Advanced Fertility Care - Scottsdale

I have worked with Dr Z at advanced fertility care for the past year. Both at Scottsdale and glendale locations. I have interacted with all of the docs and PAs along the way. Brenda was my navigator and she was wonderful. The whole experience from start to finish has been a five star experience. Not a single misstep...I cant tell you how tremendous that is from the angle of an NP myself. During my time in their care I experienced an obstetrical emergency (not related to their care) and they monitored me very closely and made sure I had what I needed. And now I am 9 weeks along with my little boy. And all I have to say is thank you, thank you, thank you.

Thanks to Advanced Fertility and all of the wonderful staff and Dr Larson, my partner and I will be welcoming a baby this year. The IUI process was simple and everyone was very straight forward with us. We were one of the lucky ones to get pregnant on the first attempt and I believe it was Dr Larson and his staff that made that happen for us. Both Glendale and Scottsdale locations were amazing. Would 100% recommend and plan on going to them for our next baby as well.

AFC was an amazing experience for us! We worked with Dr. Drew Moffitt at Arizona Reproductive Medicine Specialists and didnt have a great experience. We were told we didnt have a chance to have our own child and I needed an embryo donor. We wanted a second opinion and gave Dr. Kurt Peterson a chance – and he went above and beyond our expectations. Bedside manners were great. He was punctual. He understood our situation. We ended up successfully transferring the embryo with one cycle and just delivered our healthy baby. We couldnt thank Dr. Peterson enough for doing all he can and giving us a fighting chance. Trying to get pregnant is hard enough and it was emotionally taxing – Im sure whoever is reading this can relate.The navigators were really sweet. We worked with Alyssa and she was fantastic. I loved how she walked me through everything. Im a type A person so I asked her for the break down of tentative schedule so I know what to expect. Thankfully, she was patient and kind enough to give me call and walk through my expectations. I appreciated that so much,.Billing for AFC was a bit delayed. Again, Im a type A person – I prefer someone who knows the cost in advance and when to apply for the pre-auth within my insurance. Payments for IVF was the most stressful part for me in my opinion. I have fertility package within my employer and prefer everything run through my insurance first before applying the cost out of pocket rather than reimbursing. I worked with another fertility clinic who understood the insurance processes and that billing department gave me hints of what to expect and how-to avoid the out of pocket cost. I cant have everything when switching fertility clinics.Overall, the experience was great. Dr. Peterson and Alyssa was awesome to work with. Our baby turned out perfect with our own sperm and egg. Ill update this review again for my second try for my next transfer.

Front desk staff are not friendly. Kelly and Allyson at ultrasound are kind and always supportive. Dr. Petersen was excellent. The problem with this clinic is Dr. Zoneraich: always in hurry, minimal communication, and what is worse is recommending an egg doner for my wife. Does not show sympathy to psychological pains of parents suffering from fertility problems. Terrible doctor. In the first trial with Dr. Gunnala and her staff with southwest fertility in Phoenix, my wife achieved pregnancy. She’s in her fifth month now. Im grateful for the experience I had with Advanced Fertility from start to finish! My sister recommended them to me as I started my journey with egg freezing. I was a nervous wreck for months before I could actually commit to it, and at each stage, I felt that the office was available to me, especially my navigator, Noellia, who was wonderful. During my first foray into egg freezing, I suffered from some extreme emotions, and it is amazing how Advanced Fertility was able to connect me with a therapist specializing in fertility to discuss my concerns. When I came back to resume treatment after taking a short break, they were ready for me and I was ready for them. Every appointment was prompt, professional, and good bedside manner from all of the attending practitioners. Allison was so sweet and a very calming presence. The communication on the portal is so clear and detailed, I had options to finance the treatment (very affordably through Ally lending), also was introduced to a concierge nurse service to help me administer injections (KEY for me, Im terrified of needles), easy communication with the prescribing pharmacy, great communication with my navigator, and just the feeling that, with all of the unknowns and questions that you WILL have, that I was corresponding with extremely knowledgeable and professional staff. Office staff, medical staff, lab staff, etc. For the procedure itself, Angie was such a doll, and Tara and Heather. Dr. Larsen is great and definitely saw me at some of my most emotional moments but handled things with professionalism and kindness. I would highly recommend this group to anyone facing any fertility concerns now or in the future, it is a great team, and I have nothing but good things to say both about the outcome as well as the level of service provided.

