This place is great and the phlebotomist is super sweet. Labs come back fast and their prices are much lower than most labs. I highly recommend

My first time coming here, i was sent from my maternity office to get genetic testing done. there was some confusion but we joked about it and giggled it off. once i got the blood work done the two ladies were kind, friendly and very understanding of me. whenever i get my blood work done i need to be laying down and relaxed, so i appreciate that they got me on a bed and took care of me ❤️

I had to get my children tested to go back to school. Arcpoint responded immediately, Royce the Lab Manager, resulted our tests quickly. The staff was friendly and professional. Highly recommend Arcpoint Labs of Scottsdale North.

If I could do zero I would. I drove 40 minutes here to their new location which does not populate on the appointment email. When filling out intake forms, the prices for tests populate at $0.00 (I have screenshots) and when you arrive they ask for either 300.00 or 175.00. Perhaps the most confusing and misleading business in the airpark.

I do not recommend this laboratory, they are shameless. I did some tests there and I never asked them for a payment arrangement or anything like that. The amount they charged me was the same amount I paid at the time with my debit card, money that was withdrawn at the time of my bank and after a month they started sending me the bill, I called them and explained that I had paid my bill at the time that because they were sending me a bill, they told me that they were going to verify with their manager, they put me on hold until that they realized that it was true that they had collected that money and that everything had already been arranged that they were going to remove it from the system and that it had been their mistake and it turns out that they sent me for collection when I have good credit and I They have damaged it but I am already looking for a lawyer to sue them because I have the evidence in my hands that that money was withdrawn from my bank account so I do not recommend this laboratory because they are going to damage your credit.
