I saw Teresa for a frozen embryo transfer acupuncture protocol. She was incredibly wonderful and kind. She took a very complete assessment and drastically decreased my stress and anxiety. Would highly recommend her to anyone and would most definitely go back!

Teresa is absolutely amazing! This was my first time having acupuncture done and she made the whole experience so wonderful. She has the most soothing voice and positive personality. She is so knowledgeable and accommodating. I cant say enough good things about her! The office space was very clean and welcoming. She went out of her way to make sure I had an experience tailored to my needs and preferences. She made recommendations but was never pushy about anything. I wish I lived in San Francisco so I could see her on a regular basis! I am definitely hooked on acupuncture now and I just hope I can find someone as fabulous as Teresa in my home town. She has set the bar very high!

Teresa was by far the best acupuncturist I’ve ever had. She did my accupunture before and after my IVF transfer and it was amazing. She had me hold the fertility stone the whole time which was calming and she gave me my own stone to take home which was so sweet of her. Best experience I’ve had with acupuncture ever.

Navigating fertility can be overwhelming and lonely! Throughout my (long) journey I’ve found it important and necessary to have a well rounded support system. Weekly acupuncture has been instrumental in helping my body heal (which I didn’t know was sick), see improvements, learning about my body, a safe place to ask questions, talk through scenarios and provide me tools / resources that would not have been provided through conventional medicine. Treating the ‘whole’ self is so important during this time and I’m incredibly grateful for the support from Sara, Teresa and the Nest team.

Over the past year, Nest has been an incredible source for healing my body, which includes back and neck pain. Dr. Vikky and others at Nest really care about their patients and facility is highly professional. You are greeted at each visit by Theresa who is very friendly and helpful. Overall, Im so grateful for Dr. Vikky and her caring approach using acupuncture and cupping to get me back on the road to recovery. I highly recommend Nest.

I have really enjoyed my experience at Nest! I have done acupuncture with Vikky, Tiffinie and Sara and they have all been incredibly helpful in explaining things to me and bringing a sense of calmness to my journey. Teresa makes scheduling my appointments very easy and even fun, always getting a laugh in. Sara and the team at Nest are all wonderful! I sought out acupuncture as part of my fertility journey. I remember being so nervous at my first appointment. Theyve been encouraging, offered advice when I sought it out and supportive of my journey. The quiet time to relax and focus on me has also been so helpful. I came to Nest Acupuncture for my pre and post Frozen Embryo Transfer. Teresa was so sweet, explained every pressure point to me, and took her time with me. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. I wish I lived closer so I could come more often. I recommend making an appointment with Teresa.

I have been seeing Tiffanie for just a little over a year now. She helped me tremendously both emotionally and physically throughout my IVF experience and so far through the first half of my pregnancy!! The office is always a enjoyable place to visit, clean, organized, etc. I highly recommend!!

I was deeply grateful to be able to get an appointment same day at the Nest. I was in San Francisco doing an egg retrieval and really felt strongly that I needed to do an acupuncture session. My previous acupuncturist was unavailable. I was thrilled to be able to get into the Nest within 15 minutes of my call! I received a wonderful treatment from Dr. Vikky, and I ended up retrieving 15 eggs this cycle! The Nest team was extremely welcoming and gracious. I cannot wait to return for support during my IVF transfer!

I have been getting acupuncture treatments at Nest for quite a few years. I love the atmosphere there and the smell is so amazing! I go in for help with knee pain, but by the time Tiffinie is finished with me, my headache is gone, and I am in a much better mood 😊. It is so relaxing there. Treat yourself ❤️

Sara is a wonderful and talented acupuncturist who helped me immensely on our pregnancy journey, and what a journey it was!! She was a close confident and pillar of support throughout the entire experience. What an amazing human being! Sara spent nearly 30 minutes in our firsts session understanding my background and history. This gave me comfort and built a strong foundation. As someone new to acupuncture, I greatly appreciated her calm and gentle explanations; she could always explain what she was doing and why it worked. She also is a deep listener and I felt like she always comforted me along the journey...through multiple miscarriages, pregnancy and ultimately a wonderful childbirth (so fast! 90 minutes of real labor and pushing!). Some days I was happy and others in absolute tears...the ebbs and flows of hormones and fertility. She always found a way to make me feel physically better and also emotionally supported; I looked forward to seeing her every week or two. The new location is very quiet and zen, with wonderful natural light and warmth - a comfortable and relaxing place for a long nap during treatments. Her style is very gentle, and as someone afraid of needles I found her to be excellent. I credit Sara (and the incredibly empathetic receptionist Teresa) with helping me stay pregnant, and ultimately have an incredible, easy and joyful birth experience. Cannot recommend them enough!

I have been going to nest the last few months and the entire team is wonderful. Sara specifically has been amazing. They are all so friendly and kind, care deeply about your entire well being and make you feel immediately comfortable and supported. If brand new or an acupuncture regular, they will help you with the right approach to your needs. Also, beautiful relaxing space!

I love Nest and to be more precise, Sara Stieg. She has been amazing during my two year journey (perhaps a bit longer) to try to conceive naturally (I was 45 when I started seeing her) and then through IVF. Sara supported me I would say every single week at times because I needed acupuncture care as well as her wholistic approach through nutritional advice, healthy tips, support and more. I enjoyed every session and I truly believe that acupuncture helped me getting pregnant naturally in the beginning (had two miscarriages) then succeeding with IVF, transfer and implantation. I continued going through my pregnancy (what a delight!) and also postpartum to alleviate my back and wrist pain. I truly recommend this place and Sara! Enjoy her sessions!

Nest Acupuncture was recommended to me via a very well respected OBGYN in SF, and I am so happy I took her advise on making an appointment. As someone who was not raised with a full understanding of traditional eastern medical practices, I can say that I am a full believer now in the power of blending eastern and western care, and I am learning more and more that patients and doctors alike would recommend this path. Nest has helped me physically and emotionally with my fertility journey, which has not been a completely smooth one. I speak for many women going through what I have been while trying to conceive - it can be daunting, frustrating, and emotionally taxing, but having a team like Nest and Sara in your corner really does help.
