Erin and her team have been an essential part of my pregnancy journey. The space is warm and inviting, and her office manager, Jasmine immediately makes you feel welcome when you walk through the door. Erin is a wealth of knowledge and has helped tremendously through each stage of my pregnancy, including care for my nausea and various back and body aches. As a first time mom, Erin has become someone to turn to that answers all of my pregnancy questions and offers resources available as needed. Additionally, as someone with a less than flexible schedule, they have been extremely accommodating and easy to work with in finding regular appointment times! Ive been seeing Erin regularly for a few months and highly recommend her! She is knowledgeable and skilled, and has such a kind, warm, healing vibe. Erin asks me for a health update each visit, which helps her keep track of how Im doing and determines the best treatment for that session. I love that the rooms are filled with natural light with views of downtown Portland. Jasmine is awesome as well - super organized, helpful, and great to work with.I used to balk at the thought of having needles inserted in me, but thanks to Erin and Jasmine and the great energy in their office, I never mind going :)

Erin provided holistic assessment and treatment for several months as I navigated a mysterious, unaddressed illness that had perplexed previous providers. I worked at this acupuncture clinic for from 2021-2022. Erin is amazing both as an acupuncturist and as an employer. My husband and I moved out of the area but if it were possible I would have kept Erin as my acupuncturist forever. She is so gentle with the needles, and has an amazing way of listening to you and your body and pairing that with effective treatment. I know that I gave her 5 stars but if I could I would give her 6. Also, Jules at the front desk rocks she is brilliant with insurance and very knowledgeable! You’re in good hands with this team.

It’s hard to fully capture how central Erin was to my fertility and pregnancy journey. An exceptionally kind practitioner, Erin cared for me during a multi-year process of fertility treatments, complications, pregnancy, and postpartum filled with highs and lows. Erin was so amazing! Loved my experience in her space. It’s a very warm and inviting environment and Erin made me so comfortable. She is funny, warm, and caring.

Magical!! Erin has helped me over the years with several problem areas - always amazing. What I still can’t get over is how she helped me with dental pain!! Adult 3rd molar extraction can be more intense than when you’re a teen - and my experience of dry sockets proved so. I suffered with this for 2 months. No help from the oral surgeon, other than having to drive 30 minutes every morning to have the sockets packed at 6:30 am. As an outside sales rep, for 2 months I would cry in between visits because I just couldn’t get relief or sleep. 2 visits from Erin, and I could not believe how much she helped! I even experienced seeing insane colors during treatment every time I closed my eyes. My only regret was not going to her sooner!! She was also a miracle worker for backaches too. And to top it all off, I just feel better in her presence, with her calm voice, clear questions and explanations and gentle touch. She is a gift.

Erin was so lovely to work with while I was pregnant. She is kind, understanding and compassionate. Especially during such a vulnerable time like pregnancy. She helped support me right before I went into labor as well as once I was postpartum and trying to assimilate into new motherhood. Highly recommend her services! She’s also very gentle as I don’t love needles and she made acupuncture more enjoyable!

There are not enough words to describe how amazing Erin of Solstice Natural Health is. I saw Erin to aid in conception and she was nothing short of miraculous. Then, later into my pregnancy she worked with me leading up to labor to help prepare my body and it really worked. Erin was exceptional in guiding me through the journey to get pregnant and supported me during the whole pregnancy. She not did she walk me through what each point was meant for, she gave me emotional support when I felt frustrated, sad or scared. Infertility brings what seems like endless hopelessness and disappointment. Living life counting cycle days and tracking physical symptoms amidst 2 week boughts of what if its this time is exhausting. But, I feel a surge of energy when I walk into the Solstice Natural Health clinic. From the moment Im greeted by Jules and Jasmine, to settling in with Erin who compassionately empathizes with me while also giving me real talk (and always making me laugh), some of that hope always comes back. I know someday Ill be a mom and while I dont yet know what that will look like, I do know itll be in part because of the support, guidance and incredible care given by Erin and her team.

Ive only had the best experiences with Erin at Solstice. I had come in with a pretty decent ankle injury that was only allowing me about 40% range of motion. After a single treatment my range of motion was at 90% and I was able to walk out of the clinic instead of hobble. I was shocked at how impactful the treatment was on this acute injury. Luckily I havent had to see her since but have definitely recommended anybody I know that is looking for some acupuncture.

Erin is gentle, thorough, and so knowledgeable. I felt completely confident in her care and was amazed at how quickly I saw results for the issue that brought me to seek her help. I would never consider going anywhere else for acupuncture.

