Recipient feedback. I do not recommend this service. We bought 2 batches of 6 each from different donors and neither of these eggs resulted in a good grade embryo on day 5. The 3 transferrable embryos all had chromosomal issues were super slow, a day behind at every update, most stopped developing but overall very poor outcomes certainly no live birth very low success rate.Their guarantees are rubbish and their customer service is non existent. There must be better egg banks out there for sure. And I read that they PAY their donors for good google reviews which is 🤮

I wanna start off by saying I donated back in 2021 so this review is long overdue. I have no ill feelings to the doctors or anyone that was involved with my care but I will say I did not feel like I was treated like anything other than a hen waiting to lay eggs. So let me explain.I was told that a normal amount of follicles was between 8-10 for both ovaries. I had over 20 (if I remember correctly) and I shared my concerns that I was overstimulated but they quickly dismissed my concerns and told me it was normal. I then later googled what OHSS was and how those ovaries look and mine from my ultrasound looked identical. I had experienced moderate abdominal pain with rabid weight gain as I could no longer fit into my pants and those are 2 sure signs you are experiencing ovarian-hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS).After the retrieval, I was in so much pain I vomited in the recovery room I was in and multiple times on the car ride back to my house. I could barely walk to my boyfriend’s car without extreme pain. When I got home, I took the pain medication they prescribed and fell asleep and when I woke up all hell broke loose. I was in so much pain I could not walk. When I went through the consultation, they said it would feel like a bad period and I would be back on my feet totally normal within a few days. This was not the case. I laid down on my couch and was soon unable to inhale or exhale and started to suffocate. I had to be taken to the emergency room by ambulance and I was in so much pain that morphine couldn’t even take the edge off.Turns out, I had a bunch of free fluid in my body from the retrieval. How? I have no idea but it migrated up to my diaphragm and started to suffocate me. I had to be admitted to the hospital as they needed to treat me asap. I was told that if there were complications, all medical fees would be taken care of. Boy was it a hassle to get them taken care of and for I don’t even know how long after all this I would receive bills from the fire department because they didn’t pay for the ambulance ride.I think they got excited because of how many eggs I was going to produce and to this day I don’t know the exact amount or what came of them. They just sucked them out of me and said sayonara, good luck. After my cycle, when I mentioned the complications, there was no compassion and whoever I contacted seemed cold and uninterested. Totally night and day different from how they treated me during and before my cycle. At least before everyone was kind to me. There was no regard for my safety or my concerns and I hope they’ve at least learned to listen to the concerns of their donors since my cycle there. Not to mention, I went through all that for 3500 dollars, when other banks offer 10k starting. It was 100% not worth it for my own sake. I just hope someone out there received my eggs and their dreams of having a family came true.Edit: now they’re refusing to give me my medical records from the cycle WHICH IS ILLEGAL. So if you wanna donate here, be prepared to be denied access to your medical records illegally. :)

Look at the one star reviews and you’ll see the truth about this horrible company. They’re scammers. Do not buy from them and do not bother with the guarantee. They only give one replacement set and none of the eggs survived the thaw. Even though the contract says it’s a guarantee, they do not honor it and you have to sue them in Arizona and attorneys will eat all your money. This is why they do this. They have no remorse for defrauding people suffering from health issues and that makes them about a scummy as you can get. Our clinic stopped using them because their eggs were poor quality.

I just recently donated my eggs and was completely surprised by the experience. Not only was each and every staff member kind, they were also enthusiastic and please to answer any and all questions that arose. They all made the journey easy and comfortable. I will admit that I was very nervous for the actual procedure but everyone was so welcoming and comforting that the worries went away. I highly recommend this facility for future donors ◡̈

I donated for the first time a few weeks ago. the communication from the donor coordinator was great! everyone was very understanding about my fear of needles. all of the employees were friendly. i definitely recommend donating through the world egg and sperm bank.

