Very clean, staff was very nice. Wait time was short. Dr executed a plan and made me aware of every step with added options. Made me feel comfortable with the start to finish process of my journey in trying to conceive. Dr Aimee brown is amazing with a great aura about her that makes me feel at ease. Her staff is also very informative and makes every visit pleasant.

The care I have received from Aspire Fertility is amazing. The people who work there truly care about you and your family building goals. Dr. Failor and her team are amazing. All the doctors their work together and provide the best care for their patients as well as their colleagues. The embryologist team is amazing, they keep you informed about what is happening with your embryos. Their caring and support goes beyond, when you cry for a lose so do they. It has been a great experience.

Dr. Failor and her team are just an AMAZING group to have. They have made me feel so comfortable and confident in this whole process. They explain every little detail and answer all of my questions without making me feel dumb or bad about myself. I would recommend them to anyone!

All locations are clean and have a similar set up. The staff is caring, knowledgeable, and professional. I never felt like they didn’t know what they were doing. All the doctors are fantastic and treat you like a person, not a number! I would highly recommend this facility!

I love Dr. Failor and highly recommend any physician in the Aspire San Antonio office. She is a wonderful reproductive endocrinologist and is highly trained.I had some billing issues which I posted on here earlier in the year, but Aspire has amended them and you can tell with the feedback that the staff has made an effort to be cognizant of this at checkout and all interactions.

I’ll start by saying the first clinic I used for IVF was an absolute nightmare. I swore I would never do IVF again after that experience. It took 4 years but we finally decided to try again. This time I read many reviews and looked into the success rates of each clinic. From our first visit at Aspire I could tell things were different there. Patients came back to greet the staff with their newborns and everyone was smiling and talking. I had never seen anything like this in the 1.5ish years I had spent at the first clinic. Dr. Balthazar made us feel at ease right away. On the second visit she looked up from her computer to greet us by name as soon as she saw us being taken back to the room (at the previous clinic the physicians would run by as fast as possible trying to avoid eye contact or getting held up with conversation). Dr. B had me pregnant within about 1 month of treatment at Aspire (as opposed to about 1.5 years at my previous clinic). It resulted in a miscarriage through no fault of the clinic. We had to wait a couple of months before trying again but Dr. B’s plan again resulted in success. We are due in just 2 months. Dr. B performed every ultrasound and I was able to ask her questions at every visit (my last clinic only allowed me to speak to the physician on the initial visit and on the day of an embryo transfer- otherwise I would be put in a room to wait for typically over an hour until he was available). Dr. B was always busy but made time to thoughtfully answer any question I had and did not rush out of the room. She included me in the plan of care. I had expressed how much I was dreading the shots this time around and she altered the plan to let me try another route instead. She ordered way less blood draws than my last clinic and the phlebotomist never missed. Only 2 nurses worked with me (Amy and Michelle) and they were both fantastic. I could send messages to them through the portal and they always replied the same day. At my previous clinic I saw a different nurse each time, no one ever knew where I was at on my schedule and this resulted in countless mistakes as well as a great deal of stress. Aspire took my fertility insurance so we paid a very small fraction of what we paid at the first clinic. IVF isn’t a fun process but Dr. Balthazar and her staff made it as easy as it could possibly be. I only wish we had gone to her the first time.

I agree with most of the reviews here about the billing department. The doctors and nurses seemed nice, even though I could tell they were more focused on pushing for IVF treatment. This could be understandable because thats their primary service. However, the billing department is a joke. Taking up to 60 days to refund a credit card payment is ridiculous. I called them twice in early and mid-April, and Im still waiting for them to issue the refund. I was told to contact them again by June 4 if I still havent received anything by that time. I will probably just contact my bank to see if they can assist with the issue instead of waiting for them if I do not receive the refund by June 4. I feel like they either dont want to refund the money or are trying to make it difficult so that once you pay them for their service, you will have to go with them.

I went today expecting it to be difficult. But the environment and the providers were extremely wonderful and informative. I appreciate everything that they did to assist me through this process. I am very happy and blessed to continue with them.

I had a terrible experince at Aspire. My wife and i felt like we walked into a car dealership with the NP we saw pushing nothing but IVF. She said my wife was 31 and its almost impossible to get pregnant without IVF. She finally agreed to a few rounds of IUI but unly because we were persistent that we wanted to try it first. She continued to try to persuade us to do IVF. After an ultrasound of my wifes follicles which looked good and there were an acceptable number of follicles the NP said she was going to start my wife on pills to increase the follicle count. I asked the NP why she wanted to increase the number of follicles since they were in the good range and only one follicle is ever released from the ovary. She just looked at me and told me that was the standard procedure and it would help her get pregnant. I have a masters in biology which does not make me a dr but her answer made no sense to me. I soon realized the reason they wanted more follicles was to prep my wife for IVF which we told her we did not want to do. The room became awkward and she told me nobody had asked her that question and i shouldnt be knowledgable enough to ask that kind of question. We stayed to be polite and listen to the rest of the appointment but we decided to never go back there. As we were leaving they asked if they could get a blood sample from my wife. She agreed but they hit a nerve and she was sore afterward for several weeks.We went to a different fertility clinic and my wife is now pregnant without doing IVF.The other clinic we went to the Dr started by trying to figure out why my wife has not gotten pregnant. After an ultrasound of the uterus they found polyps. Ever since my wife was a teenager she has had irregular periods and she has always had pain in her uterus during sex. Gynocologists have always told her to take birth control and that its stress. After they removed the polyps she has had regular periods and no pain. Then after waiting several months we did 1 round of timed intercourse and then 1 IUI and she is now pregnant.

They managed my expectations well and hel my hand during the entire process. Every question and concern I asked through the portal was answered with care and promptness. I was so impressed! And they helped me successfully produce a baby!

After being diagnosed with PCOS in 2020, I thought I knew what I was in store for fertility wise, but I was humbled very quickly with this journey.We were blessed with Dr. Courtney Failor for the three years of our fertility journey along with her specializing in PCOS patients. She always listened to every concern or question we had and stayed positive through the failures! She believe in us more than we believed in us and I thank her and the Aspire team wholeheartedly for that!After 3 years of trying to conceive, 2 miscarriages, 4 medicated home cycles, 3 IUI’s and 2 IVF transfers. Prayers, Emotional outburst, over $10,000+ in fertility cost over the years, and therapy. 😭Our babygirl will be here June 2024 ❤️🌈

My heart is filled with gratitude for Aspire fertility. I was a patient here for 2 years. Going through infertility is the hardest thing I have gone through and I was so grateful to have an AMAZING team here cheering me on and giving me hope through the hard times. I have had appointments with all of the doctors and you truly cannot go wrong with any of them. They are all so sweet and caring and truly want the best for you. Thank you for giving us our miracle, Aspire fertility!

