I have been seeing Dr. Patel and his staff for many many years due to chronic endometriosis (stage 4) and severe infertility as a result. After being told by other doctors since I was 17 to have a hysterectomy and going down the tunnel of lost hopes, I did my research and found Dr. Patels office. By time I was beaten down emotionally and financially by Other doctors and hospitals through unnecessary treatments and misdiagnosis, I had to be well versed in my condition and I was not very easy to deal with as a result. When I met with Dr. Patel, he had the patience and understanding along with the expertise to guide AND educate me. I really felt heard and seen with his superb bedside manner and he never dropped the ball not once! Even though I was distraught having dealt with endometriosis so severe, I was shocked at his understanding and level of expertise dealing with patients like myself, and it was Not easy whatsoever. But Dr. Patel and Dr. Mark Johnson (at the time) made me feel at ease every step of the way even when I had many doubts. I have gone through rounds of IVF even with minimal success (less than 10%) chances and I have had a son (2017) and twin girls (2021) as a result!! Dreams do come true and my prayers were answered and I thank God for Dr. Patel and his staff. The staff cares and is amazingly attentive and really helpful through the entire process from start to finish. The stress melts away once in his care and I truly believe I would not be able to do it anywhere else. I cannot express my extreme gratitude for AZ Associates staff and Dr. Patel. He really cares about his patients and their family and is an expert in his field! I would never go anywhere else! Thank you Dr. Patel and staff!

Thanks to Dr. Patel I just had my baby boy this month. Him and his staff were amazing throughout the whole process. If I had a question I could email the team and they would always respond quick and address my concerns. Dr. Patel is so very thorough and knowledgeable and I knew the whole time I was going through IVF that I was in the best hands. His practice is smaller and I felt like I wasnt just a number which is how you should feel when going through something like fertility treatments.

Dr Patel & his staff are absolutely amazing. We were out of state patients which can certainly be an added stress to IVF however, AZRH ensured we received the same quality of care. All of all questions were answered & calls/emails we’re always returned in a timely manner. Their prices are also quite reasonable compared to other clinics. My family & I are forever grateful for this office and their assistance in completing our family. We welcomed our precious boy/girl twins May of 2020!

Dr. Patel has been nothing short of amazing to work with. I most appreciate that HE does all testing and procedures himself rather than tasking his staff to do all the work. He is very elaborate and empathetic, which separates him far from previous endocrinologists that further worsened my anxiety around the nature of this type of care.His staff is equally knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. They are thorough and prompt to respond to both admin and clinical questions.We have not attained my goal yet, but even if we don’t, I still highly recommend Dr. Patel for making my journey as ‘pleasant’ as it can possibly be.

My husband and I started our fertility treatments with Dr. Patel in late 2018, and after 2 retrievals and an across country move that threw a wrench in scheduling, we are blessed to report our first FET was a success and we are currently 30 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby boy.We sought care with Dr. Patel after speaking with 3 friends, family members, and colleagues who had all undergone successful IVF resulting in healthy children thanks to Dr. Patel. There are many great things about his practice including his staff (Doreen, Chelsea, and Kaitlyn, Anne) who become like an extended family since you are there so often. Any questions I had I could email or text one of them and get a very quick response. And many times Dr. Patel would call me to discuss things directly, he is always accessible to you.Dr. Patel works 7 days a week so he sees you at every visit (one of my pre-retrieval ultrasounds and lab draw was Easter morning), which is unique from alot of other fertility practices who use mid-level providers for ultrasound checks. With Dr. Patel doing your ultrasounds, you can trust the decisions he is making are accurate, reliable, and the best for you every time. Another aspect of the practice I respect is their willingness to admit to and correct mistakes. I did have an insurance issue come up and the billing staff admitted their error, felt terrible about it, and offered to cover further treatments to make up for the costs I had to pay (this ended up not being necessary and everything worked out fine, but their willingness to help meant everything).Lastly, if you do your research and look up practice outcomes on the CDC ART success rates website you can sift through the inaccurate claims of many IVF clinics and see the real data. Dr. Patel has some of the highest IVF success rates because he has the experience and a great team around him.I couldnt recommend AzARH more for your fertility care!

