Take your business elsewhere. Worst place ever. Dr Natalia told my wife she wished she wouldnt of helped her because my wife showed up late. We always had to call and remind them to call in our prescriptions. They tried making her take sealed glass viles with out a filter needle and then charge 4,000 for a different one they said they wouldnt. After being there 5hrs Dr Malik said to respect there time. REALLY!!!! Avoid the headache and go elsewhere.

Dont waste your time or money with these doctors just money hungry . Zero communication , i had two iuis done and no luck went with another doctor and this whole time my tubes were blocked and doctor malik or natalia never said nothing . They would always say i was fine after every sonogram so i suggest yall go somewhere else !! Will not go back

If I could leave negative stars I would. I do not recommend going here at all. They were late hours late on multiple occasions for my appointments kept me waiting in a room for a procedure for over an hour and a half. Waited 45 minutes for a blood test and when I asked why I was kept waiting so long they told me because I was only supposed to get this blood test every six weeks and not every four weeks but the doctor told me every four weeks. I always have to call to get my blood work results they are not automatically sent to me which is fine but you would think they would do it in a timely manner I waited for over three weeks to get results back and I had to call them to get those results. Today I was supposed to get an MRI I went to go get the MRI when I got to the MRI place they told me that Dr. Malik never approved it to be done but Dr. Malik‘s office was the one who made the appointment for me. It’s absolutely not a good place to go.

Not a good experience for me.I was referred to Dr. Malik by my OBGYN. I wanted to do an HSG test to see of my tubes were blocked and my OBGYN doesnt provide those services.I booked a New Patient appointment. This cost around $250 with taxes and lab fees. They included a consultation with the doctor, an ultrasound, and lab work which I felt was a fair price.After meeting with the doctor, I felt a lot of pressure from the staff to schedule multiple expensive tests and appointments. I let them know I wasnt ready to take these steps at that time due to my work schedule for the next few months being in our peak session.I was just starting this process and wanted information on how the process worked so I know what financially this journey would look like for me.Right after I finished getting my labs drawn, I was told to sign a form for my lab work and Genetic Testing. I was told twice that they would call from the office to quote me on Genetic Testing prior to sending it in. A few days went by and I never got a phone call from the office. It gave me a sick feeling and right away I regretted signing the form. I called the office and they stated GenEx would be the company to call with pricing. Next thing I know Im getting a text message letting me know my lab work is complete and I need to pay my bill. The cost of Gentic testing was $349. I didnt agreed to this service and am so upset because I would have opted out of having it done had I have known.In addition to that unexpected expense, I received a bill from Insurance stating that my labs were partially denied. The office told me theyd be covered as its just standard lab work. So now I have a bill for $232 that I have to pay.Upon leaving the first appointment, I only booked 1 follow up appointment to go over lab results. When I checked the patient portal, I realized they had me booked in December for a test that I never signed up for.After my visit, I really feel like this business is shady and high pressure. Just from that first appointment Im already having to pay $831 when I simply was seeking information. I cant believe it. I dont plan on going back.

