Total Mens Primary Care - New Braunfels

I started going to Total Mens Primary Care when my family doctor of over a decade retired. Initially the convenience of the facility was appealing, but what you get out of convenience is made up for by their lack of thoroughness.I came in to get tested for Strep and Covid prior to leaving on an international vacation in August as I was feeling under the weather. They didnt have any appointments for several days at the New Braunfels location so I scheduled an appointment at the next nearest facility in Kyle. When I was attempting to pay I was told that I had a credit and there was no charge for the visit. I was told if the symptoms didnt clear up in a few days to come back in. I returned a few days later to the New Braunfels location, and was hit with not just the charge for the current visit but the previous visit that was supposedly covered by a credit as well. Well which is it? If I owed the money that is fine, but being told different things at different locations just days apart doesnt really give me much confidence in their accounting or office people.Last month I had my annual physical and was told that I would need to schedule a follow-up to go over the results. A Physical is considered preventative medicine, and as a result is legally required to be covered under ACA. I was not charged for my initial visit where they weighed me took my blood pressure, and drew blood for labs. However when I returned today for follow to go over the results of my physical I was told that there would be a 76 dollar charge. Are you kidding me? I explained that this was a follow-up on my physical and the lady behind the desk said that she was aware, but there would be a charge for the visit. I cancelled the appointment, and now I am stuck with lab results with a few items marked to go over, that specifically say they will be discussed at the next scheduled visit. I have no direction on these results as a I refuse to pay for something that is legally covered.At the end of the day this is a doc in a box you are paying for convenience not a quality service. You will never see an actual doctor in the several years that I have been coming here I have very rarely seen the same Physicians Assistant twice. Thats right no actual doctors in all the years that I have been coming just PAs that are working here on the side. Do yourself a favor and find yourself an actual physician that has your actual health as a concern, and dont come to a place where they are just interested in keeping the revolving door spinning to keep the dollars rolling in.

This used to be the best clinic around when it started up around 2019. Over the last year the customer service quality has went down, and fast. Treating former customers poorly after years of taking care of them due to insurance changes, screwing up appointments which required taking days off of work. They need to fix it or theyre going to lose customers.

My experience went well. I usually go to the location Kyle, but the nurse said they were completely booked today. So the lady there was very nice and said she can call around to the other locations to see if they have any cancelations. Luckily, the New Braunfels location had a morning opening and I was able to be seen there.The staff at the New Braunfels location were so nice and got me in and out with no problems. Thank you.

They were fine in the beginning. I had to reschedule an appointment due to an emergency at work. i called (no answer during business hours which is normal for them for some reason) and left a voicemail that i would need to reschedule. I didnt hear back from them and called nearly everyday for a week to try and get another date set. NEVER heard back from them but what i did get was a bill for my visit. i obviously have not paid this and wont as i never went to the appointment and was completely unable to reschedule the appointment for a week straight so i just gave up but they have sent me an automated reminder to pay my bill weekly for 2 months since this happened and of course no call to set another date.

I used to have them rated as a 5 star, but I had to change it. 2 times I was scheduled to be there for an appointment, and there is a sign on the door stating they closed early or are opening lat that day. First tome appt at 4:30pm they closed at 4pm that day. Second and last time appt at 8:15 am, and they dont open until 10am.

Staff gave wrong info on acceptable insure, now I have out of pocket costs.Not a warm inviting place as well as low professionalism.Staff appear not to want to do their jobs or are not very personalible.I would not recommend going there.

4 star only because today was my first visit, the reception was nice, everything was clean and neat, the nurses were very friendly and professional, and the provider was very honest about next steps and what to do between visits. Would rate higher but again first visit

New Braunfels location. Worst doc so far IMO. Dr.Wadas is unprofessional, she scolds staff in front of patients, has no bed side and spends the least amount of time possible with patients.It would also be nice to have the choice to see a male doctor in this clinic for men.

It was actually a great appointment today quick and easy in and out not too much lagging around in the appointment was extremely seamless and the doctor was very attentive to me. Thats what I need and thats what I got so thank you.

Had a great experience during my first annual physical. Very comprehensive and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this establishment!