My husband and I have insurance, we scheduled the appointment at the scottsdale location , we didnt want to pay for a consultation, we were focused on the HSG test and go from there. We spoke with them more than 5 times to make sure we wouldnt have surprise bills, we asked many questions. The HSG test out of pocket cost was 460.00, we verified. They kept on saying insurance didnt verify yet because it was January, we kept on calling to make sure, but they stated that its the beginning of the year and it could take a while, but told me to come anyways pay $460.00 and if all is good with insurance they would reimburse me the rest, they never told us about the possibility of having to pay more. I felt something wasnt right we called our insurance company and told them what was happening, they offered to call advenced fertility care and work with them to verify insurance, advance fertility care declined and said they couldnt do it because they were behind with their paperwork. On the 16 of January I did the HSG test, no consultation just the test, I spoke to front desk again about verification they told me not to worry, for 3 weeks I called and they finally told me not to call and wait for their call, well I received a funny bill, one is $328, $560, of course we were upset hopping they would fix it. But with an attitude I was told we have to pay that bill, the woman on billing department told me theyre charging us what insurance allows them and I didnt sign the paper stating that I was paying 460.00, but I dont work there neither does my husband, they never told us to sign that and didnt explain anything to us, we contacted them to make sure we were covered, they knew what they were doing, she stated that were paying for the test Hsg, and the facility? At first it was consultation fee that we declined. We are grateful for electronics devices because they record calls. Our goal is not to make the clinic look bad but to make sure they dont mislead others.Be careful with your bill and keep copies of everything, its not fair to us trying to conceive and having to deal with that type of stress and misleading bills.The room was very clean ,the people that did the test on me were nice to me, she was very kind, thats why I hate to write this review, we will gladly remove it as soon the situation is settled.

Being a lesbian couple, we were nervous trying to find a fertility clinic for us.. they made us feel so comfortable right away! They are so caring and sweet! Sends you to a strange call center where a robotic person just goes through the motions (no matter what you need or are experiencing). Poor patient experience

Our son was born in February 2023! He is beautiful and perfect thanks to Dr Zoneraich, Leah and the amazing staff at Advance Fertility Care! It was a breath of fresh air to be in a setting, where they get to know you, your struggles, and made our IVF journey a success. My husband and I could not have asked for a better doctor. Dr Z is professional and knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. We trusted him and the entire staff, Dr. Larsen, the PAs Kelly and Allison in all aspects of my care. We highly recommend AFC to anyone dealing with infertility. They made our dreams of starting a family come true and we can’t think them enough!

Amazing Staff! This was one of the best experiences we’ve had while trying to build our family. We had so many questions and Hannah and the other staff members answered them all THOROUGHLY without judgment. My Wife and I are doing IUI and have been nervous about the process but the staff here at Advanced Fertility (Both Locations) made us feel so comfortable and at ease with our Journey. Advanced Fertility Care was amazing. I want to Thank Dr. Larsen and his team. They were so nice, caring and helpful. My first Navigator was so nice and help me through the processes and answered all my questions. I am 38 and have seen many other specialist in fertility through out the years and decided to give it one last try to have a child. With Dr. Larsen and his staffs help I now have my first child who was born in January. I am so happy and thankful. I wish all you women seeking help to have a child a successful journey on it. Excellent medical practice providing both compassionate and expert care. My husband and I are both in the medical field, so our expectations were high when checking out infertility clinics as we started our journey. We tried one place for IUI prior to consideration of IVF - while they certainly met standard of care, we found difficulty in receiving calls/emails back when we attempted to contact their practice with questions. Fatefully, someone recommended AFC to my husband and we could not have been happier. I wanted a clinic that was organized, communicative, and compassionate. Dealing with infertility is difficult enough, and so much harder when you can’t receive time sensitive answers while navigating these uncharted territories. Our AFC team alleviated any such concern. Dr Troche, Dr Larsen, PAs Kelly and Allison, Leah our RN navigator, all the front desk staff, MAs and even phlebotomists were kind and attentive. We felt so supported and the well wishes of our team behind us at every step. We are so thankful to have had this team help us conceive our little boy, anticipated to arrive in another month 🤲🏼💞couldn’t recommend this practice higher!

If you are on your journey to conceive this is the place to go. Staff is always caring, respectful and understanding. Appointment availability is great. Totally recommended.