I give 5 Stars to Dr. Failor and her team. They have been amazing throughout my wife’s and I first journey, and we are currently trying for our 2nd. I cannot say enough great things about Courtney Failor- her bedside manner, knowledge and ability to answer all questions and explain the “why” behind the treatment or method has been great for my analytical mind.I only give 2 stars to their billing-I do not like Aspire’s billing department, or anyone in the office in regards to billing. Honestly, if they continue to make mistakes it would steer me to look elsewhere for fertility treatments. I only stay for Dr. Failor at this point. As a patient, make sure you are monitoring your account and remembering or writing down what you paid for- you can have a credit on your account for cancelled attempts and they will say you owe the full amount next time. Ask questions, ask for itemizations before paying.We are also paying yearly for the storage and they will call me 2 months after I’ve paid saying I owe. These people are inept when it comes to billing or reading an account, or their system needs to be updated so that staff can understand what is on the screen. Don’t just let any person do billing, have a qualified and trained team that actually knows how to utilize your system and READ before calling or emailing patients demanding payments.Hopefully Aspire and Prelude get it together in the payment department because this will cause consumers to go elsewhere.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Ursula Balthazar. The infertility journey is very stressful. You have to do a lot of research on where to go and what doctor to use. You can trust Dr. Balthazar and her team to take care of you.We struggled for 9 years and were very lucky that our one embryo that survived the blast implanted. We are expecting our first baby in March of 2024.I am going to warn you now that the staffs wonderful service, the nice facility, and the best ultrasound equipment are going to spoil you. Do not expect all of this greatness when you transition over to your OBGYN clinic. I honestly wish I could have stayed with this team for my whole pregnancy!

I cannot say enough about the care we have received at Aspire Fertility. The doctors, nurses, medical assistants, embryologists, admin, and even finance staff are kind, take the time to answer your questions and care for you as an individual. They knew our names and walked alongside us through many decisions. We knew we were in good hands. I appreciated that I got to see my doctor at every visit and always knew what to expect next. I know we wouldn’t be where we are today (expecting our first baby!) if we hadn’t worked with the wonderful people at Aspire. I would definitely recommend. Thank you!!

I was a patient of Aspire for several years and had many failed cycles. Dr. Balthazar was always so helpful with the best best side manner. She never gave up on us and always researched and tried so hard for us. I will always appreciate all she did for us throughout those years. Our nurses were Amy and Lisa which also provided the best care and always made us feel at ease. I just had my baby girl a month ago and it is all due to Dr. Balthazar and her efforts to make our dream came true. If youre looking for a caring team that will do all they can to achieve your dream, I highly recommend Dr. B at Aspire.

I guess they deleted my last review. Dr. F was terrible to me. She said if I got pregnant I would probably have a miscarriage. She was very callous and dismissive. I think they get kickbacks from IVF. They never answer their phone or know what youre talking about. Also got charged for services I didnt agree to.

Very profesional, very friendly they respond all your questions and offer you all the options possible, my sister and sister in law went to Aspire and they have their babies now! :)

The doctor is professional, concise, and willing to explore all options based on the history and current events.

Aspire is such a positive place. It truly feels like they care and want to help achieve your family goals as much as you do. Dr. Balthazar and Lisa feel like family now, and have walked with us through a lot of ups and downs! So thankful to have built our own family by working with the Aspire team!

I would give 0 stars on the behalf of the front desk lady with black hair not too sure the ladies name, however I had an appointment to drop off specimen and then she proceeded to ask me about my personal information about my cash app which was a little weird and unprofessional, never have I felt so uncomfortable before, the other staff are nice other than that.

The clinic has been great to work with over the last 19 months. We originally started with Cheryl and Brianna and have transitioned to Dr. Browne and Liz as our nurse to coordinate care and throughout the entire process the staff have been so receptive to every questions, informative in every procedure, and kind. The biggest aspect of this journey was the set back we had on our GCs and through each fall they were uplifting and provided light in times where we had a challenge discovering it. It is with the team at Aspire San Antonio that we are able to make our family dreams come true and would recommend them to every couple looking at surrogacy and/or IVF! We cant say thank you enough!

We were really excited to work with Aspire to help us on our fertility journey however our experience has been nothing but disappointment. We had our first meeting with one of their nurses who had use take lots of test including blood work. We’ve gone through all the test and paid thousands of dollars on these but received no response back on the results of these testings or any plan of action moving forward. During one of my test I had to wait over 30 minutes laying down in a night gown underneath an X-ray for my nurse. I eventually thought it was a ridiculous amount of time to be waiting and got dressed to leave the room to find my nurse talking with another patient in the hallway. Why would they have me get ready and lay down for that long if they weren’t ready for me? It was very unprofessional. I’ve called multiple times to the scheduling department to figure out who my actual doctor was and I was told it would be the nurse that I met with the first time. When I asked about a follow up appointment to get the results of these test and to create a plan moving forward I was told I’d need to reach out to the nurse so I was transferred to her which went to voicemail. I left a voicemail on 03/15 and still haven’t received any call back. They don’t seem to care about the quality of their patients experience or any true interest in helping with our fertility journey in growing our family. Very disappointing.

This review is for Dr. Balthazar but especially Nurse Michelle. Although I did not use their clinic to conceive, Nurse Michelle has been amazing at answering all my questions promptly, giving me hope, and making me feel at ease as she gives me all my answers quickly. She has an amazing bedside manner and Dr. Balthazar’s team is just great overall!

We cannot say enough good things about Aspire Fertility in Stone Oak! We came from another fertility clinic after having a terrible and unsuccessful time with the doctor and staff and our experience with Dr. Knudtson and aspire fertility was NIGHT AND DAY different! From our very first appt Dr. Knudtson was very informative, patient and really made us feel comfortable which was not our experience at our last clinic! Her nurse, Rachel, was fantastic as well! She was quick to reply to questions on the portal and really showed how she cared for us and our needs. We were successful on our first try of IVF with Dr. Knudtson and I truly believe it was because of her attention to detail and even bringing the other doctors in the office into my case to make sure the decisions were made with upmost knowledge and confidence. Even the upfront staff was such a joy to work with and we truly felt celebrated on our “graduation” appointment. At Aspire Fertility in Stone Oak, you aren’t just a number to them, you are truly cared for throughout the entire office!

First visit with Dr. Balthazar and she made me feel so comfortable, during this not so comfortable process. Can’t wait to further this infertility journey with her being my doctor. Her assistant who was with us transferring us to each room and keeping us informed was so sweet! Overall great team, so far!

I wish I could comment on the actual service but never got a chance to use them because you can never get anyone on the phone!!!! Ive called multiple times to schedule a new patient appointment and was left on hold for 20+ 30+ minutes before finally giving up! I filled out the online email had someone call me and missed the call, immediately tried to call back and again no answer only hold music! Very frustrating... Ill stick with Texas Fertility clinic who answered immediately and was able to book us an appointment quickly

Dr.Failor is amazing I’m not pregnant yet but the comfort level they provide is amazing and making sure we feel safe and welcomedthey answer all of our questions and even questions we didn’t know to ask We got information on everything and anything I felt so grateful for the aspire team when I was about to just give up they gave me positivity and hope

Words can’t express how grateful I am for Dr. Browne and her staff. She’s been compassionate, caring, and all my questions were always answered. I even had a scare over a weekend and my call was returned in a matter of minutes. She has always listened to my concerns and I feel that her plan was tailored for me and my needs. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Aspire Fertility. Dr. Knudston is hands down the most thorough, diligent, informative and compassionate doctor Ive ever had. Priscilla was equally amazing and answered all of my out of office questions in a timely manner via the portal and phone calls. Dr. K performs all of the ultrasounds herself- which I really respect. Aspire made what we were thinking would be a not-so-enjoyable experience truly joyful. Dr. Knudston was educational and informative, while also being open to hearing what we had to say and what we were envisioning for a game plan. It did take us a few months for our original consultation, which was a hard wait, but SO worth it! Aspire was on the ball and had a game plan from day one.

