Excellent Experience. I originally went to another Fertility Clinic and had a bad experience before trying this facility. I am so happy I did! Dr. Manko is an outstanding Doctor! He is patient, understanding, knowledgeable, caring and over all (in my opinion) the best in the business!!!! He answered every question I had and most even before I asked. He seems open to working with me, somewhat like a partnership, to meet my goal!But I must say the entire staff was outstanding as well! Erica was very pleasant, Terry was great to work with, Darcy was so very helpful and understanding and allowed me to ask so many questions and she is a true asset to the business, and even Jenn that filled in to complete my Ultrasound was excellent! I am so happy I found a business that truly cares! They not only hit the mark they exceed it!

Ive been meaning to come and post here ever since IVF Florida in Jupiter made our dreams come true. In 2014, they helped our dreams come true when they were so patient, kind, and caring and helped us conceive our twins, who just turned 4. From the nurses to ultrasound staff to Dr. Manko himself, it couldnt have been a better experience. Im forever grateful to them and would highly recommend their services to anyone.

I’ve been a patient since 3/18. I can’t say enough about this team. They’ve been extremely patient with my questions and very interested in providing my partner and I with the best advice not just what will put money in their pockets unlike some other places. The nurses are amazing (shout-out to Darci!) Although we aren’t pregnant yet, I have faith that Dr. Manko & his team will lead us to a successful result one day. Thankful for this team.

Dr. Maxson advised us to try one more time when we were prepared to give up  after 2 miscarriages and it paid off we now have a beautiful baby boy.Unlike most doctors he wasnt in it for the money. He really cares about his patients.We are  sincerely grateful to Dr. Maxson and the staff especially  (Nurse Darci and Shannon).I Highly recommend Dr. Maxson and this clinic to anyone in need of a miracle through the IVF treatment.

Horrible customer service. They don’t explain to you up front how much a consultation is... they tell you they need to review your insurance benefits then call you 3 days before your appointment after it’s been scheduled for months and tell you it’s anywhere from $390-$420 out of pocket IF your insurance doesn’t pay but you won’t know if your insurance is gonna pay they tell you it depends on what the doctor bills the bill under(code). This took me 4 transfers and 10 minutes to find out after I needed a figure to see if we can afford this and wanted to know what was done at the first appointment which they also don’t explain. Lack of communication they should tell people what the out of cost pocket is / worst case scenario BEFORE making appointment. Not days before or after appointment.My appointment got cancelled because the doctor had an emergency. Fine, things happen. I started a new job the following week so cannot miss for 3 months. I asked for an appointment a month in advance since I’m off that one day, was told the doctor is at another location - which is fine I’ll drive to that location. Then they say it’s only if I’ve had a previous consult before that I can go to that location after I was told there was a spot for me in the morning. FINE. Asked for a telephone consult since it’s not my fault the doctor had an emergency (I specifically told the new job I’d start that next week so I can go to this appointment) that was fine then I said I’ll schedule whatever bloodwork needs to be done for that day I’m off, Griceldys was super rude and clearly incompetent. She said bloodwork is scheduled around cycle days.. which is true IF THATS WHAT THAT PATIENT NEEDS. I asked is it the same bloodwork across the board she said no... OKAY, So I explained I have no problem getting pregnant just staying pregnant and she rudely cut me off and answered that she isn’t a physician where at that point I’m just aggravated. The reason I stated that I have no problem getting pregnant is because I was trying to explain that what I NEED is genetic testing and an RPL pannel to check for clotting factors etc. (because of my two missed miscarriages) which can be done on any day of my cycle. I ovulate just fine every month, have a perfect leutal and follicular phase and get my period every month. They should have someone scheduling and answering these questions with at least moderate knowledge of fertility when they’re charging over $400 just to meet with a doctor. These doctors may be worth your time if you can get past the incompetence with the staff. Unfortunately I dont think I’ll ever find out. There has been way too much back and fourth for an already stressful time/situation.

Really bad experience with this institute.We spoke with one of the Drs for 20 min, had a couple labs ordered and they charged us more than $400 at our initial visit.Wife went for a follow-up and they charged more than $200 for an ultrasound and then $59 for labs they never ran. Now were getting a bill from a collector for $161 of a service we never received.

Amazing facility, everyone was very friendly and passionate about helping us succeed. We ended up bringing a beautiful baby boy in to this world. Thank you I.V.F. Florida : )