I cannot recommend Dr Zoneraich and the team we Advanced Fertility enough. His care throughout my fertility journey was unparalleled. As someone who struggled with infertility and felt uneasy with most doctors, he made the process feel as comfortable as possible while educating me in each step of the process. His team was there to answer all my many questions, sometimes daily. There were never surprises and I was always guided with the utmost respect. One of the best experiences I’ve had with a doctor. If you’re debating whether or not to see a fertility specialist, look no further and give Dr. Z a call. Absolutely worth it.

My husband and I travelled from Canada in the fall of 2015 to the clinic in Scottsdale. Long story short, this clinic is the best!! We were treated with kindness and respect. We had chosen an egg donor and one beautiful embryo was transferred on day 5. 7 years later we have a healthy, beautiful 6 year old boy!Everything was perfect! No regrets at all!

AFC is a fantastic practice, and we would highly recommend it to everyone! From Jennifer at the front desk, to the rest of the staff, to Dr. Larsen, everyone was professional, kind, and extremely helpful. Jen was amazing in helping me schedule appointments, since my work schedule can be difficult--she helped alleviate stress in an already stressful process. We appreciated the prompt communication regarding clinical questions via the patient portal, the financial department helping us work through our insurance coverage, and not having to wait long at appointments. Dr. Larsen always took the time to answer our questions, and he even called to talk to us on a weekend when some results came in. All medical offices can learn how to treat patients from AFC.In addition to having a great experience professionally, we were extremely fortunate to be successful with fertility treatment! With two egg retrievals and one transfer, we are now parents to a beautiful baby girl! So, thank you, Dr. Larsen and staff, for everything you did! :)

Our first IVF at AFC was successful and we had our baby boy. We are excited to get started with our second IVF with AFC for our baby girl!! Everyone at AFC is so nice, caring, and patient. They are very organized and made the process as simple as possible.

This clinic was amazing! The staff is very friendly including the nurses and doctors! They listened to my priorities and always made sure my priorities were addressed before every appointment. They also offer a service where each patient gets and individual to call or text for all questions and concerne. This was wonderful because I did not have to call their office and re-explain things to the next random person I spoke with, this individual provider was familiar with me. I had Noelia and she was amazing and represented the clinic well. I am very satisfied with this clinic.

All of the employees were extremely friendly and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend. 😀

This is a top notch fertility clinic! I originally began care with a different clinic in Las Vegas, but I felt like I was being treated as a number and not a person, so I switched to AFC and I’m sure glad I did!The facilities are comfortable and not overcrowded, my partner was allowed to be with me during all the appointments, and the skill and bedside manners of all the doctors and care providers were warm and compassionate.Dr. Larsen did my retrieval, and Doctor Troche did my embryo transfer. I am now pregnant with a baby boy off the first embryo transfer! Dr. T has been amazing through all of this, and you would be very fortunate to have him or any of the other doctors treat you. Also, you are assigned a patient care coordinator who stays in touch for scheduling, reminders, medications, and lab results. Shout out to Diana, she has been the best!

Love Dr. Troche in Glendale. I knew when I first met him that he would be the doctor that would help my husband and I have a successful pregnancy. We are waiting the birth of our second miracle baby that was the product of the care we received at Advanced Fertility Care. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I loved having a patient case manager that would text and check in on me, answer questions when needed. I would recommend them to anyone who has struggled to conceive.

So incredibly grateful for this clinic. It’s become like a second home where I always feel welcome and well-treated. Dr. Larsen is so patient, kind, knowledgeable, and competent. We had tremendous success with our egg retrieval and transfer. Can’t say enough good things about them. Sherri the embryologist is the absolute best! She makes you feel like her only patient and will talk through everything if you ask. The staff is amazing, the facilities are beautiful and clean, and the overall experience is great.

I definitely would recommend Dr. Larsen for fertility treatments. He has a great bedside manner and very easy to talk to and discuss treatment plans. I felt he was compassionate and wanted the best for us. I am so happy to report that we finally have the family I have been wanting for so long. I delivered healthy twins a boy and a girl, we transferred two embryos and they both took! We are now a family of 4, I am the happiest I have ever been. The entire office staff was also very nice and caring. I felt they all were rooting for us and were so excited when we could finally tell them the good news! I wanted to give them all a hug. I cant thank Dr. Larsen and his office staff enough for all the care and treatment we received.

Kim Sadler is in the billing department and is extremely rude, they charge over $300 for a virtual 30 min appointment. They charged my insurance without me authorizing it and when I wanted to pay out of pocket she spoke down on me.worst team ever. .

