Most amazing experience! I have high anxiety issues and was instantly made to feel at ease by reception , he was so helpful!. The wait was short and I was in the back with the NP who was super sweet! Dr was efficient and great bed side manner and very personable. Very comfortable visit! Will definitely be going back especially since theyre the only place for miles around that take Ambetter Insurance!! Yall have to come and check them out, this is how a Dr visit should be! Not scary at all!

Please keep the doctor and great staff you have🙏🏽. It helps a patient a lot when your not feeling well to have people that are kind in spirit,patient and make you feel they are happy doing their job to give you the best care. They all made sure my experience with them was a great one. Stop watch has a wonderful team of people on board and I love them❤️.

The Black female NP today (July 19) really listened to me and took the time to address all my concerns. There was kindness, caring, respect and dignity in her care for me. The rest of the staff was courteous and effective and very kind as well. Today was an enjoyable (albeit the circumstances) visit.

Dr. Charlie was amazing and so helpful. She made me feel heard, supported, and treated me with care and compassion. The lovely lady at the front desk and nurse were awesome as well. This is the best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care. Will definitely be coming back if ever needed.

The physician is always nice and usually the receptionist is as well but the latest person they currently have to take vitals is so unprofessional and rude. This place used to be really good but has gone downhill. I was there this past week for stitches and the room I was taken to wasnt ready and bed was dirty. The person that brought me to the room never came back to bring me a tissue for the bleeding. I cant believe they cant find better help.

Everyone was very nice and concerned about how I was feeling. The NP took her time with me and didnt rush through her exam of me. I definitely will come back when in need.

This Urgent Care facility is the most unprofessional outfit I have ever encountered. The staff is NOT friendly, they foster an hostile environment. I would highly recommend that you find another health provider.

I went for a test to see if I had strep throat. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Didnt have streph just the worst sore throat I ever had. Liz made suggestions on pain relief and a prescription. Good people.

Everyone was wonderful from the front desk clerk to both nurses that took care of me! Very fast, friendly I think I was in and out within 30 mins. Very pleased!

The website was not working and froze up on me while signing in and uploading instance card and id but the lady at front desk was accommodating and Manuel process was quick and speedy. Dr. Whaley did and awesome and thorough and was attentive job and so was the phlebotomist. Quick fast and easy!

Front desk and nurse were very nice and helpful. Nurse practitioner, Elizabeth Bacchus, was phenomenal! She was very kind, caring, patient and thorough with my elderly mom.

This place will turn you down an HOUR before closing even if you have cash in hand. Took my husband up there after being TOLD on the phone that a practitioner would see him, only to be turned away at the door and told the doctor wasnt seeing anyone else despite my husband being SICK as a dog. I was met with attitude by the lady at the desk, blinking her eyes and saying okay and? When I begged them to see him. This place is trash and their attitudes are trash.

Called to make sure insurance was good with doctor, and after checking in and waiting for 40 minutes in the lobby I was told it was not an acceptable insurance. Waste of my time.

I recommend this urgent care. This place always gives me a great experience. Every time I arrive, the staff at the urgent care take good care of me. If you are planning to visit, it is recommended to make an online check-in. It will save you time and streamline documentation works.

Save your time and money. None of these people know what they’re talking about. Chronic pain on left side for months, they told me I had a “lump or abscess.” I went to ER for a CAT SCAN and nothing. The doctors thought I was crazy. Turns out I have fibromyalgia. Also recently went there for possible flu, they told me it was food poisoning. It definitely was not considering my family member became violently ill one day after (we ate different foods). Stopwatch urgent care will tell you what you want and (don’t) want to hear just to dismiss you and get paid. Good luck finding actual professionals that truly care for you. Healthcare in the USA is a huge SCAM!

Great experience. I made an online reservation, entered all my info, and I received the time of my appointment.When I arrived, the receptionist told me I could be seated because he had everything he needed from me, except needing my ID cards. It was nice being able to bypass standing at the kiosk.I was in and out in about 30-40 minutes, and the MD was very pleasant ( the tech and receptionist too) and took time to help me understand my situation. If you need urgent care, this is the best place.

I call to make an appointment today 7/5/24 and the lady answering the phone has a snarky demeanor and tells me I can make an appointment online, after she didn’t understand what an abscess was, and what do I mean by I’m trying to make an appointment... I ask her if I can’t do it over the phone and she rudely says “ you can if you’d like to.” Like….. yes…..that’s why I’m calling!!! 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ then puts me on hold. Like, it’s too early for all that.

All staff were wonderful. There were 15 people in front of me but they were timely, efficient but nurse and doctor took time. Exceptional experience. It was Christmas Eve and I thought I would be in there for five hours but I was out in one hour and 45 minutes with that many people in front of me. Truly a Christmas miracle!Pollyanna Brannan

We went in ten minutes to close which I get everyone wants to go home. My son’s eye was swollen shut and having an allergic reaction. We needed a steroid quickly. The lady up front said they weren’t taking any patients. It was VISIBLE my son needed immediate treatment. Off to the emergency room to wait.

I went in to get an x-ray to see if I had a broken rib. I am deaf in one ear and hard of hearing in the other. The nurse who took my vitals was very good to walk over to me and look at me to ask questions. While you would think all businesses would do this for hard of hearing individuals, that is not the case. Very few places will accommodate me and a few have actually belittled me because I could not hear. So thank you to this nurse who took the time to communicate with me.Unfortunately the x-ray machine was not working so still dont know if I have a fractured rib. But, everyone was very friendly and professional.

Guy at the front desk is so rude. Ignores you and goes off to talk to coworkers while people are waiting. Definitely not the first impression a clinic needs. They’re definitely asking people to leave good reviews. Also, they will bill you extra unnecessary costs!!! I would not recommend this place. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else!!!!

Been waiting a week for an X-ray on a possibly fractured heel. Stuck limping around until I know. should have went to eamc across the street.

