The staff are so kind except one person who made feel like I am an stranger when I wanted to say hello. Also I felt confident with the quality of service. Very professional!

This urgent care denied my partner care because he wasn’t able to provide a physical version of his ID. We offered to send it in via email due to how much of an emergency this was for us , but the lady with uneven skin and a bad wig who works Wednesday evenings / nights (you’ll know the one) told us we weren’t able too. I know this is untrue because I have a lot of family who work in different branches of Northwell, and they obtain their patients identification via email all the time through their “secured email system”. I also went to this urgent care previously and submitted my information the same way. I asked the lady when the policy changed to which she replied May, so i said “Oh so a month ago” and then she said “Well actually if you count, that’s two months ago”. She’s lucky I didn’t knock the remaining glue off her forehead. This ladies laziness could cost lives and what she did was blatantly illegal. She should be fired .

We were very pleased by the service provided to is yesterday . We went in for a covid test and they did everything for us even though we went in before closing time .Everyone treated us kindly with respect and we are very greatful especially to person that did our swabs and the PA thank you for everything

I looked on google for Northwell urgent cares that catered to children and this one showed up. I went in with my daughter, who’s two months old because I had concerns. I signed in and waited. After waiting for about an hour, we were put into a room. One of the medical assistants (light-skin black woman with braids and glasses) came in and said that she needed to take the baby’s temperature, weight and oxygen. When she took her temperature, she used the one for the ear, in which I asked if they didn’t have a rectal thermometer. The MA said no they didn’t. The O2 monitor was also for a bigger child. When it was time for the baby to be weighed, the MA told me to weigh myself and then to hold the baby. I asked if they didn’t have a scale for babies and she then said “no we don’t, ghetto right”. Then we had to wait for the doctor. My daughter began choking a bit on some milk and I ran out to get some help. Another MA helped me. The doctor (asian woman) then came to check her airways and said that she was fine. After that, the doctor then came in and asked if the baby was the patient. I said yes. She stated that she couldn’t legally see the baby because she was so young. So I asked why wasn’t I told that when I signed in. The Ma clearly seen my daughters information. She came and checked the child in. The doctor apologized and stated that her staff has been there a long time and she doesn’t know why they didn’t say anything. I honestly wished I knew that after sitting and waiting for so long. You guys need to make sure that all staff are informed about things like that. My child had a fever during that time. When I went home and checked with a rectal thermometer, she did have a high temperature, where the ear thermometer clearly did not pick it up. I just took my child to Cohens Children emergency room. Just wanted to say it was a horrible experience at this gohealth and I won’t be back.

During our Sunday visit my son was prescribed antibiotics for his eye. They never sent in my sons prescription. I tried calling for 2 hours and even CVS pharmacists tried calling and no answer. After 2 hours I took an Uber to the location. There were no patients and all of them jumped up. They were chilling on the computer. I asked them why havent they picked up the phone. They all looked confused and said theyd check. This is my second straw with this location. In the winter similar situation medication never got sent in. They didnt notify that my son had strep throat until 4 days later. Managment need to take control & look at their employees & make sure they put their patients first & answer phones!

Don t waste your time coming to this place i waited 1 hour and 30 min to see a Doctor for sour throat infection. i was checked and i was told i had no infection so they did not give me any requires treatment or antibiotics. It got worst the next day i when to my regular Doctor and i have a bad infection i was giving antibiotic for it. like i said don t waste your time or money they even try to charge my insurance $783. Don t do it to your self find someplace else. if i could give zero * i would but i cant

I loved this place. The warmth and care of everyone there from the person who received me to the ones who took my vitals, ekg, and checked me. Thank you, all. ♥️

Lucky to have this clinic in the neighborhood! They made it easy to walk in got me signed in and seen quite quickly. The clinic is attractive and clean ! Everything was really seamless and they were able to order my prescription to my pharmacy with ease. The staff is more professional and super helpful!

The NP Sweden was really nice and had great energy! He explained everything and made me super comfortable. 10/10

The staff here was very nice and helpful, PA Saint Joy has excellent bedside manner and addressed my concerns, 5 stars for her. However, they do not have xray here, they should let the patient know that or have a sign saying so before they collect your copay. Online says they have xray, they do NOT have it and will send you next door where you will have an additional copay and have to wait another hour to be seen

Been here 3 times and had a good experience all 3 times. The staff is friendly an efficient, the online checkin option is easy, and the facilities are clean and bright.

I went to this location because they were open at 8 am on a Sunday. The staff I encountered were phenomenal: Hody, Faison and Julie. I had an extremely painful ear. I was diagnosed quickly and sent on my way in less than 30 minutes.This location is very clean. You can walk in (which is what I did) or you can make an appointment online. Perfect. I will surely use this place again for my urgent care needs. I strongly recommend them.

I have been to Northwell Gohealth urgent care a few times now and I always get great care. Terrific practitioners and staff recommend highly.♥️

I was able to set up an appointment, provide my credentials and insurance information online. Once I arrived, check-in was very smooth. I was seen almost immediately. The PA was very thorough, polite, and pleasant.