The atmosphere was very nice. Seevice was fast and it seemed like they cared. Big dea for me! I recommend for any guy looking to feel at home.

Place is awesome. I couldn’t get into my PCP until tomorrow. Decided to give these guys a try. They were able to get me in, same day, even as a new patient. Quick and easy new patient forms. No wait, was seen at my appointment time. The doctor was great and didn’t waste my time or money with unnecessary tests. And great snacks in the waiting room!

I recently switched to Total Mens Primary Care and found that their service is so much better than my previous doctors everyone’s happy and smiling and really nice to you. My first appointment for my yearly check up was free and I had a great experience.

I love the welcoming atmosphere when I first came in. I did not wait long at all ( less than 10 minutes) to get seen. The staff are very friendly. Dr. Ryan Smith did an awesome job listening carefully of my needs. He is very professional and sociable to say the least. The nurse that saw me was very nice and kind. She was on point The front desk and all the staff members I encountered did an awesome job. AAAAAAAAA+++++++++

Countless times I arrive during posted company hours either they are not in the office or better yet, I walk in just to be told weve already shut down, or there isnt a nurse present today so we cant help you, sorry to say you have lost a customer

I am not impressed...I can see why this business has so many 5 star reviews. That is what got my attention. Thats a lot of 5 stars! Other primary physicians usually only have under 100 total reviews.Scheduling is very easy and the first appointment was great. The people there where nice and attentive. I was in for a well visit and looking for a different provider. As soon as I was done with my appointment, I get a text for review them. I was like... whoa there! I havent been there enough to rate you yet. I told them I would leave a review once I get the full experience.I get a call from my labs and one thing was off and they asked if I wanted to pursue treatment. I said yes and made another appointment. They sent several reminders letting me know of the time I needed to arrive, in which I appreciated. This morning I get a text stating a different appointment time. I screen shot the text feed and sent it to them reminding them of the time we agreed on. They corrected it.I get into the room and they said that the were doing the test again. I already did the test and I wanted to seek treatment for this and that is why I am here. You have my insurance information, I asked for the test, and now you need to test me again?? That made me very uneasy as the process they do is so quick, that they dont really explain the process. I am not one who wants to be pricked every time I walk through the door, getting billed copay after copay and lab after lab when they should have done that the first time I was in there. I feel i was being milked for my Insurance.Yes the office visits are quick and easy to get in and out, but I am not for unnecessary waste of time when one blood draw would have given them everything they needed to know to move forward. I am looking elsewhere now. I have lost confidence in the way they operate.

Absolutely loved my experience here! The staff was incredibly sociable, polite and courteous. They were able to easily and thoroughly answer any questions I had and explained the process to me as we walked through it. The clinic itself was clean, well maintained and shined of professionalism. Looking forward to my follow up at this location and would recommend this clinic to any and all men!

Hassle free. I arrived early, went back on time, and the doc was very friendly and personable.

Had an Appt, showed up late due to thinking my appt was later than what they had. Didn’t take me. Rescheduled me without any communication. Worst part is that no one was there. Girls up front weren’t doing anything.

Awesome service! I was thoroughly explained everything that was done. He also gave me some tips for my family without bringing them in. This is my new PCP and I am very well pleased and will spread the word among fellow Men! If you are looking for a new PCP facility, look no further guys!

Do not go here!! They are horrible! Front office could not be any lazier, they never answer the phone nor return messages. Office was closed due to the weather, we never received notification. To cancel, reschedule or change to virtual, not only did we drive 20 minutes to get there my husband missed 3 hours of work to make this appointment.

First visit was great. I came back in a week later to “review” my blood work. I was there 5 minutes before my appointment time, and proceeded to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes past my time. I went back to the front desk to tell them I had to leave, and asked if the doctor can call me. They said yes, but it’s a tell doc visit and I have to pay a co pay. What the heck? The front desk then proceeds to look up my blood work and reads the results and doctors note to me while another patient was right next to me! I said I know all this I read the results! She said I can cancel your appointment for you. Wow!