I had to take my mom to Stopwatch Urgent Care due to her getting sick while visiting me. The staff was extremely polite and Knowledgeable to our concerns. The receptionist greeted us so warmly. The nurse was great even laughing with my 83 year old moms antics. The Doctor treated her with compassion and was knowledgeable of what was happening to her. It was our first time going but it won’t be our last. Elle

I came in with an excruciating headache. SOMETHING triggered this headache. A nurse practitioner came in…and the first thing she asks is if I needed a work excuse…are you kidding me?! I didn’t come in to skip work how dumb is that?! She stated she would give me a shot for pain, but then turned around and told me to get Excederin Migrane after I just told her that doesn’t work for me. Just if you can wait to see your primary care doctor. And not to mention the receptionist upfront was very rude.

Slow slow slow. There will seem to be no other patients here, but youll still wait an hour.

The medical staff and the doctor who saw me at the Opelika location were all very kind and professional. Great service all around. There was some wait time but nothing horrendous-Ive certainly waited longer with very poor service at some urgent care offices. Would definitely return!

This is our go to urgent care when our primary drs are unavailable or its an emergency. They have great workers, nurses, drs here. Some days the wait time is slower than others but overall we love this place.

The staff was wonderful but after being sick for two weeks I expected more than 9 nausea pills.Do they not give out antibiotics anymore or prednisone shots I really think they owe me the 60 dollar deducible back.

Ive been there twice for myself and once for my son both times it was a wonderful comforting experience. We didnt have to wait very long but they never rushed us at all took up plenty of time with us . Answered questions and checkered us out good they asked us plenty of questions got to the diagnosis. And we was on our way. Very friendly staff and helpful. Very clean plenty of places to sit and spacious. Highly recommend it. My only complaint is I wish they stayed open till at least ten pm and .but I also understand everyone needs to get home. If your sick they can definitely make you feel better.

Would not recommend this urgent care to anyone. Specially, don’t waste your time taking your kids there. It was my very first time visiting this place 6/16/2023 evening, brought in my 9 months old with a bad cough. In fact, I called prior to walk in to make sure they could see her. Anyone would guess just by the sound of my baby’s coughing she had a croup but, after checking on her, the nurse practitioner said it appears to her she had a common cold and quote “EVERYTHING WAS GOOD”. Long story short, we went back home and just like I feared we had to take our sweet girl to the emergency room by midnight because she only got worse. Had the nurse done a better job and given her the right diagnosis and treatment we wouldn’t have spent a night at the ER. Waste of time and money!

I made appointment online. I showed up late to my appointment. The receptionist was very friendly and took my info promptly. I waited in lobby less than 10 minutes. Once in room, vitals were taken. Dr came into room quickly and I was on my way. Great speedy service.

I literately sat in the waiting room for 5 minutes before they called me to the back. I was in the back being seen by the doctor within 10 minutes. This is the quickest I’ve even been seen at previous urgent cares. I highly recommend Stopwatch Urgent Care to anyone. The crew is very polite and professional.

Second visit in just a few weeks. Made an appointment online and was given just enough time to get to their office. Was in the exam room within 5 minutes. Fast, efficient and confirmed my suspicion of what was ailing me. Picked up medication shortly after Stopwatch sent the order. Great place with quick results.

As with all things especially a urgent care it really depends on who the Doctor or Nurse Practitioner is. I gave absolutely great ones and pretty good ones but never a horrid one. Turnover must be high because thr front desk folks are never the same.

This place is very well ran and i would recommend them highly. Everyone has a great attitude from the receptionist all the way to the doctor, and they get you taken care of without consuming too much time in the process.

I like that you can make an appointment. The process to do so is very easy and straightforward, and includes reminder texts. I was in and out in around thirty minutes, so I really liked that! The staff was professional and answered all of my questions.The waiting room is nice, and they have a movie playing so that you have something to distract you while you are waiting. I would recommend this urgent care! It was one of the best experiences I have ever had in a place like this, and I would happily go back again if I needed to.

I have been to this urgent care multiple times in the past few years and always had a great experience. However, today that was not the case. I have a horrible sinus infection and a pounding headache because of it. All I needed was some antibiotics and a shot of Toradol. I saw a nurse Practitioner I had never seen before until today and she disagreed with me and said I just have a cold. She did give me the Toradol shot for my ponding headache but no antibiotics. I am 38 years old and have had to deal with allergies, colds, and sinus infections my entire life, I believe I know the difference. And yes my flu and COVID tests were negative. So frustrating!!

The wait is not very long. Elizabeth Bacchus seemed really concerned to help me.

I was in so much pain this morning after finding myself having an ear infection that was previously missed treated. I stayed up all night in pain, I was irritable when I got there but the staff was wonderful! The nurse was a sweetheart and my physician was great!! Second time coming here. Called at 6:30 this evening not feeling well wanting a co-vid test. Had an apt at 8:32 the same night. The Dr. Was super easy to relate to. Very down to earth! Her nurse was great as well. I had my test results within 15 minutes.The only reason im not leaving 5 stars is because when I arrived no one was at the desk. I stood up there for 10-15minutes before the lady came to check me in. I almost left but im glad I didnt!Thank you Stop Watch!

Today was unusually busy in the office but during our visit the staff were so professional and friendly. They were very attentive to our needs.

Very polite and empathetic to your illness. Dr.Perrys bedside manner was very personable and actually listened to what I had to say? Made a same day appointment for 9am. Took an hour to get seen. (A little longer than I would have liked but you are told that you might not be seen at that exact time your appointment is for) once I was taken to the back I was out in 15-20 minutes. Friendly staff. No complaints.

I had a great experience at Stopwatch! I went in because I couldn’t get in to see my regular doc. I was taken back in less then 5 min. After vitals, went straight to exam room and waited again, less then 5 min. The doctor I saw was young, smart and took great care of me. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was because my husband said the exam room floor wasn’t very clean. I’ll be honest, I felt terrible and didn’t notice. I was very happy with my experience there and would definitely recommend!

This place is some b.s. Its flu season and I was sick and went in at 6:10 and they refused to see me. What good is an Urgent Aid that wont see you when its Urgent?

