x-ray. Doctors are jerks.

Excellent from the receptionist to the nursing assistant to the doctor. Everyone was warm, welcoming, compassionate and professional. I would highly recommend! I was in and out in about 1/2 an hour.

Had an acute illness that my physician couldn’t see me for, she referred me to Urgent Care. HFHS Chesterfield got me an appointment, saw me quickly. The staff were friendly and professional and were able to give me a diagnosis and appropriate medication. Very positive experience!

We brought our daughter there because she needed stitches. They made us wait an hour and then finally told us to go to the hospital because they would be better to do the stitches. They didnt even touch her or have her see a doctor but they sent us a bill for $160. I have been making payments through their system since Sept. We received 3 bills in the mail since then, and all have the full $160 balance as needing to be paid. When I try to call someone to find out whats going on, theyre all foreigners and they hang up on me after saying theyll put me on hold and talk to a manager. I also tried to email and got a message back from an automated system saying my question was inappropriate and that it wont be forwarded to the correct department. WTH? Im not allowed to ask why my payments arent being applied to my balance? I feel like this is shady behavior and this unfortunately is a ploy to get more money out of vulnerable people. The second time we went there was to bring my son who had a ruptured eardrum and they turned my husband and 3-year-old away because they didnt take our insurance. We were prepared to pay cash. They still turned them away. Come to find out later, they did take our insurance. This place is a dumpster fire. Stay away from it.

Doctors and staff are great. Urgent care has always been quick. Pharmacy conveniently located on the campus.

They were efficient and helpful. And Im glad I followed their recommendations to go to the ER since I did have appendicitis. I would definitely go again if I had something that could be taken care of by urgent care. Highly recommended!

Long wait with appointment and one lady was very rude. I usually go to Mclaren urgent care off of 26 they were closed. Staff there is way faster and nicer. I’ll never come back here. Waited 2 1/2 hours w/o being seen. I walked out!! Again when I asked the lady how much longer to see my sick 4 yr old she was very very rude!!!!! Go somewhere else if you can!!!!

Love Dr Dan at the Chesterfield location! Couldn’t ask for a nicer, informative, professional and helpful Dr. He is a credit to his profession. He’s was great to my mom who has a broken knee as well.The MA who got me started was wonderful too!

SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION ELSEWHERE!!! I was in the waiting room waiting for an hour even though I was number 5 on the list. They take other patients first even if you have been waiting claiming it is based on need. I can tell you right now, it is not. This way of signing patients in and bringing them into the office is EXTREMELY inefficient. When I finally did get called in I was placed in a room without seeing a doctor for over 40 minutes. Then a doctor came into the room without knocking only to realize it was the wrong room. do you not understand the HIPPA law, and medical privacy?? After that doctor realized his mistake, he didn’t even say anything to me,and just walked out. Then when my doctor finally came in, she was absolutely horrible to deal with. She came in without having any bedside manner and started to scold me and reprimand past behavior right in front of my mother and was basically denying me medical treatment or labs because she felt it was “unnecessary.” I came into urgent care in fear that I had an infection in my left index finger and she laughed at me telling me the odds. She was incredibly rude and disrespectful. She clearly had no desire to be there and tend to patients. When she finally allowed me to get an X-ray to verify that my finger was no longer fractured, she came in and said you’re fine it’s soft tissue damage and sent me home. I later ended up at another Urgent Care outside of Henry Ford after my awful experience, only to confirm my worries that it was SEVERELY infected and had been for well over a week. The doctor at Henry Ford clearly didn’t care and neglected to provide adequate medical attention when I needed it. The other facility was appalled that I was sent away by doctors at Henry Ford Urgent Care without any medical treatment as I was borderline needing IV antibiotics and the finger eventually ruptured from the pressure of the infection under the skin and has been draining infection for over a week now. I was sent home from Henry Ford Urgent Care to “ice it” as advised by the doctor who proceeded to walk away from me with her back turned to me and my mother as she said this. I told them I was in pain and needed antibiotics but they did NOTHING. I’m so glad I paid my insurance copay for nothing, and billed my insurance for NOTHING

The staff was extremely nice and I was out in 2hrs. But it took 4 hours to get my script sent and you can’t call cause phone never sends you to the urgent care desk. Or maybe they don’t want to take calls from patients who are sick.

