I went here because it’s conveniently located but never again. The Dr on shift lacked the knowledge or desire to treat my condition properly. Instead of being straightforward about it he sent us the pharmacy for prescriptions for cough suppressants only to find out he didn’t prescribe any. The virtual urgent care is considerably better if you really need to be treated.

Well, they were very efficient about getting us in the physicians assistant was a little bit abrupt while checking my ear. She hurt me a lot and then once she prescribed the medication, the antibiotic was never called in. Very disappointed.

The staff is very professional and pleasant. My concern was immediately addressed with appropriate testing and follow up the next day. I appreciate the opportunity to have this service available to our community. Thank you very much!

I received prompt, professional, and high-quality care at GoHealth UrgentCare. My foot was swollen and red after a bee sting. The PA prescribed an antibiotic and told me to go to the emergency room if my condition didn’t improve. It didn’t but based on the advice I received from the PA, went to the ER and was treated for cellulitis.

The staff were all kind, honest, patient, and very kid-friendly. I am very pleased with the help they gave my 5-year old son with his broken collarbone. I highly recommend this facility for quality and care!!

Ruby was seen exactly at her appointment time. The medical professionals who saw her were thorough and caring. She was scared (shes 5) but they were very friendly and sweet to her, quickly diagnosing what was wrong. They even made her day with some fun stickers!

Was seen quickly, and felt I was given good attention and good medical care. Much quicker than trying to make a DR. appt. or going to the emergency room

Checking in on line was easy and comfy. Waiting time was short and pleasant. Doctor was knowledgeable and informative.

I walked in and was taken to the exam room immediately. The Nurse and the Doctor assisted me in a very timely way. And I am feeling better.

Easy to sign in. Taken very quickly. The staff was cordial, the person who took my vitals was pleasant. The Dr. was patient, listened to my concerns, made recommendations and enlightened me.

Since my last review of this office things have changed. Their front desk staff is finally knowledgeable and kind!The medical assistant was not only personable but educated and experienced. Mary the NP is incredible! I cannot say enough good about her! Smart, kind, congenial and on the top of her game! Because of these changes since the last time I visited, I will be happy to return and promote the facility.

It was prompt and efficient. I appreciated the renewal of a prescription. Why advertise X-rays but allow the technician to show up late. That prevented the 5th star.

Everything was quick & easy. My appointment was right on time & I didnt wait long to see the doctor. I was amazed at how quickly I was picking up my prescription in the pharmacy after the visit!

I was seen in a reasonable amount of time. Tests were performed to find a diagnosis for me. I was discharged feeling relieved and armed with the knowledge I needed to get myself well.

I had a great experience at GoHealth. They were really friendly and kept me from freaking out when I they had to give me the bad news that I had COVID-19. The great thing about their space is that they have all of the machinery there, so if you need to get an x-ray done, you can get it done without a referral and an additional visit. Totally happy about them!

The team at the urgent care we went to was amazing. At shore road near stop shop. The PA and the staff nurse there were knowledgeable and kind. They quickly diagnosed the flu and had prescription ready. Would highly recommend them.

Super clean facility, I was politely and swiftly checked in and seen right away, very confident, knowledgeable, compassionate, caring Nurse Practitioner, was diagnosed and prescribed medication with clear instructions and already am on the mend! Booking the date and time slot to visit was easy, quick, many options to stop by. Upon arrival the staff were ready, no waiting, greeted us in a pleasant, and courteous manner, explained the test process. Doctor performed the procedure, explaining step by step what she was doing. Results came through very quickly, overall a great experience.

I am HEARING IMPAIRED.(80%loss). I explained this to receptionist, couldnt understand her w mask at all. I missed atleast 75% of what was said. After being told to return in 2 1/2 hrs, I thought it was a walk-in byw,, I sat to rest my injured foot before leaving. I apparently wasnt fast enough and have no idea what rude things were being said by receptionist... and told me to leave,and not return. ????? What the heck?? Way to handle someone with a disability!!! One would expect a medical facility to understand how to work with disabilities. Still blown away by the rudeness , I just wanted a medical assessment. I am sure the doctors there are terrific, but your welcome wagon leaves much to be desired !!!

I received some of the worst service of my life today. If I could give this place Zero stars, I would. The man sitting at the front desk was very nice and ready to help, however, one of the nurses there tonight was ridiculously rude. I didn’t get this nurse’s name, but the way he treated me tonight was extremely disrespectful. Long story short, this nurse told me to go the the hospital before allowing a doctor to examine me.... even before allowing me to finish describing my symptoms during check in. Keep in mind, I showed up at 7:15pm when they close at 8:00pm. I wouldn’t be surprised if he just didn’t want to deal with another patient today. He was very argumentative and un willing to help in any way. I will not be going back, and I suggest u don’t either... because according to the nurse, u should “just go to the hospital”

Horrible so-called “practitioner.” I wouldn’t trust my dog to her. I came in Extremely sick and she refused to give me an antibiotic because I didn’t take a COVID test. So what did a physician do prior to COVID. When you presented sick to a doctor he would swab your throat and give you an antibiotic and tell you to start on it. If the swab came back negative you could discontinue meds if you wanted. Now everything is predicated on a false PCR test which I am sure these free standing places make money for every one they take. Point is I asked her please to give me something because my son’s wedding was in a few days and still she refused so now I am attending it sick as can be. Don’t waste your time going there. As a matter of fact don’t waste your time ever going to these urgent care places. They are fraudulent.

