Terrible. That’s if to say briefly.With the Q Day clinic I had the worst experience I ever had. This is literally outrages! The waiting time every time I came was extremely long. Never honored my appointment times.They kept inviting me for the follow - up appointments, even though I was referred to the specialist by them, and the issue was and being addressed by the qualified specialist. The meds they prescribed for me didn’t work, and made the situation worse. I do not recommend this clinic. Very poor service.

If you are in the North Dallas Area needing Clinical Care Services, Medical Services, Medical testing, looking for a general practitioner, second opinion, preparing for a healthier lifestyle, I recommend trying this place out. Staff is very friendly. Lovely place, awesome atmosphere, and easy going Insurance process I recommend trying this place out. Once again, if you’re reading this, hope you have a nice day :)

It’s horrific knowing someone like that is working around patients.She turned us away since apparently she could not get ahold of someone to verify my insurance yet I gave her a reference number stating the PCP was changed to Dr MohammedI was able to get a hold of someone from my insurance no problem whatsoever. ((We never saw her pick up the phone once)) Please save yourself the trip and go somewhere else there are many more doctors around the corner from this office.

Dr Mohammed is an Angel ! A genuine Angel ! This review is also genuine ! The people who have given him bad reviews are actually corrupt so ignore them ! I have seen from my eyes how he helps patients in need ! We need doctors like him who actually believe in doctors oath and do he work with help of God ! The people who gave this clinic bad review should self reflect on their own selves before giving someone genuine a bad review !

I have been coming to QDay now for almost 2 years, and I love it. I always get in and out quickly. My favorite part of coming to QDay is Ruth. I love her, she is always on top of referrals, which are already a pain, but she makes it much less a pain. If I email her she responds almost immediately. I have never had that kind of timely response from any other clinic. She just seems to truly care about the patients. The Dr and the nurse practitioners I have seen are always very attentive and supportive as well. I would definitely recommend QDay and actually have recommended it to a friend and she was not disappointed either 😊

I had, without a doubt, the BEST experience I’ve ever had at a walk-in clinic. From the time I walked in the door, to when I walked out, it was only 31 minutes. Trust me when I say, I will have absolutely no problem telling everyone I know that if they need to go to a walk-in clinic to come here. The staff were courteous and professional. They helped me with my situation, and they were patient in doing so. I felt that my needs were met quickly as there was no waiting time. I don’t have insurance and their price was very reasonable. In short, this is a high end walk-in clinic with a professional staff. I highly recommend this walk-in clinic as it’s my number one emergency go-to.

I went to Q Day because of its proximity to my home, and the fact that they took my insurance. I wish I hadnt. The first time I went, the doctors bedside manner wasnt great. I was willing to overlook that, because I was in pain and just wanted care. Then came the most painful examination of my life, when there was already obvious swelling and pain (which is what I went for in the first place). There was no warning that it would hurt or be so rough, and when I exclaimed ow! I was met with Yes, Im sure that does hurt, and the continuation of a painful exam (other doctors examined the same issue later, when it was more swollen and more painful, without causing me nearly as much pain). When I went for my follow-up, I was grateful it was with another doctor. The second doctor was patient and kind, and gentler in examining me. However, I was told there was nothing more that could be done, and Id have to go to the ER if things werent improving the next day. I went to another urgent care clinic that afternoon, got actual treatment, and am thankfully doing much better. There was no need for an ER visit. Additionally, Im unsure of whether its something strange with my insurance, but I had a copay at this clinic and not at the other urgent care clinic I went to. The claims of other reviewers have me suspicious, but I havent looked into it yet. Overall, I really wish Id avoided this clinic and gotten proper care earlier. Id advise anyone to do as I should have in the first place, and skip this clinic.

We walked in late on a Saturday night around 830 because they were the only place in town we could find a COVID test. It was our first time here, and everyone was very nice and helpful. They were able to accommodate us, a family of 6 with two kids under 3 years old. We filled out some paperwork, gave them our insurance info and about 15 minutes later the tests were completed. We had the results in about 20 mins after the test and were all cleared. The experience was great and they were awesome to take us all 6 at the same time so late. We were their last patients of the evening and they were excellent.

