I cant speak highly enough about my experience with The Edge at Pinnacle Point. I’ve found the entire process to be easy to manage.Within a few weeks of beginning treatment, Ive seen numerous improvements. My energy, focus, and sleep have all improved, with a noticeable reduction in anxiety and lethargy.However, the exceptional customer service has impressed me the most. As a detail-oriented person, I ask a lot of questions because I like to fully understand every step of the process.The customer service team I’ve been in contact with has been phenomenal. Normally I wouldnt share a review, good or bad, for something as personal as this can be pertaining to my health. But I think its important when it comes to something that turned out to be so beneficial. Before I begin it is important to know that Ive tried this form of health care before with another organization... I will not share the name of this organization but I will tell you that it was by far nothing like what youll experience at The Edge with Dr. Haney.First, Dr. Haney and his staff are amazing. Hands down, very professional and friendly, not a single bad experience or person to complain about. (Which is important to know when they deal with guys who need some level of hormone therapy and probably deal with people who are all over the place.) Dr. Haney is super knowledgeable and can talk for days about all the data pertaining to this form of therapy. And, he made complete sense to me while he shared it with me during our initial consultation reviewing the data from my blood work. Several moments during his explanation of the initial test results to me had me go ah ha! If that makes sense...Second, which makes sense considering Dr. Haneys knowledge on the subject, the therapy has turned it to be extremely beneficial to my mental and physical health. I feel like myself again. Initially it was a bit of a roller coaster, but you have to trust the process and listen to the Doctor when it comes to his recommendations. His small changes at first, to me, had me thinking is this tiny change really going to make any difference?... Well, it has, and Im very pleased. I sleep better, my mood is better, my sex drive is BACK! (Thats the personal part I was talking about) I feel like myself again.I understand that you have a lot of options to choose from for your healthcare. Especially here in the land of milk and honey, Northwest Arkansas. But, I can promise you that if you follow Dr. Haneys recommendations and GIVE IT TIME (less than a year in my case) you wont be disappointed. I cannot recommend The Edge at Pinnacle Point highly enough. There are options when seeking TRT, but none of them offer the high quality program that TEAPP offers. The staff is fantastic and they truly care for their patients. They also make it amazingly convenient. All the supplies and medications arrive at your home. Top notch people, services, and products.

The edge has made a very positive impact in my life. Im a 41 year old dad with young kids and just by straightening up my hormones it has allowed me to get literally the best shape of my life and more importantly have the energy to keep up with my kids. The staff is second to none.

Treatment experienceWhen I first learned I had Low T I was very embarrassed by the situation. Not to be stereotypical but I was in the Military, I was driven, a leader and was always READY (if you know what I mean). Then all of the sudden I was without any energy, without purpose, couldnt tell you what I wanted to eat much less make critical decisions.I say that because I think its extremely important to note that since I have been getting treatment @ The Edge, I feel confident, listened too, cared for and READY. There were some amazing life changing things that happened when I started working with these amazing professionals a year and a half ago,First I came in for a consultation for sculpting, small amount of belly fat I couldn’t seem to get rid of. The nurse here told me in the consultation she didn’t want me to waste my money if it has something to do with low testosterone or something else. It felt amazing that she was looking out for me and not for just a quick dollar. She then guided me to their office in the same building called The Edge. Dr Haney was amazing to work with there! He did some blood work and found I had extremely low testosterone levels. This explained a lot about feeling tired, sluggish, and some weight gain. I thought for awhile that maybe this is what being in your mid 40’s is supposed to feel like. This bothered me because I was a college athlete and I couldn’t push myself to workout as much as I use to. Dr. Haney set up a T plan for me and connected me with their specialists Alex and Kevin. They have been amazing with keeping up with my treatments and bloodwork to make sure everything is going well. If you have any questions they have the answers and genuinely care. I feel amazing and have energy again.Second, I have been putting off getting my leg checked out. If I stood long enough my right leg would swell up 3 times the size. Since there is a vein clinic in the same building, very convenient. I got my leg checked out and it turns out it is something genetic with the vein and there is a pretty simple procedure to fix it. I wish I had taken care of this earlier and not put up with this bulging leg and pain for 10 years! The procedure took an hour and I was walking around the same day.If I hadn’t got the honest opinion with the nurse about the sculpting I wouldn’t have met Dr Haney for the low testosterone and if I didn’t meet Dr Haney I wouldn’t have met Alex and Kevin who directed me to get me to get my leg checked out immediately. And lastly, I now feel like I am in my early 30’s again and working out 5 days a week with no swelling legs, loss of 6 percent body fat, and have drive again.You do not have to accept that maybe it’s just a part of getting older! The Edge at Pinnacle has been a fantastic place to work with regarding TRT. I had several months were I was tired, lethargic and unmotivated. There could have been many reasons for this. One I did not consider was low T. After blood work was done to confirm that I indeed feel into that category, I still wasn’t sold. I researched on my own and peppered them with questions. They answered quickly and effectively. I would also bet their answers. They were good about it is an individual’s decision and what their own personal experiences had been. The doctor only sees you on the initial visit. You never get to speak with him again. They do not work with the patient. It is a rip off. And when they offer to manage your other non testosterone prescriptions they call the pharmacy and cancel your prescriptions without notice when you quit “subscribing” to their joke of a program.

Dr. Haney and Alex really know TRT, and are fantastic to work with. From getting the labs, to individualized treatment, the whole process was easy and EFFECTIVE! I feel better than I have in years. These guys are truly the best at what they do!!!

So, I’ve physically worked hard all my life. I’ve prided myself on my abilities to get the job done physically. I was under the impression ,you physically work hard and eat well you will stay in good shape/ health. I realize now how wrong I was!!! I started losing muscle and strength first, then, I started gaining weight ,and the worst part was joint pain set in. What a game changer!!!! These guys are legit. They really help you understand why your feeling tired, and can’t lose weight? I’ve seen tremendous results in only 12 weeks. My workouts are so much better and I’m fitting in pants I haven’t worn in 3 years.

So happy to have found this place. I’ve been to other clinics before, and one criticism I’ve had is that there is no real structure to the treatment, or the treatment schedules aren’t being watched and enforced. Not here. I’ve never seen a crew so knowledgeable and on top of my well-being. Whole-heartedly recommend!