I love this place they are so nice and do their job well. Im always there with my daughter and they take good care of her. They are also fast and the place is super clean which I love. My daughter loves that they give stickers after the visit. She always make sure she gets some since she loves to collect stickers. I always leave this place knowing my daughter got the best care. The bathroom is super clean, the rooms are clean and big and it doesnt have that smell that alot of clinics and hospitals sometimes have. I would 100 percent recommend this place to everyone.

I learned the making an online appointment the waiting is lesser than I walk-in even the place it’s an urgent care. Thanks for the care and attention received at least to me the couple of times that I have been there can’t complain at all.

Staff is friendly, unrushed, tentative; smooth check in. i used to come in all the time for covid test and only left because my insurance was no longer accepted. now that im back with a compatible policy Ill be a regular visitor again. **Dr Panini is great

Went here months ago for a workmans comp case, only for a doctor to spill disinfectant all over my pants and force me to assist in mending my wound. The staff demanded a discount from the restaurant i worked at due to the services provided and 6 months later i find out the place never completed the claim and instead sent me to collections. By far the worst experience ive ever had.

Amazing, kind staff. Front of room was very helpful and effectively pushed a lot of walk ins through. Techs and doctors were all great and caring.

The receptionist who was the medical Assistant and the Nurse practitioner or Doctor also the treatment diagnosis great very professional.

Very fast service, staff was very polite and helpful. Facility was very big and clean as well.

Don’t go to this place. I had an appointment for 4 had to wait 45 minutes to see a doctor. The person at the reception provides no information i was just waiting there 30 minutes clueless. Again after that another 15 minutes to see a doctor. Complete waste of time. I don’t understand how they are running this establishment.

Don’t go there! Go to City MD across the street!Not the first time I had a bad experience at Northwell but I wanted to give another chance…I went there with a severe sore throat, complaining about pain and nothing that I had at home was helping. The doctor prescribed me Advil and Tylenol!!!!. Even though I said I was already taking that. This should be considered a joke at this point, who doesn’t try those medications when are feeling sick?!. Next day, the infection is reaching my ears. Went to City MD, the doctor took a look in my throat and IMMEDIATELY prescribed me antibiotics.So I paid $50 to the doctor prescribe me tylenol and advil.

The whole staff, including the doctors, are so attentive and friendly! 🙂 It’s never changed since I started coming here, for emergencies, like 2 years ago. Great service!

I had to wait for the robo-operator 5 times to finally get to an option to speak with a human. After 12 rings, another robot said no humans were available and to leave a message. Urgent care? I dont think so! If theyre any good theyll fix their ridiculous communications! I also tried the online appt link; no appts available until next week. How does that work with urgent care? I needed to call ahead to make sure they have the necessary services and staff; Im not going to wander around Brooklyn with an injured 2 year-old just in case! So stupid!

Litterally some people just don’t deserve to work in a medical office. First desk lady is never helpful.

I originally came as a walk in yesterday at 7:30pm and they told me I couldnt be seen as the doctor reached patient capacity so I made an appointment for 2pm today. When I arrived, walk ins that arrived after me were honored before me and after an hour wait the receptionist told me I will be seen in a few minutes. But the receptionist told someone else theres a 90 minutes wait. I walked out after thatMy appointment time was not honored and the receptionist was not honest with the wait time with me. Do yourself a favor and go to CitiMD down the block where i was seen in less than 5 minutes.

I was there for my son treatment.He is special boy .He has infection in his hand .Doctors checked hom he has little pain in his hand..Doctor said she sent prescription to pharmacy I went there but she didn’t send.then I tried to contact them but closed I went there for emergency but I have to wait overnight for medicine .just Imagine how painful for a patient who need emergency service

I’m not sure they know what they are doing. I actually think their “solution” made the problem worse.They are nice. The wait time isn’t so bad. The sign-in system is a lil annoying, but they are helpful with it.I gave the low rating because they kind of dismissed the problem the last time I was there and gave me nonsense solutions to a real issue (that is now worse because of it).I’ve been there twice before that and they were fine. Once was just a covid test, but the other time they actually fixed what I was there for.It’s a crapshoot

My doctor was kind, patient, and pleasant. They seemed happy to help me, which is a rare experience in health care these days. The staff were also very professional and seemed interested in providing quality care

Amazing team! The person on the front desk was on point, professional, and very helpful. Communication was clear as well as follow up. Thank you everyone!I was there twice in a month for different family members. Space seems small but the rooms are spacious. Even when they have a long queue they work hard to see everyone on a timely manner.

My doctor Saint Joy Julie had the BEST bedside manner, she was friendly, polite, and informative. I didnt feel well so I was depressed but by the time I left I was in a happier mood thanks to her.

The admin staff were all very accommodating and considerate, I didnt have to wait long. The medical staff was absolutely amazing! I wish the PA I saw (I think Tanya) could be my primary doctor, she was perfect! Very thorough and easy to talk to.

