I’ve been to this office a handful of times and have had mixed experiences. This most recent visit was disappointing. I saw a nurse practitioner that made me feel like I was wasting her time when I’ve been having some pretty terrifying symptoms over the last two weeks. I could sense the moment she completely dismissed me. I’m still hopeful my lab work will get me some answers. I never caught the name of the woman who took my info/ekg & drew my blood but she was nice at least. Ladies at the front desk were pleasant also.

I love it the way they treat you from the beginning to the end. I thank God for blessing me with such a good people I’ve been to the Kleenex before treating

My Autistic, adult son, saw Dr Adams for the first time for a physical. Dr. Adams is a young Dr with a great bedside manner. He explained things very well. My boy seemed to like him very much and so did I. I’m happy Ojai has a great new Doctor available here.

All my visits at Clinicas have always been very professional and the faculty at this facility are always polite and friendly and courteous. Yesterday I met my new doctor and I was very impressed with his demeanor, attention to detail and reassurance that he is there if I need help with anything concerning my health.

Dr. Adams is wonderful! Takes the time to explain everything and is very caring!

Upon entering the reception area at clinicas your met with a warm welcome. Maribel is one of my favorites who has been with clinicas for several years and puts my mind at ease with her soft spoken voice and knowledge. I came in as a walk in. I was in a lot of pain and was hoping I could be seen. I also had to be a work shortly. Even though the doctor was booked out for the entire day they worked me into the schedule. Everyone was kind, compassionate and helpful. The doctor was completely knowledgeable and took the time to really hear my concerns. I left feeling so much better and made it to work in time. I’m really grateful.

There was kindness and gentleness emanating from every single person I was in contact with. From the woman who checked me in at reception, the woman who took my blood pressure and pulse, the woman who walked me back to the exam room, the woman who took my payment, to the doctor who squeezed me into his full schedule, everyone was just so nice and sincere. The doctor was careful not to hurt my injured finger while examining and assessing it, mindful and measured in discerning the best course of action, and the perfect balance of assured and humble in diagnosing and treating. I arrived sobbing in fear and left feeling so taken care of and so grateful for the incredible kindness, professionalism, and good-heartedness of every there.

I could not get a quick appointment elsewhere and tried Clinicas based on a friends recommendation. I am glad I did. my problem was assessed on first visit and a week later I had my appointment. My sister in law once worked at Clinicas as an RN and my friend worked at the Oxnard office as a community social worker, but I never thought of Clinicas as being a possible health alternative. Now I plan to use Clincas for all my medical needs. I have not had many, but on occasion I do. The PA Ms. Vogel was great and all the staff were perfectly cordial and helpful. I have not had a better experience elsewhere. Thank you.

Excellent care on a Friday before the Labor Day weekend. Walked in, got an appointment and saw a professional quickly that helped with my issue. A terrific service in Ojai.

The doctor and staff treated me and my son with kindness and care. They even granted my son’s request to have his stuffed animal examined as well. They went above and beyond.

I was pretty sick and had to come straight in. No appointments were open, so I knew I would have to wait. They worked me in quickly. Dr. Vogel is a wonderful, caring doctor.

Whenever I go to the one in Ojai, there’s never a long wait time. In fact, I usually never finish my paperwork before being called. The staff is very friendly and the care is exceptional. I would go to them even if I moved from Ojai.

I really like this office. They send you text reminders about your appointment, they never make you wait very long once you get there and are all very pleasant to deal with. I love Dr. Vogel, she is the best!

I was just at Clincas in Ojai. My wait time was short, and appointment was on time. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Vogel is a great listener and quick to give helpful advice, and explanations.They even had a Well care nurse visit when I was leaving to make sure I understood everything and got all my questions answered.Amazing in this time we live.

I was traveling from across the country to visit family. I had an RA flare up and showed up at the clinic hoping to be seen quickly. I was in and out in about an hour. I got assistance with registration; I was seen quickly; the doctor was thorough and listened to the patient, too. I feel like I got good care delivered quickly. And everyone on the team was pleasant and welcoming.

Everybody super friendly, professional, clean, happy and very knowledgeable. I am so excited to be taking care of my health couldn’t do it without Clinicas Ojai!

My 5-star rating specifically is for Dr. Vogel.Dr. Vogel has been a spotlight in my life, providing light, direction and warmth when I had none. Her kindness and bedside manner are absolutely exemplary, as is her attention to detail and talents as a doctor.Dr. Vogel is a highly-competent doctor and scientist. She thinks outside the box, like great scientists should, asks great questions and enables me to feel I’m in the best care possible.I sincerely hope Clinicas is enabling her happiness and that Dr. Vogel is truly happy. Dr. Vogel and her talents and skill as a great doctor and scientist I’m sure without doubt are highly coveted elsewhere, anyone with a brain can understand that. I don’t want to lose my doctor one day.Please do whatever you have to, to ensure Dr. Vogel is happy and thriving so she will stay with Clinicas for a long long time. She’s the best doctor I’ve ever had.