Dr. Failor, her nurse Erica, and everyone else on the team was absolutely amazing to work with during our entire process. We were successful with our first IVF attempt and this team was so positive and supportive the whole journey. We look forward to working with them again for baby #2 :)

Update:I keep receiving bills for services I already paid (from 2021). I have called and have been pushed around to several difference customer service representatives. They have threatened collections. Do not use this organization!!! I have spoke to several other former patients of the Prelude Network who have had the same issue!!!!!My experience with Aspire is one of the biggest regrets I have in our infertility journey. Those that had a positive experience, I am excited for you and grateful you didn’t have to go through what we did. I gave them my life savings for what I believed was going to be a premium service. If you are paying out of pocket, go elsewhere. I feel it’s my duty to warn other people wishing to use this company to build your family. I just wish my they would have been “dedicated to providing an outstanding experience” to my husband and me. Why were we deemed unworthy of that experience?- The office never answers the phone, you always have to leave a voicemail. When you do speak to someone, they don’t know what you are talking about.- I would receive bills in the mail, even though we paid everything up front. Each department has so idea what the other is doing.- My Dr. did not listen to my concerns. Going to egg retrieval I was worried about developing OHSS. With my limited knowledge I knew that I was at risk. My Dr. told me that wasn’t the case and to not worry about it. After the procedure I developed OHSS and it was incredibly painful. Prevention would have been so easy, but this Dr. couldn’t have been bothered. My new Dr. looked at my genetic results (which my previous Dr. had access to) and I did have markers that indicated I would likely develop OHSS.- After retrieval it took a couple months for me to heal from OHSS. I was excited to go into transfer. I had a baseline appointment where they found a polyp. I had no idea what a polyp was and was completely devastated my transfer needed to be postponed. They treated like it was no big deal and would schedule a time for surgery but needed to check with my insurance. I waited around for WEEKS with no news. I went to my Gyno who took care of the operation, because I was sick of waiting around.- After my polyp removal, I tried contacting my nurse. When she did get back to me, she told me she had issues accessing my records from my Gyno. She even had the balls to tell me to order them myself. Girl, why would I do your damn job? When I contact my Gynos office I found out the nurse was trying to order them from the wrong office! She could have found out that information herself if she gave a damn!!!- As I mentioned, the nurse never answered questions in a timely fashion. When I first started working with her, I was told she just came back off of maternity leave. I gave her the benefit of the doubt. But her professionalism and behavior only got worse. I will not name names, but I have spoken to several other patients who had the same experience. When she did respond to messages she was dismissive and flippant. I requested to not work with her, but my request was ignored.- After my transfer I went in for blood work. I waited in the office for about an hour and no one knew I had an appointment. This appointment is usually one of the most nerve wracking ones, the one they determines if it worked. They didn’t care enough to just let me sit there forever.

Everybody in the clinic from start to finish of my appointment was very warm and welcoming. Dr. Knudtson was very knowledgeable. Everybody was familiar with my history and records that they had received and ready to go with a treatment plan. Dr. Knudtson asked lots of questions and made sure I felt comfortable sharing my history and asking any questions I might have had. I look forward to working with Aspire.

I graduated today from Aspire Fertility in San Antonio. Dr. Browne and her entire staff were absolutely wonderful. They were knowledgeable, always available, and made us completely comfortable. I absolutely love Aspire Fertility and Dr. Balthazar! We began our fertility journey five years ago, and I actually came to Dr. Balthazar for a second opinion after going to another fertility center where I just felt like a number and a payday. I felt completely comfortable with Dr. Balthazar from the moment she walked in the door! Unfortunately for financial reasons we had to put our journey on hold back then. When the time became right for us, I came back specifically to Dr. Balthazar because she is professional, personable, enthusiastic, realistic, respectful, and just all around amazing! She explains everything step by step without making you feel like an idiot, but without making it so complicated that you dont understand. I love her analogies! She puts everything into perspective and can explain whats happening in laymans terms that anyone could comprehend. She truly cares about her patients and even after five years, I felt like she remembered us and our situation from all those years ago. She wants you to be in the best place possible for your best chances of success! Its so rare to find a doctor who is so sincere, caring and amazing! The facility is beautiful, quiet, peaceful and calming and all the staff seem to be extremely helpful, sweet and respectful! I would highly recommend Aspire Fertility and Dr. Balthazar for anyone beginning their journey!

This was our first visit with Dr. Balthazar. She was very thorough and easy to understand in terms where to start on our journey to getting pregnant. She has great bedside manners, not rude. My husband and I are glad we found her!

Dr. Balthazar and team have been such a blessing. Dr. B has always been empathic and thorough throughout our journey. We are always able to reach out knowing that someone from the team is just a phone call or message away. We are so grateful to work closely with such an amazing team that honestly feels just like family. We also have been blessed to work with Dr. Knudston and she is just as amazing. I highly recommend Aspire fertility, I am having my ER in 2 days from today, but I cant imagine going through this journey with a different team and in a different clinic. Everyone at Aspire fertility is so welcoming, warming and just so good to be around. I LOVE my Dr. Ursula Balthazar she is a GODSEND, I couldnt go through this journey with a different doctor, she is so gentle and caring, she takes care of you and she performs all the procedures herself! Even the sonograms! The sonograms used to be a big pain of mine from a different clinic and I was so scared of the sonograms and other procedures but since Dr. Balthazar performs every single procedure and test I just know Im in good hands and it wont hurt, she is always positive and with a smile on her face. Just the best doctor Ive ever encountered. 🤩And again, everyone at this office, Nurse Amy and Lisa are so fun to be around, very patient, knowledgable and kind! I absolutely love them!!! ❤️Front desk - EVERYONE is super kind and they receive you with a smile on their face! Specially Milly. And its the perfect welcome for couples in this situation, they just set the mood right. 😊The phlebotomist Elizabeth has great hands you cant feel anything, she is fast, efficient and caring!Im sure Im forgetting a few names of people that have made this journey easy for me, Just know that I might forget your name but not your face and our encounters. I will never have my wife ever walk into another Aspire facility. We have been patients for many years with horrible experiences. From nursing staff to billing staff. Horrible experience. This review is not about having unsuccessful IVF treatments as we knew going in the chances are not 100%. This is about the way my wife was treated as well as us deciding not to go for our third IVF cycle and our experience. Per our contract our payment for our third IVF was refundable depending on if the treatment was completed. We decided not to complete our third treatment due to the psychological process of going through a IVF treatment as it became too much for us and were told our refund would be sent in 8 weeks which is perfectly reasonable. A few weeks later we were called and asked if we wanted to donate our funds which we already discussed with staff which we discussed a refund. Unfortunately financially we were not able to donate our 3rd round to another family. After 6 phone calls and messages 2 months go by we finally get ahold of a staff member who notifies us now 10 weeks later we have a 17$ balance due before a refund can be made. At this point I do not think we will ever get a refund as we were told. We can never talk to the department who handles this and we are beyond frustrated. I cannot recommend this facility to anyone. I am sure they will leave a standard response with a phone number to call. No point we have called this number to be transferred to a voicemail every time.

