Brighter Beginnings

This was my first appointment. I was pleased with the overall environment and and welcoming staff. The physician was friendly and very through.

We’ve had a mixed of good and bad experiences with this clinic. I got a text message saying if you would like to cancel an appointment then give them a call. I didn’t even say or call back and they canceled my nieces appointment. So when we got there there was no appointment. Communication needs improvement. Clinic is small but clean.Recently they have been doing ok. My nieces doctor Sheina is very sweet/nice. So just depends on the day you go I guess.

I liked my new doctor, and she seemed like she knew what she was talking about. I learned some things I didnt know, esp about a possible alternative medication which might be appropriate for me. The staff, for the most part, was friendly. I was surprised at the downscale waiting room, and particularly didnt appreciate having to listen to the TV. Im used to a more professional setting, but if the care is good, thats my priority. Almost got writers cramp from filling out all the forms! Brought my health record on a thumb drive -- surprised no-one wanted to see it.

I appreciated the teamwork on my behalf, being listened to, and genuine concern for what I have been through as well as what i was going through.If you are looking to change doctors or have a better experience with Healthcare professionals I highly recommend trying their office. I wish I would have found their office sooner.Excellent staff all the way around.

I have been coming to Brighter Beginnings since 2015. The staff is exceptional and I am happy with this clinic.

They were super nice I needed to get seen right away and they helped me get a same day appointment And the receptionists and doctor are very amable.

Lots of help with all the sweet ladies at the counter and nurses in practice the doctor was awesome 2 thumbs up

They helped me get a fast appointment for a pill refill and able to get an appointment so I can be seen by a doctor.. and the doctor a very nice one And the girls t the front desk.

Staff were really friendly, nurse practitioner was super polite and care about my health made a new appointment to see how my medicine will help 🙂 😊

I’ve been meaning to write up a review for this place. I was very sick back in December 2018 for 2 weeks straight. I had no insurance at the time. So I decided to come to Brighter Beginnings and am so glad I went there! I told the nurse practitioner all my symptoms. Her bedside manners were great! She gave me a prescription for antibiotics and refills on Albuterol inhaler. And I got better within 3 days. I’m so happy I came here! Thank you for helping me get well. I truly appreciate this clinic!!

Best clinic in town, and they have a flexible ergonomic health care co payment per visit billing system. They wait is reasonable and staff are amazingly. I will highly recommend Brighter Beginnings clinic in Antioch CA 94509.

I would recommend Brighter Beginnings to any and all people seeking medical assistance. Its a one stop shop from everything from having your primary care to Mental Health. How the doctors work together in a coordinated effort to ensure youre getting the best care is remarkable. They go beyond their job duties in so many ways I was in need of diapers and they gave gave me diapers for my two small children at times they have truly made my life so much easier in so many ways. Keep up the good work Brighter Beginnings you are making a much needed difference in our community.

Tried refilling my prescription and the doctor doesnt get back to you on time. Ive called the answering service and they are extremely rude and wont help. I have terrible asthma and the doctor is never available. Ill be changing doctors on Monday. I tried to fill my prescription on a Thursday needed doctors approval and hes no where to be found. Horrible service

My son needed an appointment quickly and they where able to give him an appointment the following day. The staff was very kind with both of us and very helpful. The doctor was very nice and answered all of my questions.

They said they have sent my orders for lab and my blood and they didn’t sent it. I think those people are lazy and the person who answer me felt annoyed that I called to verify if they have sent it . Worst customer service.

Be aware they will cancel you’re appointment on the day you’re appointment his for no reason. Then they will tell you we don’t have anything for next 3 week.

My daughter almost had a miscarriage yesterday due to Sandys and Arenes lack of customer service. I wont recommend it at all

It’s a great place and every time that I go there I’m very well treated.

Everybody working there is very friendly and the doctors are very helpful and caring, I would definitely recommend this clinic to people that live in the richmond area.