Had an appointment in mid September. They took blood and the Dr. requested a ultrasound be performed on me, plus he ordered a Colaguard. I had the ultrasound a week later. Here we are mid December and I cannot get the Dr. to call me with my results. I have also not received my Colaguard. I am still in alot of pain. I have reached out to them many, many times and cannot get a call back.

First time visit. The staff members were all friendly. My appointment started on time and there was less than average wait to be seen after vitals and questionnaire. PCP was not pushing for medication solution, communicated clearly, and made for a comfortable visit. Definitely encouraged me to be more open to getting checkups and being mindful of my wellbeing.

I had a great experience at the office today. Did all my intake over the phone. I had no wait time. My appointment was seamless and efficient. My doctor had great energy, listened to my concerns, and addressed them. I highly recommend Total Men’s Primary Care - New Braunfels

This office is great! New patient check in is efficient and quick. Ryan was the NP I had my appointment with and was nothing but professional. I showed up early to my appointment and was seen ahead of time. Highly recommend this office to any guy!

This was the first time in a while that I have been to see a physician. The Total Men’s experience was much better than I have traditionally experienced with other offices. I really enjoyed that the signing up and verification of benefits was all done before my appointment time. The “waiting room” did not feel like a long wait at all, because of the associated amenities (t.v., coffee bar, etc.) and comfortable seating. There were plenty of sanitizing stations and wipes, which was nice to see. The staff was friendly and courteous, and the doctor was really down to earth in his communication style. The visit itself was both thorough as well as efficient. I’ll definitely be back!

Overall I’ve had good experiences with this clinic, but they should really remove their “Walk-In” status. The last few times they have not been able to see me due to their long wait times. Their staff turnover is high too. Maybe more medical staff needs to be added to minimize wait times.Update (04/20/2023): had to give an even lower rating. One of the front desk workers say they are “understaffed” yet they have two people working the front desk. If they know they are understaffed, one can leave the desk and help out in the back… smh

Absolutely wonderful place. Friendly staff, great facility. Fast, informative, orderly and clean, just how a Dr visit should be.

The doctor does not speak English so I didn’t know what my treatment plan was. And while receiving meds for Covid I had to clarify with the receptionist ( someone who I would rather not know my health information.) so I knew what was going on. I should be able to have a full conversation with my doctor about my health and not guess or bring an unrelated party into it.

Started going because former primary care Dr. hard to talk to . Ryan is very friendly and patient first oriented. Talked me through all labs. Seemed very professional and on top of medical treatments. Very comfortable in meeting. Would recommend this clinic to any man

Went in for a rapid COVID test. Online scheduling was super easy. I liked that I could do 100% of registration online. When I arrived the check in was quick. The wait time was short. I was quite thirsty and glad to find bottled water, sodas and snacks in the waiting area. The staff was welcoming and efficient. This is a nice alternative to an urgent care clinic.

Ghosted. I was ghosted by this clinic. I arrived for my 3/31/23 appointment at 7:45am. They took lab samples to establish a diagnosis. After multiple calls and contacts to the clinic, no one will reply (and yes, I was polite) with the test results. They do not answer the phone nor respond to emails. These folks ignore their hippocratic oaths. They are not professional at all. Go somewhere else where they actually care about the patients.

I went here for the first time to get a precautionary COVID test and it couldn’t have been easier! I booked my appointment online, did ALL of the paperwork-ish type stuff online, and had a pretty much touch-free check-in experience. The staff was very kind and welcoming and the facility is clean, modern, and comfortable. They set accurate expectations for the results and made the entire experience quick and easy. Best of all, they use good testing swabs and not the kind that feel like a battering ram trying to penetrate your skull. I was in and out very quickly and received a message with my results. Overall, it was a really positive experience. I would definitely come here again!

The staff was welcoming and friendly. They kept a smile on their faces and answered all my questions. The clinic was clean and I was very comfortable with everything and everyone. If it was a strip club I’d make plans to come back the next day but I’m looking forward to my follow up visit.

Went in for a covid test today and it was super quick and easy! The lady at the front desk was very polite and got me checked in in a timely manner. The test itself was quick and easy even though I was dreading it and got my results about 20 minutes later. Also, love their lounge area!! I wish I had asked sooner if those snacks and drinks were free (they were) because I was eyeballing them the whole time I was waiting lol. Definitely would recommend!

