Zen Acupuncture

Just came here for infrared sauna and it was great! I was able to use my phone as the lower body infrared sauna does work and circulate to upper body too! At first I was hesitant cause I did not know it was only lower body seating but after researching the sauna, they were right and even offered to comp my service if I was not satisfied. So so nice. They were very informative and I will be coming back.

This was my first acupuncture experience. I called 2 days prior and sent my medical insurance information to be approved in advance. I received a call back with the insurance approval. I was lucky enough to fit into their busy and booked schedule. They are very accommodating. Upon walking in, I was greeted with a warm welcome. Everyone here was very kind. I was walked into the room which was very clean and private. I was so nervous and I hate needles. Amy made me feel very comfortable. She explained everything to me and assured me of the benefits I could experience with consistent appointments. Amy educated me about acupuncture and how it promotes our bodies natural healing process. She was patient and listened to my concerns. I will be back and I am looking forward to my healing journey. I have come here two times now! Every time I walk out, I feel less in pain and relieved. First time is $1002nd time is $70Walk in, take off your shoes and slip into the clean sandal they provide. Best to west easy slip on and offs. My fav part is tea at the entrance! Get a sample!They do 20 -30 min treatment and believe me that’s all you need. I was so hesitant about this but a friend said this place changed her life.They do a mix of acu, shock and cupping all at once. It’s done to the scienceTheir communication during it all is clear! they walk you through everything they’re gonna do. they do give you warnings that and tell you how the needles will feel. From start to finish this place is professional and clean.

I have had neck and shoulders pain for years. I have tried treatments such as physical therapy, chiropractic, deep massage, but my pain has not gone away. My friend told me to try acupuncture, and Im glad that I did. I found Zen Acupuncture on Google, and have had about 10 treatments, now I even combine it with cupping. It seems to help easing my pain. I can sleep better now and waking up feeling good. My neck and shoulders pain is improving. I can say about level 1-2 compare to 4-5 before. Thank you Zen Acupuncture in Norco for easing my pain.

The only thing I would change about this place is their scheduler Jason. There was an issue with my referral from the VA and when he called to tell me about he was laughing at the situation. I am going through serious help issues and I do not appreciated people laughing at my situation.After updating my review Jason called to let me know Zen would no longer service me due to my review. He also stated his wife is the provider and and very upset because of my review. My appointment was cancelled. He was aggressive and talked down to me as if I was a child. He even raised his voice.I wish I could attach the audio to the review. He stated due to my review I would not receive the same treatment therefore he would advise VA to refer me to another establishment. The VA indicated to call TRIWEST and report provider, as the do not do business with unprofessional providers. The provider is amazing and very caring it is unfortunate what one bad element can do for an establishment.

My husband has been coming here for couple of time, he really enjoyed it and has helped him feel much better! I’ve also started to come, staff here are nice, services are great!

I love going here for Acupuncture, Cupping, and Yoni Steams. The first time I tried a yoni steam was here and it was so relaxing! I got the package for 3. You sip hot tea during your session and sweat out toxins. You come out feeling rejuvenated.All the practitioners here have been very kind and helpful. Since I’ve moved, I’ve missed this place and I try to stop by when I visit family.

There arent enough stars to give Shirley for the life-changing work she does – She does it well and with a full heart. I have a chronic back pain condition of anxiety - I’ve tried hundreds of healing modalities and by far Shirley has the most effective impact over my life and in such a short amount of time. Thank you to Shirley for all you do, I came here to get some acupuncture and cupping done on my back due to a minor car accident years ago and Shirley is amazing! Even after one session, I feel like my back is less tense and my random pains went away. The acupuncture needles werent painful at all. The session was so comfortable with a heater that I fell asleep. I felt like the session relieved my anxiety too. I absolutely love Zen. I primarily get Acupuncture, cupping, red light therapy, and wave motion. I recently tried the spinal massage and loved that as well. I really like all of the treatments for different reasons. I LOVE this place and all that it has to offer. Joyce is my favorite but honestly, everyone on the staff is so professional and polite. I enjoy coming here and definitely recommend.

I am a Nurse with osteoarthritis in both of my hands, due to years of Nursing and working behind a computer, and raising 3 boys....needless to say my hands are overworked. I researched Acupuncture after other Nurses had shared with me the positive results they had. I found Zen Acupuncture close by my home and read their 5 star reviews and made an appointment. I loved the online website that I was able to fill out new patient information and create my Health Record so easily. They called me to confirm my appointment, they also Texted me, very impressed with their advanced technology, very engaging and easy to use, and saves so much time. On the day of my appointment I was greeted by friendly professional staff, the office was very clean, it was soothing, with soft music playing and delicious herbal tea provided in the waiting area. Joyce was my licensed Acupuncturist, she took me in a private exam room and talked with me about what was going on with my hands, she was very kind and listened to me, she explained the procedure, what to expect and answered my questions. I was made comfortable on the table, she talked in a soothing and reassuring voice, explaining step by step what she was going to do. Her touch was to gentle, I didnt feel any pain or discomfort during the Acupuncture on both hands, it was soothing when the infrared lights were placed over my hands, she turned out the overhead lights and gave me a call bell in case I needed her back in the room before the timer went off. The soft music played, and I was very relaxed. I will continue my plan of care with Joyce, I returned today for my 4th Acupuncture treatment and look forward to my healing process with her. I have already noticed a reduction of pain, after the first treatment. Thank you Zen Acupuncture for your wonderful care. Zen acupuncture has really friendly and professional staff. Their services have helped me greatly with my pain management. I was having trouble sleeping for many reasons, and over time, in almost all the areas, my pain is a lot less. I come once a week and my body really appreciates it.

I have been getting acupuncture treatment for about 5 months and I have am really happy with the services. It helps releave tension/pain in my neck and shoulders. The staff is really friendly and gentle with the acupuncture treatments.

This is my third month coming in and being treated by Amy. She is very good at what she does, she is very gentle and attentive. I first came in because one side of my back would have pain before having a burning and tingling sensation. About a month into treatment, this discomfort (along with majority of my other symptoms) are gone. Overall: remarkable service, efficient, and professional clinic!

This wonderful place has been a game changer for my son. We are happy with the results so far, as his severe pain has lessened a bit after a couple months of treatment. I’ve known Dr Wilcox for several years now, and I’ve had amazing success each time I visit him and his staff. The office is very clean and comfortable. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. And most importantly, I always feel much better after each visit. Dr Wilcox is very gifted and experienced in acupuncture and oriental medicine. He is gifted as a healer. He cares and he listens. He gets to the heart of my concerns and provides much needed relief. I’m an avid surfer and skier among other extreme athletic pursuits. Whatever sort of tweak I find myself in, he always gets me aligned and feeling great. I highly recommend him and his staff!

Omg my husband haven’t had sleep in months... after one session of Zen, he slept for a full 7 hours and his pain isn’t as intense no more!!!!! This is ONLY after 1 session!!!! Amazing work these guys do... did I mention the owners there is SO beyond friendly and they do everything to help you!!! Especially Jason and his wife doctor Shirley .. amazing!!!!!! And She’s so great... she really helped and we can’t wait for more session!!!