Visiting family in Auburn for the holidays ---Able to book an appt online. We were seen shortly after arrival . The staff was friendly & professional. The RN & CRNP listened to our concerns & addressed our needs. I hope I dont require their care again, but strongly recommend!

I went in for a COVID test. I walked out in less than 40 minutes with the results in my hand. Staff was super nice. Nurse Practitioner Carrie was awesome! I am new to the area so this was my 1st visit and will definitely return. The most convenient part was being able to fill out the necessary paperwork online which cut down on wait time and exposure to other patients. My appointment was at 11:36 and I was in a room at 11:38!!

This is one of the best Urgent Cares I have been to. We just moved to the area and I was nervous about finding a great urgent care facility. They are fast, proficient and very professional. I will definitely make this my “go to” place!

The lady I talked to, to make an appointment was friendly and knowledgeable. The lady that checked me in was very nice. The wait wasnt long at all. The women who took my stats and gave me the covid test were kind and patient. Im glad I made my appointment here. I was in and out in about 25 min.

Best Urgent Care ever. I drive 35 minutes from my home in Columbus Ga to use this facility even though there are numerous closer options for me to choose from. That says a lot about the staff and service received here.

Once again I was seen last week the experience was just GREAT!! The staff was awesome the manager was up front helping with a patient super friendly, and all the nurses in the back were just outstanding they were super busy and still got me in and out. I appreciate all of y’all!

I made an appointment online 1 hour ahead of time. I showed up 5 minutes early and was immediately checked in by a very friendly lady and was taken back almost immediately! I work nearby and know how busy this location is and I was surprised at how fast I was seen. I will definitely be back!

I register my husband on line the night before. When we arrived Sunday morning 9-25-22, there was no wait time. Staff and doctor was very friendly. We were in and out in no time. Will highly suggest this urgent care.

When it came to the work I needed to be done, it was handled good. However, they never answer the phone and the voice-mail stays full so you cant leave a call back number. I asked multiple times what my costs would cover having no insurance. I was given a price and was still billed by an outside company even though I was told that the fee, which wasnt small, would be all I would pay. $550 for simple testing. Save your money and time.

I cant say enough abut what a great experience we had. We were welcomed with a caring and attentive receptionist. As soon as we walked in the door, the process to check us in started. There was no wasted time! We were called back quickly, and triaged in and placed into a room with concerned staff. The physicians assistant was caring and eager to listen to the patients symptoms, as well as the parents concerns, examine him and start treatment. We were very impressed that we could have his prescriptions filled at such a late hour, across the street at the EAMC Apothecary. From the receptionist, nurse and PA, we are overall very impressed with such a high standard of care and with a very professional staff.As a Mother of a sick child, when you have a experience like this, you cant help but feel at ease when you can see the genuine care within all the staff. You know you have brought your child to the right place. Thank you, Thank you!Such a blessing to have such a wonderful experience!!

The Nurse Practitioner was wonderful! She took the time to listen to me and make sure all of my problems were thoroughly documented. She was also gentle with the strep test and quick CBC. The facilities are nice, clean, and comforting. However, my only complaint is that the doctor I saw seemed like he didnt want to see me. He rushed through everything, including listening to my respiration. Although he knew what was going on based on my strep test and symptoms, It would have been nice to feel like I was more throughly looked at, especially if the medicine does not clear up what is going on with me.

The nurses were really friendly and courteous. They helped me with whatever I needed and were genuinely concerned about my condition. The doctor on the other hand was very rude and short with me. He even rolled his eyes at one point when I asked him a question. I found this incredibly unprofessional behavior from a doctor.

Passing through town when my young daughter needed care for two different medical issues. We stopped here after reading reviews and I am so happy we did. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Nursing assistant was professional and kind. The P.A. we saw was outstanding with my daughter and quickly addressed both issues in a thorough and appropriate manner. I can’t recommend this place enough.

I was billed for 89.00 when I already have been billed for 60.00 on my visit.( with the understanding that my insurance will not cover it) and my card is being charged when I did not authorized it. When I was charged 60.00 andI to signed a merchant receipt stating that I authorize this charge of 60.00 to my card. I was told that the 60.00 was the full amount I had to pay because and I quote no insurance in Alabama covers physicals so its 60.00. I have been to the doctor enough to know how it works and I work with money as well. First of all if 60.00 is the full price of the physical without insurance then that should been the full amount. Second you can not charge a customers credit card without their permission. It maybe the policy of the clinic but if the customer has not signed the policy/billing agreement that their card will be charge with additional fees , then you are pretty much stealing money! Stopwatch Urgent Care is my first and last time dealing with you. I would be rather be sick for a month than to put up with crooks who lie and steal hardworking citizens money! Oh and whoever I spoke to on the phone at the front desk, please send her to customer service training because she is very rude and unprofessional. If she is that bitter please ask her to stay at home. We are in pandemic and people are ill and hurting . No one needs that type of negativity when trying to be treated at an Urgent Care.

They were very pleasant and nice to deal with. The young lady at check was very patient and unddssnding. I had a pinched nerve and could barely move. The Dr. was vet nice and had a good bedside manor. Overall it was a wonderful experience under the circumstances.

I have taken my kids here on many occasions with good experiences. I know the clinic struggled early on in the Covid pandemic, but seem to have smoothed out everything. Took my daughter today. Reserved my spot online for 5:35 and we went back about 5: 30. We were leaving by 5:55. Very nice and clean facility.

Don’t go here for COVID testing. Although the doctor is very nice, I’ve been waiting over a week to receive my results. I had to take off work and self quarantine just in case. Losing a week of pay while you’re waiting for your results is hard when you’re a recent graduate. They told me I would receive results in 2-5 days and that the new lab they use is pretty quick. They don’t answer the phone, so don’t try calling. I went to ask the receptionist what the deal was and she didn’t know what was going on and was not helpful at all.

Amazing service! The staff was very friendly and attentive. They did quick blood work and had me in and out in no time. I’ve had bad experiences with other urgent care clinics in the area. Safe to say, I will be going to StopWatch from now on.

