Extremely disappointed with this medical center. They definitely don’t care about their patients. It’s impossible to schedule an appointment. I’m 3m pregnant and they can’t even find a time to see me. I’m going through this pregnancy without knowing anything what’s happening with my baby. Every time I ask a question they keep sending me to ER without having a minimum amount of care to try to answer back or give me a solution. I wish pregnant women would have better care and support here in the area. I would not recommend this center to anyone.

We had the best experience with Dr. Mitchell. He is very informative, knowledgeable and cares about his patients. I was a high risk pregnancy and he kept a close eye on me to make sure we would deliver safely. My husband and I will forever be grateful for him. Thank you Dr. Mitchell!

STAY AWAY! VERY RUDE STAFF(ESPECIALLY THE SECRETARY)I am giving one star. I called today to cancel my appointment due to a car wreck, the receptionist was semi-kind upon picking up the phone after I was on hold for 30+ minutes. Once I told her I would be cancelling the appointment not only did her attitude worsen but she told me I was not on the schedule to begin with. I made my appointment 4 weeks ago in August, they never asked for my phone number or email ( I should have taken that as the 1st red flag). I work in a professional office as well and never treat any clients or potiential ones in such a degreading way.I will not only simply take my buisness elsewhere but let my female relatives/friends know to stay away from a clinic that has little to no time for hospitality.....I can only imagine the kindness and dedication they take when actually seeing a patient let alone administering care too one.Having a doctor, such as this one, in such a vulnerable place....the patients should be treated with extra kidness.P.S. if you dont like being a secretary find a new job, just because you are miserable does not mean you should spread it! :)

Trying to get any sort of communication from this office is a genuine nightmare and incredibly stress inducing. Good luck trying to get through on the phone, you’ll be stuck on hold for 40+ minutes or the number just doesn’t work. If you reach out on Mychart, you get a curt reply telling you to call the office. If you care about your baby or your health, find a different OB office for the sake of your health.

When I initially scheduled my appointment I was just needing to be seen. I have not been to the doctor in four years. As the time neared to my appointment I decided that to ease my worried thoughts I should read the reviews. Big mistake. I was so upset that I was going to cancel my appointment. Then, the day of my appointment came. The front desk clerk was amazing. My nurse was too. Next, came the moment of truth my doctor. Jennifer Permann, she is absolutely wonderful. She helped to ease my worries right away. I will most definitely be back.

(I am giving two stars because i like my regular Dr. at the other location.) I went in gor my annual follow up. I normally ho to the location in fredrickson, however my insurance and the hospital were in dispute over fees, and I wanted to be seen before that happened. The scheduler I spoke to was great, I was seen on time, however come to find out now that my insurance was billed, they were billed extra gor a diagnosis during the appointment. First of all this diagnosis came from answering question Dr. Perman was asking me...so what do you do when you go to an appointment and you are being asked questions about your health? Keep your mouth shut? I guess I shpukd have because now I have an out-of-pocket amount that I wouldnt have if they just billed for my annual. Also, anyone reading this...I am sure when Dr. Perman did the manual testing of my ovaries (the hand that goes inside she did not have a glove on.)

I had a really good experience here. The doctor was running late, but I was informed immediately, given a compelling reason, and given an accurate (!) estimate of how long I would have to wait. Then Dr. Virginia White turned out to be the nicest gynecologist Ive ever met... totally worth the wait! She had lovely bedside manner, was relaxed and genuine, and answered all my questions with care and attention. It was the most comfortable Ive ever been for a pelvic exam.