I cannot begin to explain how much Dr. Balthazar and her team mean to me. They made a very difficult journey a positive and exciting one. Everyone at Aspire is so friendly and warm from the moment you arrive. The nurses, Amy and Lisa, were always just an email/phone call away to answer all my questions and always made me feel at ease and taken care of. I will always recommend Aspire and Team Balthazar and hold them close to my heart.

I had to give a star but in reality it will be zero. I came in the office to ask some questions, I verified with them they are accepting my insurance and also confirmed the same, at the date of the appalment. After a 20 min of ONLY conversation, without any tests or procedures, i was charged with a 500$ bill saying that are out of network. Over a year later, i am still disputing this bill. If you try to call the office, they blame the insurance, insurance does not know why the office said they are in the network. It is documented that the office called the insurance before my arrival, however, they gave me incorrect information. If i knew a 20 min conversation is 500$ i would have never scheduled that appointment. Horrible experience and for sure i will never ever use them again.

Dr Knudtson helped me with my very first IVF which I became pregnant! After using another doctor with 2 frozen transfers and an egg retrieval and no luck, we came back to her. All do to insurance we didn’t follow her to her new clinic. I’m so glad we finally made the decision and came back. She is like a breath of fresh air and literally the best doctor! She looks at the full picture and checks the boxes! I just love her!!

RMA/Aspire have helped us begin to achieve our dream of having a family. Dr. Balthazar is SO amazing, she is calm, easy going, smart, straightforward, patient, honest and passionate about her work. It amazes me when I look at my son, that we would not have him without her. I have not ever dealt with anyone at the clinic that hasnt been sweet and caring and helpful, truly, and I have been going there for like 5 years! PLUS, they help schedule appointments around my work schedule and always get me in and out of there which is invaluable to me!! If you are considering starting a fertility journey, you will not be sorry you are trusting Aspire with this important task.

Dr.B and her team are some of the best!!! Dr.B helped us have out sweet blessing elijah, she removed over 20 polyps from my uterus as we were prepping to transfer out last embryo and now we are pregnant with baby #2.We left a fertility clinic in Houston when we were getting no results and consulted with Dr.B and never looked back. We have been 100% pleased with her as our doctor and her team. 10s all across the board.

I am extremely upset with my experience with Aspire. My phone calls don’t get responses. I called today and got hung up on. The lady said her system was down. I was trying to get in touch with the billing department who has never returned my calls either. I am suppose to have surgery in a week and they just called today and they stated that my referral is no longer good, and that my doctor no longer works there. Are you serious?? No longer there??? I was not notified of this. I keep getting the run around. This is my life that this company has been playing with, and it’s very upsetting. I was initially paying out of pocket, I am a veteran, and it seems like as soon as the military started paying, they are having all these issues with my referral. When they hung up on me they stated that their system was down and they had no way of calling me back. I called them from a different number and suddenly they answer. Why do they not want to help me??? I don’t understand. The communication is horrible and I didn’t appreciate the front office discussing my insurance issues so that it could be heard in the waiting area. I was extremely uncomfortable. I was referred to this company by a trusted source and I feel that I have not been treated like I deserve to be there. The run around with the billing has been extremely disappointing and no one seems interested in helping me. I really wish there is someone I could talk to about this. I can’t help but feel like I am not wanted in this place.

My experience started off great with the clinic. Breanna was great, however we had a gestational carrier lined up and one of the doctors didn’t feel comfortable using her and they had Cheryl call to let us know and she didn’t even completely look over her chart and had doctor Brown look at it and she said yes then after asking one of there office staff to send records to another clinic for a second opinion because I no longer trusted their opinion, they said they couldn’t do that and the next day after I asked to speak with Dr Brown, incompetent Cheryl(my opinion) calls again and says they can’t move forward with my surrogate. Dr Brown couldn’t take 10 minutes to call me as requested, to explain her reasoning. Shame on you. That says a lot about confidence level. They seems to take something so serious, like it doesn’t mean anything and that was a lot about the staff and Doctor in general. I whole heartedly believe that God did not want me at that clinic so thank you Aspire. I personally would make sure you get a second opinion.

What a breath of fresh air! After dealing with unexplained infertility for 3 1/2 years, this clinic has given me newfound hope. They are very thorough with explaining things and with recommendations for your situation. Dr. Baltzhazar and Amy and the entire clinic made me feel very comfortable today. Praying for our little miracle!

I really appreciate everything Dr. Browne and her staff has done for me. Cheryl is the best Nurse Practitioners out there. She’s kind, supportive, and has the best bedside manner. I can really tell she cares about all her patients. I’m so glad she was with me throughout my fertility journey.

Not sure if I would recommend this clinic. We used them before along time ago we worked with Dr Brown. We did have two unsuccessful IUI cycles long time ago. We decided to give them another try because we have better insurance for better results to try IVF BCBS and Progyny. We was told to schedule an appointment as a new patient because we haven’t seen them in over a year. My wife was called the day before the appointment right before they closed for the day to tell us our appointment has been canceled because our intake paperwork wasn’t done. I had already spoken to someone and told them I could not complete the paperwork on my phone and have no access to a computer. Someone called my wife and cancelled the appointment. We both took off work without pay and it was a 2 and half hour drive. I called first thing in the morning and they already gave our appointment away and now we have to wait over a month almost two months if we wanted another appointment. How can our appointment be canceled at closing then we call at opening and you say Dr Brown booked that appointment? We used to be able to talk to our Dr or someone directly in the office but you can’t talk to anyone because they use a call center. Not sure yet if we will be using this office again.The Austin branch is a lot more customer service friendly. We possibly will try them.

I met the San Antonio team today and they are amazing! I was nervous going in because I didn’t know anyone but Dr. Balthazar and her team were so welcoming and friendly. PA Maggie and her team at Aspire Fertility in McAllen (whom I adore!) prepared me for my egg retrieval and assured me there was nothing to worry about and they were right. I love the communication, knowledge and care from both locations. The transition was seamless and stress-free.

I had a 10/10 experience here. Cheryl Koone was very friendly and speaks to you in a way that makes you feel safe and comfortable. All the staff were polite and kind. I would highly recommend going here for all your fertility questions and family building.

I started seeing Cheryl at Aspire Fertility in February. We had just gone through a miscarriage, and it was a really hard time for us. From the first day I met Cheryl she provided amazing personalized care for me. Any time I had a question or a concern during a cycle, she was there for me. Her bedside manner never changed no matter the circumstances, even if I felt discouraged or negative. She was always positive. Today was my first appointment at Aspire, and it was a great appointment! I felt very comfortable and cared for. Nurse Practitioner Cheryl Koone sat with me while doing my labs to keep me comfortable which I thought was so sweet! I really enjoyed today!

