San Ramon Urgent Care

Came in for an eye problem and while they couldn’t do much, they did prescribe meds to help in the meantime while I found an appointment with an ophthalmologist. This medication helped with the pain and eased my suffering. The staff was friendly, and the wait time was quick - I was very grateful for this urgent care clinic! Such a great help!

We had a very good experience, my wife had a bad sinus infection and we were worried it might be Covid. They tested for both Covid and strep,, both tested negative. Which was a relief. And they prescribed antibiotic which fixed the problem. Dr. Rajesh was very kind and professional!

I received exceptionally skilled and highly empathetic care at San Ramon Urgent Care. I was seen within a few moments of my arrival. All of my questions and concerns were addressed thoroughly. I really appreciate their professionalism and the availability of their services.

Great doctors office! I’ve visited this office three times now and every time the staff is friendly, helpful and the waiting time is minimal. Dr. Rajesh is professional and has a sincere demeanor that makes it easy to feel comfortable and well taken care of. I was a bit skeptical of the service initially due to the initial low star reviews I read; however, I have only had great experiences at this office. You are in good hands.

The service was extremely disappointing. While Dr. Maheshwari is a good doctor, the staff, with the exception of one competent female staff member, seem inexperienced and unprofessional. Feels like bunch of high school kids hanging around.The doctor ordered several tests, resulting in a significant bill. However, the insurance company denied coverage due to invalid test codes. Quest Diagnostics has attempted to contact the hospital for the correct codes, but they have received no response. When I called the hospital to resolve this issue, I was told that the staff was too busy to assist.

I did OBSERVERSHIP for USMLE Match aspirants at this center and it has been a wonderful experience. This is a good learning opportunity allowing you to observe a wide range of procedures in addition to patient care for common conditions. The physician is professional and friendly always open to clinical discussion. Hours are also flexible if required. The doctor also practices at 2 other locations Manteca and Lathrop. The clinical staff at the center is also very good willing to help us with everything. At the end of rotation the physician gave me a very good LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION and even uploaded it in ERAS portal before the end of rotation. In most other places it is so difficult to obtain an LOR even after months of phone calls and emails. Overall excellent experience..👍

Such a wonderful & quick service. You don’t have to wait in line for hours. The staff is very cooperative and doctor is really supportive & kind.I would definitely recommend this place.

I came 10 minutes before my appointment time and was called right away. It seems not many patients had a 3 PM appointment at that time. It pleases me for not waiting long not like from the past. The receptionist she was nice, Dr. Maheshwari attended to me right away too. It was a pleasant day.

I recently took my father to the clinic and was thoroughly impressed with the care and professionalism we experienced. The staff was welcoming and quite efficient. Dr. Rajesh was very helpful and my father couldnt be happier with the care he received. He took time to listen to concerns, thoroughly explained treatment options, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment.

Really bad service. First ‘nurse’ was nice, but they will “test” you for 3 separate bacterial infections and they will come back and claim that they received the results less than 10 minutes later, including a COVID test, which is illogical considering COVID tests take 15 minutes to completely and accurately showcase results. Prescribe medication that is not correlated with the symptoms you prescribe to them. Doctor comes in and performs the exact same ritual that the first ‘nurse’ who came in did, why twice?! Have unqualified staff, individuals who look far too young to be at all qualified in any capacity and working in healthcare directly with patients, especially serving as ‘nurse’ or even behind the desk, commenting on aspects of the testing processes that they know nothing about. Super unprofessional employees. Don’t come here, seems like a scam

Dr. Rajesh Maheswari is amazing. His professionalism and expertise is outstanding. I am using his services from last 5 years, Easily approachable, very caring. I generally take my parents and in laws if they are not well during their visit here. My parents and in laws are also happy with his service. He listens to you. I would highly recommend Dr. Maheshwari. 🙏

I walked in and was able to be seen by Doctor and her assistants in short time. They performed required test to make I do not have Covid or Flu. Measured my blood pressure and oxygen saturation.Then they diagnosed and called CVS for required Antibiotics.

