I usually don’t write reviews but Dr. Kendrick is worth an exception. She was with us from day 1 ofMy pregnancy and made the naturally nerve wrecking journey so pleasant and comfortable. I would trust her with all of My family and friends, she is the best doctor I have ever been with. She is considerate and patient and never makes you feel rushed or silly for asking an obvious question. She goes above and beyond for any concerns you may have. Her staff is really sweet and responsive too..she is busy but I recommend waiting to book an appointment with her over going with anyone else, it’s worth the wait I promise. Dr. Kendrick Narisse is amazing!! She is very down to earth, caring, and took the time to answer my large list of questions. I have no complaints about her. I highly recommend her professional services. She helped me understand the path to fertility and gave me the confidence I needed. Eventually her support gave me a successful outcome. She is the only reason I am giving this office five stars.However, I must comment on the billing services. I had a VASTLY dissimilar experience at that end.The billing at the clinic is not optimal. After my first visit, I asked the lady in reception if I could pay my co-pay. She mentioned that I should be receiving a bill soon. I am used to paying balances during doctor visits at other doctor’s offices I visit.I received a bill 1 month later in the mail and I made SEVERAL attempts to pay balance via phone and was put on hold each time. There is a special phone number for billing and even with that I was not successful (either no one answered or ever received a call back). There is also a website for which was not easy to navigate to pay balance. Hence, I was not able to pay the bill online.Anyway, I never saw the bill for my second visit. Long story short, when I was FINALLY able to get a hold of someone in billing there was a collection fee of $40 that was added to my balance. I asked Cassandra in billing if she can waive the fee since I have made many honest attempts to pay off my balance. She blatantly refused and kept mentioning how I had plenty opportunity to pay my balance. She emphasized that there were emails and texts sent to me as a reminder. I have gone over my email several times and never received anything. I searched the clinic name and billing in my email history and found NOTHING. And I guarantee that I never received a text because I am quite diligent about those. Most of my other doctor offices will text me so I am very cognizant of it. Cassandra also told me that a pink letter was sent. Those are EXCEEDINGLY difficult to miss and yet I never saw one delivered. I have checked my pile of mail several times. At the end I ended up paying the collection fee; it was not worth more of an argument since these fees effect your credit, if reported. And what is crazy is that as soon as I paid, a copy of my receipt came to my email within 2 minutes. That was my first email from this clinic regarding billing. So, confirmation came immediately but the actual bill payment reminders never made it to my e-mail. That is very suspicious!! Cassandra also sent me an email with content for Debt Collect Attempt after I paid my bill. By that time email had no value. I never received any of these notifications, yet I was sent justification for it. There is a MAJOR gap between billing and customer/patient communication. The billing service is extremely poor for this clinic.So just FYI, be very diligent about sourcing payment information after your visits to this clinic. They do not make paying off balances as simple as it can be. One of medical groups that use gives you the option to pay your bill using a QR code and you can even use apply pay! So convenient.!!! This clinic really needs to catch up with modern times. It’s living in the stone ages. Or at-least change billing services.I genuinely enjoyed my visits with Dr. Narisse and was considering switching over from my current gynecologist. However, I am now having doubts due to their disorganized billing system.

I have been seeing Dr. Kendrick for at least 10 years and every time I see this wonderful physician, I have a great experience. She is so immediately personable that the usual stiff, new patient vibe is absent and you immediately feel comfortable and relaxed. She remembers you even if you only see her for your yearly PAP, which is awesome. Dr. Kendrick and her staff genuinely care about women and their overall health which is exactly why I absolutely love seeing her! Her offices have homey touches that are great. Her staff is great, very nice and knowledgable. I would definitely recommend Dr.Kendrick to anyone in need of a OB-GYN.

I agree with the other reviewer that I may give a lower review for the staff, but when it came time to have an emergency C-section, the most important thing was that Dr. Kendrick was on my team! Safe baby, safe mama, no complications! Thank you so much! She is always responsive to my concerns and a great doctor with a lot of experience.