I have now donated twice with this facility and it has been a really great experience. It can feel like a lengthy process before the first donation but I respect all of the steps that goes into making sure the donor is fit to give to these families that deserve healthy eggs. After the first donation it is a breeze to donate again, I am already set to donate a third time in the near future. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The facility feels very safe and comfortable. The communication along the process is very professional and easy to understand. I would recommend this facility to anyone considering donating or looking for a donor!

This was my first time donating, and I cant speak more highly of this bank and all the people that work there. The team-specifically Andrea - were with me every step of the way. Anytime I had any questions or concerns, I could reach out and get them answered and addressed. The team here makes the process as simple and easy as they possibly can. Best experience I could’ve ever hoped for. They are very clean every time I go in the facility I’m the only person there they always have me in and out. They are all so sweet best experience ever hands-down they always check up on me. Make sure I’m OK they explain everything engraved detail. They’re so warm and friendly, everything is 10 out of 10

I did my first egg donation today and let me tell you, the team here is amazing! They helped and worked with me every step of the way. Even helped me with a ride to and from the egg extraction. They even gave me a cute little goody bag! I will definitely be donating again! I love these guys!

WARNING!!!!!! Do NOT use this company!!! We purchased seven eggs from them and they LOST 5 of them! FIVE out of seven just didn’t show up to our clinic!!!! Then they tried to make it right by re-cycling the donor and creating embryos. Two embryos were created and they yet again lost one of them. Our fertility clinic has never seen this happen, and will not continue to use them. If I could give zero stars or even a negative number I would. This is unacceptable and they are careless and negligent in all aspects. Their entire business is based upon sending eggs and sperm, and that clearly does not happen. Spending $20,000 and seeing how careless and unapologetic they are is absolutely disgusting. As intended parents we are already vulnerable and hurting only to be let down once again. They have ONE JOB and that is to deliver precious cargo to fertility clinics and they are obviously incapable of doing that. They are shady do not care about the people that are already feeling hopeless and in a difficult situation. I highly suggest you seek a different company. Their “standards” are not that of what they portray on their web page. The fact that this is the SECOND time they neglected to send what we purchased is absolutely ridiculous, and the don’t care about making it right. Save yourself the heartache and use another egg company.

This is my first time donating with them and I cannot stress the fact That they really do care about you and take care of you while you’re donating for them. Scottsdale is already beautiful on it own and there’s so many places to explore and eat at while you stay here & they cover that for you too!Everyone was super welcoming & sweet. Always asking me how I’m doing and if I had anymore questions , I could ask anytime. They were very good at communicating & overall my experience was top tier. As a first time donor I was really nervous about donating. When I travelled to Phoenix the lady that picked me up from the airport was super sweet and I felt so much better right away. All the lady’s in the office are so nice and want to make sure your okay. The day after I donated, I felt completely fine and back to normal. Plus, they give you a little goodie bag after the retrieval! They are so thoughtful! This was a beautiful experience and I’m happy I donated with The World Egg and Sperm Bank.

I purchased a bundle of 6 eggs from two different donors and non of the eggs were viable. Sperm was tested and fine. This company has terrible customer service and give false hope to desperate people. Once you purchase you will never hear back from them again. We have been completely devastated by the process and would NEVER recommend this egg bank. They drag their feet and do not return emails or calls once they receive your money. We had to stay on them about contacting our clinic to have our eggs shipped. I did try to get my money back before our eggs even shipped because the entire experience was awful. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I donated eggs with the World Egg Bank and they were wonderful! I could not have asked for a better experience. They were so great throughout the whole experience. Their staff made me feel so comfortable the whole time. I was an out of state donor and they were very diligent in keeping in contact with me and answering all questions that I had. They also took care of all the travel expenses for my retrieval. It was my first time donating so I was very nervous about the process but they kept me well informed and walked me through every step. I will definitely donate with them again if I am chosen and would highly recommend them!

I just finished my first egg donation cycle. The procedure was so quick and painless. The staff was so supportive and positive throughout the whole process. They also check up on you and continue to support you way before and way after the donation.

I just finished my first cycle with the world egg bank here, they were so nice and they helped me with literally everything. They made the whole process for me so easy and not complicated at all! The staff as well are so nice, the front desk ladies, the nurses, and the doctor who did the procedure. They were all so gentle and nice the staff made me feel so comfortable with everything going on.

