MEDRITE East Harlem Urgent Care - Manhattan

Relis is an amazing employee! She went out of her way to help my mother, the patient, and we are very grateful for her assistance. She is definitely an asset to your practice and should be commended. I highly recommend this practice for all your urgent medical needs. They truly treat patients like family. AMAZING SERVICE!!!

Dr. Flores was disgustingly rude, unprofessional, and should not be a doctor. Initially, he entered the room so quickly he hit me with the door accidentally, proceeded to walk in and tell me my daughter needed antibiotics without even reviewing her information or examining her. He then called me rude and berated my teen daughter and I because I told him I may have to be on the phone during the visit due to an emergency situation that was happening with my other children. We left mid visit due to his behavior with him yelling down the hall at us. He should not be a doctor if he cannot handle his own emotions and maintain basic decency with patients. I will say the office staff and nurse were incredibly kind and management was very apologetic about this incident and did their best to make up for the situation afterwards.

I will not be returning to this facility. Everyone was so polite and kind except Dr. Flores. Dr. Flores needs a kinder bedside manner. No matter what I bought my son in there for, he should not have made us feel unwelcomed and to feel stupid I picked this place for my childs situation. My son and I felt like we were thrown out on our ears with his brutishly attitude. Thank you, not at all. The outside makes the facility look like a hole in the wall, that will make you want to turn back, but the inside is exceptionally clean and nice. The receptionist and nurse were wonderfully kind, professional and sweet. Someone please give Dr. Flores a sweet pill because he needs it. Horrible bedside manners. He made me realize I was truly in the hood. 🥺😒🥴👎🏽

Staff is very sweet, extremely helpful, detailed, and empathetic. Also, so caring. Josephine was amazing! They took great care of me!

Terry is honestly my favorite physician at Medrite. Her patient care is amazing. The receptionist & nurses are also amazing & very friendly. I choose Medrite for all my urgent care needs.

Very clean, and I was in and out within 5 minutes. The doctor was so patient and didn’t care when I yelled and swore (I was getting glass pulled out of my foot) and the nurses and staff were phenomenal. The best urgent care experience I’ve ever had.

All the staff were very proffesional nice and wait time was very short the nurse Josephina was amazing and very compassionate with my care the doctor Terri helped take care of my needs and listened to every one of my concerns with out judgement and did not dismiss any of my concerns Iarelis checked me in quickly and was very professional friendly and welcoming was treated like family will be back again .

My elderly aunt wasnt feeling well so I took her in today to be seen. From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed. The receptionist and medical assistant are so warm and friendly. My aunt avoids doctors out of fear, but she immediately felt at ease with Dr. Terri. Dr. Terri has an excellent bedside manner. She took good care of her and we were on our way. The clinic is is clean and impeccable. If you should need to see a doctor, do not hesitate to visit this clinic. Five star

Our preteen was seen at this urgent care. The staff is very professional and attentive. Both doctors that saw my son for treatment and follow up were great. They were thorough with explaining his treatment and procedure. The staff and doctor followed up with us to ensure everything was well and to remind us of his follow-up appointment.It is also great to have an Urgent Care clinic within the community.

Dr. Terry (Theresa Spruill) was phenomenal. She was thorough and exhibited healthcare expertise, compassion, and powerful bedside manner. She didn’t rush me or my family member in or out, answered questions, and provided great care/cared for ALL of us. True Medical, person-centered CARE. I say this not only as a patient, but as someone also working frontline in healthcare. It is sad to say that it is rare to find this kind of care, especially in urgent care settings, but I’m also glad to know this exists in this neighborhood. Highly recommend. The practice is kept clean, all staff worked efficiently and courteous; they also offered water/refreshments. The waiting area also appeared child-friendly with an area for toys, books, play area.This in stark contrast to other urgent care facilities I have seen in the past, and rather refreshing (Im surprised to say that I wish I could go here for primary care)!

The first dr I went to was great, treated my lower leg open wound tear and gave me bandages and mupirocin.I have been there twice since and with great service and treatment.

If I could rate a million stars I would…. I had the best experience here. Dr. Terry and her staff made me feel comfortable, so much so I wish she was my PCP! I came in with something that was embarrassing and painful and truly left being healed and put on the road to recovery. If you are like me and have delayed seeing the doctor, just go in you’ll be glad you did. Thank you again for your knowledge and expertise!

The staff was pleasant and professional. The doctor scored a 10. She was just all around excellent. I took my mother there today and she just loved how she treated her. I will definitely go back if I need to. Its walking distance away. Im glad they opened this new location.

Came on a Sunday a few weeks ago and the whole experience was fantasticI was in and out, super fast! The staff was super friendly and the doctor listened to my concerns and gave me meds that I neededThe place was super clean and bright and inviting!Will definitely use them again should the need arise! And it’s walking distance from my house!!! 5 stars for sure

My stomach hurt and bloating . Dr Spruill gave me medicine Ondansetron not right my symptoms. ondansetron is for nausea and vomiting. I dont have nausea and vomiting . thats total wrong

I had a very pleasant experience. The process was efficient, yet PA Terri listened to my concerns and clearly knows her stuff. Id definitely come back. Ive had terrible experiences with other Urgent Care facilities, so I was hesitant to go to this one, but no regrets.

This was my first time at an urgent care facility. Everyone at the facility was courteous and extremely helpful, and they took the time to find out what was wrong with me and even went beyond bye calling my pulmonary specialist to get a better idea of my breathing issue. Would like to wish the whole staff a very merry Christmas and a happy and healthy new year.

I’ve been there twice and had a great experience. The nurse and the doctors are very professional. They took good care of me and answered to all my questions and concerns. Would recommend highly.

The best treatment I’ve gotten in years!!! Friendly nurses and doctors and they take care of anything you tell them is wrong!!! I am definitely going there anytime I have an issue. Thank you guys for everything!!!

The staff is nice and the office is clean. But, the website information needs updating. This office does not have an x-ray machine.

The facility was C L E A N. Receptionist was lovely! The nurse on duty was amazing and the doctor was great and answered all my questions. It’s nice to have a good urgent care in the areas.

Doctor Terri was fantastic. I came in with a foot injury and was freaking out about it. She sat down with me and really calmed me down. I felt safe and genuinely cared for, which made the experience that much better. Would highly recommend!

Everyone was super friendly and helpful when I was there. They made the waiting room as comfortable as possible and the doctor I saw was very kind and fun-spirited which made the trip lovely even though I was sick.

This place is phenomenal. Great service great customer service. Dr Przybyszewski, Iarelis, MA and receptionist Arelia were equally professional.

There was no wait time, the staff was incredibly sweet and helpful and I actually left like they really cared about me..no doctor in my past has ever offered me a cracker lol. I love them.

The only thing that bothered me was that it took quite a long time for them to call me to be seen by the physician but everything else was top notch five stars all the way.

The experience is fast and easy. Staff was friendly, also the facility smelled lovely.

Worse urgent care to go to. They take forever. Literally waited an hour just to get inside the room than another 40 minutes till the doctor came.