Dr. Kendrick is an excellent doctor. I’ve been going to her for over 10 years. She is a great listener and she always takes time to answer all your questions. I did have some issues with her staff a while back and sent her an email about it and it. She addressed it right away and thank me for speaking up. So I give Dr. Kendrick 5 Stars and her staff 3

Great clinic to get all aesthetic services! The laser hair removal is great and machine delivers amazing results compared to other laser places I have been too! The staff is friendly and facility is very nice! Will highly recommend to friends and family!

Dr. Kendrick is one of the best Gynecologist that I have ever had! She is warm, funny and is passionate about her gift. I needed major surgery and due to her skill all went well.

Dr. Kendrick is absolutely wonderful. She takes care of not only your physical and medical needs, but she also listens to what is troubling your spirit. I highly recommend her. She has a top notch staff that are also very caring.

Dr. Kendrick has been my Doctor for many years, what can I say she is the Best, Awesome, Beautiful person in and out. And also a great listener. I would give her 100 stars if I could :)

We had our first baby here. Dr. Kendrick is really patient and professional. She helped us deliver our baby as midwife. She is excellent!

Dr Kendrick is a really nice obgyn dr she is a very thoughtful person and she really cares for your well being never met any obgyn like her don’t hesitate to see her

Where to even start! Ive had to seriously vent , analyze and try to justify the experience here. I come from a customer service background and this place lacks it .If they truly cared about their clients and patients they wouldnt continue to give multiple people the same experience.I had found this place through YELP as it had good and bad reviews because I know you cant please everyone, but its all in the way you deliver things .It started by calling which I was able to reach someone.They advised me to send an email with all my information to the billing department to verify my insurance ( ok check did that ) , then they send an email to set up a portal account to ( ok check did that ) , then you have to call to schedule an appointment (ok check did that ) , but they have different appointments one for new patients and ones for existing patients . New patient appointments come once in a blue moon though because it took about 3 months to get a new patient appointment!Yay! Appointment day comes and I arrive about 15 min early just to give ample time for them to check me in and have my appointment on time . After 15-20 min they advise me the doctor might not be able to see me due to a patient being in labor .Of course I was not thrilled as I had waited for three months for this appointment but I UNDERSTAND . I am a mother my self and was grateful to have had my OBGYN deliver my child . So I get it , it was an unexpected event .I go to the receptionist to get rescheduled. And I tell her my availability and ask if theres any sooner dates or if I could get notified if theres any cancellations prior to my new appointment to be notified .Instead of letting me finish my sentence she responds with if you had more flexibility with your schedule we could get you in sooner , which yes she has a point, but if i truly had more flexibility i obviously would let it be known as its in my interest.No email or call for an apology for the inconvenience after that day. Or a thank you for understanding.Yay! New appointment July 15th at 11:15am. I show up at 10:58am to be exact since they make you check in on the clipboard . I was early so getting called in felt longer but I get called in at about 11:20am . The nurse with a resting angry face checks my weight and blood pressure. Says everything is good the doctor will see you soon and leaves .Now Im just sitting there waiting for the doctor and a good 30-35 min pass by and no one gives me an update as to whats taking so long .I got tired of waiting so I get dressed and start to walk out and I ran into the doctor speaking to the receptionist and says oh you couldnt wait any longer ? , I respond no I couldnt . She then says well see one of the receptionist theyll RESCHEDULE you ( again ? As if my time wasnt valuable ) I respond to her no i wont be coming back & this is where I lose .. she responds with aww ok thank you Absolutely noooo care . I was of no importance. They clearly only care about money .Oh and to add a side not to show how much they cared . I receive no follow up afterwards . No apology. Or at the very least try to understand why I left .Avoid this place at ALL cost !!

She makes going to the gyn more comfortable each time! I love her and she truly cares about her patients.