I had a terrible fall and needed to been seen to make sure everything was ok. I called to make sure they could take xrays prior to coming in. I wamted to make sure they could treat my needs. The girl on the phone was so very nice and helpful. It continued when I got there. Everyone was very nice, caring and considerate. I was nervous with the low rating score I saw. But I am glad I gave it a chace and I was pleasantly surprised.

I took my four year old daughter here and our experience was top of the line from start to finish. I reserved a time slot online, which was super easy. Upon arrival they checked us in immediately, and we only waited one minute until we were taken back. Our nurse was Katie, and we saw Dr. Salah Alenzi. They were both WONDERFUL! My daughter does not love going to the doctor, and Katie and Dr. Alenzi were both amazing with her, they made us both feel very comfortable and at ease, they were thorough in their explanations about the diagnosis and again, hardly any wait time in between seeing them! In addition, I called the lab today with a follow-up question regarding some testing my daughter had done (I believe the womans name I spoke to was Stacey?), she was very nice and helpful! If anyone in my family needs to go to an urgent care again, I will never go anywhere else. HIGHLY recommend!

Worked 37 years as a Beaumont Er Nurse. On New Years Eve only a select few Urgent care facilities we’re open. So ended up here for first time. Loved making appointments. Very smart.Staff was professional and friendly. Nurses were rushed and overworked but very pleasant. Doctor was well informed and listened. Overall very impressed.

Stay away from this,zero is the best grade for this service, from front desk and everything else, no doctor unfortunately, Nicki is in the front desk not eligible to do this job ,I asked for supervisor she told me no supervisor ,she is everything there.

I’m literally in the room waiting writing this. I have waited over 2 hours to just to get an X-ray and then another hour for the doctor to look at the picture.. The doctor didn’t believe that I could have possibly gotten injured the way I did and didn’t even want to do the X-ray. Disregards everything I tell her. Oh and on top of that, I’ve been here so long, they tried to discharge me before I even saw the doctor. What is going on here?!?!? I think I could have just let time heal this faster than I will leave. Only reason I’m here is because my primary care provider doesn’t have an X-ray machine so they said to come here to get it done… I’m beyond annoyed and frustrated.

Had a bug with all the symptoms of severe cold and upper respiratory infection. I went there and was told by the receptionist that there’s a 4- hour wait. She said I could go on teledoc. I went on teledoc only to be seen by a PA who didn’t know what to prescribe me so she told me to go the store and get OTC. That is my last visit to Henry Ford!! Will be going to Beaumont from now on!

Decided to give this urgent care a second try since it’s so close to home. I’d be better off driving further for better service. We’ve been in the exam room now 2 hours and still waiting!! I think we were forgotten about. Doesn’t even count the 1 hour spent in the waiting room. Wait time is ridiculous. Brought daughter in on crutches for an X-ray for possible broken bone. Won’t ever come back here. Service is horrible. People seem clueless.

Super convenient to make an appointment online. Nurses and staff were super nice. Only complaint is when I brought up a concern they simply waved it off as anxiety.

I felt respected here and the staff did their best to keep me in the loop for long wait times. I checked in line using the website. My estimated time did get pushed back once to a half hour later. Using the Ipad inside to confirm check in was not difficult. The staff didnt make me feel dumb for checking to make sure I wasnt just experiencing cold symptoms but the doctor did use language to say that there was nothing there when they checked in my throat and ears. I suspect what they meant to say was that there was no evidence of bacterial infection because there surely is fluid in my ears impacting hearing. Ive definitely had far worse experiences with urgent care facilities. Plus, because my primary doctor was in their system it ended up being much cheaper than other experiences.

I wish it was possible to give this place 0 stars. I have never in my life experienced a ruder doctor. Nurse and front staff were amazing! But after being cut off multiple times by Dr.Alenzi and getting nowhere, the nurse came in to discharge me and I had to resort to asking her questions about my issue because the Doctor had walked out. He was so unbelievably unprofessional. I have been to so many doctors in my life and that was enough to take the cake.

Waited 2 hours after my appointment time in a virtual waiting room for a doctor and they just never came to help me. I called and the staff was clueless and had no answers or solutions.

The pediatric unit was amazing. They calmed my daughter down with kind words and a teddy bear. The nurse practitioner was top notch. Everyone was great.

Check in for my appointment at 7:30 sitting in the lobby for an hour before walk ins get called before me. Get called and nothing happens for an hour it’s now 9:50 and 10 minutes to close. Rude doctor comes in and acts like there is nothing wrong with me tries to hurry everyone out before they close. Really they just wanted to rush me out so they could close. Had to go to ER this place is low quality. .