Wonderful all around! The entire staff in the Scottsdale and Mesa locations (the only ones we went to) are super friendly and supportive. We worked with Dr. Larson who simply knocks it out of the park. Totally professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and caring. We did have check ups with the other doctors and they were equally as supportive friendly and knowledgeable. They are thorough in their assessment of your particular situation and will give you your honest probabilities and do everything in their power to set you up for success. My wife is pregnant, strongly recommend. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Dr Larson and his staff are amazing. As a registered nurse I can definitely appreciate a good bedside manner and Dr Larson is 10/10. He takes his time with you, you don’t feel rushed through appointments and he makes sure you feel comfortable and all of your questions are answered. I know I’m in the best possible hands for my IVF treatment.

Medical staff was absolutely lovely but their billing department is a nightmare. I was charged on 4 different visits for services my insurance covers. When I called and asked why I hadn’t been refunded, they stated they only refund people who call in and specifically ask. When I called a second time, they kept backtracking and telling me it was my insurance’s fault and want to delay the refund. What a racket. If you do end up using this clinic, be sure to check your EOB’s.

After having horrifying experiences at other places, I was really nervous for my HSG appt today. Everyone was unbelievably kind and calm. They really relaxed me and explained everything very thoroughly. I was scared out of my mind about this procedure and the providers here made it no big deal. Thank you for all of your kindness today.

Highly recommend AFC! dr.larsen is amazing doctor who made our family complate and we r so happy and lucky to found him I had such a wonderful experience and trusted the doctors and nurses completely and always felt like I was in good hands! They also have top notch embryologists which is amazing and very important! The doctors, nurses, and embryologists at AFC made my dreams come true! Thank you!

After a failed and traumatizing year of IVF at another clinic I was about to give up on my dream of motherhood when my husband convinced me to try one more time. After much research and recommendations I chose Dr. Zoneraich and I cannot say enough positive things! He reviewed my complicated history and prior treatments and without a blink of hesitation offered confidence that was so greatly appreciated. What doctor calls their patient while out of town to calm their worries? Dr. Z! He also called to give me my positive pregnancy test and to congratulate me when I graduated the clinic at 9 weeks. I am so impressed with the seamless communication and dedication that everyone at AFC has for their patients. During my brief time (and many visits) here I have had the pleasure of meeting all 3 Docs and the PA Kelly and all of them were so patient and great with answering any questions.Thank you AFC and Dr. Zoneraich for not only giving us our quadruple rainbow baby due in December but also for giving us our hope back :)

Amazing helpful front office staff, amazing nurses, and personable experiences with Dr. Z & Dr. Larsen. With so many questions while navigating through my infertility journey, I never have felt here that Im treated like my question is a dumb question, and staff is extremely responsive. Advanced is a very patient-advocate in terms of assisting with insurance as well. Highly recommend.

This place is awesome! I loved working with Dr. Troche who was kind and helpful and very knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I have never felt so comfortable with a medical office and doctors. The communication was absolutely terrific and I appreciated Mikayla as my patient care navigator who was available to answer my questions and concerns!! This office is seriously the best medical office Ive ever been to and I cannot recommend it enough!!!

I was referred to AFC by my PCP. I was a little hesitant at first but I’m glad I set up an appointment. From my initial consultation with Dr. Troche, my navigator Yanely, and all of the staff, they’re very friendly and make you extremely comfortable. The best is every time I went into my appointment, I was in and out 😊

Staff was courteous, friendly and professional. Everything was explained and the PA walked me through each step of my procedure. It was easier than anticipated!

I am a surrogate. The intended father and I chose to work with advanced fertility care based on location and reviews. We were successful with our first IVF attempt and are currently waiting the birth of a little girl(33 weeks today). This would have never been possible without the care, knowledge, and patience of Dr.Larsen and his staff. I am sure I was a difficult patient as the hormones made me one grumpy lady, but Gabby and all members of staff treated us with respect. Thank you for being part of this incredible journey. We went with Advanced Fertility Care based on recommendations from friends and we couldnt be happier. After three cycles, we had a positive pregnancy result and AFC helped us get there. Dr.Zoneraich and Dr.Larsen were very professional and answered our questions clearly and patiently. The staff were friendly and responsive to any queries regarding billing, procedures and next steps. The wait time at the office was minimal and the experience pleasant. Communicating through the patient portal was painless as well. Wed recommend AFC for those looking for a fertility center to professionally guide them through what is understandably a drawn-out and anxiety-filled experience of trying to get pregnant.