Staff and doctors are very friendly, personable and competent.Doctors and staff listen and genuinely care about the well being of their patients.We had zero waiting time and excellent care throughout our visit. I really like the fact that labs can be done on site without the hassle of having to go somewhere else to get results.I really appreciate the follow up and personable responses to our replies, the day after our visit as well.Making this our go to clinic for all our health care needs from now on.Thank you for your excellent care.

Absolutely love Dr. Ahmed. He is so caring towards his patients. The wait time is not long. And the staff is amazing. Everyone is so nice. I stay a hour away from his clinic but I don’t care about the drive because I know the treatment will be good. Thank you Dr Ahmed for Always taking care of me and my family.

Had an appointment, still waited over 2 hours. They didnt know how to work the blood pressure monitors, tried on 2 different ones. Had to have blood drawn and they blew a vein, didnt even react accordingly, slow to act and just let the blood pool on the table under my daughters arm. Caused her to have a panic attack. They didnt bother to clean it up. We just sat there with it. We did a urine sample as well, they hadnt collected any of the other patients from the bathroom. The whole place was dirty. The nurse didnt seem to know what she was doing. Highly recommend you seek treatment somewhere else

This is the best place to go for all of my medical needs. The staff is incredibly friendly, my doctor makes me laugh and is so easy to work with. They are flexible to fit in with my crazy schedule!

We went to this clinic in November for rapid covid tests. At that time, it was very difficult to find same day testing, let alone rapid results, which we needed to ensure we could contact trace with others before the holidays. It was a long wait, but everyone there was friendly. We had questions about our insurance reimbursement, and spoke with Ruth who was very helpful, following up with phone calls to keep me posted on the status. We were reimbursed in full. While I have read several reviews about issues with billing, I think some consideration should be given for the fact that there was a period of time where it was next to impossible to get testing, let alone rapid results, and get it reimbursed by insurance. We used other rapid testing companies prior to this that did not take insurance due to the amount of work it takes to get reimbursed. Demand was high and supply was short. While the clinic is out of our area, we would go there again if needed without hesitation.

I had a rapid Covid test today, November 5th, and strep throat swab. Thankful both were negative. I had symptoms of Bronchitis, I was given the appropriate treatments. Thankful for the Steroid injection, and prescriptions. I was seen immediately. My care was thorough explained.I was pleasantly surprised at the professional care I received from the staff.The technical who did the testing was exceptionally kind, and fast with the testing. The testing technician explained everything well.I was seen by Dr Mohhamed Ahmed.Dr Ahmed is so caring, professional, understanding, and gave me an excellent through exam. The Dr, and staff made me feel very comfortable, and at ease.I will be returning soon to get my covid booster.I highly recommend this clinic, and Thankful it is very close to my house.

I had the same experience as Michelle - I went in for COVID testing a month ago and called numerous times about my $150 refund. Each time I called they said they would forward my message to billing about my reimbursement but they never call back. I received notification a week ago from my insurance indicating that theyve processed my claim - still havent heard anything back from the clinic. This refund system is severely flawed with lack of communication and timeliness. Do yourself a favor and get tested at a FREE facility. My husband didnt get charged at all when he researched a different testing facility in McKinney.

Please dont visit this center. I went in for COVID test in December and paid $250 upfront just for the testing, they took 3 months just to fill claims to my insurance.My insurance already processed all the claims made by the clinic and each time I called about my refund, they say they will forward my message to billing about my reimbursement but they never call back. I only visited for a COVID test and its been 4 months following up with them. I dont know how they will treat other patients with major issues. Do yourself a favor and never visit this clinic if you have a insurance because you will end up following with these peoples for months.

Dr. Ahmed is one of the most caring doctors I have met. His staff is no different and will go the length to make sure all is well regardless of what kind of days they are having. Expect a wait, but its because he and his staff will make sure you are taken care of thoroughly.