Dr Patel and his team are organized and top of the industry in professionalism and attention to detail. Best traits - He is top of the industry in his knowledge and wisdom (came from heading Mayo endocrinology prior to starting his practice 20+ years ago). He will not sugar coat/is very straight forward. HUGE bonus is your embroyos stay in house with his top tier embryology team looking after them. We are now pregnant with a little girl! 45 years young with my own eggs! He prepared us for the journey and was very kind with talking us through our lows. Lets be real, IVF is NOT for the easily discouraged. Its heart wrenching, physically, financially, and mentally draining. Dr. Patel, your office and your faith gave us the strength to stay focused. Thank you we will forever be grateful for the gift you made happen. 🤗

We were introduced to Dr. Patel after two years of unsuccessful fertility treatments. While countless other doctors were pessimistic about our chances of getting pregnant, Dr. Patel gave us hope. After our first consultation, we were presented with a well-thought out, new approach to our treatment that had not been presented to us before. We had finally felt that we had a true partner in both Dr. Patel and his entire staff, and soon after we received the life changing news that we were pregnant with our son. We highly recommend to anybody that is struggling to get pregnant to call Dr. Patel immediately. We can’t thank him enough!

Not only did Dr. Patel help us conceive quickly, but he made the process so smooth and convenient. As convenient as this process can be. :) Their office hours and his willingness to work all 365 days of the year to help create families is a true testament to his devotion to others. I appreciate how upfront he is about the process, cost, and reasoning for particular procedures. The lovely ladies in the office are personable and truly care about the well being of the patients. Dr. Patel is a phenomenal Dr. to work with! His bed side manner alone is such a breath of fresh air after having some unpleasant experiences with other fertility Dr.s. Thank you so much for your care and helping us grow our family! :)

Dr. Ketan Patel is extremely knowledgeable. We worked with him throughout our fertility journey and had a variety of procedures done during that time. I appreciated Dr. Patels honesty and get-to-the-point way of explaining things, even when it wasnt the best news to hear. If youre looking for someone to hold your hand and tell you everything will be ok, this is not the place for you. If youre looking for a physician who is highly skilled clinically and will be honest with you throughout the process - Dr. Patel is it.

Dr. Patel is very nice HOWEVER, if you want to know all the details of your IVF cycle then you’ll need to ask yourself. He doesn’t volunteer any information. During monitoring, he never told me how many follicles he sees unless I asked. Completed my HSG with him and I had to ask him if he saw that my tube was open (btw, his answer was not super clear). He never remembers your patient history (every visit he would ask me which tube did you lose, left or right?) it’s like dude, please look at my chart for once. BUT the biggest turn-off: Dr. Patel prides himself on the fact that all your appointments will be with him, not some nurse practitioner but when your IVF cycle fails, he has his unsympathetic staff (her name is Doreen or Darlene) call you with a 1-min phone call to tell you that your cycle failed. Why couldn’t the doctor call? He is there when there is still hope (at every monitoring appt) but the minute your cycle fails, he doesn’t want to face you

Upon moving to AZ, we were referred to AZARH for infertility issues. We spent a year prior in GA undergoing fertility treatments but to no avail. Once we had our first consultation with Dr. Patel, we were ecstatic to embark on our first IVF journey. Dr. Patel is very honest and straight forward but is also humorous which we greatly appreciated. Dr. Patel, nurses (Chelsea, Doreen & Gabrielle), and his entire staff were always so welcoming and helpful with whatever I needed. From arranging appointments, having a ton of questions throughout the process, to having to make last minute changes, they were always happily accommodating to our needs. Our first IVF & FET was a success and from start to finish it happened so quickly! We couldn’t be more grateful to Dr. Patel and his wonderful team for helping us start our family! We definitely recommend AZARH if you need a little help with starting/growing your family!

