Highly recommend this clinic to anyone that has to walk through this journey. The staff at ARC really understand what we are going through and are empathetic to this journey. Dr. Deutch is one of the best doctors Ive worked with. He really takes the time to listen to your concerns and making sure they are all addressed. Kelly is by far the best nurse Ive ever worked with, both fertility and non-fertility related. She is so kind and caring. She really takes the extra time during appointments to talk us through the process and make sure we understand everything that is being done. She is always available for questions and gets back to you in a timely fashion. I would have not been able to walk this journey without the support from her. Cant recommend this clinic and the staff more.

Dr. D, Kelly, and the entire team at ARC are the reason our family is complete! They were so compassionate, informative, and thorough throughout the entire process. We always felt like we were being genuinely cared for and I couldnt speak more highly of the people who helped us grow our family. It takes special types of people to do what they do and I would recommend them to anyone struggling with infertility. You wont find a better one than Kelly to walk alongside you through a journey like this!

I cannot say enough great things about ARC. They have been compassionate, super responsive, genuine, honest/upfront, and downright AMAZING since day 1. I had a previous doctor I was with for 3 years trying to conceive and after 4 months, we are pregnant with our long awaited baby. Dr. Deutch and his staff, Kelly, Kourtney, Helen and all the rest are absolutely too notch. I am sad to be leaving the clinic in 2 weeks. They are the best ❤️

Where do I even begin! I have known Doc for over ten years and I don’t regret any one of those years!! I started my journey in his old office in gurnee then moved to the Rockford location! When I started going there, I became a huge fan of Kelly! Not only did she always welcome you with a smile but she showed she cared about you and your baby. And that is what you need as a women having a rough time becoming a mom. You need that friendship feel and Kelly is outstanding for the job. She was always there at my lowest and always there at my greatest! Almost like a sister I never had. I have watched her grow more in the company and passing class after class to even better herself for others! I mean I think she did not need to since she was already awesome but I love her drive for helping others in need. So please make sure if you’re in the Rockford office you make sure you meet her and see for yourself how caring she truly is! Trust me you won’t be disappointed 🤍

I cannot speak highly enough about ARC! Dr. Deutch, Kelly, Helen are all amazing. They are all very caring, compassionate, understanding, helpful, and overall amazing! Kelly is exceptional! The best of the best! Very understanding, empathetic, friendly, knowledgeable! Without ARC, my wife and I wouldn’t have our two miracle sons!

Dr. Deutch and Kelly have given us the greatest gifts of our lives- our daughters. When we decided to start this process four years ago, we knew it would be arduous, expensive, and emotional, and we understood that we may not get the outcome we so desperately hoped for. Kelly was there to guide and support us each step of the way, and we will be forever grateful for her. She was quick to return any call and answer any questions that we had even during non-office hours. The receptionists were incredibly helpful in assisting us with payments and paperwork. Overall, the entire staff excels at their given professions and we could not recommend them more! Thank you so much Dr. Deutch, Kelly, and the entire Advanced Reproduction Center staff!

I cant say enough great things about ARC. We went through a 3 year journey to get two beautiful daughters, and I truly feel like Advanced Reproductive went through all the ups and downs right by our side. Phone calls, texts, portal messages and genuine heartfelt conversations made us feel like we werent just another patient but a part of a family. Kelly was our go-to person who always had time for us and never cared what time it was or what day of the week it was. Thank you, ARC, for making all of our dreams come true!

I cant even begin to express the gratitude I have for Dr. D., Kelly and the staff at ARC. Infertility is a difficult journey, and without nurse Kellys compassionate support, Im not sure how I could have done it! After 4 rounds of IVF and a 3 year relationship with this clinic, I am blessed to have 3 beautiful babies. I would highly recommend Dr. D., nurse Kelly, and their incredible staff to anyone in need of their services!

Can not say enough good things about this doctors office, especially Kelly! Kelly went above and beyond for my wife, if it weren’t for her we would have had a very difficult time getting through the process. All the nurses are super friendly and make you feel at home everytime you walk through the door. Doctor Deutch is so kind and truly cares about each of his patients. You are not just another number to them. As exciting as it was to be done going there my wife was sad to be finished. We highly recommend advanced reproductive center!

There arent enough words to convey our appreciation for the staff at ARC. We spent a combined almost 3 years with them and have our two IVF babies because of it. They treat their patients as more than just a chart, and I never felt judged or shamed for asking a million questions. Kelly, that saint of a woman, has hugged me when I cried and celebrated with me when we succeeded. Dr Deutch was more than willing to share his personal IVF experience with us, which gave him a level of empathy that not all doctors are able to have and he even checked up on us after hours a few different times. Kaytee, Gayle and Jessica were also extremely helpful throughout our journey when it came to insurance battles, med explanations and working with schedules to make appointments work. This group of individuals could not be more caring when it comes to their patients and helping them achieve their family dreams!

Dr Deutch and the nurses at ARC were great! Nurse Kelly is especially awesome and very pleasant to work with, she was great about answering questions and following up. Our baby girl just celebrated her 1st birthday! Were very thankful to ARC for getting us our awesome little human!