Ruth the receptionist is the absolute worst. I had to see my pcp for a referral to the dermatologist. I was seen by the doctor and two weeks later I still had not received a referral so I booked an appointment with a dermatologist that was in network. I went back up to clinic and asked if I could get a paper copy of the referral and Ruth was rude and mean to me. She yelled about how she hadn’t even got to my file yet and she couldn’t guarantee that she would have the paperwork completed by the time I went to the doctor even though she had over 14 days. A month and a half later she calls claiming she couldn’t submit my paperwork because I had changed my pcp. I put the insurance lady on 3 way with Ruth and the insurance company explained to her at the time of my service I had the correct doctor so the paperwork should of went through. Ruth claimed that I am the only patient she has ever had this issue with but she didn’t try to call the insurance company or me in December knowing it was a tight window since my dermatologist appointment was already made. I am highly upset and want to speak to the owner of the clinic or whoever Ruth answers to. She was short with me and the insurance company and I don’t appreciate the service I received

Look, if youre making reviews based off comparisons I got plenty of horrible wait time stories to share. But were not comparing here!The wait time was similar to those of an urgent care. About 45min wait time to get into the room, Im used to these times.👍I have gripes about our broken medical systems in the US. Luckily for me, this place was the only one to see me same day and within my network. Other locations were not accepting new clients, trying to schedule me next week or just didnt answer the phone. Like sir Im sick now!Once I was seen, I was taken care of. Medication was received and prescribed. I had a lot of attention to make sure I had no further questions.Unless I find a better one this will be my primary care spot.

This was my first and last visit to this clinic. I would suggest going elsewhere for urgent care needs. As an RN, I know how stressful it is to work in Healthcare. But there is no excuse for the level of unprofessionalism and hateful attitudes in this clinic.I walked in at 4:30pm on Dec 28th. The waiting room was very small and full of people coughing and sneezing. The MA, nurse and office person were so rude and Im not sure why. Even the office person looked at me and rolled her eyes. Multiple signs everywhere saying be prepared to wait an hour this isnt a minute clinic. Waiting an hour didnt seem too long to me and I was being as nice as possible since clearly they were stressed.After I was signed in, I asked to wait in my car for the appointment since I didnt want to be exposed to covid and there were only three seats available. The MA took the question as a personal insult and yelled that she would not be coming out to my car to get me when it was my turn and that I needto come in regularly and check for my appointment. You would think common sense and customer service skills would tell her how easy it would be to call me on my cell phone and this could help prevent the spread of covid.I wondered if there was some sort of internal unrest or they were working unpaid. I work in an understaffed hospital and their attitudes were unjustified. Also it is irresponsible to not have better covid protocol in place instead of seeing patients according to the mood of the MA.Wait times could be reduced and less people contracting covid from this clinic.

I had the same PCP for 20+ years and he retired. Needless to say I was nervous about finding a new one and Im grateful I found Dr Ahmed and the staff at QDay. Deja drew blood the other day and did so on the first try. I was quite impressed.Dr Ahmed listens to me and answers all my questions.Ruth is great running the front desk and getting all my referrals in place.

Had a appointment at 10 am. After waiting in the car 2 hours until 12pm. They finally called me in and put me in a room for 1 hour this is ridiculous Still havent gotten the results of my RAPID COVID TEST witch only takes 15 minutes. This clinic is so slow that I will not refer anyone to come here. THEY book all the appointments at the same time and have you wait. THIS POOR SERVICE.

I recently moved from WI to TX and during one of my first trips had an allergic reaction which took me to this clinic. I was treated well and the diagnostics were given on the reason for my allergic reaction and the next steps. When I went back to WI, I visited my primary care doctor as well to inform him of the reaction. I was then referred to a Dermatologist in WI. After multiple trial and errors, blood tests and 3-4 visits to the Dermatologist and eventually back to my primary care doctor I was given the same diagnostics as given by my first visit to Q day.Now having moved to Texas permanently I plan on using Q day clinic. Great doctors with multiple years of experience and great diagnostics.

