The travel clinic was incredibly helpful. They offered ways to use our insurance instead of paying out of pocket. They didnt try to sell every vaccine like some of the private companies do. The appointment was done on time. Will be back for our next international trip!

I had a scheduled appointment for Friday at 8 in the morning. They decided to call me a day early and caught me off guard so I didnt have my documents on hand. I was headed to get them when I was explaining that they caught me off guard and I was headed to get them, she said she wasnt going to argue with me about this, told me to reschedule and hung up. The amount of disregard for people from this place is amazing.

Seems like a clean place. Showed up a little late for an appointment with a newborn so the lady at the front told us we needed to make another appointment. When we let her know walkins are welcome she said we could wait. We waited for about 15 minutes and were finally called in. Two people were sitting at their desks to help and no one was in the room at all. Making us wait with a newborn for a power trip stinks. Security guard was nice. Woman who helped us could not give us the birth certificate because after 2 weeks they still dont have it. Also, it says they accept credit card payments but they would only accept cash for the certificate since we didnt pick it up that day and they were reluctantly going to mail it when its available. 🙄

I just got home from my second Covid vaccination. It was a huge disaster! Got a call yesterday for an appointment from 1 to 3:00. Dont come before 1:00. Got there about 1:15. We waited for over an hour before anyone was even seen for any registration or information. We were in the 3rd line, 10th from the front. We finally arrived home at 3:45 and that was only because I didnt wait the 15 minutes after BECAUSE I had to use the bathroom so bad my bladder hurt. Why was it necessary to solicit so many people for the 1 to 3:00 slot when there was no way they were going to get all of us through during that period of time. Guess I wouldnt be so upset if I had seen some activity for our time slot at 1:00, but that didnt happened until around 2:00. If I had known it was going to be that long of a wait, I would have gone to my Kaiser office for the shot. Not happy with this latest experience..

I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews but I never had a bad experience at the PC-CHD. I called a couple of weeks ago to schedule my daughters vaccine and the person I talked to was very nice and it was scheduled right away. The place is clean and organized, the staff and nurse are very friendly, pleasant and helpful. Thank you for getting my daughters vaccine updated.

Getting these people to answer a dam phone is incredible. I understand that they’re probably busy. If that’s the case maybe they should hire someone to sit answer phone calls. I call to make appointments and not a single person answers. I think I’ve tried 10 times and once got someone to answer. I leave voicemails like they say to do and no one returns a call. I went down there to go schedule an apt in person and they say I have to call. Smh. Since covid happened this place went to trash.

Had an 11:20 appointment for a quick and simple TB skin test in which I arrived early at 11:10. Its currently 12:30 and Im still in the waiting room get skipped over by patients with 11:40 appointments. Have been up to the reception counter twice and each time the receptionist stated I was next. Both times were a lie. Wont be coming back.

What a joke. They dont even calibrate their thermometers, or wipe them off in between checking products. I dont know how they choose the inspectors but they literally have no idea what theyre doing.

I tried to get mine and my sons birth certificates with a voucher I was unaware that I had used vouchers in the Past I am currently waiting for my CNA license to be renewed and my identity was stolen. SANDRA that was working the front desk spoke loudly so everyone heard I used a voucher then was very rude. If they let me do it twice why would the 3rd time be a problem.it was embarrassing and disrespectful!!!!!!

If you want to meet Pueblos finest A-holes, go get a Birth Certificate!! I had everything I needed and nobody else was there. I thought, wow, thats awesome!! WRONG. The dude I had to deal with was an unpleasant waste of an employee. He can eat poo...

Have called and left a message several times regarding a public health issue- Nobody ever calls back and they NEVER answer the phone.

Colorado has got to be the crappiest places ever! You must take your child to the health department to get vaccinations but the health department is backed up for 3months so my kids just do not get vaccinations one is being kicked out of school because I can not get her in for her tdap shot.. This should be illegal!!! This place horrible!

The team at the Pueblo Department of Public Health were/are stellar and we appreciate all of the time and guidance they gave us throughout the inspection and permitting process.Thank you for your help/service!

When you answer the phone please tell people they have to fill out a application for a birth certificate so they can get here early but then get attitude and told to wait because I didn’t do it

Very disrespectful, rude receptionist, waited for an hour, when asked when I would be seen, gave me attitude.

Come on people we have people living like they were broght up with no morels or values...clean up your properties its disgusting allready..Have some pride in your home...Your spreading disease because of all the trash....

They will do anything to transfer you to another line instead of helping and just taking the call.

I took a friend to this place who was attacked and she was crying and the doctor yelled at her to stop crying.im a tax payer and I was ashamed to be at this place they a deplorable there I think we need to stop finding this place till they fix.i dont suggest anyone go there

Place kind of appears deserted inside and easy to get lost inside if you dont know where you are going.
