Family Matters Surrogacy is a wonderful agency in every single way. I was a surrogate for this agency and I have nothing but good things to say about my entire experience. Breann is an amazing advocate for her surrogates and is constantly finding new ways to make the surrogacy process smooth and enjoyable! She has a great way of making you feel comfortable right away. I encourage anyone who is interested in surrogacy to speak with her and consider her for your journey.I was matched with an amazing family whom i grew close to and could not be happier that I had the opportunity to help them build their family.when I am able i will do it again in a heart beat!

I just want to give credit where its deserved. Breann of Family Matters Surrogacy is such an amazing person. My wife and I contacted Family Matters Surrogacy hoping to get information about surrogacy and the process. We had reached out to several others previously, and it seemed like most agencies did not want to spend the time to educate us on the process and steps required. Several of them actually advised us to Google about it. Breann of Family Matters Surrogacy was our hero! She answered our call and immediately showed empathy to our circumstances. A cold call with no referral other than a Google search, turned into a hour plus long conversation, seemingly with a friend we had known forever. She was so warm and considerate. She shared her vast knowledge with us, and surprised us with the fact that she had previously been a surrogate herself. While others, (whom in good taste I will not name here), brushed us off and were short with us, Breann was willing to take the time to educate us and understand our situation. We are forever thankful to her for setting a GREAT example of how a small business owner should treat potential clients. While we learned that we arent quite ready for Family Matters Surrogacy services yet, Breann definitely earned our future business. I recommend this agency over all others from our personal experience. Couldnt have asked for a better person to guide us through this intimate journey weve set out on. The team at Family Matters Surrogacy is really, truly wonderful. My daughter was born in June 2019 and I am forever grateful to Breann for being our ally, advocate and educator.Managing the relationship between intended parents and their surrogate can be tricky and, as a former surrogate herself, Breann is able to relay invaluable insight. Its clear that Breann cares a lot about her intended parents and the remarkable, life-giving surrogates that work with her. Shes organized and professional, and I appreciate that shes responsive by text and offers to talk/video chat even on weekends and weekday evenings.Surrogacy is complicated and at times overwhelming. My partner and I initially hesitated signing up with a smaller shop. I am so glad we did.

A few years ago I was speaking with a friend who was beginning a surrogacy journey. I was curious so I asked her a million questions about the process. I cannot say enough amazing this about Breann at Family Matters Surrogacy! Upon meeting Breann she asked me for everything I wanted and needed out of this journey and advocated for me every step of the way. She was incredibly involved in every aspect of my pregnancy before during and after, I honestly dont know how this woman does it but she does in the most genuine loving way! I was matched with IPs that were exactly what I was looking for and any question or concern that I had she was so quick to assist with. Even her efforts in getting all of us fellow surrogates together from time to time has been an amazing experience, the support and love through this journey has been unreal and I cant thank her enough for this experience. :)

*this is long*As a currently pregnant as a second time surrogate for this company I could not be any happier with my choice of turning to FMS when deciding I wanted to help other families grow.This company truly is based on family, the intended parents families the surrogates families and the owners own family. I can’t tell you how she does it, but she does it all for us all! While the company is expanding she is fairly busy but still manages to get responses to all questions in a very short time frame which is important because nobody wants to feel left in the dark. Especially when it’s a question that you could need to reach out to your IVF doctor, OBGYN, or attorney. Or even if it’s just a silly question that she never makes you feel crazy for asking. From the monthly group meetings, to living your day to day life this company would be your perfect fit wether you’re looking for a surrogate, or a family to assist having their child.