Showed up, got checked in, and got seen in under an hour. Mind you this was during a relatively quiet time, but Ive always had a good experience with them since I moved here.

I had a UTI, which I’m very susceptible to. I’m on medication’s for cancer it’s even more important to see a doctor ASAP! and because I had hip replacement surgery. I highly recommend Stop Watch! They worked me in on a late notice!

We have had only positive experiences at Stopwatch! We are usually seen within 10 minutes of our arrival. Very kind and courteous staff. We will be back! We love that they are open later and on the weekends. I can’t think of any negatives, just positives!

I attempted to take my friend to this location yesterday evening for a deep cut that needed stitches/antibiotics/tetanus shot, and when we showed up the door was open but no one was at the front desk. We waited a while and called for someone with no answer, so my friend went in the back of the clinic to find someone as they needed urgent care.When they finally found someone, we were told to go somewhere else because no doctors had shown up at the clinic and they couldn’t treat anything.

I was sent here by my insurance due to not having a primary doctor yet and I was very pleased. Everyone there was so kind and courteous. They had me in and out within 20 minutes! This will be my go to for minor emergency issues. Too bad I couldnt use the doctor that I seen as my primary 😔 sure would make life so much easier.Thank you Stopwatch Urgent Care.

Just went here today to get tested for the flu. I went about 9:30 and there was zero wait time. They got me in and out in less than 30 min. Staff and doctor were great! Understanding and took care of my needs. Will definitely see them for future illnesses!

On Saturday night my daughter was bouncing on the bed, fell and needed stitches near he eyebrow.Wanting to avoid taking a five year old to the emergency room, we went to Twilight Urgent Care. Dr. Cunningham and the staff did an EXCELLENT job caring for my daughter. They were quick and efficient, we spent so little time in the waiting room we couldnt even get the admission paperwork finished before they called us back. They were very patient and understanding with my daughter, but also worked to get her taken care of as quickly as possible.I couldnt be happier with the care we received, and are so happy to know we have someone great to go see when Moores Mill (our daytime urgent care of choice) isnt open.

I have been there couple of times and the best urgent care in Aurburn, Opelika area. Marcy is the best person, i think she has a great personality and her behavior is very polite, say Hi to her. The doctors and staff are very courteous. Slots can be booked according to your availability. They dont rip you off like other urgent cares.I would highly recommend this place.

I came in to be seen at the Opelika location for a Covid test. I made my appointment over the phone with clerk she was very nice when it was my turn to go back Ty introduced herself as the MA she was also very helpful and nice. The PA Danny was great I got my test results and had a great consult with him the overall experience was great!!

In 2022, this was refreshing healthcare experience. Unfortunately, the pandemic has made even the best of doctors and their staff less than helpful or that has been my experience until today. Stopwatch was courteous and proficient throughout and even accepted my GA marketplace insurance. The best part is that my heart will likely go a few more rounds and NSAID injection should help. Thanks so much!

WORST doctors experience ever. The staff was very rude had no respect for me and my reasoning for coming to the doctor at all. The MA wasn’t too rude but the Doctor was EXTREMELY RUDE & a racist. There’s absolutely no way you’re supposed to go to the Doctor and the doctor just stands by the door when you’re supposed to be getting seen and checked on. I felt very disrespected in this place I’ll never be back it was an absolute waste of my money and my time. I do not recommend you to go the if you are of color because you will not get the help you need or the up most respect.

I went for my first visit at Twilight Urgent Care last night. They were efficient and had me in and out of the office in 35 minutes which is just what I needed. Dr. Roberts and his entire staff were professional and friendly. They even got my medicine called in at CVS quickly so that I can have it before they closed!

I would give a zero if I could. Made an appointment for a sports physical 2 days in advance. Get there and told it will be an hour wait.. Two hours later, still havent been seen. Now our kid is missing her tryouts. This is beyond unprofessional. Why did I need an appointment? I strongly recommend not using this location.

I were there to do an COVID 19 test but when we got there the lady at the front desk told us to come back in the morning. The next day we back but had to wait forever to get to the back. My sister went to the back before I did. At the last minute I were able to check in for my appointment but the computer had shut down. I were like really and should went to my doctor instead.

Reserved my spot in advance via the website. They got me in and out quickly. Always a positive experience. While you may not get through on the phone, they are diligently working with the patients in their office in front of them.

Easy process to schedule online. Actually got called back 5-10 minutes faster than expected. The front desk, nurse, and nurse practitioner were all friendly and professional. Got exactly what I needed.

Very clean and organized. Had to wait a bit but that’s expected. Staff is very nice. I had to get an embedded earring removed and the dr/pa? Who saw me was very sympathetic and patient. Thank you guys for helping ❤️

Do not go here. They have failed me twice. I got blood work and they never gave results. Then had ear infection looked at me 1 minute and now it is worse. Avoid this shame of a place

Reserved appointment online. Wait time was less than 10 minutes. Got checked for flu and strep. Was examined by NP and received instructions on self care at home. Patient declined the offered steroid shot. Came back a few days later after symptoms worsened in the mornings. Minimal wait time. Was examined again. Patient agreed to receive the steroid shot. Received scripts to address the worsening symptoms and instructions on when to follow up if necessary. Staff were kind and efficient. Would come back again if necessary.

The worst part of my experience here began Monday night when I called in to make an appointment. The receptionist on the phone was very rude and dismissive. I made my appointment and came in at the specified time. I was told by the nurse who treated me that I would have some test results within three days, being Saturday and still having not heard anything I stopped by the location. Lo and behold its the same receptionist who was on the phone, her name is Sebrina and she should not be dealing with the public if she gets aggravated with one asking questions. She kept dodging my question until finally I told her to just answer my question. Demeanor is everything and your body language and attitude depicts that you should not be working this job. Learn to do your job and be respectful. Thank you.

I have used Twilight several times and have never been disappointed. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and have great bedside manner. I have gone there multiple times over the past few years for kidney stones and upper respiratory infections and have always been treated accurately and quickly. This is honestly the best doctors office in Auburn and these doctors are the only ones in the area that I trust.

