Optimize U - San Diego Hormone Clinic

I had a great experience with Optimize U. I was helped by Brian Moyer. Extensive blood work, thorough explanation and absolutely no pressure to sign up for anything. Very refreshing to be honest. I would recommend this clinic and Brian especially.

Jessica is amazing. She communicates effectively. She is very professional, polite, and easy to work with.Leslie Karr is also amazing. She is very knowledgeable and compassionate.

I truly cannot say enough good things about Optimize U, but specifically Leslie Karr. Leslie is thorough, empathetic, and has a great bedside manner. Shes figured out some of my issues that no specialist has. I love that shes eastern/western and has a holistic approach to her practice. If you are considering, I would book with her ASAP!

Coming across Optimize U has been life changing to say the least. Brian is an extremely thorough practitioner and from my first visit I knew I was in the right place. Brian does an excellent job with reviewing your history and making sure you understand every detail. The progress I’ve seen since my initial visit has far beyond exceeded my expectations. Very extensive hormone testing. Ease of getting in for collection was great. Blood draw went very smoothly and barely even felt the needle. Office was clean and modern. Staff was friendly.

My doc recommended this place. Said he had used them in the past for his own personal care. So far it’s been a great experience. I am happy with my results and looking forward to even better ones.

I have never been more impressed by a clinic in my life. For context I have been a RN for 7 years, have worked for huge medical organizations, smaller private practices, and those in between. The providers here are exceptional. They are so knowledgeable and are true experts in their field. I saw a primary care doctor at Scripps a few months ago for concerns with weight gain, fatigue, etc regardless of exercising 5x/wk and the doctor told me to “eat less”. These doctors did a full hormone panel work up among other labs and Brian, PA spent an HOUR on the phone with me pouring over every detail of my labs, asking questions, and ended up finding out that my testosterone levels were basically 0 which can explain about 90% of my issues. They care, they listen, they have a true passion to help and it shows. If you have any type of hormonal, weight loss, energy level concerns, these are your people. I will definitely be recommending to everyone I know.

I went in to try and figure out why I was feeling low on energy and try to find a solution to help me out and Brian is amazing. Brian does consult with you to figure out what you want to get out of the process and answers all questions you have. After obtaining results he talks to you and explains the science behind the way you might be feeling and goes over the different roads you can take that might help you feel better. Even when you have questions he is always very helpful. I have been feeling better with his recommendations. Thank you Brian.

For my dad’s birthday I got him a six month of hormone replacement therapy. He’s loved Dr. Vedamani and the PA Brian so much that he’s continuing treatment on his own. Since starting the testosterone he says he has way more energy and is in a better mood. I’m so thankful for the results and for Dr. Vedamani for always answering mine and my dads questions!