Dr.Maheshwari has been our doctor for the past 5 years. We are happy to get the care and agile treatment from the entire team. They are responsive over the email, phone and knows the cultural sensitivity when working with patients.

My mother is receiving excellent service at San Ramon Urgent Care for almost 8 years. Dr.Rajesh is very detailed in his diagnostics on the medical condition and explain patiently on the recovery steps and taking prescriptions. My Mother feels so comfortable with the San Ramon Urgent Care and always asks for Dr.Rajeshs recommendation whenever she is away from home. Dr. Raj and Prasanna are great!My experiences with this office have been positive.Ive been able to resolve issues either over the phone or through Tele appointments as well. There is a language barrier at times but its minimal and both are very patient in explaining until understood.Dr. addresses my issues and if he isnt the one able to treat them, he sends referrals to Drs that do before I leave his office.

Urgent care is located at Acosta Blvd. in San Ramon California 94583 is run by Dr. Rajesh Maheshwari . He is my Primary Care Physician. He also takes Contra Costa Health Plan .Recently I requested for Refill for my medication. His Staff did quick action & get it approved from Dr & sent to my Walgreens Pharmacy SanRamon C.A-94583

I went here with high f we and acute muscle pain. They treated me immediately and diagnosed the cause. I was referred to ER as they felt it was a serious problem and I felt that was great call. I highly recommend this hospital. Thank you for all the help.

Dr maheshwari is very practical doctor. I have referred many people over here in last 5 years. Mainly I like is that many times he is able to give simplistic solutions and listens carefully explains all medications in details.

Not a great experience. Unqualified workers taking my blood pressure, asking medical information. I was not asked what medications I’m on.NP prescribed me cipro (a very powerful, strong antibiotic) as a “just in case” there was an infection. No bloodwork done. List of allergies was incorrect on my paperwork. Birthday was incorrect on my paperwork and prescription sent to the wrong pharmacy.

Excellent appointment access / excellent service / all other urgent care in San Ramon (been to them all) don’t compare!

Dr Rajesh Maheswari is very knowledgeable and having updated information on various latest medical developments & knows how to make patients recovers from their ailments. He also refers to specialist doctors for proper treatment, wherever necessary.. We are very happy and got relieved from different ailments. His team also very cooperative and courteous. Yesterday when I requested for refill of tablets, Dr Rajesh Sir himself took the call and responded immediately. I got the refill from Walgreens.

Quite a few problems with this facility.1. My son had appendicitis but this facility treated him for food poisoning. Doctor was very confident that everything will be fine in next few hours but my son had continuous pain and worsen.2. Doctor confirmed that medicines sent to my said pharmacy but when I visited pharmacy, they said they did not receive the order.3. Facility hours stated available till 7:30PM so I visited physically to receive the pharmacy order but facility was closed before 6PM and left few voicemails but no response.4. No paperwork treatment, medicines etc. given to us so at least we could have medicine collected from pharmacy. Next morning when we visited again, reception mentioned no availability of staff.5. Ultimately, we had to rush to ER and my son went thru appendicitis surgery.I am sure, they will send heavy bills to pay for poor and wrong treatment. I do not recommend visiting this facility at all.

Very friendly professional, my nurse was excellent she removed a fish hook from my shin and honesty we laughed and it was quite pleasant I would recommend this facilities

Very quick. The doctor prescribed what I needed and called it immediately to my pharmacy. I had the medicine within two hours.

I found myself very sick one morning, not able to talk, swollen throat, I called the office, doctor called me on my phone, medication was sent to my nearest pharmacy, needed a work note, was emailed to me in a few minutes. In and out and more thorough than my regular doctor! Amazed! Five Starts! I was definitely not expecting this good of a service!

I arrived late for my appointment, but they graciously accommodated me. After the initial session, I realized I forgot to mention a few important things. I patiently waited for Dr. R. Maheshwari to become available again and then addressed the additional matters I had overlooked.