There was a line outside, once I was in, I had to check in and return 5 hours later. The service was great, everyone did their part in assisting patients. The rooms are clean and spacious. And even with the crowds, the staff is patient and very kind. Thank you for all that you do! I appreciate it.

Check in was smooth and wait time to be seen was minimal. Entire staff was competent, courteous and professional. Dr May Vyong was especially compassionate.

This was my second time visiting this location and both were stellar experiences. During my most recent visit (July 2020), staff followed distancing protocols rigorously and my check-in process was easy. I was seen on time; the nurse who took my vitals was friendly and informative. Same went for the PA who I was seen by. I was in and out fairly quickly but also left with helpful info and treatment for my symptoms. Will be visiting again in the future.

Excellent excellent excellence I wish we had some of the same location in Ozone Park and in East New York which is highly needed please see what you can do for these neighborhoods and the quality of service customer service was beyond 10 the young lady that attended to us in the front desk of the clinic was high quality customer service

I took my daughter today due to a sore throat. The person that went in the room to take the vital signs was rude and called me crazy. He didnt identify himself as well. I told him that I wanted some one else and they sent the PA with a girl, Im assuming she was the nurse assistant, didnt identified herself either. I asked if there was a manager on site and the PA said we dont have a manager. First time I get such a lousy service here which was my go to Urgent Care. I guess our relationship ended. I wont stop until I find where to file a formal complaint.

What a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in and checked myself in everything went smoothly! All the friendly faces and the great attitude of the staff was very welcoming. Steve is an amazing PA. He took really good care of me and looked into every possibility. I am the worst with blood draw but the MA was very calming. Also the girl at the front desk was very professional and friendly. Thanks a lot guys!

I took my son in too see about his eye because he looked like he was developing pink eye. I was able to fill out all paperwork online to make the process faster when I arrived 👍🏽. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. They were fast and efficient and provided excellent customer service. They were wonderful people and I would definitely go back.

Easy to schedule, time management, friendly staff and great advice. Definitely I always go back and they are great with my kids too!!! This location is convenient. The doctor called me right away with updates and tips to stay healthy I really appreciate it.

It was my first time at this Urgent Care and it was a great experience from the check in process to how nice everyone was. Dr. Prettypaul was my physician and she was amazing. She took her time to explain everything to me and told me to call if I had any concerns.

Professional behavior and clean facilities, but do not let them covid test you! In 2023, they covid tested without asking and billed me $150 for a rapid test. They are literally $20 at the pharmacy.

Giving it 3 stars because the staff is very friendly. However I took my son in because he had a fever, his ears hurt, he was very congested and overall just didn’t feel well. I told them my husband and I just got over sinus infections and they said it’s rare for kids to get them, so they just ruled it out and they said his ears just needed to be cleaned. A few days later my son is not feeling well at all, he’s not eating and only sleeping, so since it’s a weekday I took him to his doctor. And what do you know, his dr said he has a very nasty sinus infection. My child was sick for days, this could’ve been handled if they would’ve just checked for a sinus infection.

There was minimal wait time and I was able to be seen and treated by a doctor very quickly.They expressed great care and were very kind.

Just a pleasant experience from checking in to paying the co pay. Nurse, PA, Doctor and other staff made my daughter feel comfortable and made her laugh throughout the visit. Made an uncomfortable time for my family as painless and comfortable as possible. Thank you very much!!!

I was promised that because they accept my insurance that I would not be charged. Over a month later I received a bill for $500. All for about 5 minutes of being seen. Someone here replies back to any negative reviews suggesting you contact the billing the department, but trust me Ive tried it numerous times and they are NOT HELPFUL. Apparently Northwell has pre-contracted rates with my insurance that are 5X HIGHER than what walk in patients are charged for the same service. But they would not tell me this when I walked in, and billing dept always says they cannot reduce the cost once the claim is processed. Just another link a broken chain of a healthcare system.

Despite them closing at 8PM, I walked in sometime after 7PM 8/13/23 with chest pain due to asthma and was informed by the front desk attendant that the provider left for the day. They provides no care or solutions. What is the purpose of being open if there is no provider to provide care. Shame on them.

I came in as a walk in , no patients were waiting , I waited 10 mins or so for the medical assistant to come back to fully check in , unprofessional , couldn’t be help because she decided to step out , I ask if she can be contacted and was told she was close by , never had an issue coming here until today smh

I had a great experience at urgent care. They accepted my insurance and I didn’t have a copay. The service was fast. I was in and out in no time. The doctor seemed competent. I would rather go there than to my own primary care physician. I was examined given a prescription and sent on my way. I went because I was experiencing a dry cough.

The staff was personable and efficient which helped alleviate the stress and discomfort I was in. The doctor and nurse took the time to listen, I didnt feel rushed. The treatment plan began even before I left the room.Upon entry my insurance card was not working, instead of making me wait longer or worse yet turning me away the receptionist quickly said let me look this up and not only got the number but told me to check my mail for a gold card.Wonderful, wonderful staff. It would be great if we could get everyone in the health field or any field for that matter to behave this way.You guys rock!!