The staff was professional and courteous. I was seen quickly. The facility was able to preform the test needed to diagnose my problem. I was ask to come back the following day for a follow-up. I would recommend Stopwatch Urgent Care as an alternative to the emergency room.

Today I was referred by my team members to this Urgent care. Ive never been to this location and upon my arrival I asked where to sign in. The younger lady asked if Ive ever been there before. I stated no, she handed me the forms to fill out,very short not friendly whatsoever. Skip go to the back,lady ask me height/weight, Im trying to get my cards put up, I asked if she was waiting on me, she said yes. I apologized so she could do her job obviously I was holding her up. A lady goes by,greets with a smile, what? Call the police. Someone actually being nice.I then get escorted to a room, doctor walks in, very nice, after his visit he brings the lady back who I really want to ask if shes having a bad day, because her attitude was so bad. Highlight fast service, downside bad attitude from everyone I came in contact with besides the dark headed lady and doctor! Thanks for your smiles

My first visit at Stopwatch was in January of this year. There was no wait time and was seen immediately! The nurse practitioner, I’m sorry I can’t remember her name but she was very smart and beautiful, diagnosed my problem, she administered the meds I needed and I had a complete recovery!This second visit was just as remarkable! Again, no wait time and was seen immediately! This time I was given a card with the receptionist name, Halie, medical assistant, Luisa, x-ray tech, Lisa and doctor, Adams! They were all awesome! Once I told the doctor what was going on, again, he immediately diagnosed my problem, administered the meds I needed and I had a complete recovery!I can’t comment on the negative reviews of this office cause I wasn’t there but my two experiences were totally awesome and will continue to visit them every time I have a health problem! Much easier to be seen immediately here than my person physician! Please give them a try!

Every visit I have encountered has been great. 90% of the time Im so nervous and forget what all I wanted to ask so Ill even ask sometimes for the doc to come back in. They are always prompt and caring. Ive never had issues with any staff members. Each member does their job accordingly. This isnt an ER or hospital setting .. Therefore they are limited. Some people sadly fail to realize that. I have called several times to have meds changed or even added.. Or maybe even a recheck. They are always prompt and kind. I do not have a primary care physician. I use them when needed and hope to continue. Dont judge every place based off someone elses experience. Go and see for yourself.

All of the staff were so sweet. I really appreciated Abby, NP who made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. She was super sweet and personable. I will def go to this urgent care again if needed in the future.

Superb service. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes honestly. They were very helpful and answered any questions I had.Update: it has been an entire week, and I am still sick. I have taken all the pills they gave me. I am more than disappointed in this business, and I will not be returning. Make sure you’re comfortable going to the doctor twice if you go here.

$305 FOR A 1 MINUTE VISIT! An absolute disgrace to the medical profession. This place is disgusting & grimy looking. I went in to get a prescription medication on Jan 9th. I waited outside due to everyone in the waiting room coughing and yelling out I got the covid! :/ When i was finally called in, it took less than one minute(literally) to get the Dr. to write a script. I went to front desk and paid my $64 copay and left with my script. Well, here we are July 26th and I get a bill from them saying I owe an additional $40. Turns out, they charged me $305 for that, less than a minute talk to the Dr. They charged my insurance $201, I paid $64 up front & was billed $40 over 6 months later. This place is at best a rip off, and borderline scam service. oh, and by the way, you will never be able to reach a person to talk to over the phone. I paid the bill online to prevent any further harm from this company. I highly suggest you seek other services from a more reputable company.

They were really quick and kind to me. The only problem I had was that they called my medicine in to a different pharmacy because mine was closed, but they didnt tell me. They were really helpful at getting everything straightened out the next day when I was confused away CVS.

Receptionist was great! The staff in the back are horrible! Very unprofessional and no manners. Can hear them discussing patient info outside the exam room! I can hear them discussing how the requirements/process for a COVID swab is too much work. Please go to American Family Care is Tiger town, because this place is freaking horrible.

I would run from any Stopwatch Urgent Care Center. They simply will not answer the phone.....period. My daughter went in for a strep, pay her co=-pay and we werent aware of any other charges. today we received a notice from a notice from a collect agency. No other communications, not details and Stopwatch WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE..... just the worse customer service. Please go to any other Urgent Care Center. There are just too many other options available!!!

I hate giving bad reviews, but compared to the other Urgent Care facilities available in the Auburn Opelika area, Stopwatch urgent care across from the hospital is the one to AVOID AT ALL COSTS. After an insurance glitch it was clear to me that this corporation is only set up to separate you from your money. Medical care and patient comfort are a very low priority for this facility. According to the statements given to me by the front desk, they have a different physician assistant or nurse practitioner every. single. day! Also, records of our previous visits are incorrect or missing! Its horrifying and disappointing to me that businesses like this are allowed to exist. If a basic blood test (basic = worthless) and random scrip are what you need, you may get lucky here. My sincere advice is DO NOT RISK IT! Your health should be the top priority... at Stopwatch it simply is not. Very disappointing.

This was our first visit to Stopwatch Urgent Care in Opelika, AL. The location was a referral from a friend who always has a positive experience there. Our experience was the same. The medical staff were all very customer-service oriented, kind and attentive. Our wait was very short, diagnosis made quickly, prescription called into our pharmacy, and we were back home in no time. I recommend this Urgent Care facility to others.

Would not recommend if you’re wanting to get a COVID-19 test. We made an appointment earlier that day to get tested and the online form said that we would receive a text message when it was our turn to come inside. We showed up a few minutes before our appointment time. After waiting for an hour, we had not received the text message, so we went inside to find out what was going on. That’s when they took our name down. We then waited another hour or so and were finally seen. It has been 9 days since we got the test and we have not heard anything from them. I have not been to this location for any other medical need, but I would not recommend going here for a Covid-19 test. There are other places that can get you results the same day.