Overall good experience. We went for immigration medical for the family. I felt we got more support from support staff. Experience with doctor was average, nothing memorable. We also witnessed a dissatisfied customer who was promised faster turnaround for his immigration medical and paid extra but have do multiple rounds around the clinic because of miscommunication.

We were at Rancho San Ramon Community Park for soccer game. My son broke out in hives and started c/o SOB. Most likely reactions to turf and or crumb rubber. luckily this urgent care was open and he was able to get treated right away. We had a good experience there.

Coming over here today to get a sports physical like we do every year. This place is highly recommended. We love coming here. Great customer service!

Excellent attention of Dr Rajesh. He always on point and the medicine he Prescribes is the correct one. The service of the Clinic is fast and kind. All people are serious and focus on their tasks. Not very professional. Have to follow up at the office multiple times. The day they will call back but never do. They receive the lab, inage etc but never call to let me know if everything is OK or I need to make an appointment. Twice they put me in hold and forgot I was holding the line for over 25 mins. Very unpleasant experience so far.

I was traveling from out of town and needed stitches removed. I made an appointment at San Ramon Urgent Care and they were super. I filled out my insurance paperwork and was greeted by the nurse and doctor and they removed my stitches. Within 30 minutes I was in-and-out of the office.

The Urgent clinic is clean and spacious. The staffs genuinely care about their patients. Dr. Rajesh is very nice, approachable, and compassionate towards his patients. He makes sure his patients are well taken care of. I highly recommend this clinic.

Our first time at an urgent care center was here. It was a wonderful and professional experience.

This may not be normal, but my wife and I walked in without an appointment due to a surprise illness and immediately saw a doctor. The staff was all friendly, knowledgeable, and worthy of a five-star rating. The facility was clean and well kept. We were in, out, and our way to a pharmacy to pick up our meds within 30 minutes of arrival.Lastly, there’s a plethora of great food option’s within a quarter mile radius. Just a bonus.

Great experience here! Usually go to John Muir Urgent Care but they were totally booked and walk-in wait time there was quoted at 3-4 hours. Walked-in to SR Urgent Care with terrible throat & ear pain and was seen by a nurse and MD within 15 min. Very thorough exam, good bedside manner, gave me an Rx, and I was out the door in about 30 min. I’d definitely reco SR Urgent Care.

The nurse and the rest of the staff were very friendly, but the doctor didnt even come to examine me after I waited for him for half an hour, and he sent the nurse again and said that the doctor gave you some medicines and the use of those medicines did not help me at all.

Stanford couldn’t schedule us a visit soon enough to obtain a medicine to kill Covid. My husband must get this medicine within 5 days of testing because he is immunocompromisedWe called your clinic, spoke to a very kind staff person who said come right down. We were ushered in quickly to a private room and taken care of immediately. In less than 1 hour later we had the medicine we needed. Dr Raj was kind, quick and thorough. Same day appointment. Saw both kids who were both very ill. Diagnosed and prescribed appropriately to help them recover.

Unprofessional, not friendly, don’t really care about the patient. Went in for an urgent care visit. Doctor took a virtual call with me while he was driving! Lady in the front threw my urine sample away and never intended to send it in for culture. If you can go somewhere else, Go!2nd post after office staff replied: yes I opted in for video call. It should be a professional video call NOT doctor in the car, behind the wheel and driving. The first urine sample was thrown away after dip test (but should have not been until doctor advises to discard it.) I had to wait another 20 minutes to give another sample because all medical facilities send their samples for culture regardless of patient request. It seemed like standard protocol. Apparently at this location, they follow lower standards. And if you follow HIPPA laws, then why did you disclose that I was prescribed antibiotics? Please keep your standards high.

Lathrop Urgent Care isn’t only an urgent care but a regular doctor’s office too. It’s very easy to get an appointment and everyone there are extremely nice and helpful. Dr. Maheshwari himself is very kind and knowledgeable. He takes his time with you to make sure you’re doing well and taken care of. I recommend Lathrop Urgent Care!

