Helly was so great, the google website shows that they close at 2:30 on Saturdays but they actually close at 1. I showed up at 1:15 and and she so kind to take me even though she was literally about to walk out the door! What an angel! The google hours should be fixed though! @management!

The lady there is so nice I will update when I find out her name but she made me feel so at ease and comfortable. Everyone knows it is kind of hard to pee on command sometimes. But they make it easier by making sure you are comfortable and ready. There was only one employee to assist customers both at the front desk and the back testing area. There were 6 people in the office including myself (3rd checked in). The employee seemed over worked which would explain her shortness other wise she tried to be professional. I had to ask to use the bathroom before my drug screening could be conducted because of the lack of staffing. I would not recommend this business or choose to use Blue Star for my own testing needs.

I went to the Frisco location at 1pm. The doors were locked. Came to the Plano location. Ive been here for 45 mins. Just to pee in a cup. Two people came in after Id been setting here for half an hour and went straight back. They were in and out in 10 mins combined. In still setting here in the waiting room...Im the only one here

The gentlemen at this facility were very friendly and accommodating. I stopped after work so it was later in the day and they couldnt have been nicer and they made sure I had everything I needed before I left. I would highly recommend this location as it was clean, the staff was friendly and its a super convenient location to get to.

I am the EMS Clinical Coordinator for a large community college in North Texas. I have been doing business with Bluestar Diagnostics for a little over a year. The owner, Greg, is personable and highly professional. Anything my program needs, he provides at a moments notice. Karla is a rock star! Her and I have been working together for as long as I have known Greg. Collecting and maintaining records to prepare hundreds of students for clinical readiness can be a daunting task, but working with Karla has made that task significantly more efficient for me and my students. Thanks to Bluestar Diagnostics, our clinical readiness process has become more streamlined.

Blue Star Diagnostics has helped us keep our employees safe during a pandemic by coming onsite to perform drug and alcohol testing so that we complete our DOT drug testing numbers for 2020. They have gone above and beyond for our company and it is much appreciated! The staff is friendly and helpful.

I had to get a blood test for work and honestly I have never been to a more professional place . Karla the manager was excellent . Answer all my questions and was very gentle while doing the test herself. I have done a couple of work related blood tests in my carrier and this place has by far been the best ! I have had my clients go to sevetral drug testing facilities, I have to say hands down the best service! I will never use anyone else! Their customer service is the best you can get. Drug testing can be stressful, but they make the process super easy. Most of the time I get the results just emailed for faxed over, but I love the way they really send the information over securely since HIPPA is very serious. Greg is the best!

Friendly people, fast appointment with great quality

Cant say enough good things about these guys. Bob and Greg are some stand up guys. They were extremely helpful throughout my less than desirable testing period of six months. The facility is top notch as well, never had to wait any extended time, very clean, and accommodating. Katie, Sanjia, and the rest of the staff never ceased to amaze me with there professionalism and willingness to help. They also worked around my schedule and offer the convenience of a second Love Field location when I was out of Plano for work. I would give these guys 10 stars and recommend them as the SUPERIOR testing site in DFW area.

This diagnostic lab and its employees are very efficient and thorough! Ive been working with Greg, and he has been immensely helpful with everything I have needed! Called to schedule an appointment - got an automated system. Website says walk ins welcome, so I drove there. Waited 30 minutes with nobody there only to learn that they dont take any insurance. I dont understand where the good reviews came from.

Lab work needed to be done quickly, but it was almost the end of business day. After a quick phone call, they so thoughtfully stayed open. I highly recommend this lab for its efficiency and customer service.

I came here needing a number of vaccinations for an education program in the healthcare field but was really confused as to what I needed. There were a couple of vaccinations I knew I had but couldnt get records for and really didnt want to hassle with paying for them again or go through a round of new shots in one situation. I had more than one physicians office tell me different things so I was very pleased that when I went here they knew exactly what I needed to do and suggested they run titers to see if I was immune. A few of those were back within a couple of days. Ends up I didnt need any vaccinations at all and now I have the paperwork to prove it for my program. The wait time couldnt have been better and I was impressed with their service and knowledge! So nice getting all the the right answers at the right place! Highly recommend. Skip the health department or your doctors office because this place has all the answers at a good price.

Had an appointment at 1:30 and was early they had 5 people in the waiting area then it was around 2 oclock when they asked to see my appointment time again and at this point they have seen everyone except me and then tells me I would have to reschedule because it was over my appointment time that wasnt my fault, but the staff told me the system kicked me out this is your guys fault not mines and as easy as it was to say what they said they could have just put me in the system, horrible business

I came here a little after 4:30p and the doors were locked. You guys need to change your lab hours if you guys are going to locked the doors so early. I even called in advance to see if I need to make an appt. The sign says 5:30p