I loved how thorough the PA was and ruled out everything for my son and found what was making him sick. Thank you.And also how quick he was seen as well. You guys are the best! I always come here for my kids and myself.

My wife was really sick and needed to be seen right away. Of course it was a sunday morning. I found this place online and it was easy to get to. She was seen pretty quickly and treated gently and with the utmost concern for her. She is a nurse and will make a big deal if she feels the treatment is sub-par. She went on and on about how nice they were.Her only complaint was how painfully slow the check-in process was. It took 45 minutes to register her and verify her info. Once done, she was seen almost instantly. My advice? Register/Book your appointment online. You will be seen quicker. We will definitely go back there if we need to. Thanks!

I was treated with kindness from check in til discharge. The staff and doctors really take their time to make a proper diagnosis and pay attention to all symptoms. I highly recommend this location.

The location was clean and organized The staff were warm and attentive. They listened to my concerns and explain my care clearly to me. They also took additional time to collect samples for further study. The doctor did not leave my side until she was sure that I was clear of the plan for my health.

The staff works soooo hard, you can really tell. Its especially pleasing to walk into a facility where the staff is getting along, positive, joking with one another as I dont think people realize how hard they truly work. Its rare to see that kind of dynamic these days. Ive been here twice and have no complaints about their service, professionalism, or facility.I do know there is a lot of confusion about the line, my only suggestion would be to put a folding sign outside with the instructions. Might eliminate some of the confusion around asking to get a test when when you need to make an appointment on the website. Heard the receptionist says explain this to at least 10 walk-in’s while I waited (which was roughly 20-25 minutes with an appointment). Not bad at all considering other facilities make you wait for hours.Keep it up guys - thank you!

I was extremely pleased with the level of compassion displayed by this urgent care facility. I arrived late in the morning and explained to Sydney the receptionist that I had an emergency flight in three days and needed to obtain a rapid COVID test. Despite being booked solid for the next several days, she was very helpful and offered to text me within the next several hours once a 15-minute slot was open. I promptly registered with my number and waited for a few hours, eventually getting called into a testing room while I was in the waiting area. I received a negative test result and couldnt be happier that I instilled my trust with Sydney and NWH. Great job!!!!

For a basic UTI screening here, they sent me a surprise bill of $585. I went to City MD another time, and the same screening was only $30! And before the automated response tells me to contact billing, I have already contacted them but they are doing nothing - Im still fighting this absurd bill. Just dont go here - facility looks nice, but its not worth it.

From a very young age, I have been terrified to go to the doctor. Found the staff very welcoming, and patient with me. Also, appreciated during these challenging times there was a security person directing people as they arrived.

Great service, I didnt wait very long (appt scheduled online for 10:16am Tuesday, I was invited to an exam room at 10:36). I felt safe in the facility, and the doctors explained everything clearly. The online portal is very easy to access. They estimated maybe 7 days for results of my COVID test, but I got them in 2, which was a welcome surprise.

I went to the Northwell urgent Care walk in for the first time, the minuete i walked in i felt comfortable. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The nurse answered all my questions and concerns and took time out to explain my situation.. She made me feel at ease.. I will definitely be going back in the near future if needed.. I was also given a follow up call the next day which i really appreciated, not many do that but Northwell seems to really care about their patients. I highly recommended Northwell.

Everyone is so kind here and I barely waited at all for a walk-in appointment, and the check-in paperwork was so easy to fill out online on my phone when I got there. The whole visit only took me maybe 30 minutes and I even got an X-ray so I was really impressed. So comforting to know you will be taken good care of here !

Check-in was a breeze as I did it online and the lady at front desk was very polite. However when I came in the room nurse came took my vitals and I mentioned my arm was swollen last night even though I was sleeping on my right side she left and said doctor will come in but than another nurse came in to tell me why did I come for because they do not do MRI asking so what do I want them to do, I mentioned maybe an EKG and she tells me for what? do you have chest pains? Shortness of breath? you need to go to your regular doctor but in a very rude condescending manner. And I mentioned well than why was my whole left arm swollen? And than she tells me a doctor will come in shortly! I thought she was the doctor like why did she even come in she was not even the one that took my vitals! When the doctor did finally come in she was much nicer about the situation however told me it is part of being a mom with having nerve issues affecting my body... And to take Motrin and if I still have it in a month than to go to my PCP so they can do an MRI than... Just the overall experience was frustrating especially with the second nurse coming in at me in a condescending manner instead of just letting the doctor speak to me.

Extremely unprofessional. My covid test was done incorrectly, they barely swiped my nostrils and told me it was negative. I walked to another urgent care, within an hour and was told I was Covid positive. As I awaited my results I could hear one of the staff members through the door, disrespecting my occupation, saying flight attendants “don’t do anything” “they just serve and take free flights.” What an absolute insult to all of my coworkers ESPECIALLY here in New York that have risked their lives to save and protect others. How dare you look down in us? We are literally trained to handle some of harshest conditions and most extreme scenarios. Only one doctor, a woman of course, was kind enough to stand up for me and defend my honor. I will not be returning. I can’t expect a place like this to take my health concerns seriously while simultaneously looking down on me.