I had a chance to meet him for my Wound treatment on 07/12/2023.He advised Antibiotic Clindamycin Phosphate GEL U.S.P 1%.with the direction to Apply 2 to3 grams Topically to the Affected Area, It has resulted Relief .Again on02/27/2024 I have requested Refill for 3 tube of 60 grams. Dr Rajesh Maheshwari was very approachable, the receptionist and Nurse was the same person and acted very kindly. I do have Kaiser but prefer to go here for convenience, speed of service and personal care. This is how it is supposed to be. When you want to see a doctor you make a call, reserve a spot in a timely manner and see a good doctor and a respectful staff. Can’t ask for much more.Closeness of a CVS that is literally on the same lot helps too for prescriptions .

Dr. Rajesh serves as our familys primary care physician, and we consider him more than just a doctor—he cares for our family as if we were his own. Particularly during the challenging times of Covid, both he and his staff went above and beyond by regularly checking on my fathers well-being after his stroke. The staff is courteous . The nursing team is incredibly friendly, and Prasanna stands out for being exceptionally nice, kind, and considerate. Dr. Rajeshs thorough approach to addressing root causes is noteworthy. Additionally, the minimal wait times contribute to an exceptional overall experience.

Dr. Amanda Stevenson she’s one of the best doctor that I’ve ever seen in emergency. I recommend her to any of my family and friends I had a lower back pain the pain was up to 10+ couldn’t stand for a minute after 1/2hr pain went down to 5-6 very knowledgeable doctor. I’ll tank her so much that night

Not impressed. Did not inquire about any allergies. Did not follow up with text or call after X-rays. I had to ask them for copies of the imaging reports.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had of visiting a doc. The doctor’s diagnosis was wrong, unnecessary medication was given, that added unnecessary stress for me to deal with. I would recommend people to not visit.

Extremely rude staff! When I called about getting an appointment, the lady that answered was extremely rude and even hung up on me the first time. When I called back, she acknowledged on getting disconnected without any care, was even more rude, and seemed inconvenienced about me making an appointment.After that experience on making the appointment, I felt I should read other reviews on this place. I am so glad I did, because it seems most other people also had a horrible experience with this place. I quickly called back to cancel my appointment.I definitely would not recommend this urgent care!!

I highly recommend Dr.R. I was sick for a week was not able to eat, sleep or even drink water. Dr.R examined me and gave me the right prescription. I was feeling much better. I am so thankful for him and his team.

I visited San Ramon Urgent Care & Clinic recently and had a great experience. Dr Raj took time to carefully listen to my condition. They even had a quick blood test done there and collected samples in the same office for further diagnosis. Definitely, saved a lot of my time and effort to book an appointed in a diagnostic lab another day and suffer longer waiting for the test result. My family and friends are extremely grateful for Dr Maheshwaris care, medical treatment and support. The office staff is super helpful. Prasanna is wonderful at assisting the doctor. Kuddos to all of them. Just returned from India with a bad cough. Dr. Maheshwaris meds always work. 48 hours later, theres huge relief._Years later, we still work with Dr. Maheshwari. He is in the office here in San Ramon on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We obtain the same amount of care and compassion. He has excellent diagnostic skills and great bedside manners. His staff is also very dedicated and helpful. Our entire family is in Dr Maheshwaris care and we are absolutely happy with it._----------Dr. Maheshwari of San Ramon Urgent care has been our go to doctor since we moved to the Tri Valley area. His office is open in the evenings--so that was a huge plus initially. He takes our insurance and also works with patients who have no insurance but are willing to pay out of pocket charges. He cares about all his patients and is especially good with elderly patients too. Great bedside manners and outstanding support staff. We really love Marie.

Very quick response and diagnosis. Only set back was that there was no ENT on staff to treat my daughter. We had to be transported to John Muir.