Good fast service even though it was kind of a unique issue.

Told them what was wrong, (basically I was severely dehydrated, had surgery one week ago and was having issues keeping fluids down) waited 3 hours was seen for 5 minutes and told that they couldn’t do an IV on me because they didn’t know what they were replacing. They don’t have an in house lab and can’t figure out how much fluids I needed. Seriously, worst experience ever and most ridiculous excuse. Was told to go to the er and wait again but I couldn’t because my husband had to work. They made me sign a paper absolving them of liability. Told me I should have called first and had asked before coming in if they had a lab. Staff was pleasant except for this doctor. I ended up going to the er in the morning when my husband got off of work they said that was absolutely ridiculous and apologized that the urgent care wasted my time and money.

I called and was told they took my insurance and they were not busy. So, I made an appointment and headed over. I get there and to my disbelief they don’t take my insurance. Although that was a bummer. CeeCee, at the front desk, went above and beyond to call another facility for me and even provided me water. If I didn’t have to pay $150.00 to be seen I would have been seen.

One of the doctors there told me there was no treatment for my health problem and told me he wasnt going to treat me. I waited there for an hour, even though I checked in online, to just get sent home in pain. Went to my primary doctor 4 days later, still in pain and the first available appointment, and received a very basic treatment during my visit. My doctor told me they should have treated me.

I had no wait time at my visit. The doctor and nurse where personable and helpful to address my medical needs.

Went in at 5:30 estimated appt time was 7:23, actual appt time was 8:50. Essentially 3 1/2 hours to get called back. That seems to me that they are understaffed. Besides that fact, the care was exceptional. Dr Reinheimer and staff were thorough and attentive and professional. Dr even gave me a dose of medicine to get me started and hold me over till the next morning when the pharmacy opened. Highly recommend this facility i just wish they could cut the wait time in half. If so I would of gave 5 stars.

Made an appointment at 8:00. Urgent care.. first in line. Got our room quickly . doctor cant seem to get to our room for anotger hour and a half to 2 hrs.This is a very typical routine for this location.Wife in pain. Its like a holiday around here....

The staff in this place aside from the receptionists are a complete joke. I’ve been in pain now for the last four days due to a cyst on my lower spine and they refused to drain it there because they’re lazy... I went in the first day and was told that the cyst was too hard to drain. I went in two days later and was told it was already draining on its own... If it was draining on its own why wouldn’t you just hurry up the process and drain it on site so I don’t have to be in pain while the slow drain takes place? This is literally the most painful thing I’ve had to go through and it all could be done by now but instead I’m writing a review about incompetent Doctors at 3:15am because I’m in too much pain to sleep. Thank you for absolutely nothing, I bet the only part of this process that they will not fail at completely is sending me the bill.

Made online appointment at 12:30pm for 1st. available which was 2pm. A very quick check in... Called back to room at 2:25pm..more medical info taken and saw doctor at 3pm and had chest x-ray, prescribed meds and was released at 3:30pm..I would highly recommend. All of the staff I encountered were efficient and friendly.

It was so easy. I scheduled an appointment for the next day. I was promptly seen, quickly received my test results, and got my scripts filled all in about an hour.

They keep this place super clean! But the wait times are horrid, even if you make an appointment.The doctors and the NP’s need to learn about Type 1 Diabetes as I was given the wrong diagnosis one time. Said I was In DKA due to the sugar in my urine (it’s normal to dump sugar in urine)Went to the hospital and I was just seriously dehydrated, no DKA.

I have now been here twice, once on Thanksgiving for my daughter, and once for me. Both times they were quick, kind, and effective. I recommend this urgent care

EVERYONE WENT HOME AND LEFT US IN THE EXAM ROOM!I will NEVER go to this place again!! It’s a shame too because I did like Dr. Reinheimer. However, everything else was a joke! We got there 5 mins before they closed and got in a room right away. However, the two nurses were rushing around like mad taking his vitals. His blood pressure was sky high. I made a cooment they seemed like they wanted to get out of here. It gets better though, after the doctor left we waited in the room for the prescription and discharge papers. The nurse came back to recheck his blood pressure again and when she was done she left and said they would be back with the papers. We waited and waited and waited. Finally, I opened the door and realized EVERYBODY WAS GONE FOR THE NIGHT!! THEY LEFT US IN THE EXAM ROOM!!!! I’m still in disbelief! The cleaning crew verified that everyone had left for the night!

