I am writing this to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my blood draw appointment on June 25th 2024 at 9:00 AM.The initial attempt to draw my blood was unsuccessful, and the process continued for nearly five minutes with the needle still inserted in my vein. This was a concerning and uncomfortable experience. Subsequently, a second attempt was made on my other arm by a different staff member.One week after the blood draw, I am still experiencing significant bruising at the puncture site. In addition to the discoloration, the area is also quite painful.I will also file a complaint with the Florida Board of Clinical Laboratory Personnel (FBCLP) regarding this incident.Update: 10 days after blood draw

The service there is amazing. The employees are very kind and professional. It’s clean and convenient.I’m only disappointed that the prices for the service I use keeps increasing very unfairly. For something that takes a minute of time shouldn’t cost $45.

Second time I’ve been here. Very efficient, courteous, professional service. Walk-ins welcome, but call first to check on whether you have to fast or not. Also, if there is any time sensitivity as to when the labs are to be performed, e.g., to be there by a certain hour. I had wanted to go on a Saturday but delayed until the work week to accommodate the above. They can also give a quote if you email the lab request. Very prompt response / turn around.

They were great very patient. I have a hard time giving blood and I could not have asked for two nicer young ladies. It was the easiest experience I’ve ever had with something I do not like doing thank you all again for the great service.

This is the fastest way to obtain your lab results. For me is more convenient than using my insurance deductible and copay. Online appointment and availability is a plus!

I had my test done today, and I am very happy with the service. The nurse is wonderful and knows what she is doing. The front desk is so sweet and welcoming. I took some tests at the clinic and was told that they would be ready in 3-5 days. It has been 10 days now, and I still havent received the results. When I call the clinic, nobody answers and tells me when they will be ready.

I do not recommend this place. Disgusting people and a very rude woman on the front desk. She does not want to listen to the problem of people and is rude. If your toilet is broken, for which you are paid a salary, if your business is to pass tests and get a test. Interrupts people and sits with a sour face. I advise the director to immediately exchange it for a professional worker, otherwise your business will close soon

I love a continue to come to only this Any Lab text now because I have met the most wonderful women Magie Upon my first time getting work done she explained to me everything she is doing at each moment. She is very gentle and seriously is THE Best nurse when using a needle. I never even feel the needle pinch my skin and boom you are done! Magie is also great in giving advise... So for me and my family we love and will continue to make this Any Lab Test Now our #1.Thank you Magie for being so loving!!!

I DO NOT recommend this lab to anyone. The front young lady is VERY RUDE. The older lady is great and professional. Also on the website it reads DNA test results will be available 3-5 business days. When you call them in a rude way the young lady at the desk says NO ITS 5 business days. My first and last and it wasn’t even for me.

I was very pleased with my experience. The place is nice and clean. The ladies Assisting me was very customer friendly, And also very knowledgeable and gave me great advice on what to do for my health in the future. I would definitely go there again.

Incorrect website information and very rude staff. I booked my lab test online after reading all of the FAQs and upon arrival was quoted a completely different price and timeframe for results. When I stated that the website was incorrect I was laughed at and told that I “should have asked” instead and that I “must be looking at the wrong website”. When I showed the staff the information online that I booked the appointment with, I still did not receive any recognition of their mistake or apology for the severe inconvenience. Will never be using this service again and recommend avoiding them at all costs unless you want stress and headaches.

I am looking for a place but, I read the reviews and realized this is not for me. I can’t stand rude people. The front desk is the face of the business so if the lady is rude(almost all the commentators said she is rude) it’s like the whole office is.The owner needs to make her smile more, or something maybe that’s how she is and doesn’t even realized that her attitude is a mess. Good luck people I will keep looking for another clinic!

I literally just called there after reading the reviews of the lady interrupting someone and she legit interrupted me on the phone. Lol I didn’t even show up yet. If she would’ve let me explain my story like she asked originally then I would’ve gotten my answer. She just interrupted and talked about pricing for someone I did not need so I just hung up.

Tried to send one of the drivers for employment pre-screening and due to the fact we have multiple tests that day - I made a mistake in his order.Instead of explaining this - older lady (Meggie?) - was extremely rude, threatening poor guys with federal crime and kicking him out of the office. No even an attempt to get in touch with my company for clarifications (something that Concentra will do). I tried to call to but once asked why she threatened the driver - she told me she doesnt want to listen to me. Will report this to Quest directly and hopefully something will change.

Great experience at the Aventura location. The service experience between there and Hallendale beach was night and day. If you need phlebotomy or labs, I highly recommend Any Lab Test Now in Aventura.

Went in this morning for several different test I am from Venezuela andthe service and attention I was given was superb I did not even feel when they inserted the needle at first I thought I would have to wait longer than expected but the attendant was like boom boom boom very pleasant knowledgable and amazing bed side manners

Worst place ever When Wanda usto work here she was gentle and did my blood work fast and made it her business to call me as soon as my result got in she has than left the new worker rude and can not draw blood if anyone save your money they are wort ever lab this place usto be the best lab when Wanda worked here ever since the place sucks

Make sure that they explain to you in English or correct Spanish, without localisms, the instructions on how to proceed with the urine tests so you will avoid having to repeat the tests. Arm yourself with patience as the rudeness in the treatment is notorious.