Ive been there twice to get my stitches put on and removed. The doctor, her name is Mi Tu Quan, Do was amazing. She was very professional with great bedside manner. She was gentle yet quick and efficient. I could not ask for better service.

This place was such a nice surprise! Very efficient, love that you can check in online the night before and as soon as you walk in your name is up on the screen. Then all you have to do is confirm the check in and the wait is not long at all. The staff is great too! Everyone has such a a welcoming and approachable attitude and are very efficient and professional. My kids were 100% comfortable and so was I. I would def recommend this place to everyone.

Great staff! Very respectful and kind willing to help. My son was very sick and because it was his first time rhere he was scare. Everyone took the time to acknowledge him and comfort him. In addition, they shared written Information on my sons diagnosis and clearly explain the importance of following instructions on treating the sickness. Love it !!

The staff was very attentive and the doctor was thorough will getting me an appointment with the urologist but most of all he helped alleviate my pain that brought me to the urgent care

Ive been in twice for unrelated issues. This staffs dedication to thorough, compassionate care has absolutely blown me away. Even pre-covid, the strain on our healthcare system bleeds into long shifts and high-stress for medical staff, which can (unintentionally) lead to rushed visits that has made me as a patient feel like a mess to clear away instead of a person who needs help. Visitng today, you would never be able to tell how busy and stressed the doctors and physicians assistants are (and Im sure they are!) They listen to you instead of flitering your words for what they want to hear. Stellar bedside manner and big props for gender neutral language! Thank you so much for helping me today.

I haven’t had the time to write a review but this was my first time going to a Northwell urgent care and I’m definitely going to come here more often. Very clean and very organized. My son was taken to a hospital two weeks prior since he had bad congestion and I tried everything and gave him everything. The hospital told me everything was fine to continue to give him what I was giving him. But he was no improving nor he was getting worst and it’s been already two weeks. I took him to Northwell urgent care and explained everything. My son may be developing asthma and they gave me things treating it as it was asthma. They even let me use the nebulizer they had on my son to see if I wanted to use that at home. I appreciated their patience and time the doctors and nurse gave us.

I went for the first time the other day, and was quickly seen. The staff extremely professional. The entry/waiting area was clean. My doctor quickly assessed my condition and was able to almost immediately alleviate my pain (Torticollis). Thank you!

Literally such a bad experience on every front. No direct line to this location. Impossible to get results transferred. They said a half hour, I was there for 2 hours. Think they forgot about me? Then I went to book a MAB infusion for covid and they don’t have appts immediately available and in the case of need of someone with autoimmune, I got sent to I think 10 different people on the phone line couldn’t get through to the actual office it’s a nightmare.

This is hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a “medical professional” facility. I sliced my finger at work and had proceeded to come here to have it looked at to make sure it wasn’t in need of stitches as it wouldn’t stop bleeding. The counter girl asked me if it was an incident that happened at work to which I responded yes, and then I instantly was told my insurance wouldn’t cover it. Finding that rather odd since I had come here for work related things in the past I called my insurance provider while I was in the waiting room. My insurance confirmed I would be covered with no issue. After I hung up the phone her story quickly changed and another girl came out from the back telling me that they would deny the claim. I told them to submit it anyway and she continued to tell me they would deny the claim. After arguing I had JUST got off the phone with them and they said it was fine the story then became “THIS location doesn’t deal with workers compensation cases” and I asked her so it’s YOUR policy not to take workers comp, and after asking her multiple times she finally said “yes we are declining to service you and submit the claim through your insurance” I left. So tread carefully here, seems as though they make up things as they go along. Could quickly end up on the hook for a bill when your insurance has covered in the past. Proceed with CAUTION

The quality of service I received was exceptional 👌. All the staff were very caring, kind and attentive. I walked in one hour before closing and they quickly registered me and saw me in less than an hour. Keep up the good work!

Without a doubt, my COVID-19 testing experience was the best Ive had thus far outside of on-site appointments provided by my employer (which are less than convenient when you’re looking to attain results for the purpose of returning to work). After four failed attempts over past weeks waiting in the cold in long lines elsewhere, I was doubtful I’d have any luck with this provider.Though I did have to wait outside briefly when the waiting room was at capacity, there was NO line upon arrival, the service from the kind staff was incredibly fast, and the ability to actually make an appointment for testing online ,*morning of I might ad*, was an ABSOLUTE godsend. I will most certainly be returning for future services and not just those COVID-related, and recommend that others do the same!

The facility wasn’t able to treat my injury but 5 stars for Gwaltney at reception. She double checked to see if they could actually provide the service I needed — before registering me, so i didn’t get dinged with a co-pay for nothing — and then made phone calls to line me up with the specialist I needed. Kind and considerate and extremely helpful. Thank you!