Dr. Raj is very thorough with his analysis and tries to find and cure the actual problem not just the symptoms. Very easy to approach. I would highly recommend him!!

We had a very positive experience. My visiting mom needed an urgent diagnosis, and even though she just had travelers insurance, Dr Raj and staff got her in and checked right away. The diagnosis and prescription improve her condition within a couple of days.

I have been going to San Ramon Urgent Care & Clinic for all my family members and have had excellent care and attention all the time I visited this facility. Dr. Raj is very competent as well as time efficient in his job performance, he is always quick and efficient in diagnosis and gives thoughtful explanations of our concerns and questions. Staff is very professional and welcoming and the best part of the facility that I must appreciate is the minimal waiting time . I give 5/5 to this clinic and its highly recommended !!

Horribly unprofessional. This place is run like a cattle call. Dr. Raj and his very rude front desk clerk (assistant) are sloppy at best with Covid protocols, wearing their masks down to their chin, not cleaning hands before taking blood pressure, etc. Dont even waste your time on their website, it touts many features, and several dont work. The ability to access your records via the feature on the website does not work (they also confirmed this when I couldnt get access), appointment requests are not responded to, and leaving messages for doctor Raj seem to disappear (I dont see any message from you). I severed my ties with Dr. Raj as he comes into the room quickly, never checking anything but to quickly tell you his plan and walks out, doesnt even ask the front desk to set up a date or offer paperwork of treatment plan or appointment. When I requested my records they were inadequate, as if a toddler had input my information...I have never had a mastectomy nor plastic surgery, yet the typed up version of my responses in my medical record states I said I had both (I did not)...however, I have had breast cancer...yet the typed up version said I have not. Makes absolutely zero sense. This office is a hot mess. Go to John Muir Urgent Care....they are professional and the doctors are fantastic. Just, dont waste your time and energy.

I will NEVER in a Million Years go to San Ramon Urgent Care!!They do NOT deserve 1 star - They need to be SHUT DOWN. They prescribed a penicillin related antibiotic to my daughter, even after I warned them of her allergy. 2 days in, she had a severe reaction to it. I called to report the reaction, hopefully get her on something else... left a message, called back, then another message, left about 20+ messages. I called the Doctors # that was listed on the recorded message and kept leaving messages on both #s... NO answer... I needed to get her on a diff. Rx fast!! They DID NOT TAKE ME SERIOUSLY!! They WILL NOT TAKE YOU SERIOUS... My daughter was suffering from a painful Uti plus a allergy reaction THEY LEFT HER hanging !!! Days went by... I finally ended up taking her to John Muir urgent care in walnut creek, where i got the soonest appt... She got treated correctly.

I spent two weeks as a volunteer at the San Ramon Urgent Care Clinic and during my time there, I was truly able to learn more than I had ever imagined, and I would recommend this clinic to anybody seeking clinical experience. From a patients perspective, all the staff was very professional and were always working to move patients through the check in process and to the doctor as quickly as possible. Dr. Rajesh was very kind and seemed very knowledgable in his profession. He also demonstrated great care for his patients. If this location was closer to my home, I would come there for care myself!

I visited San Ramon Urgent Care & Clinic in February for the first time and then almost every week for almost 3 months. What for “to cut down my weight”. Dr. Raj is amazing and take good care of his patients. His weight loss program plan, he prepared for me worked above my expectation. Dr. Raj quickly and accurately diagnosed my painful condition. I was prescribed helpful medications that were immediately available next door at CVS. This is a very convenient location for me. The staff was helpful and courteous. The clinic is much more efficient than my family doctor and Dr. Raj actually listened to me. I would not hesitate to visit this clinic again for urgent medical issues.

My experience here was excellent. The staff was friendly and efficient. They prescribed appropriate medication and I was in and out in 25 minutes. And they were open on Sunday! Charge was reasonable ($160), and they billed my insurance. Theyre a great resource - I wish there was more like them around...

