This place is located of the left corner side of the 300 building near the Del Mar definitely is not in the front of the restaurant there , be advised they don’t provide parking is street parking only 2 hour parking a few spots for 15 minutes, come early to your appointments The lady’s professional fast and knowledgeable of what they doing they have a great team you are in and out fast thanks I appreciate you all for your hard work here and my copy of my documents results

Had my TB test done and left no bubble stuck the needle in very deep and after no one wanted to do my blood draws and when someone did they swore they found the vein and was just waiving the needle inside my skin and bursted it. Poorly trained.

I received wrong information about a Tb test. I wasn’t sure if my job required a tb screening or test when I asked the nurse she said I wouldn’t be charged for the test if I paid for the tb screening. After getting clarification from my employer I went back and they said they gave me wrong information and needed to pay an additional $47 for the test. During that time there was another employee whispering to the nurse that I had been there before and needed a chest xray instead of talking to me directly. I had gone previously and felt they didn’t assess the tb test due to redness that I always get but as a nurse myself you have to measure the indentation and not the redness of the tb test. I should have know from my first experience that I would have another bad experience but I went due to them taking walkins. I will never return to this place again.

After reading some of the reviews of this place, I was a little nervous getting my pre employment testing done. However, I had a great experience! I was a walk in and they accommodated me quickly and efficiently. I’d like to give a special recognition of the LVN Monica there. I was a bit flustered and anxious about completing everything and she was so patient and kind and gentle with me. I’ll never forget her kindness. ❤️

Ladies who helped me were rude. Told me it would be a short wait but then someone with an appointment showed up 30 minutes late and yet was still bumped ahead of me even though she was late. Therefore bumping me back further. Seems rude to help someone first who was incredibly late for their appointment when I was on time but okay.

I was there waiting to be seen, when this girl kept demanding that her partner be taken care of without an appointment. The nurse was very professional and reiterated to the girl that she would see her partner asap, but she was alone and had to work her way through those of us who had an appointment. She was very professional and worked very hard to get through us all and take care of the patients. The girl got upset because her bf didnt have an appointment & was upset the nurse was taking people with appointments first. The comment about the nurse being racist is false & completely untrue. I saw the nurse talk to all the patients kindly, even the boyfriend of the girl who was rude. 5 ⭐️

Incredibly Unprofessional and racist. My partner is black and came in for a tb test follow up and a live scan that they had another location call in for because of the first location not having a live scan. There was one person working, she was training through a zoom call behind the desk, and she tried numerous times to refuse my partner service. She claimed that they “needed an appointment” but she didn’t need them to have an appointment to do the tb test & somehow needed an appointment for the live scan which is included with the tb test?? On the website when you make an appointment for a tb test it is grouped together with the live scan. It has been over an hour already and I had to come in for her to even say she would do the livescan. I’m white btw.She also refused another black person service and would not even let him in the building. She tried to say my partner is sick and remove them from the premises because they have allergy symptoms (literally just sniffling). This woman should be fired. There is no room for racism in the workforce and this is unacceptable treatment for a patient of all things.

I had a good experience. Jazmin helped me, needed bloodwork. She was gentle, patient.It took time but she got it, the usual pain I felt when others have drawn blood was very minimal. Thank you 🙏😍

The person reading tb test did not know how to properly read the results. No bump was detected and she selected a positive result for mild redness at the injection site. I’ve had my tb test done 3 times within the past 2 years and the same redness always occurs at the site of injection with no bump and have always been negative.

The nurses here are amazing. While getting my TB checked a woman came in and appeared agitated. Her TB test didn’t go as she hoped and she became explosive with the nurse that was helping her. The angry customer then dragged in the other nurse and both remained so even tempered and kind I was amazed. Had I been in that situation I’m not sure I could have been so kind. Thank you for providing such great staff and convenient place to take care of my employment needsBestJoanne

They have limited nursing staff availability to perform some procedures. This created inconveniences for other customers and myself as well. Be sure to clarify with staff about whether a nurse would be available to perform the services you need. There’s also limited privacy here as it seems like a space with just Lego block partitions.

I’ve been here multiple times for tests, vaccinations within a mont period. It’s a quick and easy process. No long waits and results arrive rather quickly. Making an appointment was simple too. I’d come here again for my lab needs if I have deadlines

The nurse Tiffany was amazing. I’ve had a bad experience with needles and so I’ve been traumatized by that. Tiffany was so kinda and gentle. Her needlework is so good I barely felt a thing and she talked to me through the whole time. Highly recommend.

I am going to be very honest. I find that there is fault in the management as the people working here are very inexperienced and needed someone to overseek them at the facility. It seems like the day I went there were 2 very young girls that seemed nice but flustered because they didnt know what they were doing. An appointment I thought would take 15 mins took more than an hour. The poor girl drawing my blood was also very inexperienced and had I not been a nurse, I would have freaked out with her and very scared she was the one drawing my blood. I did end up actually teaching/coaching her along the way on how to draw blood and she got it after many attempts. Listen, I dont find that this is the fault of the 2 girls that were there but I do think its the fault of whoever should have supervised them. Blood draws are not a joke and this should be done by a professional that is confident in doing it. Its ok to have someone with lack of experience to try maybe once so that she gets to the level of good enough but thats it. Please have someone supervising on site that is capable of doing everything and please train the employees properly.

Id call before coming in and make sure theres an LVN to draw blood. Had to change my prior review because of this. The staff there are kind.To management: Its a great concept - because it should be fast and easy - but not having a single supervisor at this location really hurts the operation. Youre not able to provide 100% of the services you advertise on a daily basis.

Nurses are so nice here. Unfortunately of the times I’ve been here the store has been short staffed everytime and they always seem so stressed and overwhelmed. Management needs to do better and fix this problem.

Very bad place to have TB test here. I have waited my my TB test more than 4 business days, still have not received result. I called them for result, they pushed me to the Quest lab. Ridiculous service.

Was sent to a wellness mart for fingerprints and figured it would be like any other fingerprinting experience I’ve had. I rang the doorbell, woman asked if I had an appointment (didn’t know I needed one?) and then told me she closes from 12:30-1 and that she had another appointment at 1. Very weird, rude, dismissive and formal.
