ID Care Old Bridge Infectious Disease Care

I was seeing Dr. Hasham last year after being bitten by a tick. My labs were sent to a different lab in which I was billed triple the amount that I was told I was going to be billed by his receptionist Pat. Last week I spoke with a different receptionist named Grace and had asked to speak with Pat because I had spoken with Pat a week and half ago prior to this phone call. Not only did Pat never call me back in regards to her looking into everything because according to her none of the patients were ever billed what I was billed, Grace was completely rude and condescending to me as a patient, she refused to let me speak to someone higher up then her in the office, she argued with me because I needed to speak with Pat regardless of me explaining why she still argued, I left numerous of messages asking if I could speak with the doctor at this point in regards to the entire situation no one has called me back. VERY disappointed with how I was handled in this office, the doctor is a very nice, thorough doctor but he really needs to do something about his front desk staffing, especially Grace.

I have not gone to this facility and do not plan too. Ive made two call to this location (looking to make an appointment for travel vaccinations). The first phone call the receptionist said she would call my insurance and call me back. After not hearing back from her by the next day I called. She told me she couldnt get through (had patients in the AM) and would call in the afternoon). Here we are and again still no phone call back. Not even to tell me if she couldnt get through and what other options/pricing would be if it wasnt covered. I feel after calling twice a call back would be common business practice/courtesy.

I felt very comfortable from the moment the office staff picked up the phone. Very caring and knowledgeable. Loved Dr. Marsha Kallich again very knowledgeable and caring. Thank god I found such a knowledgeable doctor to take care of my another in law. I called 15 doctors and no one wanted to take the time to bring her in the office and physically examine her. 🙏

Just an overall excellent experience with the doctors and staff here. highly recommend to anyone looking for an infectious disease specialist.