This is the worst clinic Ive been ever so far. Dr Raj is very less experienced and he lacks skill in this profession.This place is horrible and and with low standards. Please dont fall far the paid reviews here on yelp. I went once as it was closer to my place and will never return again. I wish I would have searched for another provider.They made me wait for more than 30 mins , though I was in need of urgent care and I could see only Doctor available in clinic was busy over phone. Customer care was totally irresponsible and wasnt paying attention, though I requested front desk many times about my treatment need as I was bleeding continuously. Even while providing treatment , Dr Raj looks confused how to treat wound and applied medicine /ointment randomly. Looks like I was his first patient in his life and I was feeling like I came to wrong place. Anyway he treated my wound/injury within 5 minutes and I was billed for about $800+. Once I reached home, still I found that wound has not been treated properly and still I was bleeding.When next day I called the clinic , they responded rudely. Looks like clinic management is not mature and experienced enough. It was bad decision to come over here for treatment. Please dont fall for fake reviews on Yelp. If you really want to try this clinic, then please first go for some minor/small problem as demo. Youll realize soon what I mean. This clinic is totally waste of time and waste of money. Please search for other providers available in area , youll find very good clinics with good reputations and brand name. Even other clinics are lot cheaper , this clinic charges $200+ as office visit charge on name of urgent care.Treatment, diagnosis and procedure charges are extra ....this will make your bill easily go up like $600+. Please beware of this loot, this clinic will scam you on the name of bill and youll end up paying more than what you expect.

Mediocre / basic medical service, nothing to write home about. However, the billing is an absolute nightmare. Problems with both insurance billing and delayed bills. For my daughter, we received a ridiculously high bill for basic strep visit and it was sent to us significantly after service was rendered. For my husband, same experience, very unknowledgeable office staff re billing, no way to speak to the billing department directly, promised call backs that never come to fruition, we received our first bill TWO YEARS after service and they put a late fee on it to boot. Our insurance company (CIGNA) did not even want to engage or pull records that far back. Its been a huge time suck to deal with.

After suffering from bronchitis for several weeks, I decided to go in and get checked after church on a Sunday morning. The staff and provider (nurse practitioner) were very friendly and thorough and got me in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. By the time I got to CVS, my prescription had already been called in and filled.Having been in medical sales for over 15 years and and having worked with many providers and private clinics, SRUC is a model for efficiency and convenience and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

After being sick for weeks I was very grateful to have found a Dr that is very caring and compassionate. He explain everything with great detail answered all my questions made me feel comfortable. I felt that he spent all the time I need it without rushing me out the door. The best thing about all this was the wait time when all you want to do is get back home wait time is awesome !!!!!! Front desk ladies are also excellent !!!! The best part of everything I got a call from the dr he was following up to see how I was doing.... What other dr does that ??????? There are only 5 stars here, otherwise I would have given some more stars :)I got Medical RFE from other doctor, so approached Dr. Raj. He is so co-operative and did quick as early as possible.Called Monday, got appointment for Wednesday and gave TB tests and blood work orders. Friday got the blood work reports and TB skin test positive. On Friday ordered Radiology order. By Monday Radiology order reports arrived and all documentation completed and gave sealed packets Monday. I dont think it can be done sooner.He is very co-operative and gave all papers to check for make sure no mistakes.For immigration, he charged $299 per head (lab, radiology and immunizations additional). I feel it is reasonable for his time and efforts.