I’ve donated here twice and had great experiences both times. Andrea and Ann are both lovely. Overall, the staff here are all really great people. I really appreciated that Andrea remembered me from my first donation over a year ago. Even my anesthesiologist remembered me and we had a great conversation (from what I remember) before I went under. I think that speaks a lot to this place that they treat donors like people. I’ve never experienced any negative effects from being a donor and felt like I’ve had a very safe experience both times. I hope to donate again!

They are very mean. When I gave them my sample, they laughed and belittled me. They called me names like little baby sperms guy and said my sperm was by far the worst they had ever seen, they kicked me out of the bank and didnt even give me my sperms back 😔

I’ve donated at the World Egg Bank in Phoenix, Arizona twice how and both experiences have been full of care and efficiency. Especially during these times!! Everyone at the office is so nice and friendly and the environment is comforting and serene. They are very communicative and respond to any question you may have within minutes. I just finished my first cycle with the World Egg Bank. However, I am a second time donor. The reason I switched facilities is due to the terrible experience that I had in Nashville during the first process. I was very skeptical of the staff and facility at first as it seemed too good to be true. However, as the process continued on, I have nothing but great things to say about this experience as well as the staff.To just name a few of the outstanding women that I encountered here, I would like to thank Paige, Ann, Yvonne, and Andrea for always being available and for caring for me as a patient and not as a means to an end. For anyone considering egg donation, this facility and staff are the ones to go through.

Great place! I get nervous doing something new, like most people do. However, Andrea and Lisa were great explaining everything (even on weekends)!!! The location is super clean and everyone treats you with respect and they have the BEST customer service! I did my first egg donation here in 2020, it’ll be almost 2 years in June. I was chosen pretty fast, and My coordinators and doctors were sweet. The only thing is I wish I knew what came of my donation, I don’t know how many eggs were taken out, what was done with them, and If it resulted in a baby. I learned later that their compensation is fairly low; starting at 3500 while other places start at 5k-12k per donation. So if that isn’t an issue, then there you go,but supposedly goes up per donation. I told them I wanted to stay on the roster to donate again, but I don’t know what happened but my profile was essentially black listed in a way. It was constantly showing inactive where families could no longer see me. I checked often, and despite multiple emails and calls later, nothing was done. No one would pick up, and if they did it was an empty promise that my profile would be updated.I just thought it was a bit shady, especially since I stated multiple times I wanted to donate again. I’m young and don’t plan on having kids anytime soon, so why not donate them to people who need them? Especially considering there aren’t a lot of black donors. I later applied for another egg donation that starts with a base pay of 9k, they refused to release my documents and medical records despite my consent and the contract not stating anywhere that I CANT request and or release my records. Later on I checked and they completely wiped my profile, which again…seemed shady considering for about a year I kept asking for my profile to be changed to active. Suddenly they were quick on their feet. It was like after my donation; they kept up communication for about a week and then contact ceased.They wouldn’t answer emails, texts, or phone calls.Throughout the entire year I kept trying to update and make my profile known, and the second I search elsewhere they were all the sudden quick to delete my profile but not update it. I don’t know if it’s new staffing or what exactly happened….but while I don’t hate the agency, or have any Ill feelings against it because they were super duper nice! I thought their behavior after the fact was just a bit odd and unprofessional.

I had a great experience here. The screening does take a little longer than expected, but once the process really gets going they make sure you’re taken care of quickly. I received emails asking how I was doing. After the retrieval they made sure I was comfortable and were very kind. Because of them I will definitely donate again. By the end I felt like they were my friends. :)

Would never go here again. People who give good reviews are usually bribed to do so. They are unresponsive. I regret donating my eggs here. FYI, you are only allowed to do it 6 times, I wasted 1 time here & I wouldn’t return. Compensation isn’t anything really if anything they are pocketing more money than giving to donors. Other clinics have offered $12-15k for FIRST time egg donors. Horrible place.