Staff is very friendly. Clean office. I was assisted immediately. Theyre waiting room is phenomenal. They have drinks and snacks! Not that you have any time to eat a snack because theyre so fast. My husband and my sons were seen here as well. I highly recommend this office

I had a doctors visit this morning and my doctor was great,she answered all my questions and she treated me with respect and didn’t make me feel like I wasn’t just another appointment..I greatly appreciated that and highly recommend them

Best Physician visit Ive had. First I wasnt sitting around 39 min after my appointment time they actually were ontime and i was being seen at my scheduled appointment time. Everyone was professional, courteous, and most important the provider actually listened to me and exhibited true interest, not the typical hi how are you, whats wrong, and gone in under 5min. Found my new primary care provider. Highly recommend for your health care needs...

Being new to the area I was delighted to find a primary care clinic tailored for men only. My first visit went well the medical provider was professional and willing to help me resolve my concerns. I strongly recommend this clinic if you want to avoid long wait times and crying kids and chatty women.

I had a great Experience at this office. I spent more time with the provider, Tristan, during my first visit than I’d spent with my former PCP in the last year. He answered all my questions thoroughly and was compassionate and professional as we addressed my concerns. The Nurse Tess has an outstanding demeanor and is very professional. She drew my blood quickly and efficiently which made for a very low stress visit from the start. At the front desk, Rachel (I believe 😬), was quick to process me in and out and gave me all pertinent info and got me a great slot for my follow up. The facility is beautiful but not too frilly as it is a Men’s office, and the lounge is awesome! Crazy assortment of snacks and comfortable chairs are always a plus! Lastly, if your LEO, Fire or Military they have a great program that came as a surprise... I won’t spill the beans but it’s pretty sweet 👍🏼Thank you to the team there and to the management keeping it going. Found my new PCP for life hopefully.

Great staff and very friendly in a really comfortable environment! Tristan Richards took the time to the time to talk to me about all my concerns and really listened making me not feel rushed through there like other Dr. offices. Tess and Dixie were really great and helped me get my insurance easily squared away quickly so my appointment could still go on time. All in all a great experience and I am happy to have them as my new primary care clinic!

Went in for a rapid covid test and Donna (as well as the other receptionist, but I forgot her name 😬) were kind& helpful. Not only did they give me step by step directions to their location over the phone, but I was about 30 minutes late and they still managed squeezed me in fairly quickly. I was also able to wait in my car which was super convenient. Once I got back I was in and out. The doctor was cool too.

The whole process was very simple. Scheduling is a breeze online. They text and email a link for new patient forms. The waiting room was nice with a selection of snacks and beverages to choose from. The staff was friendly and quick. My appt was at 3:15 and I was seen a little before and out in no time. Will definitely use again in the future.

Where I live, you cant get in to see a family practitioner as a new patient in less than six months. My appointment was available within a week. There was practically no wait time even though I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the doctor I met with was knowledgeable and seemed more worried about taking care of my needs than in getting on to the next patient.

Recently moving here from AZ, I had no primary care Doctor so I looked total mens primary care up and scheduled an appointment. Id be lying if I said that I wasnt a little apprehensive about this place however I was in a load of pain and had no answers so I decided to give them a shot. Im glad that I did! The medical staff took their time trying to get to the root of the cause of my pain.I didnt feel like a number, I felt like a patient!The scheduling process was super easy (all online) and you pick the best time available that works for your schedule. The staff here made a believer out of me! Thanks!

Went in for a routine check up, very easy to schedule the apt. Ladies at the front desk were very friendly and waiting area was clean. I was seen within minutes of arriving, and Dr. Brian was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Calling to make an appointment was quick and spoke to a real person which was incredible! The receptionist was friendly and helpful. It was a short wait for the Dr. to see me. I made an appointment online just a few days ago. I went in for some routine bloodwork, physical etc. Brian Taylor the PA-C saw me and was very professional, courteous and informative. The young lady that took my blood was very patient and did a great job. I highly recommend this clinic. The entire staff is extremely helpful and friendly!!