Before you come to this location, please call ahead and make sure you confirm they have the proper personnel and resources to treat you. Also make sure you are talking to an actually employee and not their answering service.I learned all of this after I checked in and they told me they couldn’t take an X-ray after I called and “someone” confirmed they could.

It was great there was no wait and everyone was very nice and seemed to mean well. However I specifically asked when I arrived if there was an MD or DO I could see and was told absolutely yes. Once in the room the Physician’s Assistant (PA) informed me there were no doctors but that they might be able to send me to a different location. If you don’t know, the difference between an MD or DO and a PA can be massive. A PA is not a trained doctor who attended medical school or practiced medicine for years. I’m sure some PA’s are very highly trained or have had great experience, but there is a total lack of regulation or standardization and you just have no idea who you might be getting or what medical expertise they are bringing to your situation. That type of bait and switch felt very unethical! The PA then proceeded to prescribe me a 6 day course of steroid treatment for poison ivy. I had read in the literature provided with some topical ointment i bought, zenfel, that poison ivy required a longer steroid treatment, 24 days rather than 6, or it would come back worse. I mentioned this to the PA and showed her the literature. She said she never heard of that and this was the usual course of treatment and at urgent care that was all she could do in this urgent care setting. She did mention that I might want to see a dermatologist and offered to refer me. I later consulted with an ER MD and a dermatologist and both were clear that a 6 day course of steroid treatment was insufficient. So all in all, I was happy to have seen someone so quickly but I was given worse advice than i got from a pamphlet in an over the counter topical ointment and had to go to an actual doctor anyway.

Had to pay $267 over and above the $318 our (very good) health insurance covered, just for my son to see a PA for a few minutes and get a nasal swab. Also the wait seemed excessive compared to how empty the office was at the time.

I was visiting from out of town and needed a Covid test before returning home to see patients. I really appreciated everything from the ease of online booking to the procedures set up to keep everyone safe. I highly recommend this urgent care clinic. Also, dont be scared to get the Covid test- the clinicians here know what theyre doing and I was very comfortable.

You guys did an amazing job. I came in barely able to breathe and you were patient and kind even when I was a bit difficult and breaking into tears because I was so uncomfortable. The staff made sure I was in and out and that my prescriptions were ordered right away so that I could have relief. This is definitely a place I will come back to when in need of urgent care.

The staff is so nice but they are completely incompetent. Got my phone number wrong, listed me as female instead of male (I have a beard) Never called with my test results and they were never posted to the portal. When I called to ask after a week the sample had been “contaminated” would I like to come in for another test, NO

Advertises walk in availability yet refuse service because you did not make an appointment. Rude and condescending staff. You are better off getting medical advice via google search than trying your luck here. Would give zero stars if I could.

The Dr was great. Resolved my issue quickly and professionally. I forget her name. The staff were polite and helpful.

My husband received friendly, caring and professional treatment by the staff at GoHealth. John George ,PA was exceptionally knowledgeable and caring. My husband had seen him once before and was extremely impressed both times. He even made sure to follow up on how my husband was doing. Cant say thank you enough for the excellent care and follow up. The location is very convenient, especially in an emergency. I had a small head wound and needed immediate attention. When I arrived there was a man having what may have been a heart attack in the waiting room. One of the medical staff brought me into an exam room right away and not only cleaned me up, but calmed me down. I realized my situation wasnt life threatening, just scarey at the time. I am grateful to have Northwell GoHealth Urgent Care as a go to. Very profession, clean and caring.

REVIEW UPDATE - have never been contacted about this visit despite what response was previously given. Because of improper dosage at the outbreak, I am still dealing with this issue three months later.Wrong dosage of medication was prescribed for an adult. Followed up with a dermatologist when the illness wasnt clearing up properly (because we werent going back to the urgent care) who couldnt believe the script - instead of GoHealths 1g once a day for ten days, proper dosage should have been 1g three times a day for seven days for an adult.

Came in with a very symptomatic cold and doctor wouldnt allow me more than 1 day off work on sick note. I came in 2 days later and and told him I was still sick because there are no 24 hour colds. I had informed him I work with public in confined space. Its reckless to be sick at work.