Becoming an egg donor had been something I thought about for a long time and TWEB made it an easy decision. The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming. After my first appointment I felt like family walking in and knew I was getting the best care as a donor. Not only will I be donating again but I’d recommend them to anyone considering it!

I just did my first donation through the World Egg Bank and it was such an amazing experience! Everything was well communicated and everything was done to make sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Im glad I was able to do such an incredible thing through such an incredible agency! Let me first say that the people you speak with when you call are very nice, hence the one star.My husband and I bought a cohort of 6 eggs. They were shipped to our clinic and thus began the process of thawing and fertilizing the eggs. 5 survived the thaw and 4 fertilized, which we are told is fairly normal. However, on day 3, we had a 5 cell embryo and 2 that were rated the worst that could be rated and 1 the next to worst rating. They were left to grow until day 5, at which time, we had 2, a 12 cell and an 8 cell (they are supposed to be 50-200 cells around day 5). We ended up with one day 7 embryo that we had pgs tested.My clinic requested a quality control review to see if TWESB’s guarantee had been met. They guarantee a day 3 6-cell embryo. We did not have that but were told on the phone that because we have a blastocyst, the guarantee was met. (The blastocyst came back mosaic with a deletion of a chromosome). The quality review board agreed, with the representative, said the guarantee was met and that we would not receive a replacement cohort. They sent an email that seemed pretty much a canned response, but I was told that it’s supposed to be specific to our case. They don’t look at how the donor’s eggs performed across all intended parents when reviewing the case, just her stats that led to her being a donor. As someone who’s been through ivf, the wrong protocol can “fry” the eggs.Please beware. Quantity is better for them, not so much quality. If the donor’s eggs do not lead to lots of embryos, then she is not asked back. The intended parents with her eggs are left figuring out their next steps in a financially depleting and heart wrenching journey to parenthood since they are pretty loose with what they deem quality embryos.

I had a wonderful experience as a first time donor. The staff is very friendly and made themselves available for any and all questions. I had all the information I needed and felt comfortable throughout each step in the donation process. This is definitely something I would do again. I would like to thank Andrea and Lisa for helping me through each step.

I was very young when I decided to donate here and waste my time and money. I regret it every single day. Even after reading the horrible reviews I did it. I get so much care from the agency I am at now. This is the worst place ever. Listen to the negative reviews. 5 star reviews get $25-$50 credit in bribe. “Rate 5 star on Google get credit”This place should be ashamed of themselves the low care. I was told I could get my medical records, nope once they did the exams they said “We can’t release that information to you” WHAT? They are MY medical records. Disgusting place with the most dumb people ever as staff! HORRIBLE do not repeat the mistake of others do not donate from here or buy!

Being a 1st time donor, I had an awesome experience with The World Egg Bank.The company is well organized and the staff showed appropriate care for myself and any concerns I had. I was very satisfied with procedure, especially all the staff that accompanied me the day of the procedure and after. I have donated my eggs with The World Egg Bank three times and each time the process is easy. I just love the staff at The World Egg Bank but more importantly, I love the feeling I get after my donation – knowing that I just helped a family somewhere.

This was the first time I had ever donated and it was wonderful they completely took care of you whether it was answering your questions or helping you fill out needed information everyone there is so nice and so warm and you feel very safe they put all of your nerves at ease and make you feel very cared for and important! 10/10 I would highly recommend them to anyone that is interested in donating or receiving eggs! If I could give them zero stars I would. Do NOT purchase eggs from this company. They sent me an entire batch of bad eggs that didnt survive the thaw and then refused to send me replacement eggs or a refund of any kind. They took my money and left me with nothing and didnt care when I contacted them explaining the eggs they sent to my doctor were all bad. Horrible and shady service. They have no heart and should all be ashamed of themselves. I dont know how they can sleep at night knowing their practices.

I cannot contain my blessings. Thanks to The World Egg Bank, I have been able to have the family I have always longed for. They did not make me wait any longer for the family I have been striving for (its been years). The eggs I wanted were available almost instantly. There was no waiting period. Whats better is the quality of eggs they have. From the way they store the eggs to the kind, genuine women who donate them, the whole business is quality. Thank you The World Egg Bank!

