Has been the biggest help for me for the past year or so. Honestly I cant be more grateful for how kind everyone is.

At first I’d have given them five stars across the board. But there have been too many issues as of late. 1. I was a patient of Dana’s who was working with my other physicians to clear me to go back on HRT after a blood clot, did all of the required tests never heard a word. Called back got told I’d be called back, never got called back, called again, get told that Dana left and there is no provider currently for HRT. 2. Dana was my primary care provider as well, and I was not informed of him leaving so that I could find another PCP. 2. I briefly did telehealth mental health visits before they went back to in office only, which unfortunately I can’t do due to my work schedule. I reached out to them once in crisis because I had no resources and didn’t hear back for 2 days. I have also been trying to set up some kind of mental health help with them but I NEVER hear back. I’m currently on month 2 or 3 if waiting to hear back regarding mental health care. I’ve given up trying.

Hey are a really good sorce of support.. Kelley .. Rob, katlyn, Mary and the reception staff is great. They all do thier best to help and connect us with the support we need .