Two hours of waiting, after telling them I had taken multiple Covid tests and I was there for actual treatment and diagnosis, I was forced a Covid test, left with no medicine and a co pay broker. My friend, who I was with for several days had the same illness as me tested POSITIVE FOR THE FLU at a different urgent care,which this one did not test me for. They offered no medicine until I called crying because of how sick I was. Negligent urgent care that only cares about swabbing for Covid even after refusing one. You could go in with a broken foot and be treated for Covid instead

Staff care about their patients. Doctor explained everything she did while checking me and answered all my questions regarding illness and medications she provided me with. Side effects of the medication she also informed me.

I tried to make an appointment online for Urgent Care because my doctors office was closed for the weekend and I developed an eye infection. This location was not accepting online appointments. I called to ask if they were open but the phone just rang and rang. Nobody answered. The website showed that they were open for another 90 minutes for walk in appointments. When I got there, the place was empty and the receptionist told me they were booked solid. She said that the appointments are normally booked two days in advance. They must be all virtual appointments because there wasnt a soul in the place. What is the point of calling it an Urgent Care facility if the patients have to book their appointments two days in advance??

Very positive experience. I felt awful and they were patient with me. They even allowed my sister to accompany me all the way through the process. I got x-rays, meds, and the following day someone called me and made arrangements for me to get checked out by a specialist. At first I thought I was a lost cause but after the x-rays they pin pointed the problem and the doctor told me I should feel better in two days, he was right. Two thumbs up. Thanks guys

I was operated on by the best surgeon in the world as far as I am concerned: Doctor Jessica Lim. But my operation and stay there would not have been the world class experience I had, had it not been for the amazing support team. So a big shout out to: Jessica, Jasmine, Latoya, Tara, Maureen, Natalie, Maya, Diana, Megan. I really like this urgent care. Its very clean with very knowledgeable & friendly staff. Ive been a patient here and I just brought my son. He was upset but when the doctor gave him a little bear and stickers it made him so happy.

My provider was extremely professional and I loved the way she made me feel comfortable though I was in discomfort due to my symptoms . The nurse too was super friendly and the place is very clean . Super quick service too !

The dr was very nice and professional as well as the nurse and receptionist. My problem was handled while I was there and there was a very short waiting time. I would definitely go back or recommend to a friend. Very clean and beautiful interior as well and they serve tea!

Their staff .... wow, such a professional and helpful team. The lady at the front desk is so professional, the doctor I saw was so informative and patient and professional like everyone else. The environment is clean, and modern. They inform you of your wait time etc.

The worse care. I arrived 20 minutes before my time. Took my information. While waiting. Caught a coughing attack and was gasping for air. No one around came to check on me to see if I needed assistance. Thank God I had my water bottle. Put me in a room and had me wait while they attended a walk-in and another patient that came in after me. I was next but had me waiting and still no one asked if I was ok. Your better off going to the er and wait.

This place is terrible. Clean and friendly but a waste of your time and money. I went with my daughter we are both feeling sick. They didn’t do anything to help her and I have done everything they suggested for her sore throat and cough. They gave her nothing but ibuprofen which I could have just given her on my own and saved myself my $50 copay. She has only gotten worse and now has pain in both of her ears. We now had to take her to PM Pediatrics (where they are amazing!) I would have taken her here but it it 30 mins from my house and I do not drive. I def learned my lesson. I’d be better off spending the money on a cab to get there instead. Now to find out she has a double ear infection. How did they not see this 2 days ago?!! Now my poor baby will start feeling better due to proper treatment and care. Now I have to wait until Monday to see my regular doctor so I can finally start feeling better too. Since they did not help me at all and I am only getting worse also. Avoid this place if you can and go to a real dr, er or different urgent care. They do nothing for you here.

Unfortunately Ive needed urgent care for my family and I but fortunately its been at URGENT CARE. Truly impressed and loved my care. That is what er care should be fast, efficient and clean. Weve even received follow up calls. Way to go guys. If only they were available beyond 8p.

I have been here more times than I would like to say. Each time, my two boys have received stellar care and attention. They figured out what was wrong with my 10 month old and the ER didnt. The thoughtful follow up call is great too.

The visit itself was very pleasant. I cant complain. However, before I went for my appointment, I called the front desk and asked, if it will be covered by my insurance. They said yes. After few weeks I received a letter from the insurance, stating that they wont cover it. I called NS and asked whats going on. They said it was my responsibility to call the insurance and ask. Ok, lesson learned, but they are charging me double. I was willing to pay the regular cost of the visit, since it was partially my fault, but they dont even take my explanation seriously. Instead of paying around 150-160$ for it, I have to pay 300$. So patients, BEWARE!