She was so kind and understanding. After explaining everything she made sure I was okay and if I had any other questions I can email her. That was my number one concern too; that she would show compassion and she did that and more. Wonderful experience.

Dr. Balthazar is an AMAZING doctor! She is always very sweet, thorough, and knowledgeable, and she takes a very personal interest in all of her patients. She always remembers the little details of things going on in your life (even outside of your fertility journey), and she makes sure to ask you about them every time she sees you. I have seen other doctors in this practice, and they are all very good, but Dr. Balthazar is definitely the superstar of the group!!

I have had the worst experience of my life do not recommend. I am Latin and I can assure you they will not treat you how you deserve. My treatment got canceled and they told me they send the check of the refund 6 months ago, they can’t find a way to pay me back or answer my phone calls. They have absolutely NO respect I’m starting to feel very discriminated.

I can’t say enough about the positive experience with Dr. B. Walking into the clinic the first time gives you a little lump in your throat from the unknown, the overwhelming feelings and the fear of bad news. But from the front office ladies to the nurses to Dr. B, everyone treats you with the utmost respect and care and they are completely transparent. My husband and I transferred to RMA after a previous year long experience with another doctor. We have been so impressed by the entire staff of nurses and doctors here, and couldnt have felt more taken care of throughout this very intense process. They have been thorough, caring, professional, and readily available every step of the way. We are so thankful and will use Dr.Arredondo again in the future.

I been Dr Brownee’s patient for a few months and is been a great experience, she is fantastic, always explains everything in detail and has always been available and responsive to answer all my questions, the office is great from the first time I call to make and appointment and someone asked me “How can we make your day better?” That’s what they do make your day better, fertility treatment can be stressful and patient just need the support and guidance to get through it successfully, I am just starting the journey but so far and very satisfied with the care and I’m looking forward to what is to come, Thanks to the team for all they do.

Dr Browne and the team at aspire are fantastic. Ive been a patient for quite sometime and even on my darkest days in my journey they helped me navigate through it. Kept pushing forward and now here we are returning to try for baby number 2. There isnt any other team or doctor I would trust more with my fertility.

If I could give this office more stars I would, they really helped have hope that I can get pregnant!! When I had my ectopic pregnancy my nurse Erica and my doctors were there with me marking sure I was not only physically ok but also mentally. They helped me with all my paperwork for work and when It came time to plan for the next treatment they explained every Step , every authorization letter from my insurance and will email me back immediately if I have any questions and can’t call because of my work hours. They are truly the best doctors I have been to for my fertility concerns !! They even have fertility support groups, I feel like family when I go in! Such an awesome experience

Maggie Salinas has excellent bedside manner and is very personable. She made me feel very comfortable, optimistic and at peace during a very nerve-racking experience. She helped us initiate and undergo IVF. I can not sing her praises enough! The entire team at Aspire Fertility McAllen was AMAZING. I really like aspire fertility, before i started my ivf journey, i did my research on choosing the right fertility clinic. And Im am proud of my choice. Dr. Balthazar and her team are awesome. This company is practicing billing fraud!! I paid ALL OF my FEES in full on the day of my services and I am receiving delinquent collection bills from the Laboratories! I have left numerous messages on the office numbers and have received no responses!!Update: You response is useless I have called, numerous times! I have left my name and number, numerous times!AND this is the only response from your company! (Call us) AGAIN..You should be able to look in your files, and voicemails, find me and call me! Or do you SO MANY customers that are having this (double billing scam!!!) that you don’t know which one I AM!!?

Last yr I did 3 IUIs with knudtson 2 ended in chemical didn’t feel like I was watch over or monitored correctly fast forward to this year I moved to another clinic come to find out my HSG was abnormal. None of my tests were ever explained to me so 3 IUIS paid for when they knew I had abnormal tests .

I just had an appointment with Dr. Brown today to start making plans to start IVF later this year. And as always she was caring and attentive to what I had to say. I love the Aspire family. I am so happy that I have them working with me and my husband to start a family.

We are near our transfer date and Dr.Failor has been an absolute dream through out this entire process.!!! Her staff and colleagues are so professional and so kind. Everyone here is so friendly! I absolutely love our specialist, Dr. Failor and her team! They’re always quick to reply to my emails and booking is a breeze. They’ve been honest from the get-go about pricing, testing and procedures. We just finished our first medicated cycle and I’m so happy with how it went. Don’t know yet what the results entail but I am confident Dr. Failor and her team will help us conceive. Also, Dr. Failor wasn’t in one day to take my follicle scan and they were able to get me in with Dr. Balthazar who was also so sweet. Happy I was referred here :)

Im sooooo Happy with Aspire!! We had our first consult on April 11, 2022 and were now doing STIMs. Ive never had a Doctor’s office paint the picture in a way that I can understand. Dr Failor and her team have made this process so easy!!! Huge shout-out to Erica for putting up with my husband and I messing up ALL the documentation.... and to Michelle for walking us through the STIMs process. Were sooo excited for the next steps and glad we chose Aspire.

Dr. Failor is the best! She always takes the time to explain things thoroughly and is very knowledgeable. She is so kind and always available for questions. I trust her with my care and would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Failor was amazing, super sweet and knowledgeable about the IVF process and always understanding of the emotional rollercoaster your on in your journey to become parents! My 2nd transfer was successful and now happily 8 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child using this clinic.

Cheryl was very kind, understanding, and knowledgeable! I felt very reassured by her, and she explained things well and did not talk down to me. I felt a bit relieved leaving the office. Maybe even a glimmer of hope.

I think the medical care is really good, but the way the office is run is terrible. They hardly answer the phone, and when they do, they will redirect your call to someones voicemail with no explanation, and then that person will not call you back. I had to call about 6 times in one day to make sure someone called in my prescription. I was also charged an additional $95 on a bill because no one told me I needed to pay at the time of service. Someone literally told me, Youre free to go, and then I got charged extra. Im glad to not have to go to this clinic anymore. Its a shame, because, again, the doctors and nurses are really good.

Is very important to understand that some times you get what you need, not what you want, and have clear that all of us we are not GOD, But he will send theirs angels to help you so you can understand that ... Dr . Arredondo and his team are those ANGELS I love him and my nurse Erica is so wonderful and so sweet the only words that I can said for them Is Thank You for being there for me ! And doing an Amazing Job ! I never met a Doctor that will do everything possible and Plus to give you hope! Thank You!

Before Aspire acquired RMA, I felt cared for, the doctors were amazing and I felt they were genuinely interested in my progress. Since Aspire, I feel like Im just a number and all they care about is the bottom dollar and liability. They also use a cardiologist who is completely biased and unprofessional. I had a stress test which she said I failed and would not let me retest. I found my own board certified cardiologist and had a more sensitive test. Turns out my heart is perfectly fine and therefore was granted cardiac clearance to proceed with IVF. After the treatment I received from Aspire, I have since found another RE elsewhere. I would not not recommend them.

My consultation with Dr. Knudtson was wonderful. My husband and I were nervous because it is our first time. She was very helpful and answer all the questions that we had. Thank you so much Dr. Knudtson and the staff!