Outstanding service, the front office staff was kind and very well informed. Social distancing and other Covid protocols were a high priority and greatly appreciated. The technician was first class and took care of me immediately, Pricing was far below the average and test results were almost instant. Almost all patients were in and out in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend Total Men’s Primary Care for any medical care.

Went to this clinic for a covid test!! They offer them for Men, Women and children. The clinic was clean and the receptionist was kind! I had scheduled an appointment but they also take walk ins. There were only two other patients there at the time. The test was quick and the lady administering the test was very calm and soothing to me. I am so glad they are offering this service as it would have been hours long wait at other places! Well done y’all!

Very courteous. There wasnt a long wait with an appointment scheduled. Experience was great and the Doc was very thorough and checked everything I requested. They are currently my primary care provider and I will not be changing anytime soon. Thank you for being there when I needed yall. This place is great. Tristan is attentive, down to earth and shoots you straight. Staff is friendly and the appointment time you schedule is the appointment time you get. I’ve been here a handful of times and the longest I had to wait was about 3 minutes. They have earned my permanent business as my primary care physician.

Great experience so far. Hard to find a good Dr. These days as Govt and the bureaucracy have made it difficult. So far feel like these folks are there for the patients. Great atmosphere for Men quick and easy. Really nice folks too and that is always the number 1 hurdle. Will update, so hopefully nothing changes.

Went in today for an annual check up. I arrived about 15 minutes early and they had me in a room before the time for my appointment! I then immediately had vitals taken/blood drawn and had about a 3 minute wait to see the doctor. All the staff were very polite and welcoming, this includes the PA who took his time explaining what I needed to know. I will definitely be heading back when it comes time!

I was able to make a same day appointment for Rapid COVID testing. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted and quickly got checked in. My tech that did the testing was a great as well! After the swab, I was asked to wait in the car and they would call me with the results. It took about 15-20 mins and I was given my (negative) result. That’s pretty awesome that they are accepting everyone right now. I am definitely referring my husband here for his annual physical exams. The facility was very clean and the snack bar is an awesome touch.

I feel so relieved after going, it was quick and easy! The staff and Doctor made me feel welcomed. The nurse was kind. The doctor was so knowledgeable and he didn’t make me feel weird to ask questions or tell him how I felt! Happy to finally find a doctor for my yearly physicals and any concerns I may have in the future! If your reading this trying to figure out if you should go, give it try you won’t regret it!

Super friendly and fast! I was able to book online the same morning and usually they make me come back for labs in other clinics but they did it all right then! I also felt free to tell them what I was doing and planning with zero judgment and exactly the medical care I needed. I recommend 100%! Thank you!

Excellent personnel! For the ones who have little free time or hate going to the Doctor… it is a quick experience. I haven’t been to the Doctor in years and was in and out in less then 30 mins with all my questions and needs taken care of.

Scheduled my appointment online and got in and out fairly quick and easy! Staff was friendly and everything was super clean! They also have a quick check in process that you can do from your phone.

Best doctor visit of my life. I’m a grandpa, and I haven’t been this happy since my pediatrician visits back in the third grade. Ryan Smith, MD. Ask for him. Tell him I sent you—but I get Tuesdays at 2pm lol. He listens. Even got the door for me. And Malisha runs the front like magic. The phlebotomist-lady was a gem, too. Couldn’t even feel the needle go in!

Always have a great experience at this facility. The employees are friendly and make you feel welcome. Nice waiting area, although I have never had to spend more than 5 minutes in it at a time. They are very efficient with getting you in at your scheduled time. Highly recommend this facility!

The best experience I have had getting my annual physical done in well over a decade. By far, the most thorough exam I have been given. I have been twice now and there is virtually no wait to be seen. Comfortable waiting room with coffee, snacks and soft drinks.The attending was a nurse practitioner. I would rather be seen by a nurse practitioner than a PA any day. Generally they have way more patient experienceI’ll be back.

I just want to say that I have been to quite a few doctors offices in my time and this is definitely the best. The staff and doctors are awesome and very friendly. The doctor takes time to answer your questions and does not rush you out the door to get to the next patient when talking with you. I definitely recommend this doctors office to any guy looking for something different when it comes to going to the doctor and they also elevate your comfort level. Also the wait time was almost nothing and I was in an out super fast.