The staff here are great. I’d just moved here from out of town, and hadn’t set up a primary care doctor yet. I came down with something, and needed help. They were clearly very busy the day I walked in, but they were very accommodating and did their best to get me seen that day. Thank you for your help!

Brittany the new doctor is amazingly awesome!!! She is super sweet and listens to you, you can tell she got into this practice to help people ; ; She has a big heart and is amazing at her job. The perfect compliment to the whole staff there of nice people. This is coming from someone who hated hospitals and doctors lol (bad experiences in the past). 5 stars, I got the help and into I needed, I was listened to when I spoke, felt like they genuinely wanted to help me, feel like going back without hesitation bor worry

Ojai Office Clinica is not as busy as other locations and they provide the same high quality service. The staff from receptionist to the Doctor are very professional. Definitely was worth driving from Oxnard to this location. Thank you.

Doctor was great, took his time, asked tons of questions. Seemed truly concerned, gave advice on what to try rather than handing out pills. I like that!!!! Staff could be friendlier however, given what they are dealing with (Covid -19) Ill be nice. 😷

I needed to see someone quickly for a skin infection and was accommodated the next day. Everyone there was very friendly and extremely efficient. And I was very impressed with the clinic itself as well. An all around good experience.

Thank you: processing M.D. next-of-specialist appointments succinctly is stress-free, getting to appointments isnt always easy. It is obvious Clinicas del Real expresses care. I am of sound mind and body; the foregoing is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.

I have received nothing but top-notch care, I was assisted with negotiating the MedCal application process, and my medical issues are under control for the first time in many years. I cannot remember being as satisfied with another medical practice since my sports medicine physician back in New Orleans, which was two decades ago. They take the time to address my concerns so that I understand what is being done and feel like I have an active role in my care. They even helped me get signed up for CalFresh to improve my nutrition which I believe has had direct bearing on my improvement and well-being.

Had a bad cold that had not improved over 11 days. They didnt have a time slot at all that day but they called me as soon as they had a cancellation. Doctor was able to help me with a prescription and I started improving in another 2 days

I have been a patient since 2015. As usual, the staff was friendly and efficient. I always have a good experience when I visit the Ojai office. I have recommended Clinicas to friends who have become dissatisfied with their current medical provider.

My last review was a bit too harsh and negative. I hope everyone gets good treatment at the CDCR office in Ojai. I was treated good. TY

The staff is wonderfully kind and non judgemental,accepting and hospitable. I did have an issue with my Dr. Telling me he doesnt want to treat me for mental issue like depression and anxiety and referred me to behavioral health and theyn canceled my case at my intake , I finally grinder. Becker to agree to help me till I find a private practitioner for psychiatry and therapy. I just wish I could received more help from my primary doctor . Instead of being pushed off into other doctors with high wait lists. Thanks I enjoy the complimentary service Clinicas.in ojai and ventura provide.

For the most part the staff is 98% well spoken polite and more than happy to help I love the physicians here Im always taking very good care of from optical dental chiropractic etc.In my opinion this company is truly on top of their game.

The admin staff are really proactive and communicative- they are flexible regarding payments, wherever possible, and friendly. I have seen some of my favorite MDs and Nurse Practitioners, as well as the other medical providers, including nurses and technicians, at the Ojai, Ventura, and Oxnard venues of Clinicas del Camino Reál. Once I had private insurance, after having started there with Medical, I remain a loyal patient, even though I am at times forced to pay out of pocket, whenever my current plan is an HMO. That says it all!

The whole staff were very friendly and the doctor was very informative and helped set my mind at ease.

High turnover rate... Some of the physicians are lovely but they typically arent there lonng... I had to hear an entire b20 minutes of conversation or longer regarding my health outside of the room... I fell asleep briefly but it just wasnt very polite and I am used to it... This is how it it goes when youve had to deal with autoimmune, mental health, misdiagnosed conditions, and nurses that smack chewing gum when you speak then come to find out theyve been watching or playing the equivalent to bubblguppies the entire time... You get 15 mins and like the the pig troughs in this medical system we are fed lies about how we to take antidepressants and remain docile... Thanks Merica... I do admit Ive had some wonderful doctors over the years noteably my current psychiatrist who does more than shell out meds... We speak about the truth and whats possible to overcome the situation bat hand and who to look into seeing .... I admire some of the young doctors whove come through this place but Ill in all its so predictable like any other facility... You dont know what youre talking about and its all in youre head! Soon the AI will just do these jobs oh well fair enough...

Mobile Clinicas Dental Rocks!!! I had an emergency and tried at least 8other Ojai Dentists! No-one would help! I called Clinicas as a last try phone call and they were in! Wow! Excellent service ad so happy!!!! XOXOXOXOXOXOXOXO

The staff is very nice and treat patients well. The doctors are really nice and are great doctors. The only problem is they change out doctors to much which is very difficult...

Clean facility, nice staff BUT terrible at record keeping. Major problem with reading and following any information out of their own data base. Insurance, billing, referrals, etc. You have to give the same information over & over, apparently no one reads anything in there system.

LOVE tais clínicas it is ver Cleam, the stuff are very friendly and cooperative. Douctos there are excellent and take time to listen the patient. Im very happy with them
