We now have a healthy baby, thank you to the amazing team of Dr. Agrawal, Dr. Dayo, nurse Amanda Arnold. We thought of giving up but in God’s perfect time He blessed us with our bundle of joy. The entire staff was kind and knowledgeable. Staff also replies promptly.

I wish no one experiences what I went through with this office in UCSD health system. I know people usually don’t leave review unless it really hurts them, I’m sure there are positive ones. There are so many factors for a successful pregnancy, many are out of doctor’s control. What we need from the doctors are the accurate information to guide us through the process. What strikes me is when and how UCSD permits young residency students to conduct/practice, my bad luck might be an exception. This residency Dr Alesa Medica, conducted all my consultation in May 2021 while Dr Su was with us, appreciate her detailed explanation, but when I asked her is there a way to help woman with releasing eggs (ovulation), her answer was no technology can do that yet. Dr Su stood there and said nothing. I doubted for a moment since I recalled such info from some TV shows. But her words really misled me for a year. It’s like all she explained were the options that this group can offer (or make money from), they don’t care about if you haven’t spoken to OBGYN or what options other group can offer. By the way Dr Alesa Medica, of course there are ways/med to help with ovulation if you haven’t heard about!! I wish Dr Su had said something. I finally get the right help from OBGYN Drs, but 1.5 year later…

5 stars because they helped me get pregnant! The whole staff is so friendly and helpful whenever I had a question they were quick to respond on mychart. Nurse Amanda Arnold always was so comforting and understanding when I had questions regarding my pregnancy. Also, Dr. Agarwal is the best. He always took so much time with me and answered all my questions. You can tell he genuinely cares for his patients. Highly recommend this place!

I called today to make an appointment for STD testing after having a poor experience at the UCSD urgent care clinic where I felt that I was not examined properly. They literally would not let me come in to be tested even though I am experiencing possible symptoms. They said that since the doctor at urgent care left notes, they they felt I didnt need to be tested. I told them I felt like I wasnt examined properly in urgent care and I am experiencing possible symptoms. They literally would not make an appointment for STD testing. Not only was that extremely upsetting to me, but I felt that it was medically irresponsible. Luckily, I found another office who took me in, and they could not believe UCSD turned me away.

I visited the OGBYN clinic here for the second time. On both visits, the staff were indifferent and treated me like a number. For this visit I never got a confirmation call. No one told me in advance that Id need to give a urine sample or pay significantly more than a regular visit. I was seeing the doctor for a procedure Id had before at another location. The nurse wasnt able to answer basic questions about the procedure. I had never met the MD before, but when she came in she jumped right in to explaining the procedure and didnt give me a chance to ask questions. The procedure was far more painful than it needed to be and the MD had to spend a significant amount of time trying to stop the bleeding. I went home crying and feeling completely dehumanized.
