I have had an amazing experience working with Pinnacle. Everyone is so helpful and helped answer any questions I had. They walked me through every step in the process and kept me updated as I moved through all the paperwork and testing. I definitely recommend working with Pinnacle if you are wanting to have a very positive surrogacy experience.

I had a wonderful experience with Pinnacle Surrogacy as a surrogate! My surrogacy manager, Rachel, helped me through the whole process, was upfront, honest, and was always happy to answer my (many) questions. I was sent the most thoughtful care packages and gift throughout my journey and truly felt cared for.This journey is something I will cherish forever and I am so thankful for Pinnacle.

I had the best experience working with this agency during my surrogacy! As a first time surrogate, I had no idea what was in store for me. But, my coordinator was a wealth of knowledge and patiently walked me through every step of the process. I didn’t have to worry about anything because the team at the agency worked so hard on my behalf. From the beginning of the process, Rachel felt more like a friend than someone just assigned to my case. She made herself constantly available to me and was always so kind any time I needed her. I am so blessed to have been able to successfully complete a surrogacy journey with this agency!

I am in my second journey with Pinnacle Surrogacy and I cannot recommend them enough! The coordinators work tirelessly to be of support and are always there when you need them. First journeys can be nerve wracking but Rachel never left me in the dark. I am so blessed to have found them as they made my surrogacy dreams come true! I just want to take the time to thank each and everyone who was part of my journey specially Paige P. as this was one of the most amazing experiences I have been thru..I became a surrogate mom this August to twins and I couldn’t be happier with how smooth the whole process was with the parent the support from everyone .. My experience working with Pinnacle Surrogacy was nothing less than AMAZING. From beginning to the end and even after . Even my case manager was one of the biggest supporters I had on my side . All the time and patience they put into you to make sure you feel more than comfortable and that you have all the support and reassurance that you will ever need and more . Amazing & Supportive agency!!!! I just completed my surrogacy journey and it was hands down something I will never forget. I knew I wanted to be a surrogate but I was a little hesitant and scared. I took a leap just based off the shared stories and reviews of California Premium Surrogacy and I would not change this for anything. This agency has an amazing team (that feel more like really supportive friends) that works with you every step of the way. They are professional, caringand they make the whole journey feel so smooth. They honestly think of everything to make sure you are comfortable and doing good. I honestly felt like top priority with them, not just a transaction. Some members of their team have also been surrogates themselves which is so helpful hearing their experiences and getting guidance. The process was seamless and it was such a pleasure meeting and working with all of them. I would 100% recommend them if you are thinking about becoming a surrogate.

California Premium Surrogacy has been a breath of fresh air. I have worked with them for the past year and have no complaints. The coordinator that I have worked with the entire time has always been understanding, informative, honest, and quick to get things done on my behalf. They have taken the pressure off of me and done everything in their power to make this an enjoyable experience as a first-time Gestational Carrier. I will be using them for any future journeys.

I was in the process of becoming a surrogate and I started this process in October 2022. In May 2023 I traveled down to Santa Monica from Marin County to complete the transfer. The clinic (Santa Monica Fertility, Pinnacle Surrogacy and Pinnacle Fertility) put me up in a motel near the clinic the night before the transfer. It was dark, dingy and noisy. I let my coordinator know that it was not the type of place I’d like to stay for multiple nights on bed rest and I got a different hotel for the next night.20 minutes before my transfer appointment I received a call from the clinic (Sarah) telling me the transfer is canceled because I didn’t get enough rest. I was so shocked and upset. I went to the clinic anyway and asked to talk to the Dr face to face (John Jain). His only reason he could give me for canceling the transfer was that he said I didn’t get good rest. I told him I was fine and asked if he would take my vitals if he felt I was unfit medically.. he refused. I also asked for something in writing explaining why I was being turned away and he also refused. This was the most egotistical person I’ve ever met. He took such offense to me not liking the accommodations that he canceled it all…. I can’t even imagine how the intended parents felt! I was so heartbroken and distraught. I cried for days. I had been building up to this point for at least 7 months just to be shut down at the transfer. And he expected me to do all the injections and hormones all over again!!! Absolute insanity.Luckily I was able to get out of my surrogacy contract, no one expected me to trust him with my body after that experience.I told Pinnacle that I would agree to use a different clinic and continue the surrogacy but they fully backed John Jain and let me go. Not one person at the clinic or agency advocated for me or cared.

California premium Surrogacy has been amazing to work with. As a first time gestational carrier I am thankful I was able to work with such an amazing team. This experience has been one that I wont forget. Not only do I get to help bring someones dream of having a family come true, I got to work with a great group of people.

I have absolutely enjoyed working with everyone so far, Amber is always checking on me and making sure I have everything needed, always following up, I feel she cares about me and the journey. We recently had an online Christmas party that was super fun! If I was to do it again I will definitely choose Premium Surrogacy again!

Currently a surrogate working with Premium and it is my first journey. I can not express enough how truly incredible this agency is. As a first time surrogate it was incredibly overwheleming starting out, and I had spoke to several agencies. But Premium really stood out to me the advisor I spoke with made my decision to move forward with them so easy. You can tell their advisors really truly care and the majority have been surrogates themselves so its a very personal and understanding experience. Wendy is my advisor and to say she was a God sent is an understatment. Every step of the way each person involved in my journey has been so great. I would 110% recommend Premium if you are considering surrogacy!! I would use them over and over again and would refer them personally without hesitation. This journey so far has been everything I dreamt and more thanks to this incredible team of people!!

I have worked with California Premium Surrogacy for the past year. I have just completed my Surrogacy Journey about a week ago. This journey was absolutely flawless. From the beginning, I knew I needed to find an agency that had my best interest in mind. California Premium Surrogacy was that company and clearly the only choice if you are looking to take this journey yourself.The difference with this agency is that Dr. Jain has two separate sides to his practice, the fertility side, and the surrogacy side. This means that when you are choosing a couple, he is both your doctor AND theirs. He knows all of his patients and is involved in the matching process.His staff is absolutely hands down the best team you will ever meet. They work together very well and they all know you by name. Every one of them is very quick to respond to phone calls and emails and answered all of my questions thoroughly.Dr. Jain is very knowledgeable and very kind and sweet. He keeps things real and has your health in mind at all times.They have a really great psychologist named Peggy who is a pro at all things fertility and how that can affect you emotionally she calls periodically to check on you and I will miss her phone calls.The person I talked with the most is Amber. She is in charge of the surrogates, and if you intend to apply you will get to know her. She has become a friend. She doesnt make this process feel Businessy. She has been a surrogate herself and had great advice and tips for me while I was on this journey. She was never more than a phone call away. Being a surrogate changed my life and it is something I will never forget. It was so rewarding and it is all because of California Premium Surrogacy. I wish I could do it again and again.If you are looking into becoming a surrogate and want to have a beautiful experience I would 1000% recommend this agency.

I had the best experience with my first surrogacy that I decided to do it again. Amber is amazing. She helped me through the whole process and any time I had questions all I had to do was shoot her a text. Its a wonderful thing to help someone start a family!!

This agency only cares about profits. All claims of wanting to grow families are false. I had cancer and could not carry my own pregnancy and they refused to work with me because they were going to miss out on the ivf dollars. Would NOT recommend.

Amazing company to work with. Great communication, very helpful, and they make you feel amazing for the work you are doing. Would recommend them any day.