Dr. Failor and the staff at Aspire Fertility were great. Everyone at the clinic were very sweet and kind. Dr. Failor was helpful and explanatory throughout my entire process and made me feel at ease. My experience with Dr. Balthazar & her nurse Amy have been nothing but exceptional. They have been so informative and supportive since my very first visit. Dr Balthazar has given me so much hope, I’m glad I get to go through this journey with her as my dr.

It is true that they are hard to get a hold of. Dr. Ursula May be great but her employees especially the front desk/appointment clerk is very disrespectful and rude. If you 30 mins before they close (4pm), they will forward your call to voicemail. They also do not return calls whatsoever. Maybe she needs a raise because she definitely do not represent this clinic well.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Arredondo, Dr. Brown, Dr. Balthazar, our nurse Erica Salgado (my wife absolutely loves her) and the rest of the staff at RMA. They were attentive, patient, super supportive and we always felt like they were rooting for us. For 11 years my wife and I were attempting to start a family and despite trying everything that people or doctors recommended, nothing worked. I feel blessed that we found RMA and am confident that they made all of the difference. It took a few attempts which was emotionally challenging but we knew that it was only a matter of time. Dr. Arredondo always remained positive and somehow found the magic formula. It was an amazing feeling to be able to announce to our friends and family that my wife was pregnant with fraternal twins. Thank you RMA for all you did! Best of luck to all of those couples that are about to begin their journey.

I cannot say enough good things about RMA of Texas @ Stone Oak. From the minute we walked in, we just knew that this is where we were going to achieve our miracle! The office is very clean and modern. The nurses made us feel at home and the doctors made sure we were comfortable with all procedures being done. We were tested thoroughly before being given a diagnosis. They presented us with the facts about each of our options and respected our decisions. I never felt pressured to pick one option over the other... the Dr. simply stated the facts with the data to back it. In fact, he had a whole ppt presentation built just for us based on our age, diagnosis, and other factors. Everyones situation is different, and RMA made sure our treatment options were personalized to fit our needs. Dr. Arredondo and Dr. Balthazar are both WONDERFUL. Dr. B helped out when Dr. A wasnt available... which I had no issue with bc shes AMAZING! Not even a year after treatment, and we have our miracle! I just graduated from RMA a couple weeks ago, and I am honestly sad to go! I was treated so special @ RMA, I just cant imagine Ill get the same treatment at an OB office. I highly recommend the RMA team! Today you, tomorrow a family!

This clinic is by far the absolute best! Ive gone through multiple IVF cycles PRIOR to coming here... Weve spent thousands of dollars with no success. By the time I got around to this clinic, I was emotionally and financially drained. I needed to be connected with a doctor who was ready to be upfront and honest...someone who wasnt interested in processing me as if they were running a baby mill... Someone who was willing to take the time and figure out whats what with MY body and move forward from there....From the moment I scheduled my appointment with this clinic, I knew that this experience would be amazing. My doctor is Dr. Ursula Balthazar. From the moment I met her, I was confident that she fully understood my journey and after many failed cycles, there was hope. My husband and I both knew that we were in great hands!!! Dr. Balthazar went above and beyond EVERY step of my cycle. She ALWAYS kept an open line of communication with us to ensure that we were on the same page. My nurse, Amy is amazing as well. No matter what day or time (including weekends or holidays) if I reached out to her, she ALWAYS responded back to me. These ladies made me FEEL like I was the most important patient on earth!!!! The entire staff is absolutely amazing (Stephanie).As a woman whos been on this journey for YEARS, Ive experienced a lot of things with a lot of clinics. RMA of Texas is by far, the BEST clinic Ive EVER come in contact with. I wish I would have found this place years ago. I am happy to share that my FIRST cycle with RMA was a success and my husband and I are currently almost 2 months pregnant with TWINS!!!

She is an excellent doctor. She explained everything to us in a really detailed manner, and we never felt rushed. She allowed us plenty of time to ask questions too. Highly recommend!!

Forget the bad reviews. RMA of stone oak had been amazing through the whole process so far. Friendly, making me feel like more than a patient. Professional, making me feel like I can trust and not second guess anything they are saying. All around great experience and would highly recommend to anyone.

After 5 months of back and forth with the messaging, office, and billing, I called the front desk again this week to figure out why I was being billed for something I already paid for. This time the person on the phone escalated the issue to her manager and it finally got resolved! 5 MONTHS of trying to make me pay for a service I already paid.

Infertility is no fun and can be completely unpleasant. RMA made those feelings go away for me, the staff is amazing and Dr. Balthazar is the absolute best! I am beyond grateful I found such a wonderful place to help me achieve motherhood again! Thanks RMA!!!

Terrible clinic. I cannot believe that I have to call 15 times to get a hold of someone just to request release of record. This does not have the sense or caring it is a production line and money scam. I would never write a review but I have had enough.

Didnt work with our availability. So we had to make time for their schedule which included no avaliability after 2pm anytime. Ill call you lucky if you get an appointment with the doctor Mondays or Fridays. During covid they seem to have gone online with follow ups via online televisits. Which were always the blame for technical issues if the doctor hadnt logged on after 15min of waiting. Which will lead to the doctor canceling and you missing your lunch hour. Happened several times, for the inconvenience we were not charged on last visit. After all the confusion I had a question for the doctor I left for the receptionist and never received a call back. Tight schedules doctors choose to work at this company it seems.

Dr. Brown is great! However, this office and their leadership is very poorly informed about HIPPA and how authorizations work efficiently. Event hough we have signed multiple consent forms their unwritten rules are what causes problems to pull your own records or having your own loved ones pick them up. This is an unacceptable practice to me. Why dont you all just make one form to address all needed authorizations either hard copy or verbal consent. Why does this not make sense?

Dr. Browne was very nice and professional. She explained everything clearly and let me know what to expect from future visits. Made me feel at ease about this uncertain journey in life.

I have been extremely happy with the all of the staff at the Aspire facility- stone oak. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They make you feel comfortable and walk you through every step.

It was very stressful trying to get anyone to answer my calls. I danced to their beat as much as I could and they didn’t make my situation any better for me. I joined a support group and vented about my experience and there was a clinic employee in there who in turned told the clinic what I was saying in this private group! Stressing me out even more! I saw multiple Doctors who where not familiar with my case & was asked where I worked more than how I was doing. Despite everything I did get pregnant and due in 2019. I frequently waited over 30 minutes for my appointments. Things were not explained to me clearly and I still don’t know what a lot of ttc lingo is. My invocell fell out due to not being placed correctly. I’m happy for my bundle of joy but not happy with my treatment I received.

ALL of the staff is great and Very helpful my husband and I absolutely love Dr. Balthazar. She has helped us through so much and has helped us have a beautiful daughter and working on helping us with the next 👶 baby.