To be honest I dont want to go to my own doctor and no other doctor because the doctors at Stopwatch Urgent Care are so nice and caring.The atmosphere is so warm and peaceful and the staff, theyre very nice and professional

The front service was good , however the doctor I saw , Shawn watts , I did not feel as if she cared about my nose infection. I paid to be seen for her to tell me to Take the ring out and put ointment on it . I am a type 2 diabetic I will not hell up like a normal person . She rushed the visit and I was very upset with her services .

I absolutely loved Dr. Joseph Hastie! I had a bad spike in blood pressure and he had me in and out within 30 minutes. He asked genuine questions that pertained to how I was feeling and I felt he was completely honest with me. I told him before I left I sure hated he wasnt a family Dr. because I was new to the area and would love to see a regular Dr. with that much compassion for his patients. This will be the only Urgent Care I go to from now on they by far surpass the others I have visited!

Thanks to all the staff at Stopwatch! From the receptionist to Abby the nurse practitioner, everyone was so nice! Abby gave me just the meds to get me better quick for my upcoming trip in two days. I went in on New Year’s Day and got quick and excellent service. Thanks!

Horrible bedside manner. Staff rushed you out. Didnt apply splint correctly, had to go back the next day. Didnt have crutches for a broken foot, told us to get them at a thrift shop. Nurses didnt know what or why they were doing what they were doing. No paper work. No explanation of anything, not even medications they were injecting into you. Just showed you to the nearest exit. Semi fast service but horrible quality.

I went there today due to a painful back injury. Receptionist & nurse were professional and the N-practitioner did a great job analyzing, making recommendations, and prescribing the meds. The only reason I gave this place 4 stars is because the facilities can use some updating & cleaning. If needed, Ill use them again.

The worst experience I have ever had. In March, I fell down the stairs and badly injured my ankle. It was to the point that I actually had to cut my sandal off because of the swelling. Since it was after hours, and I did not want to wait hours in the emergency room, I decided to go to the Urgent Care Twilight on Opelika Rd. Upon checking into the location, the receptionist and staff were very short to answer any questions I was having. On top of that, their bedside manner was terrible. I could not even walk on my own because of the swelling and pain, to the point where I was leaning on a friend. Seeing us struggling, they did not have the decency to offer to help my friend who was trying to support me. They actually made me stand at the counter and fill out paperwork, instead of letting me sit down to finish filling everything out in the EMPTY waiting room. The staff did not offer any wheelchairs/crutches/anything to steady myself, forcing me to walk from the check in, to triage, then to a room. Once I was FINALLY sitting on an exam table, they had taken X-rays and arrived back shortly saying it was just a sprain and it should be fine in two weeks. Then they wrapped my ankle in an ACE bandage, charged me $150 (w insurance), and STILL did not offer any assistance in my mobility. On top of all of that? Months later, it is still swollen and I am still having difficulty with my ankle. I went to go see another doctor, and turns out, my ankle was fractured, not sprained. Definitely do NOT recommend wasting your time or money just to have your well being jepordized by an unfriendly staff that seemed to be there just to make a paycheck.

Never answers the phone and one time kept my insurance card and i had been sent to the back and thought i’d get it back when i got out but then i had forgotten because they took so long for everything. not only that but i didn’t get my insurance car back for several months and had only found it again because i had walked in for a covid test months later and they gave it to me then but i never received any calls or anything to come get jt. but since they never answer the phone there’s barely anyone there ever and they still take forever to help you. if i could give it 0 stars i would. they also never have enough providers so.

Also, the wait times couldnt be better...in and out in less than 30 minutes! Give them a try...you wont regret it!

Ive been going here since they opened... Todays visit was horrible! The waiting room floor is filthy the bathroom is filthy theres no toilet paper in the bathroom... And nobody actually wants to draw your blood and check your blood for nothing no more, oh well your covid is negative! What about whats wrong with me? Double ear infection but yet you said I can go back to work tomorrow when I cant even halfway function. And Im not even going to go into what happened 5 days previous to this at the same place!

If I could give NO stars, I would! My wife and I went here within the past two weeks. We both tested positive for Covid. We were told go home and take vitamins plus my wife was told to rethink her 2nd vaccination by the Nurse Practitioner who saw us which would result in her loosing her employment. We were shocked by her telling us to avoid the vaccine. Long story short, we ended up praying together to get better, we were so sick. My wife called StopWatch and asked for them to prescribe us steroids atleast. Nicole was on shift and said she did not see us so she was not going to prescribe us anything. She was short with us about it too. She did not say to come back in and let her see us so I can prescribe you something. She just dismissed us. The next day, I told my wife to get up and lets go to a different doctor/place. We did. He gave us treatments he said on how he treated himself when he had Covid. Short story, we were better within two days.It sounds as if from your response, you might be a little upset to know your staff looks at its patients as a number and not a human, but that is okay. That type of behavior would upset me too, however, I am pretty sure no actions will be taken by you towards your staff. Your NP did not tell me to wait. She advised me against getting it at all. Things that make you go hmmmm. You will never have to worry about any of my family members coming there for care again so we are out of your hair. We hope you will listen and make neccessary changes to your Opelika office, but I doubt it.

The staff was pleasant and friendly. I appreciate the after business hours, thats the reason I chose coming to your location. My wait time was a couple of hours too long. If I had known, I was going to be seen by a Nurse Practitioner and not a doctor, I probably wouldnt have waited that long and gone somewhere else the next day. I requested cough syrup to ease my cough and that would help me sleep; I received a prescription for cough medicine with anti-nausea medicine in it. Nausea isnt one of my problems. I just wanted to stop coughing and finally get some sleep. What happened the cough medicine with pain medicine?

I do not recommend this test site. I originally gave them a 10 because it was fairly fast and courteous service on Sunday, June 21. However since then we’ve received mixed or no Covid test results. I was called Wednesday and told the swab didn’t contain enough so I’d have to come back in. That’s not possible because I live in Atlanta and was only testing there out of convenience while I was visiting over the weekend. So basically a waste of my time and the clinics resources. My youngest daughter received a call Thursday saying her results were negative. My other daughter is yet to receive a call and no one answers when we call them. I was also supposedly tested for antibodies but haven’t received those results yet either as of Saturday, June 27. A drive thru test site near our house in Atlanta is fast, convenient and you get results the next day.