I walk in to urgent care because I had asthma ex urbanization due to cold ! It was 4:45 and triage nurse ask me why am I here and I explained that I have cold induced asthma and I have wheezing and difficulty breathing , Post nasal drip as well ! She told me : “We are pretty booked and almost closing , so I can book you appointment in out Roslyn location !” I declined and walk out, however I did call her to let her know how UNETHICAL was to turn down patient that is wheezing and has difficulty breathing !I will never, ever go to that facility again !

From the moment you walk In you are greeted with personable professional and friendly staff. The Medical care was smooth and amazing from X-rays to diagnostics.

To think exhausted from work, I went out of my way to go here, for the higher than average review. Doctor didnt listen interrupting me, was arrogant and obnoxious, talking down to me. No choice becauseI needed immediate care.

Hit or miss in terms of adequate medical care. Wait times are out of control and overall not a pleasant experience, I for one have been here 3 times and can assure you there will not be a 4th, especially after being told Id have to pay a ridiculous co-payment, where it explicitly states on my insurance card it should only be a $20 co-pay...

This was my first experience with an urgent care facility and I was very pleased. I thought I had possibly broken a toe, but I wasnt looking forward to going to an emergency room or sitting in my pcps office for hours waiting to be seen (both options seemed worse than a broken toe).My husband mentioned urgent care, so I googled and found this place.I was seen pretty much immediately. Both women who attended to me were friendly, professional, and reassuring. Toe is thankfully not broken (x-rays were taken) and I feel better this evening after following the PAs instructions and after she taped it up for me. I hopefully wont need urgent care again (because Id like to be invincible and stuff) but if I do need medical attention for anything like this in the future, Ill be back.

Clean office, professional, wonderful staff. I highly recommend this office. I felt more comfortable in this office then my primary care physicians office. I cannnot express enough gratitude to the wonderful doctors and staff for treating and diagnosing my pneumonia. Short wait .treatment A+++

Very busy, a little unorganized. The doctor on was great. The staff was new and green. Im sure its just this way since they did open a few months ago. They accept a lot of different insurances so make sure you bring your card with you. Its nice to have a walk in clinic right in town.

Nothing “Urgent Care” about an office that requires an appointment and is booked every day. Walked in with a infected cut that probably would have taken 15 min to look at get a prescription cream. But got turned away because they were booked for the day and dont take walk ins. Wasn’t even offered future availability woman behind the desk was extremely rude.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Nice people, clean facility, terrible accounting - still waiting for promised refund almost 2 months and multiple phone calls after service. Follow up - now at almost 3 months - still no refund! When contacted they regularly say that they are waiting for checks to be cut - for months??? This is terrible practice - now going through credit card company to eliminate charge.

Visited after I dislocated my kneecap. Everyone was very helpful. When I left they gave me a CD...I was confused. None of my computers have disc drives except my tower. Nonetheless, email whatever is on the disk to me in the future Northwell. Discs are out of date 🤷🏾‍♂️Great experience otherwise. It’s nice when you stay in-network and they have all of your data so all you need to do is give your name.#woot

Called all day to get a new script. No one picked up. No one returned my call.Unacceptable

Called ahead and said I was coming in right away for a painful allergic reaction; arrive and am told to wait 50 min for patients with the common cold to be seen over an urgent matter. No priority given if in pain AND having an allergic reaction. I left. Never go here if you expect to be seen next for pain or a serious allergic reaction. Utterly absurd.

Went there for covid they kept me safe from other patients. Every one was very caring and explained so I could understand and felt comfortable.

Service was very good.Would strongly suggest (especially with regard to seniors)that a printout of the after treatment be provided.

Good for absolutely nothing!!! How does a so called medical place arent able look up insurance?? Trying to charge me for a covid test which the insurance company i have said its at no charge. They should just pack up they bags and leave!!!! If looking for testing here this isnt the place!

I was there today and Renee and the staff were incredibly helpful, I can’t say enough about how professional they were As well as caring. I highly recommend seeing them should you need any kind of medical care!

They are really slow and have a minimum of contact to let the patient know what is happening. They put an oxygen meter on my finger and left the room and forgot about it

I went to this place feeling terrible. They didn’t give a pill instead order lab work. It is been 3 weeks and never got a called back. Nevertheless they were kind enough to charge a large amount to my insurance and collect my copayment for a really bad service.

Excellent service and friendly staff. They extended their time showing me details on the computer for my next time appearance for appointment.

These guys are really patient and professional. I went in with a pretty nasty dog bite on my finger a while back and Doctor John took complete care of it. The wound was gaping but now theres very little evidence of a bite. I couldnt recommend these guys enough.

10. This place is terrific 👌 I was very impressed with the facility as a whole. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The exam rooms are spacious and extremely up to date.

I got a senior flu shot and before I was given the shot they went over the date of expiration and that it was for seniors confirming everything was in order. I appreciated that immensely.

I visited this place for a covid-19 PCR test. All the staff are friendly, and I am especially satisfied that I was able to receive the test results by email the next day.

I received excellent care, I arrived with chest pain and they immediately examined me, thank God I am fine, I am very grateful to all the medical staff.
