Dr. Chilvers and my IVF coordinator, Hadleigh were the absolute best! Everyone at the clinic was always so nice and made for a great experience. I got calls often with updates and Hadleigh always answered all of my questions, even if they seemed silly, with no judgement. They are very knowledgeable and I’m super lucky to have had them as my doctors. I would recommend Fertility Specialists of Texas. I’m sure all the doctors are great, but again I’m blessed to have gotten Dr Chilvers and Hadleigh as mine. Thank you all for everything you have done for me and making my dream come true! My experience at FST was amazing. The schedule flexibility, the kindness of the staff, and efficient visits where I never had to wait more than 2-3 minutes to see the nurse or doctor was perfect. Dr. Chilvers was kind, warm, and direct and informative just how I wanted. She also had casual conversation with me that didn’t make me feel like just another patient. From the moment we spoke through video chat, she gave let me know the fertility process and clear options I had. Luckily, I was able to get pregnant about 2 months after my first visit and diagnostic testing. I couldn’t be more thankful for Dr. Chilvers and her staff!!!!

Dr. Chilvers and her team were fantastic! The process was a long journey for us, and Dr. Chilvers made sure we stayed informed on the updates we needed to take to give us the best chance of success. My husband and I started seeing Dr. Chilvers after he lost his job and we had to switch providers in the middle of the IVF cycle. It was emotional and frustrating. However, I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Chilvers, her staff, her facility, and her ability as a doctor. I am so thankful we actually were forced to switch doctors because the experience was even better than our previous IVF doctor. I rate everyone I came into contact with an 11/10. After our first transfer we were able to get pregnant with a little boy and graduated from IVF 8/29/23. I am sad to leave such WONDERFUL care behind, but am beyond thankful for the incredible care we received to help us continue on to the next step of our journey. Dr. Chilvers and her team were fantastic! The process of IVF was very quick and smooth. They answered any and all questions we had. We had our first transfer May 1st and are currently 20 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby girl. We are so thankful for everyone at FST.

Dr Chilvers was incredible from the first moment we walked into her office. She gave us every bit of information she could on the process from start to finish. She addressed any concerns we brought to her and was determined to help us start a family. If she couldn’t figure out a solution, she would reach out to her colleagues to try and find answers (bonus that she works with other fertility specialists in her office!). We did several IVF treatments with her and after a year long break of treatments, we miraculously got pregnant on our own! However, it was still very bitter-sweet when she released us to our OB-GYN. We love Dr Chilvers and will definitely be returning to her care for any future fertility needs!

We are so thankful for Dr. Chilvers and our experience with her entire staff. She performed our tubal reversal and within 6 months, we were expecting. Our sweet baby girl was born in April 2017 and we are forever grateful for Dr. Chilvers and the time that she spent making sure that we made the choice that was best suited for us. I saw Dr. Chilvers at the Southlake location. First off the staff I encountered in the front office was beyond anything I had ever experienced. They were so kind, helpful, and went above and beyond in their relations with me. I was so impressed by the office staff. Next Dr. Chilvers was fantastic. She was always kind and very relational which can be hard to find. She never minded my questions when I had no idea what they were talking about and would explain it well. I am now pregnant and she walked me through the first 8 weeks and now I have graduated! I would recommended that office and Dr. Chilvers to anyone I knew!

Interesting that the 1 bad review is an anonymous one - obviously an outlierOur experience with Dr. Chilvers was wonderful, starting with the first visit - she formed a plan, gave us a tentative schedule, and had her office staff review estimated costs - all of which was very helpful, especially the schedule, since we live 3 hrs away. It is obvious that she is very passionate about her work. Infertility is such a roller coaster ride - we were glad to have her guide & lead us.We are so thankful to her for our little guys!