Today my family and I visited the, Total Mens primary care office in New Braunfels and I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of making an appointment. The receptionist was professional, extremely friendly and helpful. The lobby was welcoming and had a number of snacks for us to choose from before our visit. I highly recommend them for your primary and covid testing needs!

I had a great experience here! I had a Covid antigen test. The scheduling process online was super easy. I was in and out in 5 minutes, the nurse and front desk staff was super nice, and I got my results in 15 minutes! Highly recommend this place.

I have not really been to many Drs. The one I have changed her hours to nearly closing time. Been here a few times and can say they are great! The Dr Himself answers all your questions. Even if you did not come in for that issue. He is knowledgeable and young. True you will not wait forever to see him. The place is comfortable and staff is awesome. You do not feel like you are going into a funeral home where everyone is cold and make you feel sad or alone. I like it here.

The team here was great. They were friendly and quick. Office was clean. It was easy to get set up as I was a walk in. The new patient forms are easy to fill out on your own device.

I was very pleased with my first visit. Love the nurse and Dr Tristan. They both were very easy to talk with. He discussed options and he even went online to find where I can find the med he was prescribing the cheapest. He even went as far as finding a coupon, he printed for me to use as well.Great experience!!!

Had my first visit at Total Mens Primary Care in New Braunfels today and have to say, I finally found a regular doctor. This place is absolutely amazing. I was able to make an appointment one day in advance...no waiting for weeks like most...and the staff is fabulous. Check in was super easy and the whole experience was one of the best Ive had when visiting a doctors office.

One of the things I REALLY dislike about going to a Doctors appointment is having a set time for an appointment and I end up waiting forever to be seen even though I have scheduled time to be seen. This is one reason I highly recommend Total Men’s Primary Care. Every time I go they are fast and don’t keep my waiting because the understand my time is important as well.When I am seen the staff really takes the time to understand what I am being seen for and truly takes the time to explain what may be going on with my body.10/10 in my book!

This place was quick and easy! Day before my appointment I was able to check in and add any additional information needed such as my insurance card so check in was less than a minute when I got there. Clean and friendly. Very professional.

The entire process was seamless! Only hiccup was the call center lady was a bit difficult to work with, beyond that perfect! They accepted my insurance and were quick to verify it, they were nice, respectful of my needs, took me for a same day appt., and answered all my questions thoroughly. Clean facility! Nice front desk lady, nurse excellent, and doctor excellent! Comfortable and clean, loved this place, 45 minute drive from San Antonio was well worth it!

The employees at Total Men’s care were incredibly friendly and efficient! I was there for a COVID rapid test and as uncomfortable as that test physically is, they made my experience very easy and comfortable. The facility is clean and their waiting area was welcoming. I highly recommend them!!

Very courteous and professional employees, very clean environment. They take walk-ins but I had scheduled an appointment for a rapid Covid test. No waiting and my results were back (Negative) in less than 15min. Would definitely recommend.

Love this place. The staff is super friendly, kind, courteous. Their patient care is phenomenal, you sorta forget that you’re at a doctor’s office. Their lounge area is relaxing, but don’t get too comfortable because you’re not going to be waiting forever to be seen. I checked in and within 5 mins was already visiting with the medical staff. PA Tristan is great. He’s really friendly and easy to talk too. You don’t feel like a number when you’re there, you’re treated kindly and professionally. Their txting service is fast and they always respond if you have a question or need to change an appointment. Kudos to that!

I had my first appointment today with Total Men’s primary care. This was my first appointment since leaving the military with a civilian provider and it was great. All staff were friendly and very attentive to my medical history and needs. I will definitely be using them for my primary care in the future and highly recommend them.

This facility is super clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and professional. Highlight of the appointment is the loveliest nurse Karina. Shes probably the most fun and attentive nurse Ive ever met and her employer is lucky to have her with them.

Total Men’s Primary Care is a first rate operation. I needed an annual physical, and every MD in town was booked at least two months out. Got an appointment with TMPC the next day. The front office staff was professional and courteous. The medical staff was knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. Highly recommend them.