We had a great experience at advanced fertility from the office staff and coordinators to dr Larsen. We learned a lot in the process and were able to get pregnant. We’d definitely recommend the clinic and recommend anyone starting out their journey of trying to conceive or going through fertility issues to the clinic!

The services provided by Advanced Fertility are amazing. They have a wonderful patient support system where you are assigned your own patient coordinator. My patient coordinator was super helpful and always availalble for questions or concerns I may have. I highly reccomend this fertility clinic for couples that are struggling to to get pregnant.

I don’t think there are enough good things I could say about this clinic. I am in the middle of my first IVF cycle and the staff and doctors have made it as painless and easy as possible. I never have to remind them to do things, I never have to remind them of who I am (no matter who I get when I call), they don’t make mistakes, they take time to listen to me, and they have been fantastic. I seriously love this clinic so much. I know this sounds silly to say but if my transfers were not to work for some reason I would still be thankful for the respect and professional I received at this clinic. After my first appt most of my anxiousness and worries about getting pregnant left me because I know they are in charge! Cannot day enough nice things about them!

Dr. Zoneraich, Dr. Troche and the entire AFC staff thank you for what you do. Daniela and I are now blessed to be expecting a baby girl in December with a huge help from AFC. We had worked with one other fertility provider in the past and after years of trying; I am incredibly happy to have moved on with AFC. The office and staff always had good vibes. The best IVF clinic ever! I was unhappy with most of the California clinics so I traveled to this location and so happy I did!! The whole team is very professional and caring!

We just had our miracle baby thanks to Dr. Larsen and the other staff at AFC! Dr. Larsen has great bedside manner, and spent a lot of time helping us to explore options before settling on donor eggs as our highest probability for success. And .. . it worked the first try! I will definitely recommend this clinic in the future.

First off, the first thing you should know about these reviews. Is that if you leave a 5 star review Advanced Fertility Care provides monetary compensation. That is why most of the reviews lack substance and are just thank you letters and story-time. There are two doctors at Advanced Fertility Care. The one we worked with is Dr. Larsen. It is my honest opinion that this is one of the worst medical facilities I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Me and My wife went through multiple procedures here and wasted thousands. That however is not my biggest problem with this place. Here at Advanced Fertility Care you arent a person, you are just a number, a spot in line for their daily rotation of shots and pills. The front office staff and coordinator are some of the most rude people I have ever dealt with. Instead of using Google and Yelp to find a fertility specialist I highly recommend you take some extra time and either call, or use your insurance to help you locate a specialist. I know if I put in the extra time and care in trusting people off of Google. We never would have ended up here. When looking for a new facility through our healthcare provider for fertility benefits this place doesnt even show up! You are better off getting fertility care from your local Walgreens then at this point. Point is, look elsewhere. Stay far away from here.

My wife and I have been working with advanced fertility care. Their knowledge professionalism is top notch and the care they bring to their patients makes a huge difference through the process. They have always been willing to answer our questions and make us feel at ease with each step.

My fiancé and I had three miscarriages in 2017, and we finally made the decision that we needed help to conceive. Although that decision is not always easy, it was one of the best decisions we have ever made thanks to Advanced Fertility Care. We met with Dr Zoneraich our first consultation appointment, and right from the start he was very thorough, understanding, and made both of us feel at ease. He explained why IVF was our best choice versus IUI because he took the time to listen to our previous miscarriage stories and research my medical history. Right from that consultation I knew that he was the doctor for us. I loved how he supported us and made us feel like he would do his all to help us conceive. We have now been through the whole IVF process and I am now 10 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby girl. During the last 3 months we have been patients of the office I have met some of the most wonderful people. Some of the many wonderful employees that we drove crazy during this process, cause God knows between the hormone injections and our emotions flying high that is easy to do in this kind of situation. We love everyone at this office but we would love to recognize Stephanie, Tara, Sandy, Gaby, Bri, Ellen, and David, and so many more that I’m forgetting at the moment. The Advanced Fertility team is absolutely wonderful, and they never stop providing us with friendly patient care even if you call them 6 times in a day :)Each step and each process was handled very smoothly, and they have the process down to a tee. I love how organized they are, and that helped me give up control and allow them to do this for us. This was a major stepping stone for me and I thank the staff for that. We were so excited for the final step of implantation, and you could genuinely hear in the staffs voices they were just as excited as we were. We will never forget any one of the employees or doctors! We have had an incredible experience with AFC, and we know now that if we decide to have a second child we will for sure be back at this office again. Dr Patel and his team are organized and top of the industry in professionalism and attention to detail. Best traits - He is top of the industry in his knowledge and wisdom (came from heading Mayo endocrinology prior to starting his private practice 20+ years ago). He will not sugar coat/is very straight forward. HUGE bonus is your embroyos stay in house with his top tier embryology team looking after them. On a side note, we were patients while the merge with AFC was happening. Not only did the team at AFC and Patels Team work had to ensure it is seamlesss and natural, it appears to be a very beneficial partnership. Best of all... we are now pregnant with a little girl! 45 years young with my own eggs! He prepared us for the journey and was very kind with talking us through our lows. Lets be real, IVF is NOT for the faint of heart. Its heart wrenching, physically, financially, and mentally draining. I had a great experience at Advanced Fertility Care. I went in for some testing in 2012, and then back in 2014 when we decided to do IVF. Dr. Larsen and Dr. Zoneraich were both very helpful and supportive, and they were very positive through the whole process. I had success on my first round, so even though it was a big investment (we paid the full amount) it was worth it! Im now 19 weeks along, and hopefully we will be back in 2 years or so for another transfer.I noticed there was a reviewer who was unhappy about the egg donor process. While I didnt donate (as I kept my eggs for myself), I will say that any doctors office would have the same procedure. You can expect to go to the office every other day for weeks for monitoring and the medications have some side effects. It is certainly a big decision and should only be done by those who are willing to go through it all to have a baby or donate that gift.The offices were also always nice and clean, and whenever I sent an email or call I would get a response within 24 hours.