At first I had a good experience with my doctor and the entire staff. This year I have had a bad experience. It was the second try for IUI and I had to see another doctor since my regular doctor was out that day. He was already trying to change the plan my original doctor had for me. Then I had problems with my prescriptions being called into the pharmacy. I thought it was the pharmacy but if it happened at two pharmacies then the problem must be with the staff. I gave up and had them issue me a physical prescription so I can take it to my pharmacy. The Front office staff are terrible. They take days to get back to you and they do not give you all the information you request. I dont have insurance so I have to ask for costs for everything done to me. They didnt tell me that I would have additional lab fee bills, so when I recieved them I was in shock. I had a d&c done and they told me it was a separate fee for the sedation and gave me the # to call. I had to make several calls to even get the sedation costs because RMA didnt give me the procedure codes and the amount of time they needed to charge out for. They were disorganized in scheduling as well. Just fyi the d&c costs way more than iui & you will get a lab bill that they dont tell you about. I asked for a detailed receipt of all I paid for and they charged out for and I get only a partial one. I felt like there wasnt any transparency on how much the d&c cost and what discount they supposedly gave me because nothing was in writing. It was all verbal. It took me three tries to get this information and find out what the lab fee was for when having a d&c. I was the most distraut I have ever been when I found out a baby I wanted so badly heartbeat stopped. I felt like they kicked me when I was down and said d&c was the only option. I didnt have the $ to shell out right then and there but I somehow came up with it. I gave the doctor my concerns and sometimes I felt like she just dismissed them. I told them I was going to find another doctor due to the issues Ive had, mainly with customer service and instead of trying to smooth things over they send me an email with a fake apology and an attachment of the medical release forms. If you chose this place just know they dont have the best customer service and they drop the ball. They dont care about you but about the money they get from you especially when you are a private pay person. Oh and btw I got pregnant on my own not with iui when the doctor said I probably wouldnt but unfortunately lost.

Dr. Knudtson & the entire staff I interacted with at Aspire Fertility was warm and welcoming to me from start to finish. I recently moved from Ohio, where my wife and I experienced 3 failed IUI’s as well as an IVF transfer that resulted in miscarriage. A friend of my wife’s recommended Aspire and we were hopeful to have found a fertility clinic that was empathetic and more detail oriented than our last clinic. Aspire exceeded what I hoped for; each person was thorough, helpful, and kind. I look forward to working with this team over the next few months throughout my next transfer.

I visited the stone oak office on 8/17/16. I waited 30 minutes after my appointment time which I guess is normal anywhere. When I met with the Doctor we went over my very personal history only to walk out of the room and see a couple sitting right outside the room. They heard everything! I initially wanted to just switch medications and not do anything invasive but it seemed Dr B. Had her own agenda. She told me I had a 5% chance of becoming pregnant and that most likely I wouldnt get pregnant this cycle. Two days later I find out in pregnant.

Excellent attention from the whole team, the doctor Bathazar is very attentive and sweet,I am very pleased and happy to be treated by her.

Dr.Knudtson was very nice! I was refered to Aspire to some testing and they made it quick and easy to everything going and they got me in right away. She explained everything that was going to happened before it happened and made sure I felt comfortable. I went in for an HDG test.

The staff is amazing! They have been so sweet and caring from the moment we walked through the doors the first time. They never gave up on our fertility, and through the use of INVOcell, we get the beautiful blessing of snuggling with our perfect son.

My experience here has been incredible. I have grown personally in my journey... as I never thought I would have to do IVF. However, after years of trying and endless negative pregnancy tests, I knew that something needed to change for my own sanity. I was referred to this clinic by my OB/GYN, but I found Dr. Balthazar through Google Reviews.I just want to say, she is the most incredible, kind-hearted, and knowledgeable doctor! She will give you her honest opinion about what your options are, take you on a step by step journey, and answer your questions.If you are doing IVF for the first time, here are some things I have learned:-Stay away from the Internet! Do not do research on what ifs. Instead, do research on your doctor. There are too many different ways to do this... and the amount of possibilities out there can overwhelm you.-Talk to your family about how to support you. For me, I didnt appreciate comments like wow, I could never do that or that is so scary. Instead, I told them to respond with comments like you are so brave! or you are such a great mom already!For those starting your IVF journey, I wish you all the best. Patient care is below zero stars. The front office team are so rude and disrespectful they treat certain people better than others. I literally have to call repeatedly to get a response. I heard good things about this place that’s why I decided to go but now Iam having second thoughts they act like they care but nope it’s all about money it’s so distasteful.

I can not say enough good things about RMA of Texas. They have been exceptional since day one. I was with them for a couple of years taking different approaches because I didnt want to jump right into IVF. Dr Balthazar is amazing and has the sweetest spirit. She was positive and encouraging and believed I would become pregnant, even when I didnt believe I would. Everyone was always so welcoming and willing to help with anything, even scheduling me for my shots when I didnt have someone who could give them to me at home. I was able to do INVOcell with them and just gave birth to my INVObaby. Our son would not be here without Dr. Balthazar and the rest of the RMA team.

This place is nothing but a heartless business. They insist on an insane amount of testing, some of which are for the exact same thing and very costly! They ask you to come to the office over and over so that you have to pay them money every single time. After ALL the blood draws and exams etc. we finally get our results back and are told everything is perfectly normal and a simple hormone medication would to do the trick. BUT THEN, Oh no we cant give it to you until you have ANOTHER EXAM! However this time my insurance will not cover treatment and I have to pay out of pocket. I told them that wasnt possible for me and they refused to prescribe the medication I need to start my family unless I do so. So all the extremely uncomfortable testing for my husband and myself are all for nothing. Waste of time, energy, money and heartache. These people dont want to help you start a family they want to take advantage of couples in a need and claim its against there policy.

Dr. Magdalena is so sweet and caring. She doesn’t rush you and makes you feel safe in your journey. She’s so wonderful, very trusting and patient.

Working with Aspire was an exercise in frustration. After three unsuccessful attempts at IUI, my wife and I opted for IVF. We paid for the whole of the procedure up front--approximately $24,500 including shots and medication, all of which was paid out of pocket. After fertilization, we were told on a Friday that our embryos were progressing well. On Monday, we were informed that none of our embryos were viable. When we asked Dr. Failor what happened between Friday and Monday she responded that when they looked back at the results from Friday the embryos did not look good after all. When I asked her to explain how this error was made, she offered few details and no apology. To our surprise, in our follow-up appointment, Dr. Failor assumed that we would want to try IVF again. It was clear to my wife and I that this meeting was a sales pitch, not a medical consultation. Dr. Failor offered little in the way of assurance that a similar error would not happen again. Given that we did not complete the IVF process, we requested a refund of the balance of funds not used. It took three months and endless follow-up to get back a fraction of our money. In the breakdown of funds used, there was a $4,000 line item simply labeled Monitoring. When we asked for clarification, we were given an explanation that could be described as inept at best, intentionally deceptive at worst. If youre looking for fertility services in San Antonio, look elsewhere.

We are blessed to have found Maggie, Doctor Failor, Doctor Balthazar, Cody, Ashley , Christal and all the Smart IVF team! We have received answers to all our questions and the personal attention to our questions is amazing! More importantly, with the help of all of them and God’s help we are getting positive results! I’m very sorry thankful that we have found a place where we can be listen to and have helped me find answers to my own situation 🙏

RMA of Texas is hand down the best! After years of trying to conceive, my husband and I decided to try IVF. From day one all of the staff, from the receptionist to the nurses and doctors, were all so friendly, caring and willing to take the time to explain the process in great detail. I never felt like a burden to them when asking any question. We even had difficulties with our insurance and the staff there fought for us and we were able to work everything out. Thankfully, everything went well and we had no complications. We are currently 14 weeks pregnant and so thankful to RMA of Texas for making our dreams come true. We will definitely be going back in the future!!!