Dr. Song is a really good doctor, but I do not like this location.I have a habit of inputting my appointments in my phone as I speak to people. Because of this habit, I know I’m not crazy when I say that EVERY SINGLE TIME I have scheduled with the staff here, the staff has changed the time of my appointments without approval from me and has only reached out to me once to confirm an appointment ahead of time via text, even though they changed my appointment time again without my approval. This is very unprofessional and not ok.Example: I was told their was an opening today at 11:30 am and so I was scheduled at that time months ago, the staff changed it without my permission to be at 9:30 am. 90% of the time they do not even reach out via text or any notification to let me know that I even have an appointment, I only know I do because of my calendar I keep. I cannot change it back to the original time either because they gave that time to someone else.I’ve missed an appointment before because of their mistakes and they said I was late and couldn’t let me see the doctor even though I drove all the way there, when I was on time according to my appointment set up the first and only time we should have talked about my appointment. The receptionist looked at the calendar and was confused because the times got moved around all over the place behind the scenes and thought that I knew. No, I didn’t know and I didn’t approve it. Still didn’t get to see the doctor even though it was their mistake. That’s not the only issue with this type of behavior. People may have scheduled a certain day and time away from work, and then if the staff here changes it, then the patient has to keep resetting their schedule with their work. It’s not ok. I’ve brought this up to a staff member before and they also thought that wasn’t ok and talked with someone about it, but this is still going on, nothing has changed.I also needed to reschedule today because they changed my time again without my approval. The receptionist on the phone said that Dr. Song won’t be open to schedule until February and that appointments aren’t being made until next week. I asked if she could put me on a waiting list to have me be called to schedule. She said no and that I will have to call next week to maybe be get into see the doctor.Come on now. That is bad customer service.

I won’t be back. I had my son in 2017. I worked a very physical job for a beverage distributor. My entire day would consist of pulling full pallets that weighed anywhere from 1500-2000lbs each with a manual jack. My first gynecologist was Dr Song. The first couple appointments were fine, but at 20 weeks pregnant, I explained how I’m experiencing difficulties doing my job and if she could put me on light duty at work. She said no. I switched to Dr. Pomeroy because I felt like I was being ignored. Upon the first visit, I expressed my job duties to her, this time further along (25weeks). She also said no. I pulled roughly 9000-12000lbs a day with no help since she and Dr Song did not believe me. I did this up until 36 weeks pregnant. I experienced pains throughout my shifts. I felt overwhelmed, stressed, sore, frustrated when seeing other women being listened to. An ER trip for my heart skipping beats and they were concerned because my blood pressure was high from sobbing in my car after work, which was a daily occurrence as I could barely do my job. Because of this and the fact I could not get a note from my gynecologist for light duty, my job still held me to the standards of everyone else and could not accommodate me by giving me a helper. I actually had to help a man with a hurt back who was able to get light duty. He couldn’t lift more than 10lbs so I had to do all the lifting. This could have been avoided if I was on light duty. After the delivery, my son had colic and I had severe PPD. I’ve worked with plenty of women who were allowed light duty way before I ever was allowed it. 36 weeks pregnant and moving thousands of pounds of product alone. The looks I got from customer let me know this was ridiculous. I suggest finding a gynecologist who believes you when you say you’re in pain. Before you ask, yes I am and yes she was.

I was annoyed with this clinic today. I showed up for my 10:30am appointment at 10:15 and wasn’t seen until after 11am. When I finally was seen it was for less than ten minutes. They need to allow their provider to have more time to spend with their patients to address their concerns instead of scheduling someone for an appointment every 15 mins. I know they are short a midwife right now because they told me. So hire more! I did have concerns that weren’t addressed today and felt rushed. This is not good patient care. If I wasn’t already so far in my pregnancy I’d look for a different clinic.

The receptionist finally answers and is extremely rude and short. All I wanted to do was find the building. Thank you anyways. -0/10

We went here for our first child, and had a great experience with Dr. Sam Song. So, we decided to go here for our second child. Big mistake, this place has gone down-hill big time. We had a terrible experience, people there are rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. They did not allow me in the ultrasound to see my child, and rushed my wife. Skipped services we needed, provided no information and evaded answering questions. Overall, it feels like a hostile environment. The feeling that they don’t care at all about their patients. I tried contacting customer service, and is basically is nonexistent. Just a robot menu. That keeps you going in loops, in the hopes that you will give up. Basically tells you to go to “MyChart” for anything you need. If you still need help, then someone will call you within 4 days!!! Total waste of time. Save yourself the frustration and find another place. The new management there should be fired.