How can a person that is in need of a doctor with shortness of breath and COPD get to see a Dr I went at 10 this morning and they refused to see me because they were booked all day. Needless to say they do not close until 8pm.after hrs services available..no way. Too many appts for covid testing and useless covid shots .no one cares about sick people .only the dollar which leads to these test.

Very professional and great service. They listened to you and helped you with your issues and took time to take care and help. Left with feeling much better and went to pharmacy to pick up medications to help with infection. Very good.

Doc was very good and quick with my diagnoses. However the girl who answered the phone BROOKE who also claimed to be the front office supervisor when I called asking to speak with a supervisor, about her attitude and the way she conducts her self towards patients. She told me she could help, with the same condescending attitude, as the first time I spoke with her. And then when I asked to speak with a someone besides her, she gives me go around finally puts me on the phone with a nurse. But before the phone was put on hold she makes yet another remark about me to the nurse (she didnt think I could hear her). Im not sure what I did to this women as a paying patient but I would assume the owners and supervisors of this clinic would not be satisfied with her behavior. Im not sure if i bothered her by asking questions I didnt know the answers to and trying to explain what the uab clinic wanted. But I am not educated nor wish to be in this field I dont like having to go to the doctors lol but when I need to understand something I expect, especially when it has to do with my back, to be helped in the best manner possible.

I went to Stopwatch this morning with two different issues, I was told that since it was an urgent care that I can only been seen for one issue. I was stunned about this because I have been to urgent care facilities and have been seen and treated for multiple issues. I was also told to take my pick of which issue was worst and if I chose to do both issues that my insurance was only going to pay for the cheapest one and I was going to receive a bill for the other. This is not right because the two issues was at the same pain rate that I was experiencing. I havent ever been told to choose one out of multiple issues to be seen for. I couldnt get an appointment with my regular doctor so that was the reason for the visit. Never again I would ever let someone tell me what I cant do especially when Im in pain. Sad how people who work in healthcare facilities dont care about someones health.They are just there to get a check and I have a degree in Health care and cant even get a job in that field. I see why because they hire people like those at Stopwatch who dont care. Yet, Im still in pain with my other issue and probably have to visit another urgent care for that problem.Unnecessary money being spent for no reason at all.

This place is one of the cleanest places I have been inside in a very long time! Not only can you smell the clean you can clearly see the cleanliness when you walk in the door. The staff here is Awesome! They are very friendly and nice but most of all they get you in and out in a very timely manner and are still very friendly with everything!

Nice place. Easy to get in and organized. The doctor was nice. Didnt offer much info and prescribed a med that was 50.00 but could be bought over counter for 20.00 and exactly the same. Rejected both now that i know its not serious. Would always like a holistic approach first but thats too much to ask I guess from an establishment that makes money off of meds and prescriptions. Overall good experience if you just want to rule out anything serious.

The nurses were kind concerned and knowledgeable. The doctor was not focused and seemed unsure. Although he was nice he wasnt attentive. He called my meds in at 11 am to the local pharmacy and I wasnt able to get them because the pharmacy couldnt release it due to the doctor not including the instructions to the them. I went to pick it up twice but to no avail. While Im waiting there were 3 others there waiting also. One man had been in waiting two hrs. I will never go back to this particular urgent care in Opelika, Al.

I had a cyst removed by Dr. Adams last week. It was the best experience I have ever had. He was most caring and explained each step. The best part it was less than 20. I highly recommend Stopwatch Urgent Care😊

Visited the stopwatch because I had a past good experience at Auburn location with PCR testing. This time at the Opelika location, I am trying to get my biometric screening form signed for my company’s premium insurance benefits. Typically other clinic uses a finger-pinching tool to get a little bit of blood and the results are available within 10 min. The stopwatch clinic had to draw few vials of blood + pinching and they had to be sent out for a different location for analysis which takes another week. It has been 2 weeks and I have been following up every day since last Friday trying to get this form signed and returned. Every time, it is not signed for different reasons (only a doctor can sign who is not in the office today, needs a provider to sign but they dont know who, etc). I have left a voicemail at a corporate office today because there was no one who could provide me a clear answer on who should sign the form…Recommends for a PCR test but def do not use Stopwatch for basic biometric screening. The nurse who did my screening was good and quick at least, but the paperwork portion is a mess. I am getting this done again today at a different place, but hopefully I will get call-back from the corporate office to at least get my signed form someday since Ive already paid.

10/10 would recommend to anyone! I thought I had a q-tip stuck in my ear, and wouldn’t be able to make it until 15 minutes before closing due to my work hours. They waited on me, setting them back from going home on time, just to tell me that there was not a q-tip-end stuck in my ear. 😅 Thank you, guys! Sorry I kept you over!

We have used this urgent care for a while now without any complaints but the last few visits have been not so great. Took my daughter in on a Wednesday morning for chills, fever, vomiting, body aches, sore throat, etc.......First of all the nurse doing the weight, temp, blood pressure was quite rude, after telling her the symptoms she said and I quote, “so your here for a headache.” Even though my child was visably sick!They did run a flu test a strep test, took some blood and did a urinalysis. They said all test were negative but did say her white blood count was almost triple what it should be. Nobody ever physically examined her never once looked in her throat!. So they have her a shot of Zofran for nausea and sent her home.We ended up Iin The ER that afternoon, turns out she had a severe UTI and a bad throat infection!!!A couple of weeks before that my father in law was seen there for severe abdominal pain and they just gave him some pain medication and was sent home. He was in the ER that afternoon and turns out he had to have emergency gall bladder surgery.Obviously they will treat one of your symptoms and send you on your way, they do t really listen to what is actually going on with you. I will never go here again. Good luck people.

Fantastic service. So quick and always has the best staff around!!! They genuinely care about their patients and do their job better than any other urgent care around. Only go here!

We were visiting from out of town and my almost 3 year old ended up with a UTI over the weekend. This clinic was very easy to work with and professional. We were in and out within an hour.