Dr. Knudtson has a very calm and positive demeanor that I very much appreciate as a patient. She listens, takes her time and has a wonderful bedside manner.

I have to be honest and say that I really admired Dr. Knudtson. She’s honest and she open to listening to you and your experience. She doesn’t rush through appointments, she sits and she discusses what she sees, etc. I recommend her to anyone that is looking for a fertility doctor.

Go anywhere but here. They look at you as nothing but a $$$ sign. During your first appointment they offer you a sales like pitch presentation for ivf. When I wanted to try less invasive options first the doctor actually came in and said “Did I not explain it to you properly” After thousands of wasted dollars with them I jumped ship and went to another local clinic that had me pregnant in 2 months without ivf. I’m currently 22 weeks and wish I had left after the first appointment and never gave them a penny.

THEY FAILED TO INFORM ME I WAS A CARRIER FOR A GENETIC DISORDER.The quality of staff reflects the standards of the doctors running the facility. That’s where their problems begin.I felt very rushed through the entire process, like everyone else knew what was going on, but since this was my first time discovering that my husband and I had fertility issues, no one really took the time to really explain the process at each visit. On several visits my husband or I were cut off by Dr. B when we were asking questions or explaining something. By the time we actually got to performing the IUI, I had already had an uncomfortable feeling, but since I had nothing to compare it to, I tried to push it out of my mind.On the day of my IUI, as you can imagine, I was very nervous. The procedure went well enough, and the MA told me to lay there for 10 minutes to allow the sperm to enter the fallopian tubes. I tried to cover my eyes and I didn’t pay attention to the time because she put an alarm and it would let me know when to get up. I heard the beep and I thought it was early, but I got up and started getting dressed. I was almost finished when I heard another beep and looked at the wall, it flashed 3 minutes and was counting backwards! Apparently, it had a warning bell at 5 min and 7 min. I got scared and went back to lay down on the table, then the 10 min alarm sounded off, and I finally got up. I wish someone had informed me about this, but as with the rest of my experience it had been rushed and there was little attention to detail. I left the room and went to check-out, everything had already been paid for, but I wanted to get a copy of all my lab work to show my PCP. I took the copy and went to my car and looked it over quickly. Right on the first page, there it was, “Carrier For Cystic Fibrosis and CFTR-Related Disorders.” Why did Dr. B tell me about my low Vit D and not the carrier status? All I can think of was she didn’t want to spend the time talking about it because it would have been an extensive conversation. She had treated me nicely through the process, but was not thorough, and that’s what you’re getting with this facility. There were several instances where I felt like I was just being pushed through the system. From the gaps of information and lack of attention to detail. My IUI was not successful and as we all know, stress is a huge factor. They CREATED the stress I endured after the procedure. I refused to go back to get my blood test because I got my period. It was a very painful situation to go through, and I truly believe that I’m not the only one that his happens to, I was just unfortunate to find out.I had my first meeting today with my new fertility specialist, and she had informed me that starting the clomiphene on day 6 really didn’t do anything to improve my chances. So, when I asked the MA to inform me about the repercussions, and her stating that ‘it’s fine’ was very misleading.I did ask for my money back because I felt like it was all a waste. Of course, they only gave me back the 160 dollars for the blood test and nothing else.This place would probably be an acceptable place to go if you have experience with infertility or have already been through the process. If you’re new to it though, you will leave with many gaps in knowledge. I would never go back, nor would I recommend this facility to anyone.Go to Texas Fertility Center. Seriously.

We really appreciated her enthusiasm and willingness to jump into our complicated situation. It was clear from the first five minutes that she was the physician we wanted to guide us through this process.

When you want a baby and cant have one you do a lot of research and pull from all the experience around you, so going into the first appointment I knew what I needed but I played by their rules and let them do multiple exams on me ( one for my husband) to make sure. I never saw the same doctor or nurse twice, the only person that was consistent was the women collecting the money. So now that they see that all I need is a hormone drug they are forcing me based on their policy to come back for another exam! Im heart broken I cant afford the extra exams my insurance wont cover so they will prescribe me the drug I need to ovulate and make it possible for me to conceive. It was a waste of time and money. Not to mention extremely emotionally straining.

If you can get somebody to answer the phone at that place, it would be a great first start. I’ve been calling for over two weeks now and just cannot get anyone to answer the phone. I’ve been in the office several times before with a friend and they are never that busy to where they can’t just pick up the phone and at least put you on hold.

Dr. Arredondo and his staff have been so informative. I was seeing a previous physician and was given wrong information. Dr. Arredondo was very compassionate with the sensitivity of my situation. The team that assisted with my Laparoscopy/Hysteroscopy made sure that not only myself, but my partner were all on the same page and prepped us for all scenarios. I highly recommend RMA of Texas.

I LOVED that Dr. Arredondo insisted in doing the upfront testing. HOW can they diagnose with out all the testing upfront? Well I wasted over seven years going to other doctors who gave me the standard medicine. And guess what? My body did not respond well to those meds. We went to RMA and no guessing. We knew that insurances cover next to nothing for fertility-treatments or exams so we planned accordingly. In addition we were able to go to the stone oak and medical offices as we needed. We got pregnant on our FIRST IVF treatment. We now have a healthy one year old. And yes we plan to try for a second one with RMA...... update. We had our second baby w RMA on our SECOND try (2 eggs=2babies). A boy and a girl. If you are currently struggling I highly recommend you go with a Dr. who does testing upfront. A previous Dr had me on meds at the same time my thyroid went out of whack (had radiation to fix it). Good luck. And God speed. Took us 8 years and different doctors until we found Dr. Arredondo.

Went in for a hysteroscopy staff very friendly considering how nervous I wa. My pre op nurse was friendly and thank goodness made me laugh. Anesthesia made me laugh and was compassionate when I started crying from nervousness

RMA of TX, all of the Doctors and Staff, specifically Monica & Dr. Browne are amazing at what they do, which is creating miracles. Not a day goes by that I dont think about them when I look at my beautiful toddler running around and I am so thankful that they helped My Husband and I create him. They encourage you when you think its never going to happen and they hug you when you need it. All of the tiny Baby footprints on their office walls are a joyous expression to put a smile on your face and a wonderful indication that RMA will make it happen. For anybody that is struggling to conceive, RMA is the place to go. Good Luck on your journey! Hoping you get to return to put your Babys footprints on the wall too. :)

I made an appointment they said they accepted my insurance and they would run it and make sure it was accepted they didnt call me back so i thought everything was fine i had questions and called i never could get a hold of anyone with my questions and they didnt return my messages I drove 2 an a half hours for my appointment when I get there they tell me my insurance is not in network and i should have called if i had questions really I should have called Y Didnt I think of that???so I wasted a day and gas money I ended up calling my insurance company to find me a doctor
