I got an appointment for the very next day! All the staff and Dr. Whitehead were very efficient and friendly. They took the time to listen, explain, and ask questions. They got the diagnostic data and treatment plan to my referring doctor quickly. The.offiice and other rooms are clean, cheery, and comfortable. Thanks!

The staff and Dr took excellent care of me today during my procedure. The Check in was great and the nurses were so compassionate. They explained everything that was going on during my procedure. I have had multiple procedures and every time the staff was great. They kept you informed of what they were doing during the procedures and made sure by the time you left you was feeling good. My only complaint would be that they sometimes took 30 mins after your scheduled appointment time to grab you for your visit.

My first visit. Everyone very professional, friendly and kind. Staff helpful, Dr. really positive with the plan to help my condition. Excited to see how it all goes!!2nd visit today. No waiting at all. Went back into a room, procedures were pretty much painless....nothing to cry about..LOL. My procedure required needles....good thing I am not scared of them. Im having NO pain at all. My leg is in a compression wrap which will stay on for at least 24 hours. I follow up next week for more procedures, and can you believe Im looking forward to it?? All the staff were awesome!!!I rate my Provas experience a 10 out of 5😃👍3rd & 4th visits....again, no waiting, friendly, caring, professional, on top of it all. More shots...didnt cry🙂 Another appt. made.

My ultrasound scans were the best. My tech did a very professional and thorough job and was very accommodating to my needs.The PA, John, was excellant in explaining what he could see and made exciting recommendations for my situation.Everyone was very professional during my appointment.

Im getting frustrated with their appointment scheduling and billing department. They kept booking me under doctors that would not take my insurance. And booking me for appointments That werent necessary. I drove 2 hours to sit down and realize that the provider was not listed under my insurance after I had requested that the doctor be under my insurance. Only to find out that I didnt need the appointment but here I am getting billed 307 for mess up.

After being seen and appts made to make sure I could get in before the end of the year I received a call at 9:00 PM on a Sunday night that they would not be able to help my because my insurance had denied the procedures.I called my insurance and they only reason they were denied is they needed more information from them!Obviously they only care about the office visit and the $$ they make charging for those. It was outrageous.I would highly recommend finding a more professional office that will follow through with the insurance and help the patients get what they need.Very sad that they really didnt seem to care at all.Patient beware!I work in the healthcare field and know how this should work for the benefit of all involved.

I am blown away by how terrible and insensitive the staff was when I went to get my procedure. A normal 1 1/2 hour procedure turned into a 3 hour nightmare. I heard the tech who was doing the procedure say several times that the doctor would know how to reach the vein. She could not start at the ankle or lower leg, so they started at the knee. I was cold and naked with the door being left open constantly. When I felt the excruciating pain of the medicine burning my vein, I was told that I was mistaken and it was only my fibromyalgia. This was ProVas of Salt Lake in Sandy UT. I never went back and finished my medical care somewhere else. My insurance pays 100%, but I am getting billed for $319.73. They refuse to work with me to fix this problem. I’ve been sent to collections rather than to solve this problem with my insurance. I would say that this is my worst medical experience ever. When I went to a different place to have my other leg done, that procedure went perfectly and the care was as it should have been.

Very knowledgeable staff. The scheduling team was amazing and able to ease my concerns for my first appt. Dr Warner was amazing and very attentive! Will definitely recommend ProVas to family and friends.

As with other reviews, If I could give no stars I would. This place goes thru office staff faster than McDonald’s turnover. And for getting procedures done there, run the other way. Don’t bother talking to anyone and planning a procedure because when you get in there the day of, the staff has changed again and you have someone you don’t know poking your veins. Inexperienced techs getting you ready. Terrible protocol. And to top it off, it hurt really bad. They give you a Xanax and tell you that you’ll be fine having your veins poked with needles and injected with who knows what. Very disappointed and will be finding somewhere else to go with people who care about their patients and know what they’re doing.

Truly unprofessional management. New nurse practitioner every appointment I take my dad to. Left a message to speak with manager about upcoming procedure dad needed to have. Never heard back. Dropped the ball on this, fortunately we found care at another clinic who cares about their patients.

The scheduling and billing department staff are super understanding and are so professional. Dr. Warner is so experienced and knowledgeable. He has amazing bedside manner and helps you understand the procedure.

If you have need of a vascular procedure or diagnosis, this is the place to go. I am blown away at how incredible the staff are. DR Stimpson is professional and competent and easy to talk to. Everyone here is so nice and they bend over backwards to try and make you feel as comfortable and at ease as possible. After I had my procedure, I had to lay flat on my back for a couple of hours. One of the nurses in the procedure room , knowing that I hadnt eaten anything that day, actually spoon fed me some chicken soup. This was after a 5 1/2 hour procedure. Who else does this? I recommend ProVas without reservation.Thanks everyone. Yall rock. If I could give 10 stars , I would.

I haven’t seen the doctor yet but going in for an ultrasound was the best experience. I have done many in the past but the tech here is so knowledgeable and humorous. If you ask questions and want to see what he’s doing in real time he will. I’m excited to see the doctor as I have been diagnosed with PCS. I have seen other specialists that made me feel like I was exaggerating the pain but they found my bad veins quickly.

The staff is awesome... Always friendly, helpful, and efficient.

I dont know what these quacks are supposed to be doing but they do not have good bedside manner, and did nothing for my family except cause discomfort and pain during a procedure that seems more like a scam. Visit a hospital, this place is terrible.