Dr. Chilvers is thoughtful, professional, intelligent, and a compassionate doctor. She changed our life! Both my husband and I had an infertility issue and our chances of getting pregnant even with IVF was very low. When our first round did not work, we were devastated. Emmarie is now almost 16 months old and we are so eternally grateful for our baby girl. We had such a great experience with Dr. Chilvers and the entire staff at Fertility Specialists of Texas! She did an IUI on me and we were so fortunate that it worked and now we have two wonderful babies to thank her for. We live about two hours away from her offices and they were always very accommodating and worked with our busy schedules. We first met with Dr. Chilvers in Tyler and we knew that we wanted her as our doctor. She was very knowledgeable, personable and answered our many, many questions. She always answered our questions in ways that we could understand. We went to all of her offices and the entire staff was always super sweet and helpful. We seemed to always think of questions after we would leave and we would call and ask the the nurse and she always called us back quickly with more than enough information to answer our questions. Dr. Chilvers was always very professional but seemed to genuinely care about us and that we were taken care of during our procedure. Like I said, we were very fortunate that our IUI worked, but even after I had found out that I was pregnant Dr. Chilvers still called to check on me and make sure I was doing okay. She called to make sure that I was watching my thyroid, which she did not have to do since I was under the care of my OBGYN.We have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Chilvers and her staff. I have the upmost respect for Dr. Chilvers and all of her staff. They are compassionate, respectful, and above all, honest! Dr. Chilvers spent a LOT of time explaining every detail to me and my husband (even with pictures sometimes). I came to Dr. Chilvers with unexplainable infertility after having two prior miscarriages and a prior septum removal surgery. Dr. Chilvers didnt base her treatment plan on my prior medical records but rather underwent her own testing for me. Dr. Chilvers was able to discover that a large part of my uterine septum had not been removed previously and recommended surgery to remove the rest. She gave us several options, but always left the decision up to my husband and I on how we wanted to proceed. Dr. Chilvers was always honest with us and we always felt our interests were the #1 priority. Ultimately, we decided to have surgery again to remove the remainder of my uterine septum and the whole experience from check-in to check-out was great. Dr. Chilvers is a great surgeon and I had the up most trust in her ability. I hardly had any pain or discomfort during my recovery, and my recovery went great. At my post-op apt she took time to explain everything in detail and never rushed through the apt., and even took time to compare the end results of both surgeries. She is very compassionate and has great beside manor, and at times it felt like I was speaking to a friend rather than my Dr. After healing, we eventually did a round of IUI and were blessed that it was a success and are pregnant with our miracle baby. Her nurse staff during the cycle were excellent and were always there to answer any questions or concerns I had, and were excellent at providing instructions for the cycle. Words cant express how grateful I am for Dr. Chilvers. We feel that we received excellent care and information from her and her office staff. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