I had an appointment for a physical this a.m. and the staff was very friendly. Check in and admin. was very smooth and fast and I was called back quickly thereafter. Katrina drew blood without any discomfort even though my veins tend to hide. And Tristan was very informative and helpful with a game plan for my treatment of b.p.

Everything about this practice is great! Schedule a rapid Covid test online and was taken back for testing immediately upon arrival. Office was clean, staff was very friendly, and I had results texted to me within 20 minutes.

Once I found out Total Men’s Primary Care existed I’ve never gone anywhere else. Their attitude towards their work is unmatched and on a different level. Not only are they quick, but they provide incredible/outstanding service every time I go. I recommend for any man to give this place a shot, because you won’t regret it.

Great experience. I couldn’t find a place to get a Covid test that wasn’t several days out so I looked into Mens Primary Care. The scheduling online was easy and I was in and out of the facility in less than 10 minutes. I have subsequently scheduled my annual check up with them.

There were no available appointments when I wanted a Covid-19 test, but they accepted walk-ins. It took about 15 minutes to register, pay a first time $20 fee, and have the test done. It took another 15 minutes to get the results and it seems like they accepted most insurances. I overheard that the test is $200 if you do not have a form of insurance that they take. Overall it was a quick and easy process.

I went in to get the antibodies test for Covid 19. The staff was very helpful and polite and saw me immediately at my appointment time. Definitely come see them for your specific needs! Quiet and clean! Get the word out!

I love this place! I have gone once every two weeks to get my antibodies test and I am always treated amazingly. I am in and out in a flash and everyone is so nice! They also have snacks for the taking in the waiting room! I know it’s primarily for men, but they see women for covid tests as well. I wish this was a women’s clinic instead!

I went in to do the Covid testing here (theyll take men, women, children) since they are currently doing testing here and the nurse who performed our swabs was kind and funny. She helped ease the anxiety I had with having the swab performed. 15 minutes and results are available. Clean, well-maintained facility. Lobby/waiting area has snacks, coffee, sodas, and waters provided for patients free of charge. While we were there, the nurse at the front desk sanitized the chairs, and the eating/snacks area. We had Covid nasal testing done on two occasions at the New Braunfels location. Each time the staff encountered was courteous, informative, and accommodating. We had no wait for either appointment and would not hesitate to use their services again.

I have been to the doctors office every few months for the past 20 years.In all that time, I have waited in the waiting room for several minutes, up to an hour and a half. I guess that is why they call it the waiting room.I just recently moved to this area, so I was looking for a new PCP.When I got to Total Mens Primary Care - New Braunfels, I waited less than 15 seconds in the waiting room, and 30 seconds in the exam room.Now, I dont know if that is the norm, but my first visit was fabulous. When I have a few visits under my belt, I will come back and update the review.

My husband loves this place! At the New Braunfels location he can get in and out in less than 30 min. They are great because they get right to business and don’t beat around the bush. They even take patients as young as 5, so when my son hits that age, I know where I’m taking him!

Took a rapid COVID test here and the process was super easy. Got my results in 15 minutes via text. They will also print your results if you request to do so. I had been with Total Men’s Primary for over 3 years. I loved the staff and they WERE efficient. In the last year, I have had to change providers for my TrT because they could not schedule me at a some what convenient time. For a couple weeks I skipped out on work to get my shot but I just couldn’t do that anymore without the risk of me losing my job. I am currently still using them as my primary provider but I have changed doctors for TrT. After doing that, I realized that I wasn’t being given the proper doses of testosterone. The current doctor I am seeing has got me where I need to be in 3 months where as Total Men’s failed in 3 years. At this very moment, I have attempted to call them almost everyday since July and they have not answered. I am now going to drive to the location to beg to have my daily medication refilled because Total Men’s will not respond to myself or CVS Pharmacy. I hope they’ll let me live by granting me access to my daily medications. When I can get my meds today, I am officially done with them. It really sucks to see them fail like this.

My dad goes to this place and even though it’s geared towards men, I was able to get in quickly to get my COVID test. The person who tested me as well as the front desk and the doctor that talked to me were all amazing and friendly. Would recommend omend anytime.