Infertility can be such a dirty word. Nowadays, you personally know someone who is struggling OR youre the unLUCKY soul in the trenches. My husband and I are in thr midst of year 3 of this Journey I did not choose. But, here I am preparing to be victorious in this battle!My name is Katelyn and I live in a very rural community. This is how I came to know Kelly! Kellys mother-in-law is a longtime family friend. Kelly has become a wonderful sounding board and cheerleader as if she were my provider and friend. Last Summer, Kelly took the time out of her family vacation to talk to myself and my husband about our journey and where we were at in it, but she also stopped to check in with me to see how I was doing with the loss, the grief, and my mental space... Kelly took time away from her family to talk about work because she saw a different person than years before.Although I am not a client at this point, ARC is not off our radar for IVF. During our consultation with Dr. D I had a very overwhelming sense of peace. He and Kelly are so willing to talk about any questions there may be. For all of yhese reasons I am proud to know the members of the ARC team!!!!

Beyond impressed with Dr. Deutch and his nurses, they made a stressful time as stress free as it could be. It was the first office I really felt like they took the time to listen and always read my chart before discussing anything. They called when they said they would, always on time for appointments, all the workers are very educated and able to answer all and any questions and concerns. We drove further than we had to just to go to Dr. Deutch and my husband and I are so glad we did. I will always recommend this office for anyone dealing with infertility. They truly are the best and deserve 5 + stars.

After both of my tubes were removed IVF was our only option. The doctor and staff are so kind and compassionate. I never had to remind them who I was or what I was there for, they remembered every time I called. I was always answered promptly through the portal or with a call back. I have recommended them to anyone struggling. We had 2 embryos, one resulted in a chemical pregnancy and our last egg ended up being our gorgeous little girl born a week ago. Worth every shot and penny. Thanks for all youve done!

I cant say enough good things about Dr. Deutch and his staff. They have worked with me for a while now and I have been nothing short of impressed. Dr. Deutch is realistic about expectations and I trusted his experience and expertise through my whole process. His nurse Kelly, who I mostly worked with, is a breath of fresh air who will make you feel at ease when going through such a difficult process. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

This office is simply amazing! My insurance changed, mid IVF bringing me to Dr. Deutch. I was no longer a number like I was at my last doctor’s office. I used to sit in the waiting room for 40 minutes, and now I never wait. Everyone is so, so caring and the finance office has been super helpful in dealing with insurance. I am so thankful a change in insurance finally meant I could see a doctor in Rockford!

I cant say enough about Dr Deutch and Michelle. Dr Deutch was very thorough in my testing and was very honest with us from the beginning. He was available whenever I needed him. He even called me once to give me test results on his way out of town for Christmas with his family! His nurse, Michelle, is amazing as well. She explained everything well for us, and was always very warm and caring. They both have hearts of gold and I miss them so much!!! They both me a lot to my husband and I and we are forever grateful for making us parents! If you are struggling with infertility, go see Dr Deutch! You wont regret it!

Dr. Deutch and Kelly made our dreams come true! They were amazing through the whole process. Kelly always answered my numerous questions and answered them quickly. They made our journey so much easier.

There arent enough words to convey our appreciation and respect to Dr.Deutch and the Advanced Reproductive team. From our first consultation to the day of our release to our OB, we felt taken care of, heard and respected. In a time of uncertainty, Dr.Deutch and his team always had our best interest in mind. We never felt rushed or pressured to do anything, but we always felt informed and free to make our own decisions, and always felt like we were given all the information, as well as, Dr. Ds professional opinion. Everyone at the office learned our names and we were always greeted and taken care of with big smiles and positive attitudes. One person in particular we grew very close to was (nurse) Kelly. Had it not been for her, I would have probably gone off the deep end. I am a worrier by nature and Kelly always answered (all, I mean I had TONS of) questions. I never felt judged or that I was annoying her when I called for the 3rd time in one day! What a blessing she was.We did 3 (unsuccessful) IUIs before moving on to IVF. We did one round of IVF and are now due with our first baby in May 2018. We were patients of Dr.Ds for about a year before getting pregnant, most of that time was testing to see what was going on. So our time was relatively short with them but I think that is a good thing! I cried my eyes out the day we were released. I will miss them terribly!We owe our growing family to Dr.D and his whole team at ARC. We HIGHLY recommend Advanced Reproductive, you will be in EXCELLENT hands.

I still can not believe how amazing Dr. Deutsch, his nurses and staff have all been! They are hands down the sweetest, most compassionate healthcare professionals I have ever met. Their support has helped keep us positive and has made this process less stressful.

Very happy with this clinic so far! Dr. Duetch really takes the time with his patients and explains everything in a manner you understand. The staff is friendly and always welcoming! I would recommend this clinic to anyone struggling with infertility!

I used them to take my local weekly screenings (I was a surrogate but used a clinic from another state for my transfer).I was able to come in for my blood work early in the morning and was able to be in and out within minutes and never had to be late to work. They really did a great job and my clinic was very happy with how prompt they were at getting them the results.

Boykutsara Boyis review couldnt be more wrong. The employees truly care & Doctor Deutch is probably the kindest, most intelligent doctor Ive ever met. If you have trouble conceiving, this is the place.

This is by the best place for all your infertility needs. Dr. Todd, Kelley, and YoSuko are the best!!! We fully recommend!

I love Dr. Duetch and all of his staff. So supportive, so friendly, and so accommodating. I wouldn’t choose anywhere else to have to go through something like this.

After about a year of testing and lots of money later. They told me there was nothing they could do and that my insurance covered the procedure but not the medications. If I would of known this ahead of time I would not have wasted my time and money. Or gotten my hopes up about ivf!

I would not recommend going to this fertility clinic employees does not have manners specially Samantha she was so rude!
