I have gone time and time again for lab work here at the santa rosa beach office. Ms. Karly is hands down the best phlebotomist i’ve ever come across. She always gets the perfect stick, doesn’t even hurt. Her and Ms anna are always kind with me and any other customers that come in. They get you in and out just incase you have places to be. By far the best office and I highly recommend them out in santa rosa beach.

Took my 16 months old to get an iron panel and CBC and the nurse did so good. So grateful and thankful for her patience with a my crying baby. Amazing service!

Ive been coming here for almost a decade. The prices have skyrocketed and the new staff is awful. Horrible attitudes and blew my veins. I used to have a great experience here, but I will never go back.

I was very nervous beforehand; Ive never been good at getting stuck, but Rekeitta was very personable and made me feel comfortable. She was gentle with the needle and before I knew it it was over. The lady at the front desk was very sweet. Their prices are absolutely affordable and the service was great too, I will be recommending to other locals!

I came in for a CBC because of a GI Bleed. Tawanda helped me when I arrived and was very kind. She even went above and beyond to get the results to me the next day before she left work. She returned my call promptly and was very kind and professional! I will say the tech that drew my blood was also exceptional! Great experience.

Wow! Really wish I had known about ProHealth sooner. The ladies working there are kind and efficient. I was in and out the door with a b12 shot in about 7 minutes flat. The facility is clean. The price was cheaper than getting one through my primary doctor WITH health insurance. And I can go when its convenient to me, no need to make an appointment. You have a long time customer in me!

They are always polite, efficient and get me the results ASAP without any hassle. I always send my patients to them!. It would be great to have a location in Destin especially when the traffic going to SRB is so bad.. I have space available right next to my clinic! Would be great to have ProHealth as a neighbor!.

Busy office because of new staff. Arrogant attitude. When there were no problems, all nice; when there was one, broke apart and acted with unkindness and pretentious.I am trying to ask for refund. I am still at the office writing the review and you would allucinate if you heard how the receptionist is talking to me… out of control… I am waiting for a call from Amanda the manager.

The ladies here were so nice and worked very quickly. I was in and out in just a few minutes. Lab results came back 2 days later. way faster than anticipated! Very pleased with their services and will happily use them again in the future.

I have been to Pro Health multiple times for different types of doctor requested blood work. I have always been treated very respectfully and professionally. The results are always very timely and efficient. I would recommend Pro Health to anyone who needs the services they offer.

Arlene is great! We have been using her for years. I am a really big chicken when it comes to needles. She always makes an extra effort to calm me and care for me.

I came in to the SRB office get a drug screening for the Coast Guard. After getting my results I found out that the form they were on wasn’t the right one I needed. Tawanda went above and beyond to get my correct form filled out. It took a few days to find the right person but she stayed on top of it, kept me informed about the status, and got it done in a timely manner. The staff at this office is fantastic and go out of their way to help you. Thank y’all so much!

I am not always easy to get blood from.😒 I had to go into Pro health today and she was incredible! I wish I knew her name, but she was great. Enjoyed talking and an absolute painless stick!!

Love the ease of access and affordability of lab testing. Our family doesnt have health insurance and the few practitioners we utilize always need updated labs. Prohealth in Santa Rosa Beach is so convenient for us.