This is the worst clinic I have ever been to and they are unprofessional. Total waste of time!I went there last Tuesday with my wife to do covid tests after we made appointments online of course then they made us wait for more than an hour to tell me then that they don’t take my insurance or put $150 out of pocketI refused but my wife’s insurance was accepted so she did the testNow we are waiting on the results which supposed to take 2-3 days for it but it’s already Friday and it’s not hereI called and the answer i got is the lab didn’t pick up the samples yet “ we called them but they didn’t show up” so we don’t know when your results going to be ready and it will take 3-6 days when the lab pick it up! Which god knows when!This is the most unprofessional and time wasting clinic I have ever seen!

I made an appointment here for a pcr test. I had to wait over 2 hours past my appointment time for the COVID test, and when It was time to take the test, they gave me a rapid test instead... not only that, no one at the clinic informed me that my COVID test would sum up to around $100+. I was under the impression that it was a free rapid test since everywhere else was free...

Received a Bill from 2021 in 2023 is ridiculous. Charging $70-100 for a doctor exam is a joke. Especially when the last time I went in I had to diagnose myself and prescribe the correct antibiotic for my condition. They didn’t even take my vitals.

Think twice before you decide to come to this place.I scheduled the PCR Covid tests for the whole family last Saturday. The appointments started at 6:30pm. We all came it, waited till 7:30pm before anyone checked us in. The process itself didnt take long.Two days after, no one heard from the Clinic. I attempted to call at least three times, and it went to a voice mailbox every time. One of my son did the same thing, and he talked to someone who said that they had no ideas where the results were. On the third day, Ive received a text saying they were looking for the results. I replied with the names of everyone in our family who had the tests done. After that, no one called, no more texts.Today is Friday, 6 days after the tests were performed, I just have to assume that things disappeared into the thin air. No more communication from this place. I dont even want to call them any more.Would I come back to this place again? Id say NOT ....

They’re charging $150 for a COVID test without insurance amidst a pandemic. And of course, given no notice. Was informed once I wasted my time to arrive to the facility for the only available appointment at 8pm. Capitalism serves nobody.

Beware - insurance scammers.Came here for a COVID test in March, had a great experience. Recommended it to my fiancé and now I’m absolutely regretting it. They charged my insurance 5 times with over $3000 of charges for two COVID tests… when I call each time they seem like they haven’t even given it a thought to look into to fixing it. Saying “oh… yeah we just used the wrong codes”. I have yet to receive a bill from them directly which means they are just billing the insurance again and again and again. Still dealing with this in mid-September…

Visited Q Day walk in clinic on yesterday it was very easy process after filling the paperwork out. Everyone was nice and welcoming from the lady that checked us in to the tech and the Dr that cared for us. Our visit didn’t take very long.

Please do not go here!!!!! They said they were going to charge me $150 for the COVID test if my insurance didnt cover it (it does!) And said once they file a claim they will refund me. A month later they still HAVE NOT filed a claim with my insurance and refuse to give me my money back! Ive called several times trying to talk to someone and they keep telling me that billing will call me back and have yet to receive a call. They just dont want me calling them!!! Save your money and time!***UPDATE: i took my covid test here Nov. 13, and now it is February 5th and i have still yet to receive any money back. My insurance is 100% done with the claim and i havent heard back from them and whenever i call they say its still processing!

I was lied to - I came in to get the free Covid-19 vaccine shot for my daughter and 45 days later get billed for $300 office visit! When filling out all the paperwork that I didnt have to bother with when I got my shot with CVS I asked again and again - I thought the shot was free? - they told me not to worry they just had to provide this information in compliance with CDS. The bill I received was from Q Day, not my insurance company.

I would love to give this extortion establishment a -10 rating, but google will not allow it. Went there for the sole purpose of 2 covid rapid test for my kids. Told the old man working the front desk that my children only ha e Medicaid. During the conversation he was made awake of the Medicaid fact NO LESS THAN 3 TIMES. After about a 45min wait we get called to the room. The swabs were opened, noses were swabbed, then we wait in the room. Another 15 to 20 minutes go by, then the old man working the desk, which is also the person who administered the test, comes back into the room to notify me that they do not take Medicaid and that I would have to pay $300 in order to get the results. Today on 12/02/2021 they call and tell me that they are going to bill me for a service that we did not receive. Beware of this establishment of extortion.

