I am very pleased with Dr Zagaroff and his office. He was amazing. He really listens and is thorough. The staff was incredible as well, from the front desk to the person who took blood. Each one was kind and courteous. Im happy that I chose the office of Dr Z.

Dr. Zargaroff was very thorough and attentive to any and all potential issues that have or could develop as a result of my initial assessment. He provided a very clear coarse of action for the near future and made me feel like he truly was looking out for my wellbeing.

They give you appointments with him and then he’s not even there, they will have you see one of his assistants instead. He does absolutely nothing but say keep taking antibiotics as if being on antibiotics 365 days a year is ok for my health. I’m taking 3-4 different kinds of antibiotics a month and nobody does anything to fix it. He does not listen to what i’m saying and brushes everything off. Won’t push for any further testing even after I had to go to the hospital for sepsis. They tell me to come back every 3-4 weeks for no reason just to bill me and keep telling me to do what i’m doing which is clearly not working. One of the worst urologist i’ve been to will not be returning. The staff is nice and receptionists are lovely, him I would not recommend to ANYONE.

Dr Zargaroff and his team were very helpful, took my input seriously and have put a custom plan in place, Im looking forward to working with them.

Very pleased with my first visit. All personnel were very helpful and professional. Everyone went out of their way to make arrangements so that I would be in the best situation for a very important occasion.

I had a really bad experience with the first urologist I went to. That pervious experience made me very nervous going into this appointment. I was pleasantly surprised that I was seen promptly and every staff member who took care of me was friendly. The doctor was thorough, answered all my questions, and addressed all my concerns. Ive only had one visit so far but, my initial impression has made me optimistic for future visits.

Dr. Zargaroff was an answer to prayer...literally!. My husband had a severe infection and he was so reassuring, positive, gentle, caring and compassionate. My husband needed someone like that during this time. Dr. Zargaroff makes his patients feel safe and that he genuinely cares for them. His staff is so accommodating and polite. I actually got an appointment the same day I called, that is a miracle. Most physician offices dont accommodate you the same day and my husband needed to be seen asap. Ive seen several urologist over the past couple of years for kidney stones and Dr Zargaroff is the best among him. He actually takes the time to LISTEN! He is truly exceptional. I work in medical sales and know of many Doctors and made a very educated decision picking Dr Z, its a bit of a wait to see him but well worth it.

Dr. Zargaroff has to be one of the best doctors out there in the field of Urology. Not only is he very knowledgeable in medicine but his bedside manner is amazing. He will make sure that before any procedure you feel fine and are still willing to do the procedure. He does not stronger arm you into doing anything you dont want to do. Urologist are easy to find, but GREAT ones like Dr. Zargaroff are far and few in-between. I must say, that this is the best Facility that I have ever been to. They are accommodating, nice and most importantly they work with you for your own individual needs. Dr. Zargaroff and his staff are wonderful people and go out of their way to help you with any problem that you may have. :)

A few months ago my Husband & I decided he should get a circumcision, after meeting with about 6 different Doctors, we just didnt feel comfortable enough to go through with such a drastic surgery. The Doctors seemed to rush through the information we asked. A friend of mine recommended Dr.Zargaroff and I must say I am impressed. He took his time and he understood the importance and seriousness of the process. He is healing very well and we could not be happier. Thank You Dr.Zargaroff.

Dr. Zargaroff is no longer in practice. He had his privilages revoked at both Winthrop University Medical Center, and NSLIJ.For a man who toted how busy and in demand be was (office was always empty with same day appointments), and how Winthrop University catered to him due to what he brought too the hospital it makes me wonder what he did for two competing hospitals to yank the rug from under his feet.I personally believe he was too pushy with me doing elective surgery, and perhaps he even was doing unecessary procedures.

Very kind and courteous. I had a kidney stone and he was there for me immediately. After it didnt pass he came in on the weekend and took care of me before a major holiday. Bless him.