Dr. Patel is the best doctor you will ever meet. Thanks to him & the wonderful staff at AZARH, we were able to freeze our embryos after IVF. Our toddler was a frozen embryo and so is the little girl that we are now expecting. Both of our FETs were successful, Dr. Patel has amazing success rates! After 5+ years of infertility, wishing for a baby every day, this is a dream come true thanks to AZARH.

Dr. Patel and his staff are amazing! After struggling to conceive and a miscarriage, we went to him on the recommendation of my Mayo doctor. We are so incredibly lucky to have found him and experienced their amazing care. They work quickly to run through all the tests to determine a fertility plan based on your health, needs and wants. He suggested we start with an IUI instead of IVF. We were somewhat skeptical that it would work, but remarkably 12 days after our first IUI we received our positive pregnancy test, and our son was just born last month! We truly feel it was a miracle to find this amazing doctor and have such great success on our first attempt! We will forever be grateful to Dr. Patel and cannot recommend him more highly and look forward to working with him again when we are ready for baby #2!

I went here and it was not a fun experience. I have been struggling with infertility for 3.5 years and this was my second fertility Dr. ( the first was in a diff state). I first had the cycle day 3 ultrasound and had my follow up. At my follow up Dr. Patel was very unprofessional by not even looking at my chart before we had the appointment. He was reading it while talking to me. He knew nothing about me or what test I have done. He also forgot I had the cycle day 3 ultrasound and tried to reschedule me for it. He then told me I needed to get back down to the weight I was at when I had my daughter. He then said, when I am that weight I should get pregnant. I have PCOS and thats why I wasnt able to get pregnant. He also stated he would have the office call me to get some more blood drawn ( even though I had that also recently drawn) and I never heard from the office again. My OB/GYN was a better Dr and guess what she helped me get pregnant without ever telling me I needed to loose weight.

My wife was a Dermatologist in her home country and now, after going back to medical school in the US, she works full time as a Physician Assistant at a large Dermatology clinic treating cancer and serious skin conditions. I mention this to let you know that she is medically very knowledgeable.We went to three different Scottsdale Reproductive practices before finding Dr. Patel. All three times we went through their protocol with failed results. I remember her always questioning their protocol and her having to acquiesce to their processes because they were the reproductive experts.With Dr. Patel is was a completely different process and results. He asked all the right questions and everything he said, she agreed with. He really knows what he is doing. He even gave us a two for one special at no extra charge. One insemination with two eggs resulted in two wonderful girls. Do not worry if you get lucky and have twins. It is harder at first, but once they turn two, they always have their best friend there to play with, so it is actually less work then their older brother who was a single.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Patel and his team! We saw him in October of 2019 after only a few months of actively trying for a baby. My cycles were extremely long and all over the place. We weren’t able to accurately track them on our own. After multiple tests and bloodwork over the course of a few months, we came to the conclusion it was unexplained infertility. He did not pressure us into any kind of a procedure and encouraged us to keep trying on our own until we hit the year mark. We were still not pregnant by June of 2020 and decided to move forward with an IUI. The first round was a success and we welcomed our sweet boy in March 2021! We are so thankful for Dr. Patel and his team at AZARH.