I was looking for new primary care doctor and made an appointment. I didnt know that this was a urgent care clinic. Each experience that Ive had with the staff and care at moment dire consideration was a test without a doubt. I had a yearly actual done and specialist needed me to do an in-person follow up, so I thought there was something that justified that. I took the opportunity to drive there, stand by 30 minutes past my appointment time, at that point Dr Raj comes in and inquires as to whether all is well, after which he expresses that is it. In a real sense under 10 seconds. Obviously, they charge me copay and afterwards charge my protection over $500.Even after this, I wrongly went with them for the Coronavirus neutralizer testing, as my protection covered it and it was with no copay. I even persuaded my better half to do it. The individual that set up the virtual appointment was right around an hour late. They at that point continued to charge my better half for her appointment. The place seems like a run down random place - the receptionist seemed very inexperienced even while communicating about insurance etc. then she started taking the blood pressure for my 8 yr old daughter. She took 2 attempts for just taking blood pressure using the standard device (already making us feel uncomfortable as if they did not know what they are doing)Doctor was not present and we saw a Nurse Practitioner (when asked - receptionist did not know the difference between a doctor and a nurse practitioner)The nurse practitioner looked at the inflammation in my daughters mouth and just said go to dentist - took a stethoscope and Examined her back for 30 secs and said bronchitis and prescribed antibiotics - she was ok but the whole experience was weird as if they were complete disinterested or in a rush (all this while there was no one else in the clinic)Finally to top it all off - the OTHER RECEPTIONIST PUT THE PRESCRIPTION PAPER IN HER MOUTH TO HOLD IT BEFORE HANDING OVER TO ME!I hope this facility can be more professional - definitely a shoddy place for me.

Were glad to have found Dr. Rajesh. My family recently moved to Dublin, and were looking for nearby doctors for my parents care. Although my parents were new patients, they were immediately at ease with Dr. Rajesh. He is very caring and accommodating. Its been a year now, and every visit with Dr. Rajesh is a pleasant experience.

Do not go here. First visit started off great but...When I sat down with the doctor she was very insistent on me getting a shot for my pain. I told her no 5 times and the pain was only a 2 out of 10.. felt like she either wanted to give her staff practice or get extra money out of me.Also after getting some tests done at a different facility, because they dont have an ultrasound there, I was told I would get a call within an hour and if not to call in. I called in two hours later and was told we will call you once a its reviewed, its on the doctors desk. And then hung up with out saying bye or please hold.Come the next day around noon and still no call so I called them and got attitude from the person on the phone saying i thought we told you we would call you once its reviewed, and then proceeds to say the doctor looked at it and nothing major is there.... then why didnt they call me and tell me that....On top of that when I confronted her about her hanging up the previous day she said oh no you were on hold.... then why didnt you tell me can you please hold and why did the line go dead.....Also when I went there there was absolutely no patients there.. so clearly they arent that busy and it shouldnt have taken that long to get this done... it would have been faster to go to my normal doctor...

Called about getting a rapid covid test for my son. They said they dont take kaiser but it is $60 and to come anytime before 5pm. When I got there the lady said it was $250. I told her that was not what I was told on the phone. So she called the lady who I spoke to on the phone and confirmed that she had told me $60. Front desk lady then talked to the doctor. Came back to me and said it is $250 even though I drove down there because I was told it was $60. Not apologetic, just matter of fact. Terrible customer service, terrible way to run a business.

Took my mom to this Urgent Care, after calling them and confirming that they took United HealthCare. Turns out, they didnt. We received a bill claiming that we were out of network and after contacting the font office, received a terrible response. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and was quick to turn the phone off. Furthermore, she claimed that she was the one to pick up the phone when we had first called to confirm. Terrible customer service. My mom has been referring patients to them.... never again! There are other Urgent Care offices in the area, dont go here!

I have gone here twice and both time had amazing care. The staff is amazing too!! They even called me to see if I was feeling better. I was so impressed!!!! This week when I went in I saw Dr. Tehmina Kanwal. She was one of the best physicians I have ever had and I am extremely picky!!!

I made an appointment the night before and going in was efficient and easy. I got the antibiotics I needed and picked them up at the CVS nearby. It took a bit longer than I wouldve thought to actually get the prescription, but I did get them. The appointment was $160 out of pocket without insurance, so keep that in mind if you dont have any.