My wife had always wanted to donate eggs and these people me it possible. There staff is so nice, knowledgeable and put together. They paid for all our travel expenses and when we got to the hotel they had given us a gift basket with things to do in PHX and coupons for nearby food. It was a great experience with my wife!

I have been to this facility 4 times now to do egg donations. I have experienced a few communication difficulties, but all were resolved quickly and efficiently. Questions are answered in a timely manner, staff are beyond friendly, and everyone is professional. I actually have a donation facility closer to me than TWEB (OHSU), but I choose to travel to the AZ facility because they make me comfortable, have learned my cycle needs, and I can trust them to make sure I go through the process safely. If you are planning on being an egg donor, I greatly recommend you sign up for TWEB and become a donor through them. It is well worth it.

They are a fraudulent company. their contract guarantees at least one usable egg out of six, both of the batches didnt developer anything remotely usable. It took MONTHS for them to communicate with us and in the end, we sent $20000 to this bank and didnt receive any usable product from them. FRAUDULENT!

I’ll start by saying I’m the worst type of patient, I get way too nervous and anxious and always think “what if?” When it comes to any procedure! For the last 3 years I’ve thought about donating and everywhere that I looked on the east coast (where I reside) seemed so sketchy or the company would never respond to me.When I Came across TWEB I thought they would be like the rest... boy! Was I wrong.From beginning to end, from phone interviews to emails to setting me up with a monitoring facility in my area TWEB has taken care of everything and in a timely manner!!They really do everything possible to ensure your safety, privacy, and comfortability.I was so nervous leading up to the week of my retrieval that the coordinator /BSN Ms. Lisa who takes care of you while you’re in Phoenix got consent from a previous donor who also lives on the east coast so that we could email each other and she calmed my nerves and actually was donating for the second time the same week I did my first donation. Now I can say she’s a friend I’m glad I’ve made! And it was all possible through egg donation at The World Egg Bank.The feeling after you donate that you’ve potentially helped a couple grow their family is indescribable. It’s the ULTIMATE gift.I will be back!

Where do I even start!! THEY ARE AWESOME AND MADE THE WHOLE PROCESS AS COMFORTABLE AS EGG DONATION COULD GET! Little background about me, Ive been a scaredy cat when it comes to needles.. my whole life. I however know fear is fear and i didnt want that to get in between me and the hope i could give other families. I am glad i listened to all these ladies’ reviews because indeed TWEB took great care of me with utmost respect throughout the WHOLE journey, from the initial screening till after the egg retrieval. Not only were the ladies working there very kind-hearted and joyful (shout out to Lisa, Andrea & Clarissa), the vibe of the clinic and nurse was very positive and comforting. I can say i quickly got over the needle fear after the multiple blood draws and self administered injections. Which is ALOT FOR ME TO SAY!! To be completely honest the “worst” part (if i could even call it that) was feeling like a hard boiled egg myself after the self administered shots leading up to the retrieval. What i mean is as skinny as i am, i really was bloated and felt like i couldnt use my core in my daily activities as i normally would (dancing as a profession too). The retrieval process itself went by in maybe 3 blinks of an eye! Everyone including the anesthesiologist was wonderful in being as caring and fun as they possibly could! Very real people who truly love their job and what they stand for. Also, the mini-cation in Arizona is one for the books!! I did a telephone interview with TWEB a while back and everything was going smoothly. The interviewer was going to set up a time for me to come in and I decided to ask about how it would work with my irregular periods (they didnt ask about my periods during the interview) she immediately told me they couldnt work with me if I had irregular periods and promptly hung up before I could say anything. Im okay with getting denied but the ordeal was really unprofessional.

I am a first time doner and just ended my donation cycle. I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience!! They took care of everything and made the process as easy as it could be! They were so kind and welcoming and I will for sure be returning!