I saw Dr. Chilvers when she was working in Indiana. I was referred to her by my doctor since we had been unsuccessful in conceiving. Right away, I knew she was the right doctor for us. She was easy to talk to and made us feel at ease during a stressful time. Dr. Chilvers was very thorough and honest in her explanation of each step. When something did not work, she would come up with a new plan that was tailored to my needs. On several occasions, she would personally contact me to explain things. I appreciated her honesty and direct involvement in my care. When she moved to Texas, she once again personally called to tell me and to talk about what my next steps were. Once I did conceive, I contacted her office in Texas to let her know and she once again reached out to congratulate me. I dont know where we would be without her! I am so thankful for her and the staff we encountered during our time with her. After several years of facing infertility I searched for the #1 fertility clinic in DFW. After two prior fertility clinics who only completed testing never gave me the experience I received with Dr. Chilvers and the staff at FST. From the phone call to schedule my first appointment was welcoming and positive to my journey of becoming a mother. My first meeting with Dr. Chilvers was great going over my medical records to her having great beliefs in my journey to motherhood. My first appointment was Nov. 22, 2017. I confirmed my pregnancy on March 4, 2018 that I conceived my bundle of joy February 9, 2018 after Dr. Chilvers performed my myomectomy in January. I am now a proud mother of a healthy baby boy. Top notch doctor with a passion and expertise for her speciality, she is compassionate and genuinely interested in delivering the best quality care for her patients. I would be remiss if i didnt mention she is admirably humble and incredibly brilliant. During my procedure there was an unexpected challenge; Dr. Chilvers was proactively prepared and worked diligently to ensure the outcome was successful. My recovery was smooth with minimal pain. I have nothing but praise and well wishes for Dr Chivers and her staff. Im so grateful I was referred to her, she truelly has been been the only doctor/speacilist to listen to my concerns. I saw so many docotors prior to her none of which ever listened to my concerns. They all ignored what I thought I had. Which is PCOS, but Dr Chivers was different. She listened to all my questions and not once made me feel rushed or like I wasnt a priority. Her kwoledge for PCOS and explaining it to me better I think helped ease the already stressful situation of trying to find the source of my problems. With every amazing doctor there needs to be an amazing nurse backing her up, Brandy was totally It. Together they tag teamed this whole process, made an already very long and stressful situation very pleasant for me and my husband. In all honesty Dr chivers is the way to go if you have been going through infertility for as long as we have. Dr. Chilvers should be the first choice in Dallas area for any couples having problem conceiving. We had challenges getting pregnant for about three years before coming to Dr. Chilvers.Our journey started from spending money on other doctors that we found through heavy advertisement in local market. Our frustration, doctor and their staff attitude and then unfavorable results from plethora of tests and surgeries yielded no results and were asked to spend even more time and resources.This led us to change the facility and the doctor and we found Dr. Chilvers. Her patient interaction and soft skills is value-add for her otherwise vast knowledge to overcome challenges in conceiving. I was in Church with a friend who went through Dr. Bonaventura in Indy and Evansville. Dr. Chilvers worked with him so we went to her after a ton of prayer. My husband had been married before for 23 years and never could have children. We never doubted that God sent us to her and we knew 100% that we were going to receive the blessing we had prayed for. The baby she helped us create is now a handsome 9 year old. She called me to check on me on her lunch after I was already released from the Fertility clinic and to an OB. As fate would have it, she was in the cafeteria when we went to get lunch. She came to our table and she was just so incredibly kind, personable as always and just made us really happy that she cared so much about our journey. She is informative, compassionate and outstanding. I will always have a heart for her. She helped my husband and I so much and he was 50 so it was a one time deal for us. I pray that anyone suffering from fertility issues to reach out. It’s worth it!!

She did a fantastic job on my tubal ligation reversal surgery. I got pregnant the first try after surgery and have a 7 month old. Her and her staff are fantastic people. I highly recommend them if you need a tubal ligation reversal.

Horrible Service!!I wish I could give them less than a star and this whyWe went through an IVF(ICSI) cycle with Dr Rebecca Chilvers in June, 2015We spent about $18000 out of pocket and the cycle is a failureDr. Rebecca Chilvers is not experienced and if you were spending that much amount, I suggest you go with someone who knows what they are doing. Overall she spent probably 1-2 hrs with me from initial consultation to the day of transfer. Almost all of the visits were with Nurses. All the ultrasounds and readings were taken by nurses.1. From Day 1 till the day of implantation Dr. Chilvers never exhibited any concerns regarding our IVF cycle. We are both 30s and she said we looked in perfect shape for the cycle. Not a slight thing of concern was exhibited2. I had a period well after the IVF cycle had started and when we mentioned our concern to her, she did not make any changes to the protocol. This is a clear sign that the protocol is not working.3. On the day of the implant she says that the eggs have black spots in them and resulted in low embryo quality. What we found out today after consulting other experts is that black spots in the eggs is due to being over matured. We found it from another doctor who looked at my protocol that they IVF protocol did not work.She had not been honest with us by admitting to us that the protocol she put together did not work. Instead she just said during our post failure consultation that these batch of eggs were not good. She conveniently ignored to mention the fact that the protocol she put together did not work. After all this, she had the audacity to tell us that some IVFs fail and we should try again.This whole thing resulted in a lot of agony for us and we were both financially and emotionally drained because of how we were treated. This is our dream and these guys are in no position to take care of it. They are in it clearly just for money and they dont do their job well. Please avoid this doctor and this establishment at all costs.
