Dr.Quinn and the staff at Ascension Medical Group Illinois - Womens Health Park Ridge are absolutely amazing! I’ve been worried about my fertility as we’ve been trying to conceive but haven’t had any luck, but since it hasn’t been a full year other doctors have completely dismissed me for worrying. As soon as I got in the exam room I felt instant relief as I was finally listened to for the first time. When I met Dr. Quinn she was so thorough in her questions and I could tell she cared about my feelings and what I was hoping to find here. Right away she gave me different options that we could explore before the year is up, and that alone reduced my stress in half. I am so happy I got in to see her, and now we have a plan in place to make sure my fertility is in check. 10/10 recommend this practice as your primary OB-GYN.

I had a great experience my first visit with Dr Quinn went well. She was very thorough and helpful explaining my entire exam. The staff was welcoming and friendly.

The experience of the facility, the front desk staff, and the nurse I spoke with were all very nice and positive. However, I did not like my interaction with Dr. Jessica Bender. For the most part she covered all of the bases of my care respectfully but she very obviously tried to brush over and ignore discussing a procedure that my own primary care physician recommended I get, and that I have needed for 8 years. Once I insisted that I needed this care, she agreed to it, but indicated in her answer that her hesitation likely had to do with my insurance coverage, not my health. This felt like discrimination. It was demoralizing having to insist that I get the care that I need. The conversation with my primary and this doctor about next steps for my condition were like night and day. I don’t know that I’m interested in seeing this doctor again for care going forward.

It was my first visit with doctor Philbrick and I was so pleasantly surprised. From the facility, trough the front desk service and then the actual visit with the doctor, it was all perfect. Felt like they listened to every detail, took time to discuss options and set me up right away with another specialist. I also needed blood test done which they took care right next door within minutes after my appointment was done. I hope this is the level of service I will experience for years to come. Thank you!

It was a convenient place to go, with parking in the back. Jessica was very friendly interested in what I had to say, and added to the conversation! The doctor was nice, calming after the procedure. I was pleased with my visit.

Dr. Philbrick is awesome. Very easy to talk to and gentle. So glad I was recommended by a friend to go see her. Check in process took two minutes, and the actual check up took about 30 mins (including talking to the nurse and waiting time). 10/10

I love Dr Quinn. Shes very very informative, honest and frank which I appreciate. She listens to me and helps provide me with what I need physically because of the menopause. I find her to be very knowledgeable and very kind.

Dr. Quinn and staff do an excellent job. They listen to their patients in order to give the best treatment.

Dr. Quinn is very thorough and caring. Takes time to answer all questions. Follows up on osteopenia diagnosis with meds and scans. Online check in is wonderful and saves time. Office on Northwest Highway in Park Ridge is easy to access with ample parking.

They dont want to hear your concerns. They are too worried about patients in distress talking loudly as oppose to being empathetic to a situation. 2 separate negative experiences. Loved the doctors though.

Dr. Mcardle was great at explaining everything and really put me at ease. Very understanding and compassionate. This team is truly great!

It was with Joy to see that Dr Quinn now moved to the same building my primary doctor is located,more inviting than going to hospital location.