Erin has been a lifesaver for me and all my health issues. I had a baby in August and originally saw Erin for my breast milk production. Adjusting to motherhood was and still is a major challenge and Erin had advice on things that may or maynot work and she also informed me of certain mother networks I could get hooked up with in my area. After my cesarian it took a week before my milk even came in and after seeing Erin I went from pumping 2 ounces to pumping 4 ounces immediately after. About three weeks after my baby boy was born I ended up in the emergency room that turned out to be a new sciatic nerve issue and barely being able to walk. Right after seeing Erin I wasnt totally healed, and still am not totally healed 6 months later but there was instant relief of some of my pain. First time i felt I could get off the table and actually move like a normal person without a cane or walker. After seeing Erin I actually started carrying around my son without assistance.Im still not totally normal yet but Erin helps me every two weeks. She also pays attention to the details of everything Ive said about my pain from week to week. Shell ask questions about my week and issues we had discussed the week before, it is so nice to know that Erin truly cares about her patients.

I came to Erin at Solstice Natural Health about 5 months ago. Having had successful treatments before, I thought I knew what to expect. I was wrong, she is so much more than a Acupuncturist! A born healer! We spend quite a bit of the time talking. she has a naturally friendly and calming bedside manner. She REALLY listens! After experiencing the routine eye roll and dismissive attitudes I experienced from my Family Practitioners, it has been overwhelmingly welcome change to have someone respectfully listen and give credit to, knowing my own body. Erin’s supportive care has done wonders for my ongoing pain, GI issues, and the unfortunate hormonal imbalance from being peri menopausal. I have been under her care for a few months now and cannot explain in words alone, the help she has been to me. Highly recommend! I havent seen this much improvement in my over all health with ANY western approach. I feel more balanced. I have more energy, I have less migraines and overall less pain! I have given up my pain meds and am living a more active and healthier life. If it wasn’t for Erin, I would still be anxious, depressed, on pain meds and still in pain!

My chiropractor recommended Erin from Solstice Natural Health without hesitation. Shed worked with Erin and said that she was the best for fertility. I was skeptical. How could somebody sticking me with needles make me ovulate? It seemed impossible.My first visit with Erin was spent mostly talking. She asked a lot of questions and listened carefully to everything I said. My health was not great. My eating and exercise habits were...how do you say? Crappy. As a result, my blood sugar and BMI were too high. I was depressed and anxious but I wasnt even admitting it myself. I knew I needed help and support but didnt know where to begin.I started seeing Erin once a week. In the beginning, I was tense during the acupuncture treatments. The needles didnt hurt like most people assume but just laying there with needles in me, I couldnt relax. I kept going anyway because I trusted Erin. She offered advice about nutrition and talked to me about balancing hormones and PCOS. She encouraged me to work with my primary care provider to have blood tests that would help rule out certain fertility issues.Two months in, I started experiencing some unintended effects. I felt better. Stronger. I had more energy. I wasnt depressed and anxious and I was connected to my body in a way that I didnt ever remember being.After four months of treatments including Erins custom herb formulas, I started ovulating! I was ecstatic. For too long, Id felt like my body was broken and that it was all my fault. Erins ongoing treatments and support filled me with the energy I need to make better choices for my health and my body and those choices were paying off!Six months in, Erin was taking my pulse prior to treatment, as she always does. She asked me what day Id said I was in my cycle. I hadnt said but I was on day 32. She asked if Id taken a pregnancy test which shed never asked before.I hadnt taken a test. I was too skeptical. When your hormones arent balanced, your cycles are irregular. It was true that the previous two cycles had been exactly 28 days, but I wasnt hopeful. Several more days passed before I took Erins advice. I couldnt believe that I was pregnant!!! I took three more tests to be sure. I emailed Erin immediately and asked how she knew. She told me that she suspected as soon as she felt my pulse. She knew before I did!The OB/GYN I met with before I started acupuncture was awful. She dismissed me completely and only wanted to talk about drugs and c-sections. In hindsight, I should probably thank that terrible doctor because her disgust and disrespect served as a catalyst for me ending up exactly where I needed to be.Now Im 19 weeks into my pregnancy and feeling great. I know much of that has to do with the care and support I continue to receive from Erin. Im overwhelmingly grateful and cant recommend Solstice Natural Health enough!

Professional environment. Erin spends the time to talk, listen and evaluate the pain issue. A warm and comfortable setting. Erin’s expertises has had me virtually pain free for a year after suffering from arthritis and back pain.
