My goodness! This location is amazing ! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would ! The staff is so amazing and so friendly and make you feel so comfortable and safe. Alma is so sweet and she made me feel so comfortable. I was really nervous due to this being my first pregnancy but I am so blessed I found this place ! Lisa was so amazing she was the nurse that attended me ! I would 100/10 recommend this location thank you so much to all of the staff 🩷

Im so lucky I was able to find Realoptions Obria Medical Clinics. I had been struggling find a place where I could be seen because I didnt have insurance and medical was making it very hard for me to get there help. This clinic made me feel welcome. My first day experience was amazing compared to my previous one for my miscarriage. This clinic was understanding of myself as a person and not just a money sign. I loved the whole process and didnt make me feel like I was wrong for having emotions I expressed to them in the consultation. Im definitely going back to them and theyve also provided me with outside resources. To me theyre amazing. They walked me through everything and answered all the questions I had for them. No matter how silly theyve been. Thank you for offering me the support a hospital couldnt with my first pregnancy. I really am grateful.

I consider myself very lucky to have found this clinic. The staff are genuinely caring and helpful. Their main focus is providing each patient with the necessary tools and options according to each personal case making excellent healthcare available to all individuals equaly. It is clear that they are passionate about helping the community by providing multiple resources and the knowledge to individuals who dont have access to these resources. Even though they are a small clinic they are more than willing to guide you and support on where to continue your healthcare journey. My experience was at the Redwood city brach. I would especially like to thank these three wonderful peole AMMA, CLAIRE, and JULY for making my experience smooth and memorable. Truly AMAZING !

Amazing experience! The staff is super knowledgeable and kind, everyone made sure I was feeling absolutely comfortable at all times. They covered everything I needed to know and went above and beyond to help. Its a very safe, judgement free approach, and they are really open to help with any of your needs. The clinic has a super calm, relaxing and inviting environment. Cant recommend them enough!! Super impressed with everything!!

All the team was so loving and caring! This is my first pregnancy and I felt truly cared for and comfortable with every single individual I spoke too. Not having health insurance was a scary situation when I found out I was pregnant but the low prices and ability they had to offer me a month of health coverage was a huge relief! Alma was the sweetest person and shows she truly is there for the patient. Seeing our baby on the monitor made us feel we were part of the Real Options family!

I LOVE RealOptions Obria Medical Clinics of Redwood City because they were very welcoming during my first visit. The nurses are lovely! I spoke with Rose before getting my ultrasound done and I really enjoyed our conversation. Can’t wait for my next appointment!

Real Options is an amazing clinic. The staff are all so kind, respectful, and knowledgeable about the needs of this community. It was easy to book, confirm and get to my appointment. I felt as though they all really cared for me and about my needs. I look forward to staying connected with them throughout my pregnancy! I wanted to give this office a 10/10 service, I am a Kaiser patient but this clinic service and care was more above & beyond than expected. I came here for a piece of mind for my self I’ve had a miscarriage before now that I am pregnant again it’s actually hard not to think something bad like is the baby ok I wonder if it has a heart beat. I started googling & I found there page what caught my attention was same day appointments etc for the reason that Kaiser had given me a late January appointment & honestly I couldn’t wait anymore. I loved there service it was just different than a regular doctor appointment I was very smooth as soon as I entered the clinic door I just felt at ease it’s hard to described the staff was talking to me like they knew me already very cheerful & happy I forget one of the staff member name but i was telling her my story about my past misscariage how I felt and why I was here she asked me if i was ok for her to say a prayer for me to me that was just like wow I loved it it was a peaceful clinic I was able to get an ultrasound and hear my baby heartbeat the nurse was outgoing as well they treated me like someone they knew for a long time not just a patient. Please visit them & find out your self what I am talking about I totally recommend them

I really loved how well the team at the clinic took care of me, treated me, and were knowledgeable about my situation. It is amazing to live in a state like California, where there are so many resources are available, like this clinic. It is such a blessing to have during hard times when insurance is not a factor, and when you need reproductive services like this. Cheryl and Margaret were superstars!

I love Real Option in Red Wood city. The staffs are so motivated. They are so professional and making my wife feel so comfortable. Snow, they give out a lot of valuable, so information and support. Anyway thank you very much.

I had an amazing experience at my local Support Circle Pregnancy Clinic. The women there are very supportive, knowledgeable, and nice. From the receptionist, to the Advocate, to the RN, everyone I encountered genuinely cared about my situation. They all helped me and gave solutions to any problems I had. I highly recommend this clinic to any women who are expecting.

I had a really good experience at the Redwood City location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The office had plenty of parking, and is in a quiet area. They will work with you finically and give you great tips on medical care.

Great place, professional staff, helpful with all questions. We needed an ultrasound while visiting nearby and it was very easy with them.

Everyone from the receptionist to consult to nurse were very kind and genuine. They provided me my first ultrasound at just under 6 weeks and help put my mind at ease.Thank you ladies for your care!

Last Thursday I found their place and made an appointment right after. Ellie picked up the phone very quickly and made me a same-day appointment. After I get there, Rosey and Ellie were at the conception they help me checked in their service made me feel like very welcomed. And then, Rosey had me talked in a private guest room which let me get my tress much down she is very patient and gave me a lot of potential choices if I was tested as positive. Kami tested my samples and ultrasound and gave me a assumption of my probable week. This is a places let me feel so warm and stressless, the people work there won’t let anybody feel disappointed.

This is a biased organization that DOES NOT OFFER ABORTIONS or unbiased medical care! Please go elsewhere (such as Planned Parenthood) if you are looking for unbiased medical care!

Excellent service, friendly staff, if you dont speak English there is a staff who helps you translate, they answer all your questions.

They also speak Spanish, excellent service, they are very good and helpful ☺️