The women who work up front when you call are very unhelpful and rude. If you call to ask a question they say “I’m not clinical I’m just a scheduler” and treat you like you are the biggest inconvenience for calling. They rush you off the phone and give you incomplete answers so your still left without help. I dealt with a miscarriage while being seen at this office and had very insensitive experiences with the front desk then. Now I am 18 weeks pregnant and have had the same experiences. They treat me like I’m wasting their time whenever I call. I’ve only met my doctor one time so I cannot comment on the medical care as of yet but the front staff is enough to keep anyone away from this clinic.

I have read all of these reviews and I know exactly what everyone is talking about or has experienced when seeing Debra McCallister. And I agree 100% when stated she needs a new line of work. She gave my a partial hysterectomy 2013 the next visit after she told me I was pregnant. Yeah big mistake on whom ever input my information. But she acted like I was the one that was wrong and I had to be pregnant. I looked at her straight in the face and said, you personally gave me my hysterectomy. She brushed it off like it was nothing, pretty much how she does with everything. I think she has way to many patients. Or maybe needs to consider working someplace that doesnt deal with people.

I initially saw Dr Pomeroy in a pregnancy that ended in miscarriage. I wont go into detail, but it was so completely mismanaged that I ended up filing a complaint with multicare patient advocates. My follow up appointment was with Dr Song, who was fantastic, sweet, and compassionate, which is the reason for 2 stars instead of 1. If you go to this clinic I would recommend her. When I got pregnant again, I called to make an appointment with Dr Song. I called as soon as I got a positive result, 5 weeks pregnant. I was told the earliest appointment with Dr Song wouldnt be available until I was almost 14 weeks. When I asked if I could see another provider just to get labs done as I had previously had a miscarriage and was worried, they told me that wasnt allowed. I asked if it would be this difficult to schedule in the future and the front desk staff told me it likely would be if I wanted to see Dr Song. She seemed very rude about the whole thing like my trying to schedule was putting her out. After my first traumatizing experience with this clinic, I hoped my next would be better, unfortunately not! I decided to go to a competing hospital system in the area, who also delivered my first. Much easier scheduling and a better all around experience. I cannot recommend multicare, which is a shame as the hospital is only about a mile from my home.

Dr. Mcallister should not have a medical license. I had her for my first born. I am now pregnant with my seccond and had a nightmare id be stuck with mcallister again. She coukd never remember my name. She asked oh is this the father when my bf came with me to EVERY appointment. She had terrible manners. She also displayed no interest in my sons birth defect and did not think to do any research considering she had never even heard of the birth defect he had. It was like i had to educate her. She suggested i was lying about my previous birth weight cause it was a lot of weight to gain and on top of it she scheduled me to be induced for while she would be on vacation and i didnt know she wouldnt be there until i went into labor 2 days before my induction appointment. I switched to Dr song and she told me to start fasting to lose weight. Said I should skip breakfast and not eat until 1 in the afternoon. She told me this knowing that i was anemic. But me being 200 lbs was more of a concern to her.

Absolutely disrespectful medical assistants. I was on the phone to clear up paperwork that I had faxed to them from my employer, and I had the worst experience with her (Rachel, a medical assistant for Dr. Wong). Her attitude was rude and condescending, providing almost no help in solving the issue at hand. She was almost yelling at me over the phone and from this experience, it single-handedly made me want to turn away from this facility. I’m sorry that the entire women’s center is reviewed on her, but please hire competent staff. It really does make the experience better for the patient.

