This was one of the worst doctors experiences ever. I still feel upset about how I was treated. After being a very satisfied patient for 8 yrs plus, I was suddenly double billed. The situation was so unexplicable. The office was warned directly from Medicare 4 times that I was not responsible .I called so many times to get an appointment, and their answer was no. Furthermore, they threatened to send me to collections. I asked why this was happening? The answer is that we dont take Medicare!! People, If youve chosen this office, you know they accept Medicare, its listed everywhere. I guess they just drop people because they can, and its easier than fixing their mistake. Hello Dr. Hannon, if you happen to see this review,I think you are an excellent doctor. I wish you well in spite of all the months of hassle and humiliation.

I LOVE Monica Hannon... she has all the qualities of a health provider we all want. She is personable, and really listens and takes time to get to know you. In addition, she is bright and thorough. She is up on the latest research, recommendations, and guidelines. But, if she doesnt know, she does the necessary research to both learn, and to provide me with the best care. She is a beautiful amalgam of old school physician (with the hands-on personable approach), with the cutting edge knowledge of a new practitioner. I feel so lucky to have found her!

Dr. Hannon is an extremely competent physician with a warm and attentive manner. She takes her time with her patients and listens closely to their concerns. Her office staff is very good. I would highly recommend her.

Cancelled time sensitive tests for my wife without telling us and then dropped her as a patient without a word or any follow up until we asked them where our test results were. When asked they simply said Youre no longer a patient at this office seek care elsewhereWe were fully paid in advanced with no outstanding balance.17 years in medicine myself and Ive never experienced anything like it. First time Ive ever felt obligated to file a complaint with the medical board.As a medical provider myself and a patient advocate I feel the need to let those that might not know. California and almost every other state has laws against abandonment like this. So if this has happened to you at any provider file a complaint with the MBC.Edit below to reply to office.We were private pay, meaning no plan, paying with cash, so the office claiming they needed to set us up with providers under our plan for our safety is nonsense.In addition even if that was the case why didnt they give us any referrals? Why did they cancel our appointments without notice. Their reply is just to cover their behinds now that they know a complaint with the medical board was filed. I can only hope that others reading this will be a little better informed as to their office practices.

Dr. Monica Hannon is simply amazing. I feel comfortable with her, her bedside manner is impeccable and she knows exactly what she is doing. By far the best practice Ive visited in San Francisco after going to multiple other OBGYN

New patient and have visited Dr. Monica Hannon twice this year and am very satisfied with her care. She is approachable, calm and answers all my questions. I look forward to keeping her as my OBGYN for many healthy years to come.

Dr. Hannon was great. He listens and is very caring. The wait time has always been short, usually less than 5 min wait to see him. This is my second pregnancy and my first one was with his partner Dr. Monica Hannon. They are both really good. I would recommend.

Dr. Monica Hannon is great.But her front desk and billing department need some type of professional training. They are unprofessional, disrespectful, and inconsiderate.I went on January for an annual check-up that is covered by my insurance (UHC-Brown and Toland). My insurance first denied my claim (I am new to California so it took time for my file to appear) but after a few days, my insurance approved the claimed. They contact the providers office to informed them that the claim was being process. I even email the office to provide a reference number for my case (which took me hours on the phone to get). Dr. Monicas office still changed me $355 for the visit.Now I am privileged and put a credit card on file but imaged if a patient has listed their checking account. Now what if that patient needed the money to feed their family or pay their bill? Getting charged for an annual check up when your insurance company informed multiple times to the providers office that the claim was being process is extremely stressful.The claim went through and I got reimbursed (it took 4 months-beginning of January 2022). The insurance company took longer because many staff members were out because of COVID-specially after the new variant in March. This office needs to be more professional, considerate, and aware of this. How are you going to charge a patient directly only after 4 months? Sometimes it takes longer for claims to be processed, specially after COVID.Dr. Monica Hannon is great but the stress from the office staff is too much to bear and I will not be coming back.

I’m very happy with the care I have received here over the last year. Everyone has been kind, organized, and punctual, and both Monica Hannon and Honey Robbins have been extremely approachable and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their office!

Dr. Monica (Hannon) is very knowledgeable and listens to your concerns and medical issues. What I really like about her is that she is open to considering alternative treatments (rather than just using oral rx drugs) which I really appreciate since I am so drug sensitive. Shes definitely a 5-star MD.

I have been so happy...and relieved to =work with both Dr. Monica Hannon, MD and Jill Saberman, NP.Id previously had another Gyn, for over 10 years, and when I developed some chronic issues she was stumped and avoided returning my phone calls.Then I found Jill and Monica. LISTEN LADIES...these women know their stuff. If youre menopausal...these ladies will tease out the difficult, and confusing issues that are confounding and maddening. Were working on a a progressive treatment plan right now and this issue wasnt a mystery to them.Very happy I found them...and they recently moved to within walking distance of my flat.Lucky me. :-)

DO NOT GO TO DR ZIYAD HANNON.I was extremely dissatisfied with his care and consulting on birth control options. He clearly did not care about my wellbeing or body or health history, since he did not ask me a SINGLE question. And when I asked him questions he gave extremely short and superficial information that I can easily find in a 3 second google search.TW: pelvic exam; extreme invasive painI had inquired about getting an IUD, and he did a pelvic exam on me to see if it would fit in my uterus and cervical canal and he caused a lot of unnecessary pain. This exam is typically done when the patient is on their period, when the canal is widened. Instead he failed to mention this at all, caused me immense pain trying to tear open my canal, and told me IUDs will not work at all on you, give up on it and prescribed me some other random birth control that I knew nothing about.His apathy and lack of basic human compassion was an extremely jarring and harrowing experience. It was my first time at an OBGYN appointment and at the time I did not know what to expect, so I had accepted this experience as normal. Now I know this is NOT how an OBGYN experience should be. I cannot believe he is an OBGYN doctor that doesnt even bother asking the patient any questions about what they want or need and creates a cold, sterile atmosphere of indifference. I am quite traumatized and will not be returning.

Jill Saberman is the greatest! She makes me feel super comfortable and explains things clearly. She’s thorough and never makes me feel like just another patient.

Dr. Hannon is passionate about her field, stays abreast of the latest developments, and treats her patients with great care, attention, and individualization.

Dr. Monica is culturally competent, attentive, spends time to check in, and puts her patients at ease. The new office is great and easy to reach by public transit.

Called to verify whether they accept my insurance and to schedule an appointment! The office/billing staff does NOT know what insurances they take and refused to check mine so I never made an appointment! Disappointed as these doctors had good reviews.
