Dr. Failor was so sweet, professional, and positive. I wasnt sure what type of options I had going into my appointment but she explained the process of my treatment plan in great detail. My husband and I both left her office feeling hopeful.

Dr. Failor was excellent. I transferred from another clinic, and I’m super impressed with how well she read up on my history and my chart. I was very pleased with the amount of time she spent with my husband and I, reviewing a game plan with us and quite frankly how honest she was. There were some exams that my prior clinic didn’t feel were necessary that Dr Failor was in favor of, and we’re now moving forward with. I’m happy I switched clinics. And the staff were all so friendly.

Dr. Failor was very professional and informative. She answered all my questions and went very in depth in my treatment plan. I felt very comfortable in my first visit to beginning my journey!

Dr. Failor was my doctor almost 2 years ago when my wife and I started our journey to have a baby back in 2020. She was great! It was at the start of COVID and she presented our options and everything wonderfully. She was so personable and while they were having staffing shortages back then, she was accommodating when I only felt comfortable with her for certain procedures.We will be going back to Dr. Failor for assistance with our 2nd baby.

Our experience with Dr. Failor has been very positive. Going through infertility is so tough, but having a great doctor and team can make the experience easier. Definitely would recommend Dr. Failor. She was very honest about our chances with all of the different procedures we could do. Even when things didn’t go how we would have liked, she always reassured us that we would get our baby. Thanks to Dr. Failor we are 6 weeks pregnant now!

Dr. Failor and her team are great! It was my first time meeting her in person for my INVOCell removal/embryo transfer this past weekend and she was so polite and cheerful. She explained everything every step of the way and made me feel safe.

This was my first time meeting Dr Failor, since I usually see a different doctor within the practice. However, she was very kind, professional, and reassuring when I didn’t receive the news I was hoping for. I really appreciate her taking the time to see me on a Saturday and taking the time to explain my next steps.

Aspire has been such a great clinic! Dr. Failor has been my main doctor but I’ve also see Dr. B. Both of them are wonderful! Everyone is so kind and they are always quick to reply to messages via the portal. I appreciate this team and the support the have provided throughout this process!

She was very pushy for IVF when we specifically said that is against our religion and IVF will never be an option for us. Then she contributed to talk and bring up IVF to the point that my husband and I almost walked out the room after we made it very clear we were only there for IUI. It became very uncomfortable in the room with her and would not recommend if you’re religious and not wanting IVF.

Dr. Failor was amazing! Explained everything very well and made us feel comfortable and confident! We can’t wait to continue this Journey with her and Aspire!

Dr. Failor was extremely kind and provided detailed explanations of everything! Even though all test came back normal, and we eventually were able to conceive naturally, I had an amazing experience with everyone here!

Was able to do a telemed appointment and arrange a closer to home plan once we talked. She was very willing to listen, and helpful for the big picture, I appreciated her practical approach and her willingness to want to do what worked for my body and be flexible based on medical history.

While I love Dr Failor, her whole Aspire Fertility company is just very unprofessional. I am STILL waiting on a refund from 2019 due to failed IVF process, I have to call and try and get answers to only get answering machines and no call backs. Today I had an appointment in SA (I’m from McAllen and had to travel) for a sono due to a Feb surgery that didn’t work. I called all last week no call backs to even just confirm the time and location. To find out my co pay was WAY more than I was able to afford. A trip for nothing. Super super disappointed in the whole process. And this was supposed to be a stress free process trying to get pregnant and all I got was extreme stress.

Dr. Failor was very patient and explained everything in detail and explained every option available to me! Wait time was perfect as well!