Went in for a rapid covid test specifically; that is all I wanted. Unfortunately the practitioner did not feel that my own judgment was good enough and that I needed a physical as well. After she starts taking my blood pressure and temperature I started to question why I needed all of these services (none of the prior two facilities required these services). She explains that ‘this isn’t McDonald’s’ and that it’s their protocol to find out what is wrong with me. She then mutters that ‘this is how DR’s get paid’. Ok guess I’ll spend an extra 20 minutes in a highly covid sensitive facility. She finally agrees to administer the rapid nasal test swab. After a not so fun 10 second per nostril swab, my eyes are watering at this point. She accidentally ‘drops’ the nasal swab and we have to go in for a round two which was successful. At this point I am ready to leave the covid red Zone, unfortunately she has other plans for me. I had mentioned I had a soar throat earlier so she asks me to get a throat culture. I did not think that was necessary as it was a slight tickle and was not causing me much harm so I declined. Again, my judgment is not good enough so after declining she leaves and gets another practitioner to go ahead with my throat. I had to simply refuse and finally was able to leave. FYI I know this isn’t a McDonald’s but if I was going in to McDonald’s I wouldn’t get everything on the menu, I would get a Big Mac just the way I like it.

After waiting for five hours they refused to give me a covid test! I think it was simply unacceptable that no one warned me and a long line of people who were also waiting FIVE HOURS that we were not going to be tested! Its extremly unprofessional and morally wrong that we had to wait outside in the cold for a test that never happened! I have responsibilities to attend to and it is important for me to get tested but the staff here was extremly vague and shouldve told me and everyone there that we werent going to be seen not just 5 HOURS AFTER WE WAITED!

While the nurse-practitioner I saw was professional and seemed competent, I was not advised by the front desk that my insurance would not cover most of the expense of the visit. Now, I am being harassed for hundreds of dollars in unanticipated medical bills. This represents a hardship for my household. This center is located in a working class neighborhood, and I feel that failure to advise people that they will receive a bill is lazy and unethical.

I would not recommend this place - every time I’ve visited I’ve had to advocate for myself to get proper care and prescriptions. Both times I’ve had to seek further help (with more co-pays). Waste of time and money.First time I went in with a clear throat infection needing antibiotics, was told to go home and take Motrin & Tylenol. Came back two days later in immense pain and after begging for more help (they told me I came back too soon), they finally took the time to examine my throat to finally prescribe me antibiotics. Second time I went in, same thing happened but I got antibiotics the first time - the dosage was too low. Decided to go to another doctor to get proper care and won’t be returning. Very unfortunate considering we could use these resources in Ridgewood/Bushwick!

I made an appointment to come in on a Wednesday ( made it on Sunday ) on their website for a covid test. My appointment was at 9:00am. At 7:30 am they Text me telling me they don’t accept my insurance ( Weird because when I made my appointment online I uploaded my insurance info and it went through perfectly) If it would’ve stated on the website that they didn’t take my insurance, I would’ve look else where instead of waiting those 2 days.

The NP who took care of me was very concerned about me, she even called me to find out how I was doing. The front desk staff lowered the blinds because the sunlight was bothering my eyes. (Very thoughtful of her) I had a great experience.

I had a really great experience here. Being able to sign up for my appointment online was super helpful, and the staff was quite friendly. Not that I want to have to visit again, but if the need arises, Ill definitely pick this clinic.

This place is amazing, I had a debilitating UTI and was seen within an hour. By time I got home, my prescription was waiting for me at the corner pharmacy. Much cleaner, faster and better care than the ER.

Very fast and efficient. Was treated for strep throat and my daughter for a bug bite. She was not scared with the provider which is great. I called the next day with a question and the provider called me right back with an answer.

Went for medication refill and the doctor went above and beyond the call. The pharmacy called me saying my insurance did not cover my medication . I then called the urgent care which was quick with a response. Got my meds.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. They got me in to see a doctor very quickly and helped me find a referral for a specialist. They also checked in to see how I was doing. This was the best urgent care experience Ive had!

It was my first time visiting it was quick and friendly experience. Everyone was so great and helpful I recommend the Urgent Care to family and friends and of course everyone. Thank you for treating me like family. God bless.

Well, the team that work together on my situation handle my problem with great care and concern. This would be the second time i have use Northwell and both times i am very well please with the results. They listen to what you have have to say, and they do their best to give you the best care and diagnosis needed for that situation. I am very we please with Northwell Health-GoHealth and their interaction with their their patients. Thank you Northwell!!!

My son was very sick, and I cannot stand ED they take forever to see you, so I took him for the first time I was so pleased from the beginning to the end. They saw him quickly a few test and results done in minutes. They even called a few days later to check on him.

I went in for a PCR covid test on July 28, as a precaution before traveling to a funeral where there would likely be unvaccinated people present (I am vaccinated). I was told when I took the test that turnaround time would be 24-48 hours. I called 3 times, with no answer, and had to attend the funeral 4 days later with no results. More than a week later on August 5 I called again after returning home, someone finally answered and said my test had be cancelled and not even sent to the lab. This is so appallingly unprofessional, and dangerous in a time of pandemic. All I can do is hope that I was not carrying the virus and potentially spreading it to others.

