Didnt even make it to them taking my call as soon as they answered they put you on hold, I try 2 times one day and 2 a different day. On the second day I got disconnect on the first call while I was on hold and I called them back, I guess the lady recognize my number from calling before and with a actitud she told me to hold.

My husband and I have been a patient of Dr. Lebovic for just under a year now and definitely recommend his office to anyone with fertility needs. Dr. Lebovic has worked with us through ups and downs on this journey and has been kind and caring through it all. His Nurse Practitioner, Ashlee, is absolutely amazing! She is empathetic, caring and makes you feel seen and heard. The office and providers are extremely responsive every time I have called or emailed. Ann, their financial coordinator, was also great to work with. She worked with our insurance company and us to ensure all authorizations were quickly completed and had no issues in this area (ran into financial/ins issues with another clinic). After being disappointed with two other local fertility clinics, we found a clinic that is thorough, compassionate and able to work through my fertility issues with successful results. After a failed round of IVF, Dr. Lebovic was able to research and come up with a unique plan that ended in success (we’re pregnant!!). We are very thankful to Dr. Lebovic, Ashlee and their team!