This is my third time donating with TWEB, but it is the first time since theyve instilled a new process. While the medications and general process has not changed, the location and people have. This is also the first time Ive experienced pain causing tears, immediately after the procedure. I was given a pain medication to ease the pain, its been two days since the procedure and Ive yet to leave the hotel bed. After providing a follow-up email in regards to my pain and discomfort, no solace was provided. In being unable to understand the difference between my first donations to this one, I looked into the drug interactions associated with the pain medication TWEB provided me. I found that I am suffering from the potentiality of a drug interaction. I was also told by the doctor that there was fluid in my abdomen and no directive on what my next steps should be. Being as miserable as I am, and the banks sheer lack of responsibility to look at my chart and see the interactions, or really provide any solace from the side effects I am having; I will never donate with them again.

If I could pick ZERO I would. I do not recommend this place. We purchased EIGHT frozen eggs! Only 1 was viable & normal for transfer. These people were friendly and gave all the hope we needed. Thousands gone and waisted!

The World Egg Bank will happily take your money and run. My Wife and I bought a batch of Frozen Eggs from the world egg bank for over $18k. The embryos were all duds. When I contacted the office about replacements for the bad eggs, They replied by saying they admit the embryos were Not Great. However they dont see a need for a refund or replacement. It is ridiculous... Do not trust them with your money or the future of your family....

I have been a donor with TWEB since 2015, and when I first started the donation process I loved the way the company treated me. A year or so ago, the company restructured their process and their staff. I have done quite a few donations with TWEB, and while the compensation was not as high as other companies, the convenience of knowing who I was working with and the process deterred me from trying other companies. I also made many friends who worked with TWEB as donors so it was nice to see familiar faces again. Since trying other companies I can tell you theres some unprofessional and shady things going on with their donation process. I have asked for the medical information from the facility several times and was told that those documents were property of TWEB and they do not have to release the information. After some research I can say that seems illegal, the only time medical information can be denied from a patient is when it has potential information that could harm that individual or another, or certain pyschotherapy notes- and information used to treat or examine an individual is considered medical information. As a donor if you are looking for a company that makes you feel good about what you are doing, advocates for you rights, and treats you fair- TWEB isnt the place for you. If you are looking for a quick 4k and impersonal treatment, then you came to the right place. Donors, know your options and know what you are doing is important, research, because there are companies out there who will treat you better and offer you more money. I would also like to add that when TWEB tested me for genetic disease which could potentially be passed to the Intended Parents (IP) child, yet they did not share the results with me. After doing the testing once more I was made aware of two recessive genes that I carry which could have potentially been passed on if the IPs shared that gene as well. They used the company Counsyl to get this information and under their specific guidelines I was entitled to a genetic consultation to discuss what that meant exactly. It also makes me wonder if they released that information to the IPs. While the genes I carry may not be as serious as some disorders all parties involved in the process should be entitled to any information that could cause potential harm to a child. The fact they disregarded this information should be reason enough to deter anyone (donors and couples needing donors) from using this company.

Avoid this company. I realize they are a business that wants to make money, but they forget their clients are real people at a very vulnerable point in their lives. Every step of the process to buy eggs is painfully long and they do not communicate status, leaving us stressed and worried. Do yourself a favor and find an egg bank that cares.

TWEB was so amazing! This was my first time donating and I was so nervous for the process. The ladies at TWEB answered all of my questions and were very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend coming to them for egg donating. I cannot wait to donate again!

I donated about half a year ago. The experience was so great I had no issues throughout the entire process! The only issue I am having right now though is how to put this on my taxes so that I don’t get charged so much 😵‍💫 if anyone knows or has advice please comment 🙏🏻

They have a guarantee but its anything but! All 6 eggs were bad!! It took over a month to receive an email saying they were not going to do anything about it!! Not even a telephone call. Very impersonal and a waste of money!!! Stay away!

They found out that one of their donors had a fatal genetic heart condition and refused to warn any of the parents who used that donors eggs, as well as delete comments and block users who call them out on this

This place treats donors like cows at a cow mill, stay away. They deny you your rights as a patient, neglect the health of the donors and refuse medical records for no apparent reason other than to add on to their sketchiness.

As an out of state donor the experience was amazing! Staff was really friendly and nice.! Overall give it a 10/10.