M.A Lopez was like: what’s up, what can I do for u ( in a very rude way; as if I was a reason for her misery) ? I was like I’m sorry but who are you. She goes: WHAT CAN I DO FOR U ( with a very unpleasant tone). I’ve never seen this person before neither I was ready to respond for this type vibe and energy 😓. So I told her about what was it about..... than an P.A came in and I repeated it. My pain level was 8/10, like really really vulnerable and in distress. Yet I was injected with 30mg/ml of ketoralac ( it was around 11am this morning) and at this moment 7pm my pain is back. In the summery of my visit it was noted that I have ( back pain ( ICD-10-M54.9) & Viral infection ( ICD-10-B34). I was just Advised to keep taking my pain killer pills like Motrin or Tylenol. The conclusion was made via my description of the pains I had and the P.A verifying my vitals that were taking by the person named above, the P.A also listened to my lungs.... unfortunately it was a complete waste of “hope” that I could’ve been helped so that I don’t go through this for another day. GOD forbid !

COVID test review90 minutes of my time and $195 for a COVID test that I needed for work. It should be illegal to do this?The desk informed me about the cost only after I had already signed up and had waited for 35min.I felt robbed of both my time and the money on my way out, turns out you can get even free tests at other places, and faster. Total trap!

Its an urgent care . You sign in online/walk in and waiting time is 2 to 3 hours. However, even when you show up at your scheduled time you still have to wait an additional 45 minutes to 1 hour... as if we were to spend the whole day for something that is urgent?

I called in advance to take a cab to take my daughter, when I got there at the admission desk I was told three times that I will have a looong one hour wait! As if I had an option with a kid with fever. Not friendly place, they should know that is cold and flu season and parents need to find friendly care!

I dont know what you guys are talking about Ive been there twice and both times Ive had a bad experience, the last time I went there it was because fell at a construction site and hurt my hand now the doctors concerned wasnt for my safety but whether I was using workers comp or my insurance which is crazy! They care very little about my safety and concern and about my pain he didnt give me anything for the pain gave me some anti-inflammatory medication and send me on my way 2 days later Im in agonizing pain and have to see another doctor so as far as Im concerned this is one of the worst urgent care that have been to!!! And I wont be coming back here Ill find another Urgent Care thats a little more sensitive to the customers needs!

Already a patient in the Northwell health system so I always go the their urgent care centers. The attention and care given is top notch.

From the second I walked in up until I left, everyone there was incredible!! Most pleasant visit Ive ever had sick and all, and it was my first time there. Thank you to everyone that works there.

Had no issues with this place besides the parking. I made an appointment Sunday morning around 7:30am for 11:30am and I got seen right away, it was probably luck since it was Sunday and raining. Regardless I had no issue with this place. I would definitely recommend this place.

I had them call my insurance to double check that it would cover the visit. NOPE. And now they are charging me $480 plus over $100 for lab test. They even tried to talk me into an ultra sound, which I called an canceled the next day. This place is a SCAM!!! Dont go here even if youre dying.

The receptionist could be a little nicer, but everything else was great. The doctors make sure they take their time with you and really listen to you.

My experience with Northwell Health Urgent care was a pleasantly good one.. The staff and Health providers were very understanding kind to my needs with my health and also they explained everything to me about my treatment there with them...

Had it not been for them I’d be dead. they gave me medicine a hospital failed to give me and gave me advice on how to follow up. I did what I was told and though still sick a few weeks later, I survived a complicated pneumonia.

Used to be good, but not any more. They telling you to make the appointments online, but online nothing ever available. And over the phone they do collect all your info, but then are not able to help you…disappointed

This location does not accept walk-ins for covid-19 testing. The info on Google maps is misleading. Also, the person at the front desk wasnt wearing a mask when I walked in. Would not recommend.

As a set Medic for the film industry here in NY, I was surprised when the crew member I sent for care came back saying they said they wont take Workers Compensation . I was mollified that the Urgent Care arm of such a large health system will not care for someone hurt at work ! I pity their employees if they should need care !As for me, I will continue to try and send people to City MD for urgent care; have only had great reports from crew that have gone there.

Ive been here a few times. The staff and Doctors are RUDE. Dont even bother coming. The wait is long and there are better options.

I was met with prompt & attentive care by the receptionist and the doctor.Healthfirst was accepted and made it very easy to get immediate care.

Bad customer service. Needed stitches, called ahead and they said they would see me. Once I was there they said they didn’t do stitches in this clinic. Horrible waste of my time and miscommunication which shouldn’t happen in an “urgent care” facility.

I am writing this to help other people,Worst experience ever long story short theyre not sure what are they doing they need more custmor service training and nursing training when they are dealing with people who are not feeling well ,the front desk lady was not explaining things she was rude and shouting without any reason she said you have to pay for lab tests if I need to pay them why I will pay to my insurance I never paid to any lab tests with this insurance, music was loud right in front of patient rooms they not suppose to play songs I waste my 2 hours the only thing which was good that was my doctor thanks to him and bye to northwell never again

They are brutal I have pneumonia yesterday I scheduled an appointments for this morning at 9:00am only to get to a closed location I called them only to be told sorry we are closed today I had to travel a little to get there no phone call no cancellation I was just left outside in the cold what a shame such bad service
