I love Dr. Puthoff and the entire team at Mercy Clinic Fertility Services! New patient wait times are long, but theyre worth it. Everyone in this office is kind and compassionate. They took great care of me before, during, and after my surgery. Cant recommend highly enough!

I’m sure Dr. Puthoff is great. This review is for the receptionist. And based on all the reviews and what my nurse practitioner told me during one of my appointments I knew it would be a long wait for a new patient appointment. The receptionist answered the phone very cheery but as soon as I asked about a new patient appointment she sounded offended I would even ask. Customer service need to learn to answer the same question over and over everyday without being rude to a new person asking the question, it’s part of the job you accepted.

Dr. Puthoff is an excellent Doctor. He is welcoming and makes you feel very comfortable. He was unwilling to give up on my medical condition and that was very assuring!
