Loved how honest and sweet dr rotman was when i had seen him. My surgery was in 2018. Although i still have not conceived any email ive sent or calls w any questions he has called me personally. Although when asking about pricing for other tests i have received 3 different prices from staff. While anywhere else for that particular test is $700 less and about 500 less then when i had hsg after surgery. Some of staff is nice others not so much. Will give 5th star when i finally get my bfpBfp means big fat positive and dr. Rotman was amazing as a doctor just nursing and some other staff was rude when questions were asked and got defensive when asked about pricing

I was promised my pain would be 90% better after surgery. At best it’s 20% better. I’m appreciative for the relief that I do have. I just wish I wasn’t promised the impossible. I thought I found a miracle and dream come true. Dr. Rotman is a kind and caring doctor. Some of his staff.... not so much. I won’t return to his office again based solely on the treatment of his staff and billing issues.

Dr. I received your letter today you don’t have to worry about discharging my wife as your patient because she was never your patient I really don’t care what you think of me and my comment are my Opinion based on the treatment my wife and myself received in your office as I said before not allowing patient to have someone they request in the exam room is illegal . Furthermore you should call my wife’s doctor she just had a full range of test That all come back negative the incident in your office where her blood pressure spiked was caused by the stress your staff put on her And your denial of what she is entitled to request by law. Her primary care physician confirmed what it is I sent you it is lleagal what you did have a nice day

After 13 months of TTC unsuccessfully I went to a Fertility Specialist. She performed a HSG test and I was diagnosed with bilateral distal tube occlusion on Aug 2018. The fertility doctor said: “You cannot get pregnant naturally, only option is IVF”. I asked her: “what about doing a laparoscopy and see if the blockage can be ‘cleaned up’ “. Her reply was: “surgery’s sucess is slim to none, it is invasive and a waste of time (among other things)”. I was heart broken. After talking to an OB/Gyn friend she said:“there is no way they know how bad the blockage is until they see inside. It may be an easy fix and your chances of getting pregnant naturally increase considerably or it could be that things are really bad and your only way to get pregnant is IVF. But there is no way to know until they do the surgery”. After the chat w my friend and following my gut feeling, we found Dr Rotman. The initial consult was on Oct 2018. I fell in love with how these people treat their patients, from the office staff to the health professionals. I like the informality of a joke but the seriousness and the honesty of a professional. He listened to me and he explained everything so well! He was on board with me and we had a plan, Laparocopy Sx to diagnose and treat. I was scheduled for Sx on Nov 2018. The results were: one of my tubes was actually open (the dye went through) but a cyst was blocking it and the other had adhesions in the middle part. The surgery addressed both problems. The distal sections were just fine(tests are not always right: Bilateral distal occlusion was the wrong Dx).In Feb 2, 2019 I got my first positive results in 20 months!!! In my 2nd try after the surgery I got pregnant naturally! No medication, no IVF.I couldnt be more grateful to have found Dr Rotman and his team.Every situation and every woman is different so I cannot say things will happen to you as they happened to me. But if you want to delay IVF and medication and want to know your real chances of conceiving naturally, I highly recommend Dr. Rotman.

I do not recommend it because what matters is money and inspiring people and then he cannot help you and sends you to his friend Dr. Amos Madanes to continue squeezing the insurance.