I had a horrible experience with this office. I was given the run around for three years. The communication from this place is the worst. Staff turnover is high. I liked Dr Johnson...he was very good. I wouldve continued w him but he moved to only serve Chandler/Gilbert. If Dr Patel had no interest in my case he shouldve told me years ago. I have over 4k in bills between their office and tests they made me get for medical clearance. Ive since gone to another fertility clinic because nothing was happening. After years of seeing them I still had no treatment plan and no quote. He made me wait three years after my cancer treatment then when I came back said my chances are low because of my age and that I shouldve started years ago. They kept telling me I needed certain tests/wait because I traveled to Cancun (Zika virus). I was given roadblocks constantly. I am a RN so if he wasnt interested in my case he shouldve said so. When I called the office to request my records and tell them Ive decided to proceed elsewhere they said they would have their marketing coordinator call me. She never did.I just finished egg retrieval with my current fertility dr and couldnt be happier. Such a night and day difference!!! My current physician held my hand as I was sedated for my retrieval. Shes kind compassionate and truly committed to my desire to have a family.This office did nothing for me except cost me $4000 in medical bills that did NOTHING to help my situation. My current physician wasnt even concerned w needing clearance from my neurosurgeon who I havent seen in over a decade...thats how stable my medical condition is.I would not recommend this clinic.Update....I went through one round of IVF at the new clinic I chose. I am pleased to say I have a 4 1/2 month old. She was an amazing Dr and the clinic gave me nothing but the best care!Dr Patels office recently called me regarding billing change of address.I never had a plan of care or a quote. I mentioned again that the manager was supposed to call me the woman I spoke w stated they had no clue I was unhappy even though I discussed it with multiple people including the nurse. She stated someone would be calling me in the next few days. That was over a month ago....still no call. This office is horrible with communication.

My husband and I absolutely adore Dr. Patel and his staff. We went to several other fertility doctors in town before finding AZARH and no one else compares. We were blessed with twins last year thanks to him and his amazing staff. I highly recommend them!

I’m so thankful for Dr.Patel’s care...he is patient, straightforward and detailed. I appreciate the time each provider gives—it’s an emotional process and feeling comfortable to ask questions is such an important aspect of this journey. What a wonderful and compassionate staff! They are so friendly and thorough. Dr Ketan Patel and Doreen Blair are so patient and helped us through the entire experience and we are happy to say we are pregnant! Thank you and we highly recommend AZARH for all your fertility needs!

I would recommend to never ever go to this office. We saw Dr Ketan two years ago. We were having trouble getting pregnant. So we did all the infertility testing, paid all the outrageous fees and all for nothing. He was rude and we could tell he was all about the money! He said that there was nothing wrong with us and gave us a 5% chance of getting pregnant on our own. He tried pushing us to do all this other stuff. He’s a money greedy doctor. Piece of trash doctor. We never went back after our last consult and we actually ended up getting pregnant 3 months later on our own! We now have a third baby on the way.It’s been 2 years and we are still getting bills from these people! And we don’t owe them anything. We paid everything up front at our appointments. It’s ridiculous. No one will take care of our account. I call billing, they don’t answer! I leave messages!We have tricare and were referred to this doctor. We shouldn’t owe them any more money at all!

Dr. Ketan Patel thinks he is God. His lack of professionalism and compassion as a human being is missing. He denied me a test I wanted to pay for and take to collect information on where I stand health wise. He denied me the care. He has an age limit of whom he sees or even allows to have labs done by his clinic. I would highly suggest others to seek a different doctor as I did.

Dr. Patel has a severe God complex that he never lives upto. He is very money oriented and never really cares about you . Do yourself a favor and go to Dr. Johnson if at all possible if not yo another clinic .

It was my HSG I was so overwhelmed in the beginning. But there was minimal pain Doctor Mark was very kind and patient. He made me feel at ease it was just fine. I would highly recommend getting HSG at this center for a nice experience. The assistants are also very compassionate. Heres some baby dust. Good luck

Dr. Nelson is an excellent doctor. She is straight to the point and explains things well. She clearly has extensive experience and I trusted her immediately. She gets things done that need to be done. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic staff! Really calm your nerves and keep you laughing. They are very efficient and accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and his staff.

Make sure you get several confirmations. Margaret confirmed a procedure for me and when I showed up I was not even in their system. 😒 When I heard from her she said I was never confirmed...despite having the confirmation text directly from her.