Worked there for 3 months and let me tell you, i would go home crying after all the stress Dr. Natalia put me and my coworkers under. We worked from 8:50am to 7-8 in the after noon some days. It was insane, but I be hearted all of our patients which is why i stayed as long as i could but for my own mental health left. Out of many things that happened there my last draw was when a homeless man masturb*ted in the lobby for a while till we saw him and called security, after they took him i called the cops because Dr. natalia wouldn’t and didn’t wanna deal with all that, they said it was dramatic to call the cops. Another time she told an employee she wanted to k*ll her. That girl quit on the spot. They promised us a 3 month raise on the the contract and when one girl asked for hers after being there for 4 months they said no, as well as they did to me after the 3 month period. They were super unprofessional while the patients were around especially Dr. Natalia she would pull onto me by my hand or clothes. It was horrible. She even made one of my coworkers work on the day of her cousins funeral, that day was devastating. She would tell the patients to not talk over her, or to not disrespect her time (after they were there for HOURS waiting) and so many more things. She was heartless and cold. My coworker got a computer thrown at her, hit her belly and unfortunately she didn’t do much about it because she has patience. So many other things i wish i could put, since quitting i feel better and still recovering from some traumatic events that happened there. don’t recommend going there or waisting your time with Dr. natalia she is the reason the place is gonna loose it’s business. So confusing, unorganized, unprofessional. To top it off I have been waiting and calling multiple times for the appointment Dr. said i needed and would get for a genetic counseling and nothing 2 months later. Im ONLY getting older and want to have my first baby at some point. No one has gotten back to me. I WAISTED alot of money going here for NOTHING!! No real answers Doctors here in Odessa are garbage. Every single time I would get undressed and be spread open they would come in and out not even trying to make sure im not exposed to strangers. Felt so uncomfortable. Waited for hours in a room to be forgottenabout. Took so much labs for to not be able to be used and had to do it all over again. I spent 2000 bucks for 3 appointments for 🗑 services!! All I know is they wanted me to pay 25,000 for ivf with no real information i cried and the dr. Chuckled. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY.THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN.UPDATE: NEVER GOT A CALL AFTER BEING TOLD I CANT HAVE A BABY..... DONT MATTER BECAUSE IM PREGNANT!!!! WENT TO ANOTHER DR. GOT THE HELP I NEEDED. (A PILL FOR 5 DAYS WORKED ON FIRST TRY)

One of the worst clinics I have ever been to. They are so unprofessional and extremely unorganized. The European lady there is so rude and has the worse bedside manner. Been there three times and had an issue every time. Do not recommend!

This establishment has continued to be a huge disappointment. I work in healthcare; specifically, OB and pre-conceptual services, so I have patients that I have referred here for IVF treatment. When I say that not one, I mean NOT ONE patient has came to me with satisfactory news. I will say this, 3 of the 4 patients I referred had successful pregnancies. HOWEVER… Each couple has voiced their continued frustrations with how poor the communication, organization and lack of empathy that is required from them. Specifically, Dr. Natalia has been the main culprit of dismay. I do not personally know her, just what my referred patients have said. Dr. Malik, is the sole reason this clinic has its doors open still, as any comments about him are what you’d expect from someone handling an EXPENSIVE, LIFE CHANGING, IMPORTANT SERVICE. This in itself has been confusing, as you would think that a fellow woman would understand the level of vulnerability her patients are in. My most recent patient is almost due for delivery, and her exact words were, “We are finally getting our children, but the experience at that clinic is something we will never forget or so again.”I hope that Dr. Malik’s partner is better equipped to handle the line of service she provides and can find happiness in her own life that can spill over to her patients.

My wife and i are having a true unbelievable experience because of what Dr. Malik has done for us.We are so thankful of him and the wonderful easy going down to earth staff. Dr. Natalia who really cares for her patients called my wife on a Sunday to check on her blood pressure. Thank you,thank you.Brian & Ritchie Bailey

Went to our appointment Jan 31 for a consultation and got a sonogram done and blood work and still have not got results nor had a call back from any doctor. We spent 5 hours total at the office for them to never call us back. Waste of time. More than likely won’t even bother calling for more information. Do not waste your time here. It’s useless.

Excellent environment the guy knows what he’s talking about ,Doctor is very professional and knowledgeable, the staff is very courteous. I had very good experience.I would never go elsewhere. Thanks Lord that I found this place. Highly recommend them

Take your business elsewhere. This is the most disorganized place to invest so much money into conceiving. Most of his workers have fled because he wouldn’t pay them. Look for someone else.

Dr. Malik it’s the best if you want a baby, he knows what he is doing. Thanks God And thanks Dr. for my baby

My experience was very good, they made it possible for me to be a mother again. They performed reconstruction of my fallopian tubes. I had surgery to avoid having more babies and Dr. Malik left my tubes patent again. Dr. Natalia is a loving person and they are all very professional, thank you for making my dreams come true 🥰