I needed a quick Covid test for travel. This office was fast, efficient and very friendly. Reasonably priced and offered a variety of tests. I would definitely use them for future travel as well and other medical needs.

AVOID AT ALL COST.Me and my husband wen there for covid testing in December, have been promised a refund for the up front 300$ (150$ each) we paid for the test on the promise they will send everything to insurance and reimburse us. Absolute scam and unprofessional. Called for weeks, no information, no money back. Do not waste your time they are just trying to take advantage of people while they are vulnerable in this pandemic

I had the same issue as the last few people that left a review on here. I went in for my covid test back in November 27, and though I gave them my insurance card, I was told I had to pay upfront until they were able to contact my insurance to refund my $150 back. Well it’s january 11 now & they still haven’t even contacted my insurance to get my $150 refund!! I tried calling twice & they say they will get back to me & even my insurance has tried to contact them & nothing !

Came in for covid testing, called in before i came and they said come on through. Once I arrived i called them and the nurse said that she would be right out with the paperwork and that everything should take 15 minutes. I waited in my car another HOUR and repeatedly called them being sent to voice mail. I went to the door and yelled and someone came and told me they were not available anymore for the night. They close in 3 hours...It wouldnt have been an issue if they just said they were busy or unable. But instead they said they would be right out!

Avoid. Went for test on 12/29/2020 and was charged $150 up front. Called the next day to get the TIN number so that I could file with my insurance myself. The man who I spoke with who identified himself as the owner refused to give me the TIN number. He was nice enough about it but come on, thats sketchy. Today is 1/29/2021 and I have still not gotten reimbursed. I called my insurance today, United Healthcare, and they told me that they reimbursed Q Day on 1/14/2021, an amount of $107. I asked the rep to check the billing codes since the amounts did not match and she told me that Q Day is illegally submitting two billing codes, one for the COVID test and one for something else. Looking into reporting them for fraud.**2/3/2021 UPDATE**My call to Q Day on 1/29 was returned on 2/1. I spoke with a woman in billing who stated that they had my check, which I had to come pick up, but before I could pick it up she told me I needed to remove my review from Google. I went to get my check on 2/2 and the same woman again told me that I needed to change my review. She also told me that I was getting paid early and that I was lucky, because most insurances take 4 weeks to pay them. I informed her that I had already spoken with my insurance, who had paid them on 1/14. She said that they just paid out 100 clients from November. I dont know what they are doing, but if Q Day cant properly process refunds, they need to stop taking money up front. My check was for a full reimbursement of the $150 that I paid.Leaving 1 star, because I was told that I would not be able to pick up my check until I removed my review. Avoid this place at all costs.

I had 100 degree fever today when I went to this clinic. they took my vital sign and said that is in normal range (97). The patient room was like freezer. Even thogh I saw only 2 patients ahead of me, I was waiting to see a doctor at the freezing room with having shaking and chiling condition. It was so frustrating because 3 staffs plus one nurse practitoner were constantly laughing and hanging out did not come it is unvelible that they can not even handle 4 patient 2 hours! I walked out went to another urgent care and they confirmed I had the high fever.lack of efficieny and professionalism!!!!

++DO NOT COME HERE FOR COVID TESTING++Avoid at ALL costs. They are charging insured patients $30 for COVID tests, or $150(!) for uninsured patients, a service that is free everywhere else (whether you are insured or not). Their website only states to call for pricing and when questioned why they were charging $$ for a FREE test and what exactly my $30 would cover, I was given a very vague response. This not only violates the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) but also the CARES Act. I will be reporting this clinic to DOJ and CMS

This place was GREAT. The staff is SO friendly and really care about making sure you have a good visit. The nurse staff is so quick and efficient, while still remaining personable. I would definitely recommend this clinic!