My expirience-I was in full labor came in 4cm was told that I was not considered in labor and had to sit in a very small room for over an hour to watch my progression. The nurse taking my information was beyond rude and kept asking why I didnt just go to my hospital in Seattle. HELLO!!!!! Not having my child on the freeway. She also would not give me any info on my cm. she asked me if I wanted to sign a form that would allow my fiancé to see my baby and get info. on my condition if anything unexpected happened. I said yes and repeatedly asked for one and she refused to bring it in. I also requested an epidural and was told no several times. Was only suppose to wait for 1 hr. ended up waiting and hour and a half before I pushed the call button and requested the doctor come in the nurse left the intercom on and told another nurse that I was being winney and I just think I need a doctor. Come to find out the whole time they were monitoring me my babies heart beat was dropping significantly and every contraction was cutting off his oxygen. The doc checked me said in the short time i waited I dialeted to 6, walked 15 steps to a labor room and went to an 8. Thats when they decided to tell me about my babies condition and told me I had to push him out no epidural. Mind you I was not fully dialeted yet. The nurses were yelling at me and became physical with me holding me down and then yanking my arms. Yes I was screaming too, come on ladies all natural is not fun. That gives them no right to treat me the way they were. I ended up having an emergency c-section when I woke up 3 hrs later the same nurse that was yelling and being rude to me was telling another nurse how my urine smelled like yeast and that I was disgusting. Correct me if Im wrong but with any signs of a yeast infection you would be required, as a nurse, to either report your findings or have an exam done to find out, to prevent further infection. Especially for someone who just had surgery and is susceptible to infection. When she seen I was awake she told me I had significant bleeding during surgery so I had to be monitored and my baby had the cord around his neck which caused his distress before delivery but was ok he was also going to be monitored for a short time. My fiancé was allowed in for only a moment and told me he didnt know anything nobody would talk to him and he was not allowed to see our son. The nurse told us it was because I refuse to sign the form allowing him that access. The same form I asked for several times. I was in the hospital for a day and a half before they let me have my son in my room. During one of the rutine checks of him he was screaming and the nurse left him on a scale she brought in. She kept telling him to be quite and to stop being a baby. Seriously! He almost fell off the scale because she had her back to him looking at the computer. I had to jump up and catch him, yes it caused ALOT of pain to move that quickly. On my second night I was suppose to get my pain meds at lets say 11pm, I waited till 12:30 before I was bawling and had to call and request them. The nurse said the previous shift told her they gave them to me and not to give them to me again till 2am. On my fourth day we were told I was being discharged but because my baby had to be resuscitated after birth he had to pass a car seat stress test. Hold on!? I was told my baby came out fine. So then I had to request the head doctor to look at my file and explain to me everything that had happened. Turns out my baby had the cord around his neck twice and came out blue and needed to have oxygen applied to be stimulated for several minutes before his color became normal and then he was ok. The first day, when they kept him for monitoring it was because his heart rate kept dropping and they needed to make sure their were no underlying problems. Which their werent, but why was I not told all this when I had first woke up and got moved to my permanent room? I was told to come back if my insision became infected, when it did the hospital turned me away.

My wife and I share the same germs, bed, shower, bathroom and vehicle as well as routine swapping of bodily fluids. It defies logic to consider her infection possibility is any different than mine. The nurse on the line in a round about way through legalese also inferred that policy changes in the future may include barring the spouse from being present for birth and recovery period. When I confronted her with her with that bombshell she wouldnt deny or clarify and instead doubled down that policy changes are possible. It spiraled into a hostile conversation when it was clear I wasnt going to be bullied into submitting. He is very professional and seems to show concern about my concerns. I have never had a bad experience with this Dr. Unfortunately I can relate to some reviews I have read. Not all Drs at this office are as professional or caring. I can honestly say Mitchell and Perrman are two of the best doctors. One Dr, cant remember her name was very aggressive, she actually was scratching my insides while checking my cervics, she was not at all concerned, rolled her eyes and neglected to give me a straight answer on any questions asked. I will continue to see my Dr, Dr. Mitchell. He again is very respectable, honest, professional and dedicated to his line of work. Thanks!

I tested positive for a UTI very early on and wasn’t notified for three weeks. At my 24 week appointment I complained of spotting and discharge. Still not checked vaginally and Dr. Polmeroy brushed it off. At 27 weeks I went into full labor, could no longer get a cerclage, had an emergency c-section, and ultimately my sweet baby boy passed away. Dr. Polmeroy could have saved my baby if she would have examined me vaginally at my previous appointment and found funneling and placed an emergency cerclage. Please go somewhere else.
