ARCpoint Labs of Schaumburg

I had an appointment at ARCpoint Labs of Schaumburg and even received a message confirming my appointment. When I arrived another patient and I learned that this particular location had been closed permanently for about a month. The only reason I have given them one star is because that was the only way I could leave this post. I was redirected to the ARCpoint Labs of ORLAND PARK, where a wonderful technician gently took my blood and said theyd been seeing many patients who were not informed of the Schaumburg closing.

THIS LOCATION HAS CLOSED. Today is 7/2/24. There are two ‘sister’ lab locations to chose from. One is located in Libertyville and the other location is in Orland Park.My experience is the Libertyville location answers the phone and has standard business hours.

Not even open. I tired ringing the doorbell and no one answered. I also tried calling. No one answered yet when I tried to leave a voicemail, it hung up on me.

You guys all do such a great job! Please keep up the good work and wonderful bedside manner

They dont answer their phone at all! Ive been calling them for days to get an appointment with them. Its shameful that I have to go downtown due to their lack of business. 😮‍💨

This location is CLOSED. I called the location in Libertyville and was advised that this location is now closed. Do not make appts here as you will not be seen!!

Fantastic. Did a great job and handled my dehydration causing me to get dizzy during the draw amazingly empathetically.

It was easy to schedule my appointment online, and when I called with a question, it was answered quickly and professionally. When I went for my appointment, the technician was friendly and ready for me. Im a hard stick, but she put me at ease and got the vein on the first try. The process was quick and easy. I wont hesitate to use ARCpoint Labs of Schaumburg when I need a refill of my serum tear eye drops.

Made my appointment for 6 PM CDT. Showed up 15 minutes early and Staples employee told me that TSA lady left at 5.30 pm for the day. Ridiculous!

Over the years weve had no problems with them running our drug and alcohol consortium, but when it came to when my driver was chosen for testing, the communication in many aspects could be much better. In the beginning the was no clear indication of hours of operation, making it seem to just send the driver over but call ahead to let them know. When driver was ready to come we called several times with no answer, left a message that no-one called back on and to make things worse, the hours of operation indicated in the voicemail were different than those on the door. When driver came for testing within the hours indicated on the recorded line it turned out it was too late as supposedly they close the testing at 1pm - not 4pm. I wish the staff was more communicative, that would have saved everyone a lot of time instead of going back and forth.

Quick and easy. Arrived before my appointment and was seen right away.

The service was fast, and the payment plan was just what I needed. Got my results in 5 days so I could finally move on with my life! Thank you so much especially to Anne who walked me through the entire process.

Conflicting messages? Read call to see if appointments are needed, when you do get hold of someone they say you do. So call first! Hours do match ether? Very nice young lady at the desk.

This is by far the easiest testing center weve visited. No lines, the only waiting time we had was for the results of a 15-min rapid antigen test. If you or someone you know have resources to pay for an out-of-pocket testing, this is definitely the place to go.

The entire process was efficient, my appointment was setup for the next day. When it came time for my appointment time they were friendly, on time and fast. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes!

Lovely Offices, knowledge-able people.With functional medicine we are learning so much, and there are areas of specialty and information that we like to hold in our own hands.I was very impressed with their knowledge, their willingness to share it and how pleasant they are!

Very unrespecful receptionist (one of them)Speaks in a very patronizing manner.A horrible experience. I was bleeding through the nose after the test and ai asked to use the wash room , I was told I can not.When a person of another person of a white colour asked she agreed.Some one should really look into the service of this place.Never to return again !

The woman behind the counter is so terribly rude, ignorant and miserable to deal with. She is clearly very unhappy in her life and takes it out on the strangers that walk in the door. Be prepared to be treated in a severely unkind, unprofessional manner.She also violated the labs policy by accepting walk-ins that threw a fit over appointment policies. No social distancing either. Come prepared.

Easy scheduling, taken in at time of appointment, quick and efficient. Great customer service.

Torianna Griffin conducted my D.N.A. testing and she was very professional. She was very gentle as she swabbed the inside of my cheeks for the D.N.A. sample. She explained the entire process to me and she was very informative and friendly. You guys definitely have a wonderful employee!

Great place to go for Covid 19 testing. They have a great staff, are very accommodating friendly and are very quick to get you in and out. I highly recommend. Sending huge Kudos to the staff they are truly amazing.

Dont use their covid 19 test serviceResults not in time.No one to speak with and misleading information regarding results timeOne of the receptionist is extremely rude , unfriendly and negative !It was an insulting experience for us and I reccomend that you choose a different place.We paid over 1200 USD for a group test and had to cancel our flights .

Great and fast service!

I have to have blood drawn every 6 months for special serum tears to be made for me. Not too many places can handle this special process and I have had very bad experiences with a different company for the last few years. Then I was told about ARCpoint Labs in Schaumburg and have had my blood drawn twice now by Angela who has drawn my blood painlessly and handled the shipping of my blood to a special out of state lab without any mishaps. Angela is my go to person for all my future blood draws!

Improper technique. Cheeks were never touched by technician. This was informed to technician. Employees complained about being short staff. Have passed 2 days and no results as promised.

Very easy process to get Covid PCR test for travel. Emily and Ashley were very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend this place

The PCR COVID test was indeed an hour result test, organized and delivered promptly.

They lost my blood draw for my gender reveal, and my gender reveal party got canceled because they didnt realize it until the day I was supposed to get my results.