Had to take my daughter to him as she was having some breathing issues. She never had anything like this before so we were unaware about the severity of her condition. Dr. Maheshwari quickly diagnosed that it was an asthma attack and started treatment. Within minutes she was able to breathe normally and was able to go to a birthday party that evening.This was incredible given the fact that she was barely able to sit on her own in the morning. All I can say is Dr. Maheshwari has an incredible presence of mind along with wealth of experience. He is very nimble - meaning quick and accurate. On top of that, he is supported by very well trained staff. If you want a no nonsense physician who is also a good listener, I highly recommend Dr. Maheshwari and his urgent care clinics.

This place is a joke in the name of an Urgent Care. They refused to attend our elderly dad who fainted in the kitchen the other morning and got a deep cut on his chin subsequently needed stitches. While we put a bandaid to cover his wound temporarily since he was bleeding. We called the urgent care several times to explain the whole situation only to hear that they couldn’t take us in due to soaring covid cases in the area and doctors closing early than the scheduled hours. They wouldn’t even give an appointment for the next day. Apparently, they DON’T CARE for any patients other than covid. The nonchalant staff will let you bleed. Bless their heart!!

A complete waste of time and money. Both doctor and staff were unfriendly and rude. No professionalism in the way business is conducted. Went in for a physical exam and I was done in 3 minutes, 3 MINUTES!!!. No thorough exam was done, very little communication from the doctor during the exam. Most of the expected exams done during a physical were not carried out. I do not recommend this place at all.

I love this place for my regular checkup - It is easier and faster to set up appointments. Dr Raj is very caring and hear what you problems are and advice accordingly . It is so close to freeway with plenty of parking (Which we really want when in urgency ) - Great Staff

If I could 0 star a place I would. Let me explain why this urgent care is possibly the worst medical center I have ever encountered in my entire life. First: I went in there and the nurse at the front desk started eating Doritos while inputting mine and one other persons info. She was so caught up in eating her Doritos she put my birthday in wrong. Because of her arrogance the pharmacy couldnt give me my prescription and I had to play phone tag. Because of this my insurance could not find me and identify me so I got sent the entire bill and now I am playing phone tag with the insurance.Second: I was diagnosed with a UTI, however after going through antibiotics I still have the symptoms so I went to another urgent care and they do not believe it was a UTI and I have to wait for the results from another culture (a urine test pretty much). Pretty much, they diagnosed me incorrectly.This place is a pathetic excuse for an urgent care

A completely rundown place by crooks, i jammed my thumb in a car door and went to them, they just chatted and tries to be friendly without suggesting anything or even having a look at the injury. I could feel that there was a problem with my thumb since I had continuous pain, i later went to sutter urgent care and they drained the pus that had formed in my thumb and put me on antibiotics. I tried calling san ramon urgent care and asking them why they did not diagnose at which point dr Raj said that “do whatever you can do”. I am going to report these quacks to the police and san ramon medical but please avoid this place

There website and the office mentions hours from 8:30 am Monday-Friday but the actual hours are different. They start only at 10 am. When we pointed this out to the office, we were shrugged and asked to look at Google 😊Also the website mentions about extended care hours however that phone number does not work.

Dr RAJ is the best doctor I have ever come across he know what he is doing and will find a way to make your heath problems better. If you want results just listen to him.

I was at this place with the question and was very very happy to meet that Mongolian lady at the front desk. She was very professional and kind one, who did everything to find out correct way for us and answered the questions with high professional manner. I got letter demanding payment from two years ago, and the letter sent to me stated that several statements were previously sent. A lie. I called to make a payment over the phone, and they said they would call back. They never did and so I called them, and then they offered useless excuse on why they didnt call back. They must be paying their admin staff minimum wage. I wish there was a way to give only half a star, but the minimum is one full star. Too bad.

What a concept, an Urgent Care with no doctor. It is just an office with tao receptionist. Both does not understand Medicare billing so they just say No.

Quick easy and great experience for my first visit for a drug test for work.

Getting a prescription filled or refilled used to be like pulling teeth with many many calls, both to urgent care and my Pharmacy. Lately however, things seem to have gotten a bit more streamlined and the problem seems to have fixed itself.