Absolutely horrible experience for COVID rapid test. I made a reservation for an appointment, arrived 10 minutes before as they requested and checked in.I, then, waited for 45 minutes in a room with 0 air movement and limited distancing, and the best part - they allowed a person who had COVID to sit in the waiting room with everyone to cough and wheeze everywhere. I came to be tested - NOT to get COVID. The worst part? They allowed him to sit between everyone while coughing everywhere for over 20 minutes before he left.Irresponsible, irrecusable, and wrong. I have been tested elsewhere which was 100% safer than this and more efficient with much better procedures. 1) Do not put non-COVID people and COVID people in the same room for 45 minutes. 2) Allow people to wait in their cars and receive a notice when they are ready to be seen. 3) Allow people to be emailed results on demand rather than waiting in the office for a print-out.As a healthcare facility, there is so much wrong with what happened. You all endangered everyone sitting in that room, where everyone now should quarantine again. I can only expect that this has happened to many before, as this cannot be the first time you allowed this.

The Nurses here need proper training on bedside manner and basic customer service... I left with no paper work just 2 shot in which when I asked the nurse what they were being given to me for her answer was I dont know the Dr said 2 shots in room 4. I had no real answers given by those who should have made sure I had them. I called back because I felt worse and received nothing but attitude from another Nurse on duty! PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Everyone was quick and caring today! Dr. H was excellent! Listened and answered my questions about my being sickly so close to my trip overseas. Gave me several options of things she does when traveling. Thanks again StopWatch Urgent Care!

Stopwatch Urgent Care was quick and efficient with my needs. I went in around 7:45pm and was out by 8:15pm. The staff was impeccable and it really saved me a trip to the ER.

My experience was great, I called late in the afternoon on my way home from work, was given an appointment, go there before time, sat for about 12 minutes and left before the hour was up.Great service!

Dont answer the phone ever. Dont keep patients in the loop of test results. After a week of waiting found out was positive for covid19. Told me to stay quantined for 10 days from test date. My wife tested the same day. Still no word for her. They wont answer the phone. We have sent emails and tried call not luck. Guess they just want us to show up. Doesnt seem right or fair to others. Really disappointed in the professioism of the staff. Getting no answers is really disappointing

This was truly my best experience ever with an Urgent Care Medical Facility.. The courtesy shown upon check in was great.... The genuine concern and compassion shown by nurse and doctor made my visit all the more pleasant.... Thank you for the service provided... Quick and thorough... Fever is broken.. I feel so much better.. You have my high recommendations.....

I wish I had something nice to say, as any good person would do.Here’s the situation:They have never answered the phone since I, my sister, and mother were tested for COVID-19 after we were exposed to a person who was positive and became very ill. My sister and mother are both immunocompromised. We filled out the online form and followed the directions where to go. They were closed, no sign. Finally got to get tested the next day after going there in person and that was 10 days ago. I called every day after the 3rd day and let the phone ring for several minutes until the system would hang up on me. We are still sitting here “quarentining” for their lack of professionalism.I called 528-SICK and was told we could not be re-tested since we are already awaiting results. I am beside myself.This is the worst system I have had the displeasure of entering in all my 49 years.You have been warned.I would have selected 0 stars, but google doesn’t have that as an option.

Cancels covid testing appointment after ten minutes of not being there with no call or text.They do not have automatic text set up so if you have to go. Go as soon as its your appointment time.Will not pick up the phone.which was why I was late. I was trying to make sure there wasnt anything I needed to do.What a waste of time.Edit- after reading more comments about this place it seems this is a habit thats started happening very recently and prior this place was decent. Alot of tests have been lost and no one will answer the phone.

This office told my wife that they were a Blue Cross Blue Shield provider, but then called her back to see an RN that wasnt fully certified by BCBS. Because of their error, I was billed $200 extra. After long waits on the phone with BCBS, I found out the story above.At 9:30 am today I called Stopwatch to ask about how we could have been charged if we confirmed at the front desk that we were covered. They told me they would contact billing and return my call. When I didnt hear back from them in 30 min, I stopped by the office to ask in person about the error. After waiting for 20 minutes in the waiting room, I ended up calling the billing office myself and actually having to pass my phone to the receptionist to get their error fixed. After all that, they admitted fault and adjusted my bill.My kid was sick when I went in to talk about billing, so I thought I might as well have him seen now that the billing issue was worked out.We waited a reasonable 20 min, they did a flu test, and released us with an RX called in to CVS.I had to call twice, but they finally said they were resenting my RX. I assumed itd be ready in an hour.Wrong again. After trusting them to call in my prescription twice now, I went to Walgreens around 12:30, only to have them tell me that it hadnt been called in. So I had to call the office a FOURTH time now, and get them to actually call my prescription in.Stopwatch forgot to cancel the RX at CVS, so I had to call CVS for them and ask them to cancel that prescription so that my finally called in RX could be filled at Walgreens. I got my kids medicine at 1:30, after sitting in Walgreens for an hour for a prescription that was supposed to be called in and picked up. My sick kid fell asleep sitting up because of how long we had to wait.Dragging my sick kid all over town and having to wait multiple hours because of Stopwatchs errors makes me positive that Ill never use this Urgent Care again. They have serious communication issues.

The entire staff at Stop Watch is wonderful. No one wants to be ill, but when you need medical attention, these professionals take such good care of you. From the moment you enter, you feel their compassion, know you’re in excellent hands and that they will do their best to take care of your needs. Thank you, Stop Watch for being here for us.

Front desk & nurses were great, but the PA seemed so disinterested, like he didnt care about what I had to say. Felt like I wasted my time & the doctor made me feel stupid! 😡 Wont go back unless hes gone!!!

In and out supper quick, certainly cheaper than a go at the ER. When youre sick you dont feel like sitting around waiting to be seen, that was not the case here. Super happy with my experience and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Tys customer service was exceptional; she was kind, courteous, and prompt; I felt little discomfort while she administered the TB skin test. Thank you!