The staff and physicians are extremely kind and professional. Also, I have good news for fans of a clean waiting area. They definitely swept and mopped the floors!

I did my first transfer with Advanced fertility and now have a 1 year old son. The entire staff, including front office, was amazing. I’m currently beginning my second embryo transfer with them.

Great experience here so far. The staff are always nice and efficient and Dr.Larson and Troche are great to work with. The patient advocate service makes it super easy to communicate.

From the very beginning, they (all the staff) were amazing. From the initial consultation they were very attentive and helpful. I always felt like I could ask them anything and they were always very patient and accommodating. Would definitely recommend them to everyone!

My husband and I underwent fertility treatments in 2018 and successfully conceived after one IUI, which I’m sure is rare. We are trying again with AFC because of the great care we received from them before and our success before. Praying for another successful treatment.

My husband and I have nothing but the highest praise for Dr.Z , Dr.Larsen and the staff of this office ! From the moment we began our journey with Advanced Fertiliry we knew we were in good hands . My initial testing revealed uterine polyps which were removed through surgery by Dr.Z. My periods immediately went from super painful to painless after finally being diagnosed properly ! A huge relief !We tried to conceive organically after this surgery without any luck . After about 6 months we began IUI treatment . Our 4th attempt was successful and we are now pregnant with twins ! Even if this journey didn’t end in success we would have nothing but the best things to say about this office . Highly recommend!

Weve been to other fertility doctors but these guys are the best. Before we saw them, we werent having any luck. Dr Zoneraich studied our case, tried some new approaches, and got us pregnant on the second try. Couldnt be happier.

The team and doctors are great. The customer service is excelent. Unfortunately after 1 fertility cycle and 2 IVF cycle we were not able to achieve pregnancy. I wish all the new couples a lot of luck.

DONORS/COUPLES BEWARE!!! You are NOT provided with all the information. YOU must do all the research yourself, and ask them the questions in order for them to address these issues. When I signed up with this clinic I was told this was an easy process. FAR from the truth! They have you coming in every day or every other day to do tests. When you go through the process, you are pumped up with all kinds of medications. PLEASE PLEASE do your research!!! Lupron is linked to facial hair growth, and weight GAIN! The Drs did NOT want to admit this to me, but stated Yes, it causes temporary weight gain.After everything was said and done they say they compensate donors for their time not their follicles, well I went through the ENTIRE process and it was RIDICULOUSLY uncomfortable for my body and inconvenient to travel. I had to rearrange my whole schedule and had constant time off, well I was not compensated what so ever for my time! LADIES DO NOT DO THIS TO YOURSELF OR YOUR BODIES!!! They do not know what this will do to you as a donor long term. They admitted this to me. Its a GREAT idea to help others but this is NOT worth it.

Medical staff is great. The billing department is a total joke and you will get random bills you werent quoted, contracted to pay or expecting to need to pay. If you question why you need to pay something you werent quoted they tell you they wont continue the service unless you pay. Feels like extortion once you are $20,000 in.
