I called in, asked if they take my insurance, gave them my insurance information. Intake said yes they take my insurance, booked an appointment for an urgent issue. Reception said THEY WOULD CALL ME before the appointment if there was an issue with insurance. No call.They made me wait an hour and 15 minutes to tell me they dont take my insurance. 40 minutes of that with my pants off.I asked what it would be out of pocket, it is an urgent issue. They wouldnt even look up the cost.Their response? Sorry low staff.Unacceptable.

Called for an appointment and had a question about endometriosis. I asked if the doctors specialized in that since every doctor I have been to in Oregon has downplayed my severe cramps and pains as “drink more water.” The lady on the phone proceeded to laugh at me and make me feel horrible for even reaching out for medical care. How is a woman supposed to feel comfortable reaching out for help when she just gets made fun of and belittled? She was very rude and sounded righteous, like she thought I was an absolute moron for even asking that question. I then cried afterwards because she made me feel like no one was going to help me with my horrible pain. Never going here.

Best in town! Lovely staff. Kind, patient and knowledgeable doctors. Fun nurses!

Everyone in this office is amazing. They are always willing to get you in as soon as possible and never make you feel rushed. It is nice to find a womens clinic where you feel comfortable. I highly recommend their practice.
