The phlebotomist who works here is the best one Ive ever been to. Im a notoriously hard stick (small, hard to find veins) and I have a condition where I need to get my blood drawn often. Most phlebotomists cant find my veins and have to poke me multiple times or dig with the needle which is torture. The lady here (its always the same lady) has gotten me on the first try EVERY TIME! Shes seriously the best at drawing blood ever! Plus, shes very friendly and chatty (which is great unless youre in a hurry. lol)

The only positive thing about this experience was that the appointment occurred on time as scheduled. When getting bloodwork done, it was more painful than typical. The remainder of the day and the following 2 days I could not straighten my arm without severe pain. Bruising followed the next few days. After 4 days, I continued to have pain in my arm and additional bruising near my elbow appeared. I will potentially have to seek further medical attention from something as routine as getting bloodwork done. I will never return to this agency and do not recommend it for anyone.

Sandra is excellent. Very efficient, friendly and skilled. She could painlessly draw blood from a tree on her first try! The lab is always spotless and smells like its been disinfected.