Came in 3 days ago with red and severe ear ache, doctor told me it was just ear wax and told me to get otc ear wax removal. Did that and woke up this morning with erythematous, swollen ear that I’m barely able to hear from and that is clearly infected, when I called in to see if they can prescribe some ear drops they told me that I’ll have to pay again to see them even though their initial diagnosis was clearly wrong! Moreover they kept telling me that they’ll call me back and they never did, I called them about 4 times just to follow up with the situation. Very unfair treatment! Go somewhere else!

UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE: THEIR BILLING DEPARTMENT CALLED AND THEY GAVE A $450.00 REFUND CHECK FOR ME TODAY. IT FINALLY GOT SORTED WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANIES. During a pandemic healthcare first, billing can be sorted. Like I said in my original comment. Billing is now sorted and I love the professionalism and care at this clinic. The staff at this clinic are kind, quick, and efficient. I needed a COVID test quick and they were understanding in dealing with my anxiety over the test. I would 100% recommend visiting this clinic.

DO NOT GO HERE! Went here on December 22, 2020 for a rapid Covid-19 test and paid $150, which they said would be reimbursed after my insurance claim was paid. Its been 8 weeks and they havent even filed a claim with my insurance provider yet! They should be ashamed of taking advantage of people during the pandemic!

Dr diagnosed me (28 year old male) with arthritis after barely touching my knee and sent me out the door. Turned out I had a torn meniscus and damaged acl that needed immediate surgery to repair. DO NOT GO HERE.

This was my first time getting a Covid-19 test and I was a bit nervous and didnt really know what to expect. Phyllis was extremely professional, informative and had a great personality. Thanks for making me feel comfortable...

I received EOB for service on Nov 8, 2020 From Cigna. As per EOB they had to charge me only coinsurance value $60 for 5 family members, but they charged me $550 upfront.Since I got EOB for all family members I started to call & visit them but still I received no response from highly referred and mysterious(no one see - but everyone talks about) billing department.Keeping 2 stars for initial quick service which otherwise would deserve all 5 alone.

I really loved this place when first opened, gave them amazing reviews, I walked in one evening after work rushing from one side of town to the other to get there and get stuck in construction traffic right in front of clinic, I walked in 15 til 6pm closing, and the front desk lady, which in the past had been great, looked at me huffed and puffed like it was an inconvenience for her to have to recheck my new insurance, Oh I called earlier during my 30 min lunch to notify her I will be there as close to 5:30 as possible, as I also work in healthcare, I was exposed to sick Covid positive and flu positive patients, all I wanted was negative test to return to work, people if you are in healthcare PLEASE be a little more considerate and compassionate, Dr. Ahmed is a great Dr., I’ve seen it first hand, staff can ruin that, also I raved, reviewed, and referred others over to their clinic, I get work burnout, at the end of the day, I was a patient, even though almost closed, wasn’t closed until 6 pm, have some respect.

The doctor and staff here are very well informed and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this clinic, the doctor is knowledgeable and the staff is quick to answer my calls and provide assistance.

This place is an absolute eyesore whoever developed this corner should be hung for treason... What could have been a beautiful development across the street from a dog park and Bob woodruff is now just another dystopian healthcare clinic with an unfinished windy parking lot and whatever in the back thats unfinished as well. And why do they have four air conditioners for a building thats smaller than my house that uses one.. this place is a waste of space a waste of money and a complete eyesore.

Called about a COVID test and they said you pay $150 for the test and they will file an insurance claim. I confirmed and they said they will NOT process through insurance first and they require $150 pre-payment.

My name is Juanita Brooks I just wanted to give 5 stars to thi clinic I just adore dr.Ahmed and Dani’s the real care about there patients and I love the environment.

Had a great experience visiting the Clinic. Dr Ahmed was very quick in diagnosing and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Today I came in the clinic wasnt feeling well everyones Wasson sweet and nice Dr Mohammed and Deja so sweet always nice but everyone is great

I dont recommend this place due to lack of being professional to customer. they charge upfront with promise to file with an insurance company but they never do as promised and had to call after six to find out they never did file and one cares to do so.very back customer relationship :(