Even though I waited an hour for the doctor to come in and see me, I feel that he was very thorough, he eased my mind, and made me feel comfortable, even when I was worried.

The Urgent Care was very clean. Both MA Nikki and Tiffany took get care of me and the NP Sarah was very great.

Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. The front receptionists are the rudest people I have ever met. Very rude and trashy looking and this is supposed to be an urgent care? Doctors don’t know a single thing. Misdiagnoses me and gave me prescribed me to the wrong medication. When I called them they told me that the doctors go to school and know more then I do but in all reality I was relating back what my PRIMARY doctors said. All need to go back to school and hire better looking people and not someone missing teeth with stringy hair smelling like smoke.

My daughter and I had flu like symptoms, we were checked in. Waited 40 minutes (not busy in there) then the nurses took information. I demanded a strep test for both of us as my throat was red and lympnodes swollen. The dr. Ordered those tests, but continued to tell us we were fine. He said my neck was not swollen, ehich it clearly was! The dr. Misdiagnosed us, on top if this they forgot about us in the room waiting on the strep test reults (15mins.) We waited 50 mins.! I finally went to the counter asking if wed see the dr. Again ckeatly forgotten about! We left, 8pm. Hit there at 4:30pm. Next day I went to my dr. Who did mono. Test, I have mono, came back positive. My daughter went to dr she was tested for the flu, she tested positive for flu. This urgent care dr. Actually looked at me and said my lympnodes were not swolllen, when they definitely were. Now I know urgent care is not urgent, the dr.s dont treat it that way. Very disappointed in this place.

We waited in the waiting room about 15 minutes, but it took over 2 hours for us to be helped once in the exam room. I understand there are variabilities, but it also didn’t appear very busy at all.

First off, you need to pre register for an appointment time on line. Otherwise, you wait for an opening. Went in on New Years day, had several tests, including xrays, and left to pick up my prescriptions an hour and a half later. Staff was very nice and efficient, but the complaints about the wait, I cant attest to. 8 did not find that at all. This is NOT an ER, so, schedule the appt on line.

I got there at 9:59pm with my 88 year old neighbor, and they saw me coming but she needed her walker, and by the time I got to the door the security guard came out and said the doors are locked. He showed me his phone and yes it said 10;00, but my neighbor just needed someone to tell her what was wrong with her arm . Not sure, it was a very large hot spot. Where is their compassion???

Absolutely love this hospital they have always taken very good care of me. Ive ran into some awesome nurses.

Dr. Dillingham was great and made my son comfortable during his visit. I wish more doctors were as kind and friendly as him.

Would’ve been nice to know you guys are card only after waiting 20 minutes in line. I’m not gonna go out of my way to transfer money and run to an ATM when you guys can easily just take cash lol

Horrible! Just left without seeing a dr. Took my 10 month old in because of an allegeric reaction and we waited in a room for over an hour with a screaming kid. When we left the person at the desk said, you were next but didnt apologize or ask the dr who was typing on a computer to come and see us! Never will we ever go back there!

In person is good. But had a telecom appointment and was waiting in que for 10-15 minutes to just get a text saying they have no provider

You make an appointment to only have them make you wait hours. Then the nurse is rude the entire time your in the back. This isnt the first time this has happened using this urgent care.

I attended an appoinment with someone yesterday 8.19.21, shame on the doctor whom immediatly stated covid when they had a cough shame on your closed minded findings thank god we went to hospital where they were admitted w a kidney infection and pnemonia he would have died if i took him home to quarantine, covid is not every cough,sneeze, sore throat keep in mind all the illnesses prior as they are still killing us not everything is covid shame on your findings, another puppet everything is covid.what a disgrace stated

If I could give zero I would! I don’t understand the point of making an appointment and arriving 5 minutes early for them to take walk-in before you! I hate when places try and over book I think its greedy and unfair to the patient! I will never come here again.

Went 3 times, either payed my copay or was told that my visit had been completely covered yet still receiving a bill in the mail for all 3 visits with them claiming that they never got payment even though I watched the payments go through while still in the building.

I was well taken care of by the Henry Ford Staff. Everyone was well detailed in delivery care to me in my time of need.

Dr. Masceroni and Dr. Sher are very good Doctors. I felt very well taken care of by Dr. Masceroni. He really cares about his patients and was very thorough.
